Since the arrival of the internet, numerous creative content industries have been active online. In particular, additional training has been necessary due to higher interest in e-Book publishing, and the opening and expansion of the online comics industry. However, as for the study of film grammar, there is a lack of research on lively and diverse expression in cartoon directing. In this study, animation and painting techniques, with examples of cartoons being expressed cartoon is intended to provide the possibility of directing. In addition, the comics industry one source multi user to the related industries is a key element with the value-added industries. So in other media expressed a wide range of research on the techniques of comic culture shall serve as key elements of the content looks.

Homepage design on the Web is incredibly growing fast as the integrative information method than any other media. At the beginning the homepage was designed by text mostly, however, it has been changed to use the multimedia. Design in the Web is changed by the development of computer technology. Rnal destination of Web is an user platform that consists of pixel of monitor screen. Monitor requires different approach from printing material because of the limited of range of presentation and the property of light. This paper has studied to find the possibilities of expression of type which can be the basic structure for HTML. By the case study of homepage, it has analyzed the kind of types, presentation method, the number of frequency, and variation of design.

The possibility of establishing the committee was increased because of the pledge of the President Moon Jaein for the national education committee. Thus, the purpose of this study was to discuss about its necessity and the meaning of legislation. The study method was to analyze existing studies (concept establishment, overseas cases, and legal research), media materials, and internet materials. It also suggested positive and negative functions in establishing the national education committee. Its positive functions are; first, stability of policy, second, political neutrality, third, seeking the nature of education, and fourth, improvement of possibility. Negative functions are; first, establishing the committee could be poison, second, argument in position and role, third, issue of agreement, and fourth, populism policy oriented.

The study aims to evaluate the factors affecting the intention to use digital banking in Vietnam. Multivariate data analysis techniques (Cronbach's Alpha test, Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Structure equation model) are used for the survey data collected from 201 customers who have access to digital banking. The analysis results show that: (1) attitude towards the service, perceived usefulness has a positive impacts on the intention to use; (2) convenience does not affect the intention to use digital banking services; (3) perceived usefulness factor has a positive effect on the attitude towards the service; (4) The perceived risk has a negative impact on attitude towards the service; (5) trust has no effect on the attitude towards the service; (6) ease of use has a positive impact on perceived usefulness; (7) trust has a positive effect on perceived risk. From the results of this study, perceived usefulness has a positive effect on attitude and intention to use the service. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance the sense of the usefulness of customers through media advertising and consulting so that customers fully understand the benefits brought about by using digital banking services. Perceived risk has a negative impact on attitude towards the service.

Since passive information users in mass media era became active information producers in this Internet era, an enormous amount of education contents has been created. As people use different production and reproduction tools even for the same content, however, user-created contents (UCC) do not have compatibility among them, which leads to other problems too. In order to solve these problems, this study proposes "a platform in UCC production environment based on standard specification, which will enhance interoperability among contents." We expect that this platform will help design Contents Publication and Management System (CPMS), which minimizes jobs required to be done repetitively for contents up-loading or transfer and thus enables easy contents sharing and management.

Due to advance of communication environment and storage media, economics at home and abroad gets changed to active consumption environment to make digital contents by oneself and to consume ones. Specially UCC to be made by a user has been generating the various effects enough to be a issue in all the world. UCC multimedia among UCC quickly emerges as a core of crustal movement of Internet and so does an enterprise to concentrate his efforts on UCC multimedia. In this paper, we analyze the technical trend for UCC multimedia service and review the base techniques. Throught these studies, we bring up the growing direction for development of UCC service at the future.

Hana TV, representative TV portal, has the similar function of internet portal media. This study will focus on the practical use of Hana TV which is increasing rapidly its subscribers. Monthly connecting rate by subscriber, frequency of program request will be analysed. For this research, the data, documents of Hana TV and its home page were taken. According to the analyse, the subscribers of Hana TV prefer to watch free TV's programs and hope to watch more free TV's library.

With the development of the Internet and the increase of smart phones, various services considering user convenience are increasing, so that users can check news in real time anytime and anywhere. However, online news is categorized by media and category, and it provides only a few related search terms, making it difficult to find related news related to keywords. In order to solve this problem, we propose a method to recommend related documents more accurately by applying Doc2Vec similarity to the specific keywords of news articles and weighting the title and contents of news articles. We collect news articles from Naver politics category by web crawling in Java environment, preprocess them, extract topics using LDA modeling, and find similarities using Doc2Vec. To supplement Doc2Vec, we apply TF-IDF to obtain TC(Title Contents) weights for the title and contents of news articles. Then we combine Doc2Vec similarity and TC weight to generate TC weight-similarity and evaluate the similarity between words using PMI technique to confirm the keyword association.

This paper proposes an efficient preprocessing technique for a binary centroid tracker in correlated image sequences. It is known that the following factors determine the performance of the binary centroid target tracker: (1) an efficient real-time preprocessing technique, (2) an exact target segmentation from cluttered background images and (3) an intelligent tracking window sizing, and etc. The proposed centroid tracker consists of an adaptive segmentation method based on novel distance features and an efficient real-time preprocessing technique in order to enhance the distinction between the objects of interest and their local background. Various tracking experiments using synthetic images as well as real Forward-Looking InfraRed (FLIR) images are performed to show the usefulness of the proposed methods.

In this paper, we have analyzed transmission time for WAP over CDMA using turbo code scheme. In order for SAR to improve the transfer capability, the transmission of messages have been simulated using a fragmentation that begins with the total package and incremental fragmentation for each layer using the WTP to define the resultant packet size and the level of fragmentation for each proceeding layer. This turbo code scheme decreases transmission time of RLP baseband packets by sending packets. From the results, we were able to obtain packet transmission time and optimal WTP packet size for WAP over CDMA in a Rician fading channel.
