  • In industrialised countries, innovation is a key source of economic growth. Research is a key driver of technological innovation and involves the process of systematic investigation and/or experimentation to discover new knowledge. The Governments' industry innovation policy supports a business focus on Research and Development (R&D) through a range of programs in order to achieve these aims. The Innovation Statement, launched by the Australian Prime Minister in January 2001, commits an additional $3 billion over five years to encourage and support innovation. The Australian Government aims to build world competitive firms and strong research capability in industry to strengthen Australia's international competitiveness and increase national prosperity. It develops policies and programs to enhance investment in innovation. The Australian Government also undertakes analysis and comparisons of innovation policies, instruments and approaches to maintain a leading-edge National Innovation System. This includes analysis of the innovation activities of other nations, and evaluation of the impacts of innovation policies and programs on Australia's institutions and enterprises.   • In the early 1990s, as Korean automobile industry has made rapid progress due to favorable trend in domestic demand and steady increase of export it is very important to analyze the extents of competitiveness and the trends of change in the field of production. In this dissertation, the current situation of our competitiveness and its changes in the field of production are synthetically reviewed through examining productivity and quality, that is output, as well as other overall factors related in the process of production. And this analysis reassures that first of all, our prior tasks lie in the quality and volume of production, and we should develope competitiveness through multilateral innovation of management Now in order to meet these prior tasks, we must secure our own technology design and ability for innovaton ; enlarge overseas local production technical tie-up with leading companies and develop M&A for globalization ; improve price competitiveness, construct cooperation of labor and capital, and improve the structure of finance for innovation of management saving the cost ; establish the new method of production for the preparation of increasing overseas investment in near future.

B2S궤도시스템의 초기 시설 투입비용 분석 (Initial Investment Cost Analysis of Facilities of B2S Track System)

  • B2S(Ballasted track To Slab track) that is track system has been first developed in 2004 with foundation of rich experience and know-how of subway track upkeep and mending of facilities in 36 years to improve an existence pebble track at a concrete track. 'B2S' is admitted technology through patent registration in the domestic and Europe and it's made by a factory and put together at field, so it's able to construct precisely and to reduce a construction period. In addition, safety, the ecological balance and durability are excellent, and walking, cleaning, etc. has the advantage of easy maintenance. 'B2S' is currently laying 27.7km at Seoulmetro as of end of 2010 standard, but it'll be expected to be applied to a domestic Metro more from now on. It is possible to classify the total cost resolution structure of B2S system by R&D cost, test production and experiment cost, the initial facility cost, maintenance cost, disposal cost. In this research, it seems useful for selection evaluation which considered the life cycle cost or economics of the concrete track structure by analyzing an initial cost of facilities.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 ITS 업무요령 및 ITS 성능평가 제도 개선을 위한 법.규정의 개정을 제안한다. 본 연구는 ITS 업무요령 및 ITS 성능평가 제도의 현황과 문제점을 분석하고 개선방안을 제시함으로써 신뢰성 있는 교통정보를 제공하고, 제도 개선을 통하여 민원 발생의 우려를 줄이며, 사회적 비용도 감소시키게 된다. 또한, ITS 장비와 센터의 유지관리 기준과 ITS 성능평가 업무의 직무분석을 통한 업무분담 체계화, ITS 성능평가기관의 역할 정립과 기술위원회의 기능을 정립하여 ITS 성능평가 제도 개선 하에서 생산되는 교통 자료의 신뢰성이 높아지고 새로운 차원의 서비스를 도출할 수 있어서 ITS 시스템의 효율성 증대 및 투자 효과의 극대화를 제공할 것이다.

