The findings of the study were as follows: First, as a result of analyzing the relationship of the demographic characteristics of the subjects to their awareness of corporate social responsibility, organizational trust and organizational performance, there were differences in awareness of corporate social responsibility according to the form of employment, academic credential and marital status. As for awareness of legal/ethical responsibility by the form of employment, the regular workers put more emphasis on that than the irregular workers. Second, as a result of analyzing the relationship of the corporate social responsibility of the private security companies to organizational performance, namely organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior, the two factors were found to affect each other.

Taking the present circumstances into account that we are approaching the realization stage of interchange and cooperation between North and South Korea through a preparatory stage, recovery of national homogeneity is an essential precondition for reunification. The important first Step is pursuing of recovery of educational homogeneity for this purpose. The authors carried out 8 general observation on the fundamental educational system with ideology, on the actual state and characteristic of educational system for industrial technicians, and especially on the educational system for fisheries technical manpower in the North Korea. It was found that the North Korea's basic idea of educational policy is constituted by bringing up the communistic human beings on the ground of "the Ideas of Identity" and by bringing up industrial technical manpower for development of communistic economic. The basic educational system consists of 1-4-6-4 school years system, and 11 years of compulsory education up to the higher middle schools is imposed to all people. The educational system for industrial technicians is also composed of the regular school system which is following the basic educational system and of the irregular school system which is being attached to the industrial bodies. The fisheries educational system is very similar to the general educational system for industrial technicians, and the fisheries workers are treated more warmly in comparison with the workers engaging in the other industrial fields. By this study, the authors failed to find out the concrete content of the fisheries educational system including the curriculum owing to the lack of information, but this task should be studied continuously to make provision of reunification in the near future. Expressly, a continuous and profound research is required to be carried out on actual accepted state of the international maritime conventions together with the marine officers' certification system for the shipping and fisheries fields in the North Korea.

This study surveyed 150 men aged 30 to 50, a demographic which seborrheic dermatitis is common. The time of day one shampoos and recurrent fatigue were found to have a statistically significant impact on symptoms contributing to the main causes of seborrhea, including itchiness, excessive oil, acne, and redness on the scalp (p<0.01). Study results confirm lifestyle and shampoo habits, such as the frequent sense of fatigue, a routine work schedule, susceptibility to stress, the time of day one uses shampoo, and whether hair styling products are used, affects seborrheic scalp disease. This study found seborrheic scalp disease for office workers primarily resulted from shampoo habits, rashes were predominantly caused by a failure to rinse shampoo and dry hair completely, while secondary aggravating factors included irregular work schedules, recurrent tiredness, and chronic stress.
Objectives : The purpose of this study was to gain an understanding of the effects of three exercise types on anthropometric and serum lipids and physiological index factors, which are known to be the three risk factors of cardiovascular disease in male workers. Methods : The experimental study period was 12 weeks. In this study, 30-40's males (N=31) were assigned to 3 experimental groups: regular aerobic(treadmill walking) exercise group, regular anaerobic(muscular endurance) exercise group, irregular aerobic & anaerobic exercise group and a control group using a stratified random assignment method. Results : In relation to anthropometric factors, the regular aerobic & anaerobic exercise groups showed significant decreases in Weight, Broca's index, WC, BMI, WHtR, WHpR and HRrest. With regard to the serum lipid factors, the TC was decreased, but the HDL-c increased among the regular aerobic & anaerobic exercise groups. However, no significant difference was found between the other groups in respect to the LDL-c and TG. Considering the physiological factors, the TC/HD-c, TC-HDL/HDL-c, LDL-C/HDL-c and NON-HDL-c ratios were decreased, but the HDL-c/TC ratio increased among the regular aerobic & anaerobic exercise groups. The TG/HDL-c and HDL-c/LDL-c ratios showed no significant differences between the groups. These results indicated that the positive change for each factor is much larger in the regular exercise groups, especially in the anaerobic exercise group. Conclusions : The results indicate that not only regular aerobic exercise, but also regular anaerobic(muscular endurance) exercise could be utilized in lessening the deleterious effects of the risk index factors for cardiovascular disease.

