Design and Implementation of A Real-time Collaborative Group ICN Editor (실시간 협업지원 그룹 ICN 에디터의 설계 및 구현)

  • Recently, there are two important research trends in the literature the red-time collaborative computing end electronic business process automation. This paper is one of those efforts that would establish an effective business office working and computing environment hough the integration of those two cutting-edge technologies. That is, we try to develop a workflow modeling tool that is semantically based upon the information control net(ICN), which is a typical workflow model for specifying office work procedures(business processes), and that is systemically based upon the real-time collaborative operations by a set of actors, which is called group, We name it "group ICN editor". This paper describes the design and implementation of the group ICN editor that is operable under the real-time collaborative computing environment. We use the Flexible rJAMM toolkit that enables the ICN editor to operate among multiple actors(group) through the event-driven collaboration platform, Consequently, a set of workflow and business processes defined through this editor is not only stored onto database but also transformed into the format of the workflow process definition language(WPDL) that is a standardized workflow description and specification language proposed by the workflow management coalition(WfMC).ion(WfMC).

Jab1 as a Mediator of Nuclear Export and Cytoplasmic Degradation of p53

  • Jun activation domain-binding protein 1 (Jab1) is involved in various cellular mechanisms including development in Drosophila and mouse, cell cycle control and signal transduction pathways. Recent studies also determined that Jab1 functions as a nuclear exporter and inducer of cytoplasmic degradation for several proteins including p53, p27, capsid of West Nile virus, and Smad4/7 proteins. In particular, p53 is shown to bind to and to be exported into the cytoplasm by Jab1, which helps to maintain low levels of p53 under normal conditions. This review was undertaken in an effort to understand the biological significance of the homeostasis of p53 as maintained in the presence of Jab1. Based on our observations, we have provided potential mechanistic hypotheses for the nuclear export of p53 in coordination with Jab1 and the role of other factors in these processes.

The Effects of Mothers' Emotional Expression and Self-compassion on Preschoolers' Emotion Regulation: The Mediating Role of Preschoolers' Self-compassion (어머니의 정서표현 및 자기자비가 유아의 정서조절능력에 미치는 영향: 유아 자기자비의 매개효과)

  • Objective: This study aimed to determine whether preschoolers' self-compassion mediates the effects of mothers' emotional expression and self-compassion on preschoolers' emotional regulation abilities in children aged 4 to 6 years. Methods: The study included 305 mothers residing in City J who were raising preschoolers aged 4 to 6. Data collected were analyzed for the significance of the mediating effects among the main variables using the GLM Mediation Model in the JAMM package of the Jamovi 2.3.16 statistical program. Results: Firstly, statistically significant positive and negative correlations were found among the main variables. Secondly, preschoolers' positive self-compassion was found to partially mediate the relationship between mothers' positive emotional expression and preschoolers' emotional regulation abilities. Furthermore, preschoolers' negative self-compassion partially mediated the relationship between mothers' negative emotional expressions and preschoolers' emotional regulation abilities. Conclusion/Implications: This study identified parental and child variables influencing preschoolers' emotional regulation abilities and discussed intervention strategies for education and counseling to enhance these abilities.