The Analysis of Life Cycle Cost and Cooling Water Circulating Pump Energy Saving According to Variable Speed Pressure Differential Setpoint Control Strategy

  • Purpose : The study applied control strategy to reduce through optimal control and operation of pump by applying control on variable speed to the circulation pump of HVAC system in the office building. The study has the purpose to review validity of control on variable speed as ESMs(Energy Saving Measures) and establish the control technology on variable speed pump. The study performed reduction analysis of building energy and economic evaluation of pump through energy effectiveness control strategy of HVAC system. Method: The study sought possible reduction through energy control strategy which can provide proper flow fitting to building load by applying control on variable speed pump. The study applied control strategy to reduce through pressure differential set-point control and operation of pump by applying control on variable speed to the circulation pump of HVAC system in the office building. Result : The results showed that about 16-35% of pump energy could be saved by using these optimal control strategies. In the result of analysis on 10 years life cycle cost of analysis on payback period of initial investment pump, variable speed pump control showed 5.1 years.

기본지리정보 구축 우선순위 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Evaluation of the Priority Order about Framework Data Building)

  • Geographic Information has been used widely for landuse and management, city plan, and environment and disaster management, etc., But geographic information has been built for individual cases using various methods. Therefore, the discordancy in data, double investment, confusion of use and difficulty of decision supporting system have been occurred. In order to solve these problems, national government is need to framework database. This framework database was enacted for building and use of National Geographic Information System and focused on basic plan of the second national geographic information system. Also, the framework database was selected of eight fields by NGIS laws and 19 detailed items through meeting of framework committee since 2002. In this research, The 19 detailed items( road, railroad, coastline, surveying control point etc.,) of framework database consider a Priority order, In the result of this research, the framework database is obtain to a priority order for building and the national government will carry effectively out a budget for the framework database building. Each of 19 detailed items is grouping into using the priority order of the framework database by AHP analysis method and verified items by decision tree analysis method. The one of the highest priority order items is a road, which is important for building, continuous renovation, and maintain management for use.

다이아몬드의 유통구조와 국내감정 현황에 관한 연구 (The Rationalization of Distribution Structure in Diamond Market and Study on Diamond Grading System In Korea)

  • Purpose - This study investigates the improvement of rationalization of distribution structure in Korean diamond market. It also explores the international distribution of diamond and how the distribution of Korean diamond market system was improved. This study also for providing the evaluation method in case of purchasing diamond on the consumers. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - The research investigates how international diamond distribution market has been changed since 1933 by De Beers. The international Diamond rough stone has been deregulated in supply and demand by Debeers since July, 2000, therefore, the price maintenance policy of diamond market also has been changed. In the short term, the diamond price in market has been down, whereas, in the long term, the market share of Debeers has affected the high quality of diamond price in world market. Before 1985, both G color and VVS1 clarity were used as the level of percentages in the diamond certificate of authenticity in Korea. But, after 1985, the diamond certificate of authenticity uses Diamond Grading Report. Results - Between the 1970's and 1980's, Debeers had controlled about 80 percentages of international diamond supply market. But, Debeers share in diamond market fell by 60 percentages in 2000's. Debeers supplied 31%(4390 carets) of international diamond supply and 41%(39 billion dollars) in 2003. However, Debeers shares 50% of market shares in the diamond supply market by Alosa in Russia. In Korea, the diamond grading report system has been used since 1985. But, the diamond grading report system has price bubbles and much irrational parts in grading system methods. Conclusions - 4C, the grading system of diamond, is a method for comparing and evaluating diamond objectively. Diamond is graded according to its color, cut, clarity, and carat. The price of diamond is determined based on its each item. Consumers purchase diamond for the purpose of investment and wearing. In terms of investment, it is recommended to purchase diamond with color of D grade, cut with Excellent or Very Good Cut grade, Clarity of FL or IF, and more than 3 carat. As for wearing purpose, it is highly recommended for diamond to have color of F or G grade, cut of Excellent or Very Good Cut, clarity of VS2 or SI1, and more than 1 carat Before 2000, Central Selling Organization(CSO) distributed about 80 percentages rough diamond to world market exclusively by purchase, classification, assessment, and sales. After 2000, Dbeers diamond company looses slowly market shares, while Almosa diamond company etc. in Russia are taking over world market shares more and more. Debeers market shares have been falling over the years, and the international diamond markets are gradually growing by other international diamond companies. But, there is no change in Korean diamond market after 1980's. Korean diamond distribution needs to follow international level of Diamond Grading System. By using different grading systems with different panel members, Korean diamond grading system needs to follow international perfect grading systems to grow diamond markets and maintain within top 10 diamond markets countries.

