In this paper, we propose a new a new EOST by using the optical JTC(joint transform correlator) as the feature extraction park, because the JTC can adaptively detect the relative displacements of moving targest. Firstly, we derive the BPEJCT(binary phase extraction JTC) which is a phase type JTC and can remove the intracless correlation peaks of the conventional JTC. Then, especially we hardware construction for driving the BPEJTC in real, and with the Kalman target estimation alogorithm, we carried out a target tracking experiment only to show the possibility of real-time implementation of the EOST.

In this paper an optical encryption system, which can decrypt the original image by using the autocorrelation terms of a JTC, is proposed. Unlike the classical JTC, the joint input plane of the proposed system is composed in a frequency domain not a spatial domain, thus it needs only one Fourier transformation. To use like this, the phase component appeared in the output plane of JTC should be considered. We presents the effect of phase and provides the solution. An original image is encrypted to a complex-valued random image. The original image is reconstructed using the autocorrelation terms which is the main drawback of JTC, therefore the proposed system is more suitable for JTC and real time processing. By computer simulation and optical experiment, the analysis for the phase effect and the performance of the proposed system are confirmed.

Special Working Group on Directives under ISO/IEC JTC 1 is responsible to maintain core documents describing basic procedural and drafting rules to be followed by JTC 1. The Directives SWG meeting was held from August 31 to September 2 in 2011 in Ottawa Canada. There were 24 participants from 7 countries in this meeting. This paper is to review the major results of the meeting and to suggest some strategic ways for future standardization activities in Korea.

스테레오 물체추적 시스템은 스테레오 비젼 시스템의 입체 영상에서 나타나는 스테레오 시차를 없애 주는 주시각 제어와 이동 물체를 영상의 중앙에 위치시키기 위한 팬/틸트 제어를 통해 이동 물체를 추적하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 스테레오 물체추적 시스템의 새로운 접근방법으로 적응적 물체 추적이 가능한 광 JTC를 이용해 이동 물체를 추적하는 스테레오 물체추적 시뮬레이터를 구현하였다. 이를 이용하여 여러 종류의 입력 영상에 따른 광 JTC 의 추적 결과를 분석하여 실험 결과를 예측할 수 있었으며, 이를 광학적으로 구현할 경우 배경 잡음에 강하고 실 시간적 물체 추적이 가능한 스테레오 물체추적 시스템을 구현할 수 있음을 제시하였다.

In this paper, we proposed a personal identification method using binay image encryption technique and decryption system in JTC structure. Logo which represents the group symbol was encrypted with personal fingerprint and JTC structure decrypts this logo. The logo can not decrypted by other unused fingerprint even if the encrypted image was lost or stolen. So this method can give more safe personal identification.

본고에서는 ISO와 IEC 두 국제표준화 기관에서 공동으로 설치한 ICT분야를 다루는 Joint Technical Committee 1 (JTC1)의 표준체계 및 동향에 대하여 알아본다. 기존의 유사한 JTC1 표준화 활동에 대한 문건들과 대비하여 본고에서는 최근 가장 혁신적으로 수정된 2016년에 발간된 최신 규정 및 부록 문건을 중점적으로 설명하도록 한다.

이 코너는 데이터베이스 관련 표준화 활동중에서 ISO와 IEC의 합동기술위원회(JTC1), SC32 Data Management and Interchange(데이터 관리 및 교환)의 표준화 활동과 데이터베이스 단체표준을 제정하는 데이터베이스 표준총회의 활동을 중심으로 매월 소개하고자 한다. 이번호는 지난 7월 7일부터 11일까지 호주 브리스베인에서 열린 JTC1/SC32 총회의 회의 내용과 제3차 JTC1/SC32 전문위원회 회의 내용, 제6차 데이터베이스 표준화 전문위원회 회의 내용을 게재한다.
