아동의 인지양식과 대인 문제 해결력 - 5세, 7세, 및 9세 아동을 대상으로 - (Cognitive Style and Interpersonal Problem Solving Ability among 5-, 7-, and 9-year-olds)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate (1) children's field dependence by age and sex, (2) children's interpersonal problem solving ability by age, sex, and contextual factors, (3) children's interpersonal problem solving ability by field dependence. The subjects were 120 five-, seven-, and nine-year-olds. Children's field-dependence was measured with the Children's Embedded Figures Test (CEFT). Children's interpersonal problem solving ability was measured with the Preschool Interpersonal Problem Solving Test (PIPS Test). Statistical methods adopted for data analysis were frequencies, percentiles, means, standard deviation, t-test, oneway ANOVA. $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test and Pearson's correlations. Major findings were that (1) The older children were more field-independent than the younger ones (2) The older children suggested more problem solving methods and higher-level problem solving strategies than the younger ones. (3) Children suggested higher-level problem solving strategies in contexts involving familiar as opposed to unfamiliar participants and contexts involving children as opposed to adults. (4) 9-year-olds' field-independence was positively associated with interpersonal problem solving ability.

인형극을 통한 문제해결 상호작용이 대인문제해결 사고에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Problem Solving Interaction with Puppetry on Interpersonal Cognitive Problem Solving Skills)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of problem solving interaction through puppetry on interpersonal problem solving thinking. The subjects were 60 children, ranging in age from 69 to 72 months. All subjects were randomly assigned to one of three experimental groups: the control group with no treatment, the puppetry group, the puppetry problem solving interaction group. The treatment covered 4 weeks. The instrument was based on Shure and Spivack's(1974) Preschool Interpersonal Problem Solving (PIPS) test. The data were analyzed with paired t-test, one-way ANOVA, Tukey test, percentage, and Kendall's ${\tau}$. There were significant differences among the three groups in the frequency of solving interpersonal problems. The problem solving interaction with puppetry group was the most effective on Interpersonal Cognitive Problem Solving Strategies. These results showed that problem solving interaction with puppetry is effective in cultivating young children's interpersonal problem solving thinking.

A Study on Relationship between Interpersonal Relation, Communication Skills and Work-related Stress in Physical Therapists

  • In this research, we performed to investigate the relationship between interpersonal relation, communication skills and work-related stress in physical therapists. The subjects of this study were consist of 388 physical therapists from general hospitals and medical rehabilitation centers in Gyeonggi region. Data were analyzed using the PASW 18.0. Work-related stress showed statistically significant differences according to the demographic characteristics of clinical experience. Interpersonal relation found significant negative correlation for work-related stress except job-demand stress. Also, this study found negative correlation between communication skills and work-related stress, and significantly correlated interpersonal relation with communication skill. The results of this study suggest that in developing programs to manage work-related stress for improving interpersonal relations and communication skills in physical therapists.

외식업체 고객 유대 전략이 고객 만족도 및 관계 유지에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Interpersonal Relationships among the Foodservice Industry on Customer Satisfaction and Retention)

  • This research is to figure out how interpersonal relationships among the foodservice industry affected customer satisfaction and retention. Marketing strategy methods could be indicated to bear fruit in the food-industry based on this research. First, the properties of each factor related interpersonal relationship of foodservice industry, customer satisfaction and retention were obtained from previous studies. Second, interpersonal relationship was applied as an independent variable, retention between customers and the foodservice industry as a consequent variable and customer satisfaction as a parameters. The result reached through convergent validity came to satisfy all variables. Third, it was strongly maintained that the higher interpersonal relationship was, the more satisfied customers were and that the more satisfied customers were, the stronger retention was. It was shown that customers would repurchase and had strong loyalty to a certain enterprise if its services satisfied them and met their expectations.

  • Healthcare facilities undergo substantial renovation and remodeling to accommodate changing technologies and regulatory requirements, thereby generating significant quantities of construction-related wastes, and subjecting building occupants to noise, dust, and other health impacting disruptions associated with construction. By designing flexible, adaptive, generic spaces, buildings can better respond to changes imposed by architectural composition of interpersonal and community space of hospital ward with minimum needs renovation and remodeling. This study focuses on the design principles of enhancing flexibility in architectural composition of interpersonal and community space of hospital ward. The purpose of this study is to provide fundamental data for designing interpersonal and community space of hospital ward through ecological flexible design principles with case on interpersonal and community space of hospital ward.

간호사의 분노, 직무스트레스, 사회적 지지에 대한 대인돌봄행위의 융합적 연구 (The Convergence Study of Interpersonal Caring Behaviors on Anger, Job Stress and Social Support in Nurses)

  • 본 연구는 간호사의 분노, 직무스트레스, 사회적 지지 정도를 파악하고 대인돌봄행위에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 2014년 12월 1일부터 31일까지 4개 도시의 대학병원에서 근무하는 간호사 174명을 대상으로 자료수집을 실시하였다. 본 연구는 간호사의 대인돌봄행위와 분노에 대한 기초자료를 제시하고, 반복적 분노반추가 대인돌봄행위를 줄어들게 하며, 분노억제와 분노조절이 대인돌봄행위에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 높은 직무요구 스트레스에서도 대인돌봄행위를 증가시키기 위해서는 자율적인 간호환경과 물질적 지지, 교육 기간의 확대가 필요할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 간호행위인 대인돌봄행위 증진과 이에 필요한 요소를 규명하고, 간호사의 정서관리 중재로서 분노에 대한 융합적 관리의 필요성을 제시하는데 의의가 있다.

