Proposal for AI Video Interview Using Image Data Analysis

  • In this paper, the necessity of AI video interview arises when conducting an interview for acquisition of excellent talent in a non-face-to-face situation due to similar situations such as Covid-19. As a matter to be supplemented in general AI interviews, it is difficult to evaluate the reliability and qualitative factors. In addition, the AI interview is conducted not in a two-way Q&A, rather in a one-sided Q&A process. This paper intends to fuse the advantages of existing AI interviews and video interviews. When conducting an interview using AI image analysis technology, it supplements subjective information that evaluates interview management and provides quantitative analysis data and HR expert data. In this paper, image-based multi-modal AI image analysis technology, bioanalysis-based HR analysis technology, and web RTC-based P2P image communication technology are applied. The goal of applying this technology is to propose a method in which biological analysis results (gaze, posture, voice, gesture, landmark) and HR information (opinions or features based on user propensity) can be processed on a single screen to select the right person for the hire.

입원시 정보수집을 위한 간호면담 방법의 효과에 대한 연구 (Effectiveness of Nursing Interviews on Initial Contacts with In- patients)

  • This study was designed to identify a more effective method of nursing interview in gathering informations by comparing the two, the structured and unstructured methods. May through October, 1976, 40patients on psychiatric wards of Korea University Hospital and National Mental Hospital, Seoul, were sampled and interviewed on their admission/within one week of admission. Both methods were used simultaneously by different interviewers ; 48 hour interval were kept between the two approaches of interview. Contents of informations gathered were grouped according to the criteria developed by the researcher, frequency, percentile score and the means were scored, and the two methods were compared; the amount of information gathered, number of questions used, time spent and the general response towards the methodologies. Results of the study are summarized as follows ; 1. 1. 5 times as many informations were gathered through the structured interview. (1366 ; 849) 2. 68.32% of informations gathered through the unstructured interview and 42.46% of the structured interview revealed to be overlapping; through structured interview, more unique informations (57.54%) were gathered. 3. The average of 33.25 minutes were consumed for the structured interview while 95, 50 minutes for the unstructured. Much higher time consumption is revealed in the unstructured. 4. Majority of patients showed positive response towards both approaches of interview (90% each), however, interviewers responded to experience of certain degree of tension (stress) in the unstructured method (35%) 5. The average of 0.88 question were used to gather one information in the structured while 1.87questions for the unstructctured were used. 6. The average of 0.97 minutes were consumed to gather one information in the structured while 4.50minutes for the unstructured. 7. The average of 1.11 minutes were consumed for one question for the structured while 2.41 minutes for the unstructured. The results of the study revealed that the structured interview were more effective in gathering informations; a larger quantity of informations were gathered in shorter time. Recommendations for further in investigations are as follows ; 1. Comparative analysis of informations gathered through the two methods by experienced professional nurse- interviewers is recommended. 2. Comparative analysis of the quality of informations is recommended. 3. Comparative analysis of the interviewing process (interactions) in relation to the characteristics of patients'health problems is recommended.

심층면접을 활용한 위탁급식업체 국제화 추진, 유인 및 상호작용 요인 항목 선정 (Identification of Contract Foodservice Management Companies' Push, Pull, and Interactive Push-Pull Factors for Internationalization by In-Depth Interview)

  • The aims of study were to provide basic data for the internationalization of Contract Foodservice Management Companies (CFMC) and to gain a better understanding of internal push-and-pull factors through in-depth interviews. The interviewees were managers of four large CFMCs and one small-to-medium CFMC. The non-structured interview format employed an interview guide of open-ended questions. All interviews were digitally recorded and notes were taken simultaneously by an interview assistant. The narrative data analysis involved transcription, coding, classification by categories, and content analysis. Eighty-eight codes were generated from the interview analyses, and the subordinate variables uncovered included seven push factors, eight pull factors, one interactive factor, and 10 internal dynamics. These factors will be useful in further studies of the internal operations of specific CFMCs, and more generally, the practical condition of the industry.

