  • I would like to propose the initiation of co-operating research about $\ulcornerIndustrial$ structure between Japan and $Korea\lrcorner.$ The purpose of this investigation is to study about appropriate system of industrial structure Japan and Korea including interactive relation. In future, tile interactive relationship of industrial structure should be desided by the investigation of a characterization about alocality, a racial character, a existence of resources, a weather, a history and natural features of a region. According to these investigation, frictionless structure of industrial society of each country will be born. The most appropriate researcher's group is Consulting Engineer's Association of each country, because they are independent from a national benefite and a profit of enterprise. According to the above reason. I propose to start the co-operating research project immediately.

The Study on the Ralationships between Productivity and Job Satisfaction in Small Group Activities -Korea and Japan Comparison-

  • This paper studied on the relationships between productivity and job satisfaction in small group activities. The researches were practiced with the same method which prof. Rao of Babson university et al.(1987) did on autonomous work groups in U.S.A.. The researcher divided companies of Korea and Japan into similar small groups such as high productive groups and low productive groups in each country and analyzed their degree of job satisfaction. According to the result, high productive groups indicated higher degree of job satisfaction than low productive groups. In the case of Korea, besides activating QC circle activity, it is also necessary to equalize the difficulty of the works, or to set up the pay system taken the difficulty of the works into consideration. In the case of Japan, it is important to encourage good human relationships and member's cooperation and unity.

안도 타다오 건축에 나타난 사색 공간의 표현 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristic of the Speculation Space of Architecture find on Tadao Ando)

  • Construction space of Japan suggests the factor of speculation to human and reveals tradition. The speculation can be embodied in the aspect of space and human's mental aspect is expressed as a main factor of tradition space of Japan. The purpose of this study is to research expression characteristic of speculation space, shown in the architecture of modem architect, Tadao Ando, who succeeds the concept. His works surveyed through research contain the emotion of nature and human, which are traditional factors of Japan. Moreover, it is reinterpreted by modem space, delivers its function of space and physical factor to user and grants value to activity and behavior of user residing in the space. Users recognize movement, create new meaning of space and accept physical barrier in the space. In conclusion, it can be said that the space of speculation is not a simple visual thing but a frame of visual structure, which is invented for embodiment. The factors show the Japanese architecture, real and contemplating one, which is positive in real life and allows experience. Through the conditions above, the researcher can find the meaning from the aspect that modem architecture of Japan is planned on the basis of concept of speculation.

  • During the COVID-19 pandemic, games played an important role in people's lives. Numerous online users flocked to the game platform, and brand companies started using online games to promote their products. Medical institutions have also implemented policies for healthy physical activity through online games. In order to attract more global game users, research on immersion in games is also very important to prevent users from leaving the platform. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the common immersion elements of popular games by country and study them from the perspective of changing devices. In this paper, representative popular games of Korea, China, and Japan, which are recently called the dark horse of the game industry, are classified by devices of mobile, online PCs, and VR games and analyzed using immersion analysis tools proposed by researcher. Next, the representative metaverse games of the Web 3.0 era were analyzed, and their characteristics were compared with the results of the immersion analysis between Korea, China, and Japan, and proposed as game immersion elements suitable for metabus games.

일제가 심은 전나무와 우리가 항일 사적지에 심은 전나무에 관한 고찰 (The Study on Abies holophylla Planted by Japan and Korea in Temple, Public Sites and the Historic Sites for Anti-Japan Fighter)

  • 본 연구의 첫 번째 목적은 일제가 수호신으로 전나무를 심었다는 가설의 증명에 있다. 두 번째 목적은 우리가 항일인사 사적지에 심은 전나무에 대한 문제제기에 있다. 일제는 신공왕후의 삼한출병을 보살펴 주었다는 스와신사의 신을 현신시키기 위해 전나무를 심었다. 통영 충렬사, 양주 권율장군 묘소, 경주문화원에서 일제가 심은 전나무의 실체를 확인하였다. 일제강점기 사찰과 공공장소의 전나무 사진, 전나무 양묘회사, 총독의 식수목, 판결문에 있는 전나무 훼손 사건 등의 사실을 근거로 전나무가 일제의 수호신으로 심어졌다는 가설을 입증코자 하였다. 금후 관련 분야의 공동연구에 의해 일제의 전나무 식재 의도를 더 명확히 밝혀야 한다. 항일인사 사적지의 전나무에 대해 논의하여야 한다. 노거수가 되면 칭송되고 경외의 대상이 되기 때문이다.

