Spiritual health is an important indicator in the quality of life of patients with cancer. The purpose of this study was to validate a Spiritual Health Inventory (SHI) for patients with cancer developed by Highfield (1989). The SHI was translated into Korean, back-translated into English. The study sample was 96 patients with cancer. The data were collected from September, 1999 to February, 2000 for 6 months. Statistic analysis was done with the SPSS PC+ (Version 10.0) program: descriptive statistics, factor analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient, and one-way ANOVA. The results are as follows : 1. The reliability score was examined using Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ and found to be .79. 2. Construct validity was examined using factor analysis. Four factors were identified and named : (1) Peace of mind (19.1% of variance), (2) Hope (9.7%), (3) Self-esteem (6.4%), (4) Trust (6.0%). The total of 41.2 percent of the variance. 3. The Pearson correlation coefficient score of 4 factors was between r = .24~ .42. 4. SHI was identified as multidimension, that is (1) The relationship with GOD, as absolute being, (2) the relationship with others, (3) the relationship within oneself. 5. There were differences in response in items especially related to GOD. The following recommendations can be made on the above findings : 1. Replicate with a minimum sample of 150 and test for concurrent validity. 2. Since spirituality is a dynamic concept, longitudinal study is also necessary. 3. Concept analysis using a qualitative study based on religious preference is recommended. 4. The items such as 12, 13, 15, 17, 19, 22, 24, 26 indicated conceptual ambiguity for Korean populations and further study is needed on item deletion or new items.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to validate the Needs Assessment Tool for Case Management (NATCM) for use with Korean medical aid beneficiaries. Methods: Psychometric testing was performed with a sample of 645 Korean medical aid beneficiaries, which included 41 beneficiaries who were selected using proportional sampling method, to examine intraclass correlation coefficients (ICC). Data were evaluated using item analyses, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), Cronbach's alpha, and ICC. Results: Through psychometric testing the final version of NATCM was found to consist of two subscales: 1) Appropriateness of Health Care Utilization (5 items) and 2) Self Care Ability (6 items). The two subscale model was validated by CFA (RMSEA=.08, GFI=.97, and CFI=.93). Internal consistency measured by Cronbach's alpha was .82, and subscale reliability ranged from .79 to .84. The ICC of the NATCM between case managers was .73 and between case managers and health care professionals. .82. Conclusion: This study suggests that the final version of NATCM is a brief, reliable, and valid instrument to measure needs of Korean medical aid beneficiaries. Therefore, the NATCM can be effectively utilized as an important needs assessment as well as outcome evaluation tool for case management programs in Korea.
Purpose: Ego-integrity in older adults is the central concept related to quality of life in later life. Therefore, for effective interventions to enhance the quality of later life, a scale to measure ego-integrity in older adults is necessary. This study was carried out to develop a scale to measure ego-integrity in older adults. Methods: This study utilized cronbach's alpha in analyzing the reliability of the collected data and expert group, and factor analysis and item analysis to analyze validity. Results: Seventeen items were selected from a total of 21 items. Cronbach's alpha coefficient for internal consistency was.88 for the 17 items of ego-integrity in the older adults scale. Three factors evolved by factor analysis, which explained 50.71% of the total variance. Conclusions: The scale for measuring ego-integrity in Korean older adults in this study was evaluated as a tool with a high degree of reliability and validity.

