삽입금속을 사용한 구상흑연주철과 2024 알미늄합금의 마찰압접에 관한 연구 (Friction Welding of Spheroidal Graphite Cast iron and 2024 Aluminium Alloys using Insert Metal)

  • This study accompanied with the friction welding of a spheroidal graphite cast iron bar and 2024 Aluminium alloy bar with A1050 insert metal and investigated between conditions of friction welding faces and welded joint strength. This principal results of the experimental investigation could be summarized as follows: If the optimum friction welding is selected, the aspect of the spheroidal graphite cast iron and 2024 Aluminium could be welded with a pure Aluminium insert metal.

열간 선재 압연제품의 치수정밀도 향상을 위한 롤 갭 조정 (Adjustment of Roll Gap for The Dimension Accuracy of Bar in Hot Bar Rolling Process)

  • The objective of this study is to adjust the roll gap fur the dimension accuracy of bar in hot bar rolling process considering roll wear. In this study hot bar rolling processes fur round and oval passes have been investigated. In order to predict the roll wear, the wear model is reformulated as an incremental from and then wear depth of roll is calculated at each deformation step on contact area using the results of finite element analysis, such as relative sliding velocity and normal pressure at contact area. Archard's wear model was applied to predict the roll wear. To know the effects of thermal softening of DCI (Ductile Cast Iron) roll material according to operating conditions, high temperature micro hardness test is executed and a new wear model has been proposed by considering the thermal softening of DCI roll expressed in terms of the main tempering curve. The new technique developed in this study for adjusting roll gap can give more systematically and economically feasible means to improve the dimension accuracy of bar with full usefulness and generality.

  • 철근 선조립형 복합 데크플레이트는 거푸집 작업을 없앨 수 있기 때문에 건설현장에서의 발전을 가져왔다. 복합데크 시스템의 해석에는 2D해석법과 3D해석법이 있다. 지금까지 2D해석법을 사용하였으나, 선경축소에 따른 비렌딜 거동을 보다 정확히 표현할 수 있는 3D 해석법의 사용이 요구되어진다. 본 연구에서는 하부근의 선경축소, 아연도 강판의 유무, 경간, 슬래브 두께 등을 변수로 8개의 실험체를 제작하여 거동을 파악하였고, 2D해석법 및 3D해석법을 사용하여 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 2D해석법은 D10의 하부근을 사용하는 경우에만 적용하는 것이 타당하고, 비렌딜 거동을 포함한 상세한 거동을 표현하기 위해서는 3D해석법을 사용하는 것이 타당하다.

A Novel Al-Bridged Trinuclear Iron(II) Bis(imino)pyridyl Complex with Catalytic Ethylene Polymerization Behavior

  • A self-assembled Al-bridged diiminopyridine-based ligand (3) was synthesized and characterized by FT-IR, ESI-MS and NMR spectroscopy. Electron spectral titrations were performed to confirm the formation of a novel trinuclear bis(imino)pyridyl iron(II) complex (4) upon addition of $FeCl_2$ into Al-bridged ligand 3 in methanol solution. Simultaneously, a typical bis(imino)pyridine-iron(II) complex (2) was synthesized and fully characterized. The X-ray crystal study of the iron(II) complex 2 disclosed a five-coordinate, distorted square-pyramidal structure with the tridentate N^N^N ligand and chlorides. The optimal molecular structure of 4 was obtained by means of molecular mechanics, which showed that each iron atom in the complex 4 is surrounded by two chlorides, a tridentate N^N^N ligand and one oxygen atom, supporting considerations about the possibility of six-coordinate geometry from MMAO or the ethylene access. A comparison of 4 with the reference 2 revealed a remarkable decrease of the catalytic activity and MMAO consumption (activity up to $0.41{\times}10^3\;kg\;{mol_{Fe}}^{-1}h^{-1}bar^{-1}$, Al/Fe = 650 for 4 and $7.02{\times}10^3\;kg\;{mol_{Fe}}^{-1}h^{-1}bar^{-1}$, Al/Fe = 1600 for 2).

  • The fracture behavior and mechanical characteristics of sintered rare-earth magnets were investigated. It shows that the fracture behavior and bending strength of the magnets obviously exhibit anisotropy. Sm-Co magnets tend to cleavage fracture in the close-packed (0001) plane or in the ($10\bar{1}1$) plane. The fracture mechanism of $Nd_2Fe_{14}B$ magnet mainly appears to be intergranular fracture. The anisotropy of fracture behavior and mechanical strength of sintered rare-earth magnets is caused mainly by the strong crystal-structure anisotropy and the grain alignment texture. The effects of Nd content, and Pr, Dy substitution on the impact stability of $Nd_2Fe_{14}B$ magnets were also reported.

