In this paper, It is studied to monitor the remote system status using HTTP(HyperText Transfer Protocol) object communication. This system is organized by three different part depending on functionality - server part, client part, controller part. The JAVA technology is used to composite the server part, the client part and C language is used for a controller.

본 연구는 이동 전화나 PDA와 같은 모바일 단말기를 이용하는 무선 인터넷 환경에서 데이터베이스 테이블로부터 Java 객체를 생성하여 이들 중간 형태인 XML 문서로 출력하고, 이러한 XML 문서들을 다시 XML 파서와 XSLT 처리기를 통해 무선 단말기에 적합한 마크업 언어 파일을 생성하여 단말기로 전송한다. 이를 통해 기존의 유선 인터넷상의 HTML 컨덴츠뿐만 아니라 데이터베이스 등 다른 정보들도 실시간으로 접근할 수 있는 장점을 제공한다. 향후에는 편리한 GUI, 매핑 규칙 선택 도구, previewer 제공 등을 위한 연구가 진행되어야 한 것이다.

소프트웨어를 아키텍쳐 수준에서 정확하고 엄밀하게 설계, 분석하는 것이 점차 중요해짐에 따라 사용이 쉬우면서 기술적으로 성숙된 아키텍쳐 기술언어(ADL Architecture Description Language)의 필요성이 커지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 컴포넌트 기반의 도메인 아키텍쳐 모델링 시 C2 스타일의 아키텍쳐 기술을 지원하는 ADL을 정의한다. 본 논문에서 정의한 ADL은 자바(Java)와 유사한 구문으로 컴포넌트 명세와 아키텍쳐 명세를 분리하여 기술할 수 있는 표기 형식을 제공한다.

This paper describes the development of the database system for tunnel management of Korea National Railways. In order to make the system both target independent and accessible by KNR network or modem, authors developed the system as a web-based application using java language and IBM DB2 database. The system includes the searching, reporting, graphical representation and statistical functions for tunnel data, maintenance records and checking records. Later, the system will be extended to include the process for tunnel state rating and maintenace prioritiy decision-making.

Systems architecture of information models for construction industry is introduced. The architecture ful fills international standards, such as ISO 10303(STEP) and IAI IFC, etc. It is defined in web service description language(WSDL) and ISO 10303-11(EXPRESS) language. A standard platform for this standard architecture is also developed. This platform has several tools which can transform EXPRESS description file into C++ or Java languages and which also can generate an IDL file or OWL file from an EXPRESS file. System architects, software engineers, information system consultants can use these standards to define their information model for construction industry in standardized way. Construction engineers can test this information model with ease using standard testing tools and testing method, which is also a part of standard architecture of information systems for virtual construction.

This paper is concerned with the compression test and forming process of flange by using virtual reality and analysis(simulation) program. This virtual manufacturing can be carried out one personal computer without any expensive devices for experiment. The virtual manufacturing composed of three modules such as the imput, calculation and the output modules on internet. Internet user can give the material's property and process parameters to the sever computer at the input module. On the calculation module, a simulator computes the virtual manufacturing process by analysis program and stores the data as a file. The output module is the program in which internet user can confirm virtual manufacturing results by showing tables, graphs, and 3D animation. This programs is designed by an internet language such as HTML, CGI, VRML and JAVA ,while analysis programs use the finite increasing, the virtual manufacturing technique will substitute many real experiments in the future.

TTCN-3(Testing & Test Control Notation Version 3) defined in EISI(2001) are the standardized test specification and test implementation language of applicable for all kinds of black-box testing for reactive and distributed system, telecom systems, Mobile system, Internet, CORBA based system, java, XML, etc. This paper using the TTCN-3 on an Electric Power IT Protocol DLMS(Device Language Message Specification) standards for the implementation of the device equipment test the suitability of the protocol.

최근 멀티미디어 기반의 WWW(World Wide Web) 서비스를 중심으로 하는 인터넷의 사용이 일반화되면서 전 세계의 컴퓨터망에 존재하는 수많은 정보들을 취득할 수 있게 되었다. 인터넷의 사용이 일반화되고 있는 현대의 사회에서는 정확한 정보를 신속하게 취득하는 것이 중요한 문제로 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 OOPL(Object-Oriented Programming Language)인 JAVA를 이용하여 검색엔진을 설계하고 최적화된 URL을 추출하여 이용자에게 제공함으로써 더욱 정확한 정보를 획득할 수 있음을 보였다. 또한 기존의 국내 제작 검색엔진들과 비교하여 제안한 시스템에서는 배드 링크율이 개선됨을 보였다.

능동형 데이터베이스 시스템은 사용자가 정의한 rule의 집합이 해당 event 가 발생하는 순간 능동적으로 일련의 행위를 수행하도록 정의된 시스템이다. 그러나. 이처럼 서로 긴밀한 관계를 갖는 rule들이 능동적으로 수행되는 과정에 종료되지 않고 무한히 순환하여 수행하는 경우가 발생할 수 있다. 이처럼 무한히 순환하여 수행할 수 있는 가능성을 분석하는 것이 Termination Analysis 이다. 본 논문은 compile time 에 rule 의 termination 을 예측하는 방법에 대한 연구로, Java Language 를 rule definition language로 사용하며, composite event의 경우도 지원하도록 기존의 Termination analysis 방법을 확장하였다.

기존의 WebGIS는 구현방법에 따라서 서버중심과 클라이언트중심의 WebGIS모델로 구분할 수 있다. 서버중심의 WebGIS모델은 결과데이터가 이미지(JPG,GIF)로 클라이언트에 전송되므로 사용자는 기본적인 GIS 기능만을 처리할 수 있고, 데이터 확대 시 데이터가 손상되는 문제들이 있다. 클라이언트 중심의 WebGIS모델은 벡터데이터(Java-applet, ActiveCGM) 전송을 위해 고가의 특정 소프트웨어를 구입해야 하고, 플랫폼에 의존적이며, 표준화된 포맷이 아니므로 웹에서 데이터 상호 전송 및 호환의 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 WebGIS모델의 전반적인 분석을 통해서 각기 구축된 WebGIS의 구현방법과 문제점에 대해 고찰해 본다. 그리고 이런 문제점들이 대안인 XML(extensible Markup Language)으로 기술된 GML (Geographic Markup Language)과 SVG(Scalable Vector Graphics)를 이용한 WebGIS에 대한 연구와 향후 우리가 연구해야 할 방향에 대해 모색해 본다.