The subjects of the study were randomly male and female college students in Seoul. The 123 subjects had experience of purchasing clothes from Internet shopping mall. To analyze SPSS(ver 10.0) was used $X^2$, ANOVA, Correlation analysis, Multiple regression and Cronbach $\alpha$ were performed for verification. For significance judgement, .05 was used, which is commonly used in social science. The result of this study were most of them purchased closes once or twice a year through Internet shopping mall. The most popular item was T-shirts or sweater and money spent per visit was less than 100,000 won. Those who have used Internet for a longer period tend to purchase more items tend to purchase more frequently. Subjective satisfaction which is a sub factor of the product purchase and product purchase times have significant correlation and total purchase amount and the sub factors of purchase satisfaction. There is significant correlation among product information provision, which is a sub factor of purchase feature and product information provision, marketability, convenience of delivery, additional features and subjective satisfaction which are sub factors of purchase satisfaction. Clothing purchase factors influencing on subjective satisfaction are product information provision and marketability and marketability is the stronger influencing feature of the two.
Objectives : High school students to measure fear of dental treatment, dental health care workers according to the level of reliability of this study is to determine the extent of terror was carried out. Methods : Located in Gwangju, 165 high school students were surveyed. The forming of fishing ground and the population ecological characteristics of yellowtail, Seriola quinqueradiata, in the coastal waters off Gim-nyeong of Jeju Island were investigated. The stock of yellowtail, Seriola quinqueradiata, between Jeju Island and coastal areas of the East Sea is probably the same. Water temperature probably is a major factor for controlling distribution of yellowtails in deeper, offshore areas off Jeju Island. However, the major factor that determines aggregation of yellowtails in coastal areas of Jeju Island, especially off Gim-nyeong is probably strong tidal currents driven by distribution of yellowtails rather than hydrological conditions such as Yellowtails collected off Jeju Island were from 1 to 4yrs old and about 50% of them were $1^{-yr}$ old, probably indicating overfishing. Jack mackerel was the major prey item for yellowtails off Gim-nyeong from October to March, suggesting concurrence of the two species.
The purpose of the study was to investigate the level of latest fashion adoption of men's wear manufacturers and differences in the level of fashion adoption according to characteristics of brands and merchandise. Thus, this study was to be an exploratory study to examine the trends in fashion adoption of men's wear manufacturers. The questionnaire consisted of questions on 7 elements of fashion adoption and characteristics of men's wear manufacturers and their merchandise. The subjects were to evaluate their level of fashion adoption and rated on 5 point Likert-type scales of 7 elements. For the survey, the subjects were 100 employees (62 merchandisers, and 24 designers, etc.) who are employed by men’s wear manufacturers which have national brands, designer brands, license brands, import brands or private brands. The SAS PC+ package was used to calculate factor analysis, mean, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan's test, and Tukey's test. The results from the study were as follows: 1) The elements of fashion adoption of men's wear manufacturers were divided into 4 factors (clolr/fabric, silhouette/fashion image, detail/item coordination, accessories) which explained 83.61% of the whole of factors. 2) The highest score of mean of fashion adoption factors was fabric/color, but the lowest was accessory factor. 3) There were significant positive correlations between fashion adoption factors except between fabric/color and accessories. 4) There were significant differences in the level of fashion adoption according to types of brands and ages of target consumers. 5) There were significant differences in the level of fashion adoption according to the categories of apparel (suits vs. casual clothing) and types of suits and casual wear.

With the recent development of IT technology, the existing contents have been digitalized through various distribution channels. Accordingly, a lot of studies have been done in order to figure out the distribution and features of digital contents, In these studies, however, categorical characteristics of digital contents were not considered ; most of the previous researchers saw digital contents as only a single item or focused on some contents within particular part such as movie, music, etc. So, this study divides digital contents into movies, music and texts. I was going to study which factors affect Customer Satisfaction in relation with the kind of contents. With SERVQUAL as independent variables, which affect the Customer satisfaction, I used five factors :Design Quality, Information Quality, Security Quality, Communication Quality and Transaction Quality. As for the detailed items, I corrected them with Open-End Question and Pre Survey Research, which are more fit into the features of digital contents. This research conducted Principle Component Analysis, Reliability Test, Correlation Analysis and Regression Analysis. I verified that each factor of Service Qualities has a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction. Moreover, the factors of the effect are different according to the kind of digital contents. This paper was added Exploratory Study to find the best distribute channel. For the study, I search the possible distribute channel in each digital contents and their characteristic.

As OPB and IPB moment-induced fatigue damage on mooring chain links were reported for a offloading buoy, verification of OPB and IPB fatigue has been a key engineering item in offshore structure mooring design. Mathematical and physical features of the conventional approach which was mainly explained in BV guideline are reviewed and disadvantages of the conventional approach are addressed in terms of stress proportionality and nonlinearity of OPB and IPB moments. In order to eradicate these disadvantages, a novel approach is newly proposed which is able to dispel apprehension on stress proportionality and is not dependent of nonlinearities of OPB and IPB moments. Significant differences between two approaches are suggested by comparing relations of OPB moment versus OPB interlink angle and IPB moment versus IPB interlink angle. For periodic OPB tension angle processes having three different OPB angle ranges with a simple irregular tension process, fatigue damage calculation reveals that OPB moment-induced fatigue damage has dominant portion to total fatigue damage. Comparative studies between two approaches also show that the conventional approach based on BV guideline predicts fatigue damage far conservatively since it assume unrealistic high stress concentration factor for tension load. Meanwhile IPB moment-induced fatigue damage is negligible compared to tension-induced fatigue damage.
