This study represents the current situation on the Korean Government's investigation into the imports with the infraction of the country of origin indication law, showing how much those imports affect the purchasers as well as the domestic competitors in Korea. According to the HS 4 unit, the range of imports with the country of origin indication should be 55.2% of all imports, but it turned out there were actually 87.6% of them, according to the number of the import declarations in the first half year of 2010. The government's investigation on the infraction of the country of origin indication is conducted in the stages of customs and distribution into market. As a result of recent 4 years government's investigation into the imports with the infraction of the country of origin indication, the rate of inspection was averagely 3.6% of the reported number of imports in the stage of customs, the rate of the infraction of the country of origin indication cases was 0.14% of the total reported number, and 3.85% of the total actually inspected number. The investigation in the stage of distribution was below 20% level of the stage of customs inspection, on the number of caught cases basis. A survey of 4 categorized imports such as Watches, Tools, Glasses frames, and Clothes, which are assumed to happened frequently with the infraction cases, shows that the decreased sales rate of the domestic competitors was averagely 18.8% and the extent of the damage on consumers was 34.7% of the purchased prices, with both rates resulted from the investigation in the stage of distribution into market.

A theoretical investigation of the origin of the spontaneous firing in the squid axon was done with a mathmatical computer modelling based on the Hodgkin-Huxley equation. It is strongly believed that the existence of calcium ions in the membrane is essential to cause firing. The results of the computer simulation of the modelling indicate that the sites of calcium ions in the membrane might be near the potassium channel and the leakage channel plays an important role in the firing. The orientation of the future research project was suggested. And also, a theoretical investigation of the origin of the firing in the propagating action potential was done in the same way.

This study purpose to examine the importer's risks that may arise from origin investigation by Customs authorities. We have drawn the important factors affecting the application of FTA preferential tariffs and divided the stages from the conclusion of the contract for the importer to the undergoing origin investigation. In addition, we demonstrate empirically that the risks that arise in areas where importers are difficult to control exist. As a management method of the uncontrollable risk from the importer, we have provided the methods that the seller stipulated the seller's responsibility in the trade contract, prepared for situations in which no one was responsible, and formulated a friendly and cooperative supply chain. Even if the seller's liability is clarified in the contract for sale, the risk of the investigation into the origin of the imported goods is not completely eliminated. This is because, under the current agreement and system, there is no way for the customs authority of the contracting party of the FTA to claim compensation for damages incurred by importers due to breach of agreement such as not returning the result of the origin verification. Importers are subject to customs duties, but there may actually be situations in which no one is responsible for them.

This study aims at presenting the suggestion for the Korea to make the FTA's rules of origin with Japan and other countries by analyzing JSEPA's rules of origin. It was founded by the investigation of JSEPA's rules of origin, most of the provisions are similar with other FTA's for instance NAFTA, but a little provisions different from other FTA's. It is an appearance from the contracting party's peculiar circumstances such as state of industrial development or future prospect, conditions around international trade. Then, the Korean government have to form and support a commission of FTA from various circles. In that case the commission will mediate conflict and disharmony. Moreover the commission may consider in all FTA's aspects including rules of origin. Consequently Korea will and should have criterions about the rules of origin allowing for peculiar circumstances of Korean economy and international trade.

The fire outbreaking origin of vehicle fire would be classified into two positions such as engine room and passenger room of vehicle. As a firewall is installed between engine room and passenger room, in case of engine fire, it could be assumed that it takes about 10 to 15 minutes for the fire to spread into passenger room There are two different vehicle engine layouts such as transversal and lateral layout, and the fire spreading process and resulting damage patterns on left and right side dash-panel are different depending on the engine layouts. In accordance, the first thing to do for correct and speedy finding of the fire origin place is considered to be an investigation into the dash-panel damage in case of engine room fire investigation.

This paper reports the country of origin and brand trust perceptions of 102 Nepali consumers living in Kathmandu. The paper also explores these Nepali consumers' perceptions of global brands. Three major findings are reported: (1) For these Nepali consumers, the importance of buying a global brand is exceptionally important in their purchase decisions. (2) Nepali women consistently rate the importance of buying a global brand higher than Nepali men. (3) The set of global brands most trusted by these Nepali consumers show strong regional, Asian preferences. The paper also discusses the challenges of market research in Nepal.

The subjects of this investigation were 393 fourth and fifth graders from two elementary schools in Seoul and parents of these children. The level of fathers' emotional separation from the family of origin was higher than that of mothers'. Mothers were more warm acceptant and rejective restrictive than fathers; fathers were more permissive neglectful than mothers. Both fathers and mothers were more rejective restrictive of girls than of boys. Mothers with high scores in emotional separation from family of origin were more warm acceptant to their children and less rejective restrictive than those with low scores. Fathers with high scores in emotional cut off from the family of origin were more permissive neglectful behavior of their children than fathers with low scores.

This study is about determination of fire origin by using analysis of shadow that was recorded CCTV data at the fire scene. This analysis is based on straight and radiate nature of light. At fire experiment with about 1m flame, we conformed that 2-dimensional extension line is focused at the bottom of the fire. If the fire is burning at the same level with shadow, it indicate the point of origin exactly. In 3-dimensional analysis that connect extensional line between distinctive points the shadow and the objet, the line focused in the ${\emptyset}$ 50cm-circle. We estimate the reason of that is because of the character of combustion of gases. The line indicate not the point of origin but the flame that is over the point of origin. thus, you have to consider the line indicate the flame when you do 3-dimensional analysis.

The Certification system will be able to expect that effect of marketing and the corporate image rising, if the certification body guarantees the contents of certification against industrial technical advance and safety, environment and efficiency, quality when it is suitable in the standard which is provided. The certification system where the private organization operates but recently on the legal notarization outside is disordering and the trust regarding the certification falls and the objective and gist of origin are damaged. But recently the trust of certification has fallen and the objective and gist of origin are damaged. Because the non-government certifications are disordering. Also the damage of the consumers majority occurs but it is insufficient the investigation analysis against the present condition regarding a non-government certification system and the operation actual condition. So it is necessary the actual condition where the countermeasure against hereupon is urgent. In this study, we present the operation direction of efficient against non-government certification system through investigation and the analysis.

In this experimental report, We introduce an idea of thermal corrosion in sandwich panel. In brief, Because the structures of sandwich panel are easily collapsed by thermal damage caused by a fire, it is very difficult to investigate a point and origin of fire. Therefore, If the shapes of thermal corrosion are reconstructed according to change of temperature and lapse time by experiment in sandwich panel, it is very simple task that fire scene investigators search for a point and origin of fire. As a result, we present the difference of thermal corrosion between samples which are applied heat by many-sided variable, such as temperature, heating time, lapse time, humidity, and others.