  • 1990년대 이후 세계경제흐름의 한 가지 특징으로 개방화 및 지역경제통합의 확대를 꼽을 수 있다. 이로 인해 세계경제권은 유럽연합(EU)을 중심으로 하는 유럽경제권, 미국을 중심으로 하는 아메리카 경제권, 그리고 최근에 급부상하고 있는 중국을 중심으로한 동북아 경제권이라는 삼극체제로 재편되고 있다. 이러한 세계경제의 조류와 동북아의 현실 그리고 사상 최대의 항만개발 프로젝트를 수행하고 있는 중국과 자국항만의 경쟁력 회복을 위해 획기적인 항만정책을 도입하고 있는 일본의 움직임 상황을 감안할 때 우리나라도 이에 대한 선도적, 능동적 대책마련이 절실하고 시급한 과제라고 사료된다. 본 연구는 문헌연구의 방법을 통해서 먼저 Hub-Port의 개념과 조건을 제시하고, 동북아 경쟁국의 Hub-Port 발전전략을 논술하며, 이를 위해서 부산항과 일본의 혼슈(시모노세키항)와 규수(키타규수항) 사이에 위치하는 한 일해협경제권의 발전 잠재력과 전략적 협력을 통한 한 일 공동 발전을 모색하는 것이 본고의 목적이다.

Japanese Youth Subculture Styles of the 2000s

  • Japan is an advanced Asian country with a young, visual and stimulating culture that fascinates even western countries. The aim of this article was to provide an in-depth understanding of youth subculture as a medium of interpreting contemporary Japanese society and fashion, and understanding the values of Japanese youths today. The study of Japanese culture, youth culture, and Japanese youth subcultures of the 2000s and their clothing styles are based on documentary research and internet research, including a wide range of books and dissertations, and English, Korean and Japanese websites. It studies the unique youth subcultures of the country from the perspective of a Korean researcher who lives in a more fashion-conservative neighbouring country.

  • In this paper, the activity of Japanese researchers relating multibody dynamics is introduced. The author stayed at the CCR(Center for Collaborative Research) in the university of Tokyo as a visiting scholar during December 10, 2003 to March 9, 2004. The information obtained from several universities (University of Tokyo, Sophia university, Nihon university, Tsukuba university), several industries and research institutes (JR Central in Nagoya, Toyota Research Center in Nagoya., Subway department in Tokyo, and JARI at Tsukuba), several research groups (JSCM, JSME, JSAE) was summarized with several photos. Professor Yoshihiro Suda's laboratory at the university of Tokyo, professor Yoshiaki Terumichi's laboratory at the Sophia university, and professor Ichiro Kageyama's laboratory at the Nihon university are introduced.

한국과 일본의 초등학교 수학과 목표에 관한 고찰 - 20세기 말 개정된 교육과정 및 해설서를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Purpose of the Elementary Mathematics Education - Based on Korea and Japan's Curriculum and Its Handbook which was Revised in the Last 20th Century)

  • 이 연구는 20세기 말 거의 같은 시기에 개정된 한국과 일본의 초등학교 수학과 교육과정 및 그 해설서를 비교하여, 차후 한국의 교육과정과 해설서 개발에 도움을 얻기 위함이다. 첫째로, 한국의 초등학교 수학과 교육과정은 학문의 체계와 학습의 우열 및 발전 의지를, 일본은 수학의 일상생활에의 적용과 수학 학습의 즐거움을 중시한 것으로 나타나고 있다. 둘째로, 일본의 산수과 교육과정 해설서는 한국에 비해, 교육과정의 개정에 초점을 맞추어 산수과 목표를 세분하여 구체적으로 해설하고 있다. 각 내용 영역에 대한 전체적 목표를 진술하고 학년별 내용의 관련을 표로 만들어 제시한 것은 좋은 점으로 생각된다. 끝으로, 일본은 초등학교 수학과 교육과정 해설서의 학년별 목표에서, 교육과정에 제시된 $\lceil$산수과의 목표$\rfloor$를 일관성있게 반영하면서 큰 틀만을 개략하고 있는데. 이는 교과서 제작에서 융통성과 창작성 발휘를 기대하는 배려로 생각할 수 있다.

Costume Design and Arts Management Making Use of Local Resources: Practical Research Towards Stimulating Growth of Tokuji in Yamaguchi-city

  • This paper is focused on practical research regarding costume design and arts management that make use of local resources and which are influenced by local culture of Tokuji in Yamaguchi-city, located in a mountainous area in Yamaguchi Prefecture in the western part of Honshu in Japan. We will examine possibilities in fashion design through this study. This was a practical research project, done with cooperation between the university and local industry, with priorities being assigned by the requests of residents of the Tokuji area. In 2011 the Aurinko, Tokuji, Talo (it means the Solar Tokuji Building in Finnish) was decided as the base of activities. Other functions were gradually added on, including a salon for people of the area to exchange ideas and workshops for group discussions. This paper will specifically be focused on the handmade paper peculiar to Tokuji and traditionally used as a material in fashion. The fashion designs developed by this researcher's laboratory were strongly influenced by these styles of paper. These costumes were made with a handmade paper called "Kamiko" in Japan, that is aesthetic sense has been historically cherished. This paper suggests that the affluence and depth of costume design may be expressed not only by directly borrowing from these influences, but also by borrowing the traditional aesthetic sense original to Japan. Thus this paper will examine industry and culture simultaneously, examining in particular the impact of arts management and costume design using handmade paper manufactured locally.