  • 지식경영 분야의 P2P금융 플랫폼의 성장속에서 빅데이터 및 머신러닝(Machine Learning) 기술을 보유한 회사만이 치열한 경쟁 속에서 생존할 가능성이 높을 것으로 예상된다. 그럼에도 불구하고 관련 서비스를 제공하는 온라인 P2P대출 플랫폼 업체들은 투자자와 대출을 신청하는 중개자로서의 역할을 수행할 뿐이며 투자와 관련된 위험은 모두 투자자에게 귀속시키고 있다. 이러한 이유로, 투자자 입장에서는 투자상품의 안전성을 확인할 수 있는 유일한 방법이 신문이나 온라인 웹사이트를 통한 P2P대출 플랫폼 업체의 평판에만 의존할 수 밖에 없는 실정이다. 또한, 한국의 P2P대출 플랫폼 업체들이 대출자의 개별 신용분석을 체계적으로 실시하여 연체율 등의 시계열 정보를 정확히 파악하기에는 시간적, 경제적 여건이 매우 열악한 상황이다. 그러나, 최근 몇몇 P2P대출 플랫폼 업체들이 업체별 대출자 신용분석에 대한 역량을 가장 중요한 영업자산으로 인식함으로써 빅데이터 및 머신러닝 기술을 바탕으로 인공지능(AI)에 기반한 새로운 신용평가 시스템을 구축하고 시행에 들어가고 있음은 매우 긍정적으로 평가된다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 신용대출 시장에 주력하고 있으며 인공지능 활용으로 잘 알려진 상위 3개 업체를 대상으로 사례분석 방식을 통해 인공지능을 활용한 대출자 신용분석 절차 및 사용하는 정보 데이터의 종류 등을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 통하여 현 상황에서 P2P 플랫폼 업체들의 인공지능을 통한 신용분석 기법을 이해하고 현 시점에서 국내 인공지능을 활용한 신용분석 방식의 한계점과 개선방안 등을 함께 고찰하고자 한다.

노선버스 영향을 고려한 트램사업 투자평가방법론 개선 연구 (Improvement of Methodology for Appraising Tram Projects Considering the Effect of Buses)

  • 트램은 타 경전철과는 달리 도로에서 자동차와 혼용운행이 가능하다는 큰 특징을 가지고 있으며, 베를린, 뮌헨, 파리, 리스본 등 국외에서는 노선 버스와 일부 노선 및 정거장을 공유하는 사례도 존재한다. 현재 투자평가제도 상에서는 교통수요예측 및 편익산정 시 트램을 경전철 중 하나의 수단으로 구분하고, 도시철도의 분석방법론을 준용하고 있으나, 노선버스 특성과 유사한 트램사업 중 비수도권 사업의 경우 KTDB 배포자료에 노선버스의 O/D 및 Transit Line을 제공하지 않아 사업노선 주변 노선버스에서의 수단전환 등의 통행행태를 반영할 수 없는 구조적인 문제점이 존재한다. 본 연구는 현재 비수도권 사업에서 고려되지 않고 있는 노선버스가 트램사업에 미치는 영향을 검토하기 위하여, 현황 검토 및 문제점을 도출한 후, 노선버스 반영 여부에 따른 트램사업의 효과를 분석하여, 수요예측 및 편익산정 개선방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 향후 투자평가체계 개선을 통한 트램사업 도입여건에 변화를 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
