한의 정보의 비교 및 감별 방법 - 한의 온톨로지를 중심으로 - (Comparison and Distinction Methods of Korean Medicine Information)

  • We in this paper proposed a distinction method to compare objects in the Korean medicine ontology. Comparing same and different information between two objects, two scenarios to use our system were designed and implemented. One is the distinction of formulas, medicinal materials, and acupuncture points and the other is the distinction of effects, treatments, and symptoms. To compare objects easily, the decomposition of effects and treatments and the processing of medicinal materials were provided. Also, information of each object was shown through the link to the semantic search system. Our distinction method and system could be helpful to compare and distinct two objects in the diagnosis systems or search systems of Korean medicine information.

  • 본 연구에서는 한의 온톨로지를 이용한 시맨틱 검색 시스템을 제안한다. 시맨틱 검색은 사용자의 검색어가 어떤 개념에 속하는지 인식하고 온톨로지에서 검색어와 연관된 정보들을 보여주는 기능을 제공하는 장점이 있다. 본 연구에서 구현한 시맨틱 검색 시스템 또한 이와 같은 시맨틱 검색 기능을 구현하였다. 뿐만아니라 한의 온톨로지의 시맨틱을 분석해서 한의학적으로 의미 있는 검색 시나리오를 정의하고 이 시나리오를 수행하는 프로세스 및 사용자 인터페이스를 구현하였다. 이를 통해 단순히 온톨로지에서 연결된 정보를 검색해주는 것 뿐만 아니라 보다 의미 있는 검색 결과를 제공함으로써 한의 정보를 검색하는 사용자들이 유용한 검색 결과를 얻을 수 있도록 하였다.

  • We fabricated oxide and oxide/organic hybrid TFTs on a glass substrate using the photolithography process under $200^{\circ}C$. We adopt the solution processed organic ferroelectric materials of P(VDF-TrFE) and polyimide (KSPI) insulator for 1-T structure memory and flexible device, respectively. All devices have successfully operated and showed the possibility of hybrid TFTs for the application to the flexible electronic devices.

  • The first 9-inch carbon nanotube based color field emission displays (FEDs) are integrated using a paste squeeze technique. The panel is composed of 576 x 242 lines with implementation of low voltage phosphors. The uniform and moving images are achieved only at $2V/{\mu}m$, This demonstrates a turning point of nanotube for large area and full color applications.

  • 본 논문에서는, PIFA 끝 부분을 접은 DMB 차량용 폴디드 PIFA를 제안한다. PIFA의 단락스트립 반대편 끝 부분을 접음으로써 1/4 파장이 아닌 1/10 파장에서 공진 주파수가 형성된다. 이는 PIFA에 비해 60 % 정도의 안테나 크기 축소 효과를 가진다. 또한 기생패치를 사용했을 때 폴디드 PIFA는 대역폭이 늘어난다. 따라서 제안된 안테나는 차량용 지상파 Digital Multimedia Broadcasting (DMB) 안테나로 응용이 가능하다.

  • Lovastatin produced by Aspergillus terreus via polyketide pathway is a secondary metabolite with high anti-hypercholesterolemic activity. In this paper we are going to present effective strain development strategies for lovastatin production by comparing the productivity of the mutants obtained through traditional rational screening process and protoplast fusion method. Mutants resistant against various antibiotics and/or antimetabolites showed significantly higher lovastatin productivity than the corresponding mother strains, demonstrating that rational screening method was very efficient in selecting high yielding producers. Recombinant fusants obtained using protoplast fusion between high producers were observed to have very different morphology and physiology as represented by the production and secretion of lovastatin, as well as cell growth pattern. In parallel with the strain development, optimization process for the production medium was carried out in order to find optimal concentrations of the medium components using such a powerful statistical method as response surface method (RSM). It was concluded that not only the optimum production medium but also good morphological characteristics of the high-yielding producers led to higher lovastatin production.

  • OTEC기술은 신재생에너지 기술 중의 하나로 따듯한 표층수와 차가운 심층수의 온도차를 이용하여 전력을 생산하는 기술이다. 작동유체의 선정과 OTEC 사이클의 상태에 따라 에너지효율과 환경적인 측면에 많은 영향을 준다. OTEC의 작동유체로는 ammonia, R22, R407C, R410A가 있다. 본 논문에서는 OTEC 시스템의 최적화를 위해 $25^{\circ}C$에서의 증발압력를 비교하였다. 또한 밀폐사이클과 재생사이클에서의 작동유체에 따른 출력과 효율에 대하여 연구하였다.

  • In this paper, a new remote terminal unit(hereafter RTU) is proposed to manage a wide range of applications and a variety of sensors (eg, pressure, water quality, temperature and humidity sensors, the amount of pollutants, $CO_2$, etc.) to monitor and control the facility such as water treatment plant, intake and effluent pumping station, water tank and distribution network. Fault status of local sensor devices and network are alerted by using the embedded fault handling capabilities of the RTU in the system and also sent to the fault handling server, by which fault can be easily monitored to users. The developed system was applied to one of K-water branch offices in Geoje city and improved its reliability and stability for controlling and monitoring water facility.

한의 기초 이론을 이용한 치법-증상 조합 분류, 체계화 연구 (Study on Systematizing the Combination of Method of Treatment and Symptoms Using the Basic Traditional Medicine Theory)

  • In order to improve the integrating accuracy and to elevate the serviceability of the KM(Korean Medicine) ontology constructed by the Korea Institute of Oriental Medicine, this research simplified the many-to-many corresponding relationship between groups of methods of treatment and groups of accompanied symptoms from disease ontology and categorized systematically the relationship. We first extracted the combinations of methods of treatment and accompanied symptoms from the KM ontology, then categorized the attributes of combinations that their frequencies were over 10 times by analyzing KM terms definition and the basic KM theory. We constructed the classification hierarchy having 14 kinds of classification in 4 steps and extracted 450 meaningful combinations. This research improved the integrating accuracy and elevated the serviceability of KM information by the classification system.

한의 정보 시스템에서 처방 정보의 모델링 및 표현 방법 (Models and Representations of Formulas in Korean Medicine Information Systems)

  • Objectives: We propose a method to model and represent formulas in Korean medicine information systems. Methods: All the formulas were codified in the form of graphs representing the relationship between a formula and its constituents. To identify a unique formula in a graph, the formula's name, the book in which the formula was written, the book where the formula was extracted, and the page number in the extracted book are used. All the formulas and the relationship between formulas are modelled as an ontology based on graphs. Results: A formula search system was constructed using our ontology, which can represent formula information efficiently by grouping and filtering of formulas. Our formula model was also constructed as a mobile application. Conclusions: The information in our formula search system depends on our ontology. However, our model or our search scenarios could be extended according to formula information.