  • This paper analyzes statistically the relationship between size and balance of text corpus by evaluation of the effect of interview sentences in language model for Korean broadcast news transcription system. Our Korean broadcast news transcription system's ultimate purpose is to recognize not interview speech, but the anchor's and reporter's speech in broadcast news show. But the gathered text corpus for constructing language model consists of interview sentences a portion of the whole, $15\%$ approximately. The characteristic of interview sentence is different from the anchor's and the reporter's in one thing or another. Therefore it disturbs the anchor and reporter oriented language modeling. In this paper, we evaluate the effect of interview sentences in language model for Korean broadcast news transcription system and analyze statistically the relationship between size and balance of text corpus by making an experiment as the same procedure according to varying the size of corpus.

  • This study aims at academically organizing fashion coordination methods for interview image-making, which have been attempted through seminars in companies and universities, through empirical studies including previous studies and surveys conducted by groups of experts. The methods of this study include theoretical considerations through literature and empirical considerations such as one-to-one interviews and surveys of groups of experts in the areas of fashion and interview. Through these methods, this study examined elements of image-making characteristics of fashion for an interview, which are required for an interview, by investigating and analyzing interview image-making. As a result of the examination, the characteristics of proper clothes for an interview are as follows; Items of clothes: tailored, tuxedo, Chanel, Eton, blazer jackets, button-down and dress shirts, shirt waist, bow, Gibson blouses, tight, A-line, gored, pleats, flared skirts and straight, boot-cut and ankle pants. Color: achromatic colors including white, gray, black, navy, pink and yellow. Patterns: solid, stripe, and basket check.

우리나라 중학생들의 학습양식 분석 (An Analysis of Korean Middle School Students' Learning Style)

  • 본 연구에서는 수학과 학습 개선 방안 탐색을 위하여 본 연구에서는 중학교 3학년 학생을 대상으로 함수 영역과 관련된 과제를 기반으로 하는 심층 면담을 실행하여 우리나라 중학생의 학습양식에서 나타나는 경향성을 탐구하였다. 심층면담에서 학생들이 제시된 과제를 해결한 뒤 해결방법에 대해 설명하는 과정에서 연구자는 학생들이 과제 해결에 활용한 수학적 아이디어가 형성된 배경에 대한 추가 질문을 제기하는 방식으로 그들의 학습양식에 관한 자료를 수집하였다. 면담 자료 분석 결과, 우리나라 중학생들의 대표적인 학습양식으로 '사례 중심의 귀납적 학습', '유형 중심의 문제 풀이 학습', '몰입없는 학습', 그리고 '학습태도의 이중성'을 도출하였고 면담 자료에 기초하여 이들 학습양식의 특징을 서술하였으며 수학과 교수-학습 개선을 위한 시사점을 논의하였다.

전화를 이용한 퇴원환자 만족도 조사 (The Measurement Of Postdischarge Patient Satisfaction Using Telephone Interview)

  • Background : Hospitals(Health care providers) are under tremendous pressure to meet consumer demands in order to compete in the rapidly changing health care arena. Through evaluating patient satisfaction, hospitals(health care providers) can learn what the consumer Wants from the health care system. Timely feedback is necessary. The purpose of this study is to evaluate patients' hospital experience and satisfaction using telephone interview and to study the usefulness for telephone interview at assessing patient satisfaction. Method : The 846 patients who were discharged from September 17, 1996 to October 11, 1996 were targeted were telephoned. The informations gathered telephone survey were processed by computer and analyzed for the patient satisfaction, contributing factors. Result : The 846 patients who were discharged from September 17, 1996 to October 11, 1996 were called and 197 patients(23.3%) were successful interviewed. 51.3 percent of respondents were male and mean age is 39 years mean LOS(length of stay) is 13 days and 110(56.1%) patients were admitted by outpatients clinic. The mean calling-time is 5.5 minutes. There is no significant difference between interviewers(telemarketer) in patients satisfaction. Seven telephone interviews are possible by interview a day. There in no significant difference between groups in patients satisfaction in length of stay, path of admission, the interval between discharge and interview. 97.5 percent of respondents were satisfied with telephone interview and 81.7% were satisfied with overall satisfaction and 79.4 % of respondents were good response in interviewers' conclusion. Of six variables that were found to be correlated with telephone interview and eight variables correlated with overall hospital satisfaction, a multiple logistic regression analysis revealed that two most important variables which are significantly correlated with telephone interview are to meet doctors, not ask tediously then three variables which are with overall satisfaction are doctors explain, subject response, convenient facilities. Conclusion : The patients interviewed are satisfied with telephone interview. Telephone interview is good method for assessing patient satisfaction, making high levels of patient satisfaction and for hospital marketing.

