  • The personal health record platform can store and manage medical records, health-monitoring data such as blood pressure and blood sugar, and life logs generated from various wearable devices. It provides services such as international standard-based medical document management, data pattern analysis and an intelligent inference engine, and disease prediction and domain contents. This study aims to construct a foundation for the transmission of international standard-based medical documents by mapping the diagnosis items of a general health examination, special health examination, life logs, health data, and life habits with the international standard terminology systems. The results of mapping with international standard terminology systems show a high mapping rate of 95.6%, with 78.8% for LOINC, 10.3% for SNOMED, and 6.5% when mapped with both LOINC and SNOMED.

  • In this paper, a method of constructing an advanced sequential circuit over finite fields is proposed. The method proposed an algorithm for assigning all elements of finite fields to digital code from the properties of finite fields, discussed the operating characteristics of T-gate used to construct sequential digital system of finite fields, and based on this, formed sequential circuit without trajectory. For this purpose, the state transition diagram was allocated to the state dependency code and a whole table was drawn showing the relationship between the status function and the current state and the previous state. The following status functions were derived from the status function and the preceding table, and the T-gate and the device were used to construct the sequential circuit. It was confirmed that the proposed method was able to organize sequential digital systems effectively and systematically.

  • Recently, smart lighting systems are the combination between sensors and lights. These systems turn on/off and adjust the brightness of lights based on the motion of object and the brightness of environment. These systems are often applied in places such as buildings, rooms, garages and parking lot. However, these lighting systems are controlled by lighting sensors, motion sensors based on illumination environment and motion detection. In this paper, we propose an automatic lighting control system using one single camera for buildings, rooms and garages. The proposed system is one integration the results of digital image processing as motion detection, hand gesture detection to control and dim the lighting system. The experimental results showed that the proposed system work very well and could consider to apply for automatic lighting spaces.

  • In real world object detection is an active research topic for understanding different objects from images. There are different models presented in past and had significant results. In this paper we are presenting vehicle logo detection using previous object detection models such as You only look once (YOLO) and Faster Region-based CNN (F-RCNN). Both the front and rear view of the vehicles were used for training and testing the proposed method. Along with deep learning an image pre-processing algorithm called perspective transformation is proposed for all the test images. Using perspective transformation, the top view images were transformed into front view images. This algorithm has higher detection rate as compared to raw images. Furthermore, YOLO model has better result as compare to F-RCNN model.

  • In this paper, we propose an ellipsoid modeling method for coding of a face depth picture. The ellipsoid modeling is firstly based on a point of a nose tip which is defined as the lowest value of the depth in the picture. The proposed ellipsoid representation is simplified through a difference of depth values between in the nose tip and in left or right boundary point of the face. Parameters of the ellipsoid are calculated through coordinates and depth values to minimize differences from the actual depth pixels. A picture is predicted by the modeled ellipsoid for coding of the face depth picture. In simulation results, an average MSEs between the face depth picture and the predicted picture is measured as 20.3.

  • In the image methodology, cinemagraphs are needed to find out how to think through the empirical studies of the audiences in actual empirical theory. Therefore, this study analyzes what cinemagraph images represent and what groups are inclined to see them. The analytical study aims to reveal the grouping categorized as a preference survey according to the subjectivity study by Q methodology. Research reveals how images should be read and how disparities tend to differ from or agree with those in understanding images. Therefore, four types categorized into Q analysis through 1: 1 interview using a sample group and using samples showed that human interpretation and cinemagraph images were represented in understanding cinemagraphs.

  • The safety-critical software in healthcare systems needs more and more perceptive excess among human observation and computer support. It is a challenging conversion that we are fronting in confirming security in healthcare systems. Held in the center are the patients-the most important receivers of care. Patient injuries and fatalities connected to health information technologies commonly show up in the news, contrasted with tales of how health experts are being provided financial motivation to approve the products that may be generating damage. Those events are unbelievable and terrifying, however they emphasize on a crucial issue and understanding that we have to be more careful for the safety and protection of our patients.

  • The compression of video for both full HD and UHD requires the inclusion of extra vertical lines to every video frame, named as the DTV essential hidden area (DEHA), for the effective functioning of the MPEG-2/4/H encoder, stream, and decoder. However, while the encoding/decoding process is dependent on the DEHA, the DEHA is conventionally viewed as a redundancy in terms of channel utilization or storage efficiency. This paper proposes a block mode DEHA method to more effectively utilize the DEHA. Partitioning video block images and then evenly filling the representative DEHA macroblocks with the average DC coefficient of the active video macroblock can minimize the amount of DEHA data entering the compressed video stream. Theoretically, this process results in smaller DEHA data entering the video stream. Experimental testing of the proposed block mode DEHA method revealed a slight improvement in the quality of the active video. Outside of this technological improvement to video quality, the attractiveness of the proposed DEHA method is also heightened by the ease that it can be implemented with existing video encoders.

  • Through the development of the medium, Sigmund Freud's uncanny element in the Cinemagraphic technique of digital image is analyzed, and the research problem presented through the case and literature data is interpreted. Look for an Uncanned element as seen from. Interpret the theories found in art paintings and human philosophical perspectives through examples in the overlapping cinema graphs of photographs and videos that we have looked at unfamiliarity. It interprets the double surreal image of Cinemagraph through unfamiliar gaze and evaluates new horizon with digital photograph.

  • This article suggests a new algorithm for detecting two-wheelers on the road that have various shapes according to viewpoints. Because of complicated shapes, it is more difficult than detecting a human. In general, the Histograms of Oriented Gradients(HOG) feature is well known as a useful method of detecting a standing human. We propose a method of detecting a human on a two-wheelers using the spatial relocation of HOG (Histogram of Oriented Gradients) features. And this paper adapted the contrast method which is generally using in the image process to improve the detection rate. Our experimental results show that a two-wheelers detection system based on proposed approach leads to higher detection accuracy, less computation, and similar detection time than traditional features.