In this study, Employment Status and Environment of Librarian, to investigate the employment prospect survey was conducted to the subjects of a librarian. The results of this study are as follows. First of all, employment environment of the library site base on the cognitive survey was showed that low wages, unstable jobs, difficulty in work due to staff placement that does not match majors, disagreement with the boss, self-regard as a librarian, excessive workload, a poor work environment etc. Second, the field workers preferred cultural program related electronic information organisation and service as the contents to be added to the curriculum of the library information department of the university. Third, the employment environment of irregular workers is characterised by high competition, low wages, high turnover number, and excessive workload. Fourth, The biggest problem when preparing for employment was the lack of employment information. Therefore, various improvement measures based on the results of the above studies are required, especially, construction of employment information system, Introduction of the field - based curriculum, specific employment conditions are required when hiring.
The study was conducted to investigate the influences of food service employees' job burnout, job engagement, and workplace safety perception on their job satisfaction. A survey was administered on 589 school food service employees in Gyeongbuk from December 5, 2005 to February 18, 2006. The final response rate was 71% (N= 416); the data were analyzed using SPSS Windows (ver. 12.0). A majority of the respondents were females (99.0%) and 40 years old or older (75.3%); 84% were temporary contact-based or irregular workers. Among the job burnout dimensions, exhaustion ($2.98{\pm}0.59$) was rated higher than cynicism ($2.33{\pm}0.54$), while professional efficacy level ($3.61{\pm}0.47$) was relatively high. In terms of job engagement, the means of absorption ($3.67{\pm}0.49$) and dedication ($3.65{\pm}0.52$) were higher than that of vigor ($3.22{\pm}0.46$). A systematic environmental level ($3.15{\pm}0.58$) was lower than safety knowledge level ($3.63{\pm}0.49$) among the workplace safety statistics, whereas the anxiety level ($3.25{\pm}0.74$) was relatively high. The food service staff were more satisfied with 'supervisors' and 'co-workers' than with 'pay' and 'promotion'. A hierarchial regression analysis revealed that dedication, absorption, systematic environment, and safety knowledge were significant factors to increase job satisfaction and exhaustion which significantly decreased their job satisfaction.

This paper attempts to select the attributes of job creation and to rank them for evaluation of companies' job creation. And the results of this paper are expected to provide the information for the polices of job creation. In doing so, this paper applies fuzzy decision making analysis that reflects ambiguity and uncertainty in decision-making process. According to the results, the weight of quality of employment is similar with that of quantity of employment. In addition, annual employment growth rate, annual net employment are ranked as first and the percentage of irregular employment, the average length of employment of all workers, average monthly wages of all workers, and employment growth over sales growth rate are next ranked.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors influencing the health promoting behavior(s) of office worker males in the COVID-19 pandemic by applying Pender's health promotion model. Methods: The participants in this study were 149 male office workers at companies located in S, G and S cities. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and a stepwise multiple regression using the SPSS Window 25.0 program. Results: The subject's health promoting behaviors and prior related behaviors (r=.58, p<.001), perceived benefits of action (r=.41, p<.001), self-efficacy (r=.53, p<.001), social support (r=.39, p<.001), self-esteem (r=.47, p<.001) and commitment to a plan of action (r=.67, p<.001) showed a high positive correlation. The factors affecting the subjects' health promoting behaviors were the commitment to a plan of action (𝛽=.35, p<.001), self-esteem (𝛽=.27, p=.005), prior related behavior (𝛽=.26, p<.001), health status (good) (𝛽=.20, p=.001) and self-efficacy (𝛽=.14, p=.047). These variables explained 63.0% of the subjects' health promoting behaviors. Conclusion: During the COVID-19 pandemic, subjects are more likely to be exposed to disease due to reduced outdoor activity time and irregular eating habits due to the strengthening of social distancing. Health promoting behaviors are an important concept that can maintain health and prevent diseases. To improve the health promoting behaviors of men engaged in office work, it is necessary to develop and operate a health promotion behaviors program considering those variables.