대학운동선수의 자기관리 구성개념 분석 (Analysis on Constructs Concept of University Athletes' Self Management)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 대학운동선수들을 대상으로 자기관리 구성개념을 개방형 질문지와 포커스 그룹 인터뷰(Focus Group Interview)의 두 가지 통합연구방법을 통하여 규명하고자 하였다. 자료 수집은 서울 경기 소재 대학에 재학 중인 운동선수 157명을 대상으로 개방형 질문지를 실시하였으며 또한 대학운동선수 14명을 대상으로 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 이에 일련의 연구절차를 통하여 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개방형 질문지의 귀납적 내용분석 결과 대학운동선수들의 자기관리는 생활관리, 훈련관리, 시합관리, 정서관리, 학업관리, 대인관리, 목표(동기)관리, 장비관리로 8가지 일반영역이 도출되었다. 둘째, 포커스 그룹 인터뷰 결과에서는 귀납적 내용분석을 보다 타당성 있게 지지하고, 스포츠 현장 중심적인 면담 사례들이 심도 있게 도출되었다. 본 연구의 결과들은 대학운동선수의 성공적인 선수생활을 위한 전략 수립과 대학운동선수들의 자기관리 측정도구 개발에 기초자료로서 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

정신과 입원환자의 행동변화에 영향을 주는 요소에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Factor on Behavioral Change of the Psychiatric in-patient)

  • This article examined relationships between selected variables, such as demographic background, care, treatment variables, environmental characteristics, and patient's daily behavior and mood change. Relationship were determined between independent variabltherapeutic-rapeutie approach, demographic data, environmental management approach-,and dependent variable-patient's daily behavioral and mood change. 35 patients selected within some criteria in a psychiatric ward, were obserbed during 5 weeks by use of Wyatt's Behavior & Mood Rating Scale ac-cording to the object of the study. At the same time, the frequence of the care and treatment were collected. Criteria for sample selection and independent variables as an influential factor to the patient behavioral change, based on a literature revienw and clinical experiences. Pearson's correlation and multiple regression analysis were used to determine the influfntial factors to the patient behavioral change. Systematic reading (r=.8324), Psychiatrist's individual interview (r=.5764), tranquilizer (r=.3441) and hospitalization processing date (r=.4143) were related with patient's behavioral change. That is these 4 variables can be said to influence to the patient's behavior and mood. A stepwise multiple regression analysis of the effect of the independent varibles of systematic reading, psychintrists individual interview, tranquilizer and hospitalization processing date on the dependent variable, patient's behavioral change was carried out. Systematic reading with on R²of. 69 revealed to be the main influential factor to the patient's behavior and mood change, as the next factor psychiatrist individual interview. A total inclusion of these factors revealed a 73% prediction for the patient's behavior and mood change. But the most influential factor was the interaction of the systematic reading and psychiatrist's individual interview.

심층면접(In-depth interview)을 활용한 위탁급식전문업체 인증제도 도입에 대한 요구 조사 및 관련분야 제도에 대한 고찰 (An Inquiring Demand for Certification of Contract Foodservice Management Company by in-depth Interview and a Review about the System in a Related Field)

  • This study was performed to inquire demand for indroducing certification on contract foodservice management company(CFMC) and review about the system in a related field. The methodology was practiced an in-depth interview for grasping demand on certification of CFMC and composition on an appraiser group. Content analysis was reviewed about the system in a related field. Large enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises were positive opinion on a certification of CFMC and they suggested that education and research institution, industry, government, association will be included in appraiser group. The review about the system of a related industry was investigated by field such as similar product and service with restaurant industry, similar service with hotel and tourism industry. And similar purpose with a certification of CFMC was put in operation as PQ(pre-qualification) and selecting an adequate corporation in architecture industry. Therefore, a certification of CFMC should be tried to scientific introduction by objective verification.