코칭리더십이 회복탄력성, 대인관계능력 및 직무성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Coaching Leadership on Resilience, Interpersonal Competence and Job Performance)

  • 본 연구는 코칭리더십이 회복탄력성, 대인관계능력 및 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 회복탄력성과 대인관계능력이 코칭리더십과 직무성과의 관계에 있어서 매개작용을 하는지를 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 울산의 U대학교 병원 간호사 240명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 코칭리더십은 회복탄력성, 대인관계능력, 직무성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 회복탄력성은 대인관계능력과 직무성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대인관계능력은 직무성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 코칭리더십과 직무성과 간의 관계에 있어서 회복탄력성과 대인관계능력이 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 직무성과를 향상시키기 위하여 코칭리더십, 회복탄력성 및 대인관계능력의 중요성을 논의하였다.

명품쇼핑성향과 구매행동이 자기만족도에 미치는 영향 (Impact on self-satisfaction of shopping tendencies and purchasing behaviors for luxury goods)

  • This paper aims to identify the impact on self-satisfaction of shopping tendencies and purchase behaviors for luxury goods. The research was conducted by survey method using questionnaires. The subjects of this study were female consumers from 20 to years old with a high purchasing capability for luxury goods. Using the statistics program SPSS 21.0, factor analysis, reliability analysis, one-way ANOVA, and multiple-regression analysis were executed. The analysis results are summarized below. For shopping tendency depending on ages, pleasure pursuit tendency showed insignificant difference in 40~50s, but significant difference in 20~30s. For the self-satisfaction, the interpersonal satisfaction showed the difference by age group, which was much higher in the respondents in 30~50s than those in 20s. Individuality pursuit tendency and rational shopping tendency had impact on self-satisfaction and rational shopping tendency on interpersonal satisfaction in 20s. Pleasure pursuit tendency and rational shopping tendency had impact on self-satisfaction and interpersonal satisfaction and pleasure pursuit tendency on the economic satisfaction in 30s. Pleasure pursuit tendency had impact on self-satisfaction and economic satisfaction and rational satisfaction on interpersonal satisfaction in 40s. Pleasure pursuit tendency and rational shopping tendency had impact on self-satisfaction and interpersonal satisfaction in 50s. High quality had impact on self-satisfaction and economic satisfaction and practicality on interpersonal satisfaction in 20s. High quality had impact on self-satisfaction and interpersonal satisfaction in 30s. High quality had impact on interpersonal satisfaction in 40s. High quality had impact on all elements of self-satisfaction for the respondents in 50s, practicality had negative impact on interpersonal satisfaction.

초등학생의 대인관계 문제 개선을 위한 상담전략과 실제 :용서상담교육의 적용 (A Counseling Strategy and Practice for solving Interpersonal Problems of Elementary School Students : Forgiveness Counseling Education Application)

  • 본 연구는 초등학교 교육현장에서 교사들이 직면하는 문제이자 해결해야할 부담스러운 과제가 되고 있는 초등학생의 대인관계문제 개선을 위한 상담교육 방안을 탐색, 제시하고자 하였다. 초등학생 대인관계 문제의 개선과 해결을 위한 기존 접근 방식의 특성과 제한점을 지적하고 일회적, 표면적, 문제대처 지향적인 기존 접근방식의 한계를 극복하고 보다 더 근원적이고 체계적인 관점에서 초등학생의 인간관계 문제를 개선하기 위한 상담교육 방안을 제시하였다. 즉 초등학생들로 하여금 다양한 인간관계 특히 또래관계에서의 갈등, 상처, 피해로 인해 나타나는 부정적 반응을 극복하고 건강한 반응으로 나아가게 촉진하는 용서상담교육에 대해서 논의하고 용서상담교육의 실제를 제시하였다. 마지막으로 용서상담교육이 대인관계 공격성 문제를 해결하기 위한 효과적인 인성교육방안으로 실천, 적용되기 위해서 해결되어야 할 과제를 논의하였다.

학교 영양(교)사의 직무스트레스가 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 - 인간관계 유형의 조절효과를 중심으로 - (Effects of Job Stress on Job Satisfaction in School Dieticians and Nutrition Teacher - Focus on the Moderating Effect of Interpersonal Relationship Type -)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of job stress on job satisfaction according to interpersonal relationship type among school dieticians and nutrition teachers. The online survey was conducted from Oct. 26th to Nov. 7th, 2017 in 2,000 randomly selected dieticians and nutrition teachers in the capital area. A total of 453 collected questionnaires were used for analysis. SPSS v.21.0 Statistical Package Program was used for the statistical process. For the results regarding interpersonal relationship type of dieticians, open-type (73.3%) was the highest, followed by self-assertive-type (23.0%), isolated-type (2.6%), and careful-type (1.1%). Regarding overall job satisfaction, 'human relation' was the highest, followed by 'job itself', 'working environment', and 'personal rating & welfare system', in that order. According to interpersonal relationship type, in the case of 'open-type' or 'careful-type', job satisfaction was relatively high. Regarding overall job stress, 'job demand' was the highest, followed by 'lack of reward', 'organizational system', 'interpersonal conflict', 'occupational climate', 'job insecurity', and 'insufficient job control', in that order. In accordance with interpersonal relationship type, overall job stress index was high in terms of 'self-assertive-type' or 'careful-type'. For the results of analyzing the correlation between job satisfaction and job stress index, all areas showed statistically significant negative correlations. Multiple regression analysis was performed to study the effects of job stress on job satisfaction mediating interpersonal relationship type. Job stress had different effects on job satisfaction in terms of 'open-type' and 'self-assertive type'. In conclusion, different strategies are needed for dieticians with different interpersonal relationship types to improve job satisfaction and to reduce job stress.
