Although the New National Health Promotion Plan 2010 target to reduce health inequalities, whether the program will be effective for reducing the health inequalities in Korea remains quite unclear. More and more developed countries have been started to concentrate on comprehensive policies for reducing health inequalities. The health policies of the UK, Netherlands, and Sweden are the most wellknown. I propose that a comprehensive blueprint for tackling health inequalities in Korea should be made and that it must contain five domains: a target, structure and process, life-course approach, area-based approach, and reorganization of health care resources. The target should be based on determinants of health and more attention should be paid to socioeconmic factors. The structure and process require changes from the national health care policy based on medical services to the national health policy that involves the establishment of a Social Deputy?Prime Minister and the strengthening multidisciplinary action. A life-course approach especially focused on the early childhood years. Area-based approach such as the establishment of healthy communities, healthy schools, or healthy work-places which are focused on deprived areas or places is also required. Finally, health care resources should be a greater investment on public resources and strengthening primary care to reduce health inequalities. The policy or intervention studies for tackling health inequalities should be implemented much more in Korea. In addition, it is essential to have political will to encoruage policy action.

The virtual power plant (VPP) is a new technology to achieve flexibility as well as controllability, like traditional centralized power plants, by integrating and operating different types of distributed energy resources (DER) with the information communication technology (ICT). Though small-sized DERs may not be controlled in a centralized manner, these are more likely to be utilized as power plants for centralized dispatch and participate in the energy trade given that these are integrated into a unified generation profile and certain technical properties such as dispatch schedules, ramp rates, voltage control, and reserves are explicitly implemented. Unfortunately, the VPP has been in a conceptual stage thus far and its common definition has not yet been established. Such a lack of obvious guidelines for VPP may lead to a further challenge of coming up with the business model and reinforcing the investment and technical support for VPP. In this context, this paper would aim to identify the definition of VPP as a critical factor in smart grid and, at the same time, discuss the details required for VPP to actively take part in the electricity market under the smart grid paradigm.

국내의 통일된 정보분류체계 부재는 건설분야 정보화사업의 중복투자 및 건설정보의 사장 등 인적, 물적 손실과 한께 국가 경쟁력 향상에 장애요인을 초래하고 있다. 따라서 정부 또는 민간은 정보유통의 기반조성과 정보화사업의 중복투자 방지 및 정보의 공동이용을 위한 통일된 건설정보 분류체계의 표준화사업을 조속히 추진하여, 건설CALS, 건설사업관리, 설계 $\cdot$시공 통합정보시스템, EVMS(Earned Value Management System) 등 업무의 기반을 구축할 필요가 있다. 따라서, 본 고에서는 국내 실정에 맞는 건설정보 분류체계의 발전방향을 제시하고, 정보분류체계의 활용 및 실무 적용방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Recently, To define an enterprise's survival strategy is a difficult task, because the competition of a business is a complexity. The reason is the original research uses a statistical survey method. On a conceptual point of SCM, - as an order of development, physical distribution, logistics management, basic supply chain management and advanced supply chain management etc - a supervisor is magnifying gradually as well as confusing with information and analysis techniques which seems possible. On executing this, however, it has many problems since it is hard and wide; therefore, The Manager don't aware a total executable solution even though the enterprise knows necessity of SCM. On this paper focus on a proposal of alternatives with reasonableness of manufacturing and making a profit of sales department like most of enterprises are willing to overcome such as carelessness and unready strategy of investment additionally, the thesis should effort to find an element through an analysis of cases, a statistical method of effective SCM, and actual survey to propose an alternative; moreover, this paper proved the facts that it could be a guiding company, which has an ability of cooperation with entities through the founding of supply chain. As a conclusion, this essay showed the variation that influences the capacity entities and alternative to define an element which basically influence for a cause and effect.

Recently, amount of cargoes from main ports in Northeast Asia have rapidly increased and as well surplus port development in same region corresponded with the boom in external trade that resulted from successful export-oriented economics strategy by China, Japan and South Korea. To cope with this business circumstances, a certain form of port alliance is desperately needed to provide a suitable service to customer and establish their countervailing power against the shipping alliance. Nevertheless, Incheon seaport has not made a definite port alliance system with main ports in Northern China yet. Thus, the purpose of this study is to identify the key success factors to form a port alliance through examining previous studies. We have benchmarked previous studies which are related to main ports in global region and the questionnaire on customers of ports. By studying this, we are able to suggest a few strategies for forming successful port alliance to enhance Incheon port's capabilities in the long term plan. As a policy proposal, this study suggests Incheon port and main ports in Northern China should construct a logistics infrastructure through mutual investment and provide an incentive system when the ocean carrier makes port call to both ports.