This study aims at explaining organizational mechanisms of inequality that has been rising rapidly alongside the proliferation of irregular employment in the post-crisis Korean labor market. It argues that inequality is not sufficiently explained by individual gap in human capital or widespread marketization as such. Social categories into which each individual worker falls seems more important as a source of labor market inequality. Employment types that are composed of regular and irregular employment do not simply indicate the different economic meanings of employment contracts but have rather been institutionalized as a social category of status in the context of inequality over the past two decades. They are also often matched with other social categories such as gender that have created and reproduced greater labor market inequality. We pay attention to the organizational practice of dominant incumbents who make claims for advantages of return based on their exclusive accessibility to limited organizational resources and explain how that particular practice plays a role to increase relational inequality between those insiders who achieve advantageous returns and outsiders mostly irregular workers who are excluded from those resources because of the social categories that they belong to. In this study, we identify seniority based pay as the key organizational practice that justifies categorical differences within the workplace and examine how that particular practice contributes to organizational level segmentation and income ineqaulity.
A study was carried out from October 1977 to September 1978 in order to develope health care delively system which will meet to rural area in Korea. For the study objective a model of health care delivery system of Myun (township) area was developed which is adopted the net-work of village health voluntary worker who will play the role of bridge for communication related with health and illness between families or village people and health subcenter, and :he model health care delivery system net-work was set in the area of Soodong Myun, Yangju Gun. which is the rural health demonstration area of Ewha Womans University since 1972. The activities and attitude of 22 village health voluntary workers were observed and analized. during the study period. The results are as follows; 1. For the field activities of village health voluntary workers. a guide line which is described with specific behavioral objectives was developed and used for not only training of the workers but also evaluation of their field activities. 2. During the study period, the number of 971 village people were served primary health care service by village health voluntary worker and the service was classified largely into symptomatic medications (92%) and preventive measures (8%). 3. Comparative percentage of the number of 894 symptomatic cases cared by village health voluntary workers to 5,695 cases of patient treated by Soodong Health Subcenter during the same period was 15.7%. 4. Annual utility rate of village health voluntary worker by Myun total people was 16.1% but utility rate by Rie was varied from 38.2% to 2.8% which shown there were considerable differences in each Rie. In order to settle the village health care service, the obstructive factors of utility should be detected and their counter measure must be taken. 5. As the health need of village people increases, it is expected that the supplement of drug excluding present sit basic drugs is inevitable, but considering the ability of village health voluntary worker, the selection of additional drugs and education, plan should be carefully studied. 6. It is desirable that a financial resource for supplementary purchase of first aid kit, drugs and materials whould be alloted from village public fund like Saemaeul Women's Club fund, which has already practiced in a few villages in the study area. 7. As pointed out by village health voluntary workers, in order to improve the village health, village leaders should be in the center of it and the cooperation of whole village people is a core of healthful village development, and it is reasonable that the health subcenter backs up these voluntary health activities by village people in techniques. 8. It seems effective that a supplementary education for village health voluntary worker be accomplished by a planned education through regular meetings like worker's monthly meeting and irregular post guide when Myun Health Workers can handle the problems found during the round trip of villages. 9. It is desirable that village health voluntary workers, who are recommended by a civil voluntary organization like Saemael Woman's Club, are charged by natural villagc unit, are given a function of village health care service and used through basic education at health subcenter. 10. It is advisable that the village health voluntary worker's service is compensated not by a form of money, but by other way such as an exemption of medical fee of worker herself or her families in health subcenter can be one method. 11. Daily health activities of each village health voluntary worker should be reported to health subcenter by biweekly or monthly in order to get not only for basic data of the program but also for evaluation the program. It is recomandable that the report form should be simple and clear enough for village health voluntary worker to fill it effectively. 12. Village health care service should be developed into a Saemaeul Movement in which village people actively participate. For this, the appointed function of village health voluntary worker should be absorbed into those of living Environment Betterment Section or Family Planning Section of Saemaeul Women's Club or it is desirable that establish a new section, Village Health Promoting Section and make it involve the appointed functions of those sections mentioned above.