반복하중이 작용하는 고강도 모르타르 충전식 슬리브 철근이음에 대한 강성 평가 (Evaluation on Stiffness of High-strength Mortar-filled Sleeve Bar Splice Under Cyclic Loading)

  • 본 논문에서는 반복하중이 작용하는 고강도 모르타르 충전식 슬리브 철근이음의 강성에 대한 합리적인 검토를 하기 위하여 100여개 고강도 모르타르 충전식 슬리브 철근이음의 실험데이터를 이용하여 슬리브 철근이음이 보유하고 있는 구조인자가 반복 하중이 작용하는 슬리브 철근이음의 강성에 미치는 효과를 파악하였고, AIJ 규준에 정해져 있는 강성 등급을 충족시키는 최소한 의 조건에 대하여 평가한 결과, SD350과 SD400 철근을 매입한 모르타르 충전식 주물 슬리브 철근이음에서 $f_{g^*}$(L/d)가 470MPa 이상이 된다면 AIJ 규준의 SA급 강성, $f_{g^*}$(L/d)가 340MPa 이상이 된다면 AIJ 규준의 A급 강성을 최종파괴형식과 슬리브 형상에 상관없이 확보할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 SD500 철근을 매입한 모르타르 충전식 슬리브 철근이음에서 주물슬리브와 강관 슬리브를 사용한 경우는 $f_{g^*}$(L/d)가 400MPa 이상이 된다면 AIJ 규준의 A급 강성을 확보할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 1980년대 이후 국내 아파트에서 적용되어온 벽식구조는 리모델링 시 많은 문제점을 유발시켜 정부에서는 법적 인센티브를 제공하며 무량판 및 라멘구조를 장려하고 있다. 이에 따라 기존의 골조의 문제점을 개선한 친환경 라멘조인 그린 프레임이 개발되어 구조적 안전성 뿐 아니라 시공성, 친환경성에 대한 검증이 이루어졌다. 그린프레임의 경우 설계단계에서 작성된 프리캐스트 콘크리트(Precast Concrete; PC) 부재 정보를 이용하여 물량 산출 및 철근 가공도(bar bending schedule) 등을 자동으로 작성하면 인력저감 뿐 아니라 철근 손율(loss)을 줄이는 철근조합을 용이하게 수행할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 합성 PC부재에 의해 설계된 그린 프레임의 철근물량 산출 자동화 알고리즘을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 철근물량 산출자동화 알고리즘은 구조 설계정보, 시방정보, 합성PC의 철골정보 등을 이용하여 작성한 후 사례현장 적용을 통하여 개발된 알고리즘의 효용성을 증명한다. 개발된 알고리즘에 의해 저장된 정보는 철근가공조립도, 철근 재단 리스트(bar cutting list)작성 자동화 뿐 아니라 철근 손율을 최소화 할 수 있는 최적조합과 주문물량 산출 자동화에도 활용될 것이다. 또한 공사관리인력 저감 뿐 아니라 철근 손율 최소화 관리에 따른 공사 원가절감의 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

발돌의 형상 및 배치 방법의 변화에 따른 모형 가두리 그물의 변형 및 유수저항 특성 (Deformation and flow resistance characteristics of model net cages according to shapes and arrangements of sinkers)

  • The objective of this study was to investigate the optimal shapes and arrangements of sinkers attached to net cages to prevent their deformation in a current. A series of model experiments were conducted in a circulating water channel, using 5 different types of sinker(high-weighted ball, low-weighted ball, columntype, egg-shaped and iron bar-framed) and 2 types of square net cage constructed from both Nylon Raschel netting and Nylon knotted netting, on a 1/20th scale. The deflection of the model nets against the flow was smallest with the iron bar-framed weight compared to the other four types of sinker. It was expected that the optimal shapes of sinkers would be either the ball or egg-shape; however, iron bar-framed weight actually had larger drag forces. The dispersed deployment of sinkers on the bottom frames of model net cages performed better with relatively slow flows, while the concentrated deployment at 4 corners functioned better with relatively fast flows, in preventing the nets from becoming severely deformed. The deformation of the net cages was larger for the Nylon knotted netting than the Nylon Raschel netting. With respect to flow resistance, the Nylon Raschel netting, rather than the Nylon knotted netting, was more suitable for construction of net cages.
