JSF사업은 다수 군이 사용할 수 있는 공통항공기를 생산하여 항공기 전 운영기간의 운영경비를 줄이는데 중점을 두고 있기때문에 소요군 각각이 전투기를 개발하는 것에 비해 개발비를 50% 정도까지 줄일 수 있을 것으로 추정하고 있다. JSF 항공기는 공대지 임무에 중점을 두게 될 다목적 전투기로, JSF 사업실은 경합중이던 3개 업체의 사업 제안서를 제출받아 보잉, 록히드 마틴 2개업체를 선정한 바 있으며 현재는 개념 시범 단계에 진입해 있다

We isolated 120 strains of wild yeasts from the water and riverside soils of Daejeoncheon and Gapcheon in Daejeon, Korea. We identified Debaryomyces udenii JSF601, Kazachstania telluris JSF602, Trichosporon faecale JSF614, Candida infanticola WJSL0039, Candida palmioleophila WJSL0048, Pichia spartinae WJSL0087, and Trichosporon coprophilum WJSL0093 from Daejeoncheon, and Leucosporidium golubevii WJSL0108 and Ustilentyloma graminis WJSL0118 from Gapcheon, as newly recorded yeast strains in Korea and investigated their microbiological characteristics. All of these previously unrecorded yeasts were oval- or ellipsoidal-shaped with ascospores, except C. infanticola WJSL0039, C. palmioleophila WJSL0048, and D. udenii JSF601. L. golubevii WJSL0108 and U. graminis WJSL0118 grew in vitamin-free medium, and C. infanticola WJSL0039 was halotolerant and grew in 10% NaCl-containing YPD broth. K. telluris JSF602 and P. spartinae WJSL0087 were thermophilic yeasts, which grew at $37^{\circ}C$.

JSF 사업은 미 국방부의 무기획득 간소화와 개혁, 문서 비사용 면에서 계속 선구자적 역할을 수행할 것인데, 이 사업은 표준 통신수단으로 전자 통신절차를 강조하고, 사업획득요청과 관련된 정보를 포함한 효율적이고 실시간의 사업정보 배포를 위해 인터넷을 사용한다. 또한 미 국방부는 차세기의 위협 및 예산감축에 대처하려면 공통성과 합동성에 중점을 두어 전술 공군을 축소시켜야 한다고 생각하고 있는데, JSF는 이러한 목표를 달성시켜 줄 것이다

JSF의 기술완성 노력은 예산 범위내에서 낮은 기술 리스크로 기술 및 제작발전단계에 진입하고, 종국적으로 JSF의 생산단계에 진입토록 할 수 있는 기술을 찾아내서 완성시키는 데 중점을 둔다. 기술완성 노력에서 일차적으로 중점을 두는 분야는 예산 가용성, 지원성, 생존성, 치명성 등에 크게 기여할 수 있는 것으로 확인된 기술 분야이다. 기술완성 노력은 비행시스템, 추진 기관등 기술분야를 커버하는 7개의 통합 생산팀에 의해 관리된다

In this paper, the screening of potent acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitor - producing yeasts from wild yeasts and the condition for the production of anti-dementia AChE inhibitors are described. Among one hundred and seven non-pathogenic wild yeast strains from the waters and soils of three main rivers in Daejeon metropolitan city and midstream of Yeongsangang river in Sangju, sporogenous Saccharomyces cerevisiae WJSL0113 and asporogenous Wickerhamomyces anomalus JSF0128 were selected as useful strains for the production of potent AChE inhibitors. The AChE inhibitors of S. cerevisiae WJSL0113 and W. anomalus JSF0128 had a maximum yield when they were incubated in yeast extract-peptone-dextrose media (pH 6.0 in S. cerevisiae WJSL0113 and pH 5.0 in W. anomalus JSF0128) for 18 hr at $30^{\circ}C$, respectively.

미국 차세대 통합공격전투기(Joint Strike Fighter)의 실증선행실험기 메이커로 보잉사와 록히드마틴의 양사를 지명하고 실증기 제작계약을 체결함으로써 이제 동 계획은 제2단계에 돌입했다. 당초 미 국방부는 선진 전술기로 단거리이륙, 수직착륙기를 생각하고 개발에 착수한 이래 다시 통합선진공격전투기술(JAST) 계획을 세워 공군과 해군, 해병대에서 공용할 수 있는 범용 최신예 전투기를 개발할 계획아래 MD, 보잉, 록히드마틴의 3개사에 실증선행 실험기 제작제안서를 의뢰하여 이번에 실증기 제작 대상으로 2개사가 선정되어 향후에 따라 각각 2기씩 실증기(CDA)를 제작하게 되었다. 이 실증기에 의하여 통합전투공격기를 개발할 1개사를 선정 2001년부터 실용형을 만든다는 것이다. JSF계획의 여로모를 정리해본다.

One of the most important factor while developing web application is to separate presentation and business logic lowering the maintenance cost. There are various web application development tools mainly categorized as script based such as Servlet, JSP, ASP.NET techniques and dynamic server page development frameworks such as Struts, JSF (Java Server Faces), Spring MVC etc. These tools provide web tier processing solution but not the complete separation of presentation and business logic. In this paper, we developed custom tog component that separate presentation and business logic, to process them we also developed container. In addition, DOM tree is applied to the developed container to manage the presentation effectively.