In these days, most of the office buildings are being required to save energy for maintenance. lighting system constitutes 20% to 30% of the total annual electrical energy consumption in office buildings. As an energy saving strategy for lighting system, dimming control system based on illuminance sensors came into use. But the system is accompanied with many illuminance sensors to control lighting and needs a lot of initial investment. In this study, the prediction equation for indoor daylighting illuminance distribution is proposed through the review for conventional research results and field measurements. The proposed equation was verified by the comparison between predicted results and field measurement results. The developed prediction equation for daylighting can be used to control the indoor illuminance level with the limited sensor when dimming control system is operated.

As the main driver of economic growth and employment, the agricultural sector plays an important role in Vietnam's economy. However, in recent years, the sector has faced new challenges and also presented new investment opportunities to stimulate agricultural growth. Many Vietnamese agricultural producers currently lack the modern technology and decision support tools needed to maintain and improve productivity in a rapidly changing environment. Other stakeholders in the agricultural value chain, such as input suppliers, distributors, and consumers, also face significant challenges, including disrupted value chains, transportation costs. The cost of transporting goods across the supply chain continues to increase and information exchange remains fragmented. A potential solution to address these challenges is the application of digital transformation in agricultural supply chains. Farmers and other value chain participants can improve the production of their goods and procedures by utilizing new and cutting-edge technologies that are integrated into a unified system as part of the digital transformation of agricultural supply chains. In this study, we evaluate the current status of digital transformation in the supply chain of the agriculture industry by finding and examining pertinent publications from key agencies as well as prior research. From there, in the framework of the digital economy, this study suggests a digital transformation roadmap for the agricultural supply chain.

본 논문은 온라인 크라우드펀딩 플랫폼에서 환경, 사회 및 지배구조 (ESG) 관련 내용이 자금 조달의 성공에 미치는 영향에 대해 조사한다. 최근, 산업에서 ESG의 중요성이 증가하고 있으며 ESG와 관련된 내용을 포함한 투자 제안도 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라, ESG 개념을 포함한 대부분의 투자 제안은 이러한 사회적 현상으로 인해 더 높은 펀딩 성공률을 보일 것이라는 관행적인 믿음이 존재한다. 우리는 투자 제안서의 어떤 특성이 투자의 증가와 관련이 있는지를 알아보기 위해 Kickstarter 데이터셋에서 9000개 이상의 온라인 사업 제안을 분석하여 조사했다. 먼저, 우리는 어휘 기반 측정과 특성 공학을 사용하여 환경과 사회 점수가 재무 지표와 어떻게 관련되는지를 결정했다. 다음 단계에서는 로지스틱 회귀분석을 사용하여 프로젝트 설명에 환경 및 사회적인 단어를 포함하는 것이 자금 조달에 미치는 영향을 연구했다. 일반적인 믿음과는 달리, ESG 문제를 중심으로 한 투자 제안이 소규모 사업가들에게는 성공할 가능성이 더 낮다는 것을 발견했다. 본 연구는 온라인 소규모 사업가의 환경에 대한 새로운 통찰력을 제공하며, 정보과학 및 크라우드펀딩 연구 분야에서의 새로운 연구 기회를 창출할 것이다.

이 글은 선박매매에 관하여 해사법상 법률관계와 영국 보통법상 판례의 판결 그리고 한국 해운산업에 대하여 몇 가지 입법적 제언으로 구성한다. 최근 신조선박의 수주량과 거래는 대부분 동아시아의 한국, 일본 그리고 중국에서 형성되고 있다 특히 한국의 주요 조선소들은 규모를 확대하고 있고 LNG(액화천연가스) 수송을 위한 새로운 해운산업을 개척하고 있다. 여기에 한국의 정부도 점차 인터넷을 통한 중고선박매매의 활성화에 관심을 두고 있으며, 한국해운거래소를 설립할 계획도 모색하고 있다. 그러므로 이 글은 선박매매의 법적 특질, 선박매매의 표준서식, 및 선박매매에 관한 해사법상 문제점 과 개선방안을 제언함으로 결론적으로 해사법상 선박매매의 입법적 제시와 한국형 선박매매서식의 제작, 해사법상 선박매매에 관한 현행법 제 ${\cdot}$ 개정 및 특별법제정과 한국해운거래소 설립의 필요성을 제언한다.

본 연구는 최대의 효과를 달성하기 위하여 정수 계획법을 이용하여 주어진 자연조건하에서 여러 대안 후보 입지 중 최적의 요트 계류장을 결정 하기위한 문제이다. 목포시 인근의 4개의 요트 계류장 후보지 중 최적의 후보지를 선정하기 위하여 21개의 요소들이 각각의 후보지들에 대하여 분석된다. 총 21개 요소들 중 개발 기간과 초기 투자비용은 다음 요소들에 비해서 1.5배의 가중치를 갖는다. 가중치 선형모델 분석 결과 네 곳의 후보지중 평화광장 수역이 가장 합리적인 장소로 선정되었다. 본 논문에서 소개된 모델은 지금까지 요트 계류장 선정 시 적용된 적이 없는 새로운 방법이다. 본 논문은 가장 합리적인 위치를 결정하는데 공헌할 뿐만 아니라 마리나 관련된 다른 분야에도 응용 적용가능하다.
