Objectives: The purpose of the study was to investigate factors affecting the awareness of internet ethics and intention to practice internet ethics in dental hygiene students. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 254 dental hygiene students in the Jeonnam area from September 1 to 22, 2017. The data were analyzed by exploratory factor analysis, Pearson's correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 12.0 program. Results: Factors affecting the awareness of internet ethics were personal information sensitivity (${\beta}=0.242$, p<0.01) and ethical identity(${\beta}=0.185$, p<0.05) (Adjusted $R^2=0.143$). The factor related with intention to practice internet ethics was personal information sensitivity (${\beta}=0.464$, p<0.001) (Adjusted $R^2=0.212$). Conclusions: To improve the awareness of internet ethics and intention to practice internet ethics in dental hygiene students, it is necessary to promote internet ethics education in as a part of curriculum and develop internet ethics education's program to enhance personal information sensitivity and ethical identity.

지금까지 인터넷 윤리는 단순히 도덕적 이해, 예의에 대한 지식 혹은 상식의 일종으로 인식되어왔다. 그러나 최근에 개인정보의 불법유출, 저작권 침해, 해킹을 동반한 악성코드와 같은 인터넷 역기능이 급증함에 따라 인터넷 윤리의 범주가 불가피하게 확장되고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 인터넷 윤리의 교육 내용은 법과 제도뿐만 아니라 인터넷 윤리의 예방과 대응에 관한 전문 지식을 포함해야 하는 상황을 맞이했다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 윤리 자격 시험을 살펴봄으로써 인터넷 윤리의 다양한 범주에 걸쳐 교육 성취에 영향을 주는 변인들을 분석하고 인터넷 윤리를 강화하기 위한 적용 방안을 제시한다.

인터넷 확산으로 기존 윤리와는 다른 인터넷윤리가 하나의 학문으로 인식되고 있다. 초중고를 포함하여 대학에서도 인터넷윤리가 교양과목으로 자리잡고 있으며, 본 연구자도 이 과목을 수년째 강의하고 있다. 컴퓨터과학자로서 인터넷윤리를 학생들에게 효과적으로 전달하기 위하여, 인터넷윤리 관련 동영상을 활용하고 일부 시범 실습을 실시하는 수업을 진행하였다. 최신 UCC 제시 및 이에 대한 토론도 진행하여 학생들의 인터넷윤리 이슈와 문제점을 인식시켰다. 수강생 대상의 설문조사를 통하여, 제시된 수업방식이 학생들의 관심 유도에 효과적이며 미래 인터넷윤리 실천의지 향상에 도움이 됨을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 인터넷윤리 주제들을 대학생들에게 효과적으로 전달하는 수업 사례를 제시했다는 의의를 가진다.

삶의 전 영역에 걸쳐서 빠르게 확산되고 있는 인터넷은 효율성과 생산성, 오락성의 편익을 제공하는 반면, 익명성과 비대면성의 매체 특성으로 인해 이를 악용한 인터넷 윤리의식이 심각한 사회문제가 되고 있다. 이에 인터넷으로 인한 부작용을 예방하고 보다 인간 중심의 인터넷 문화를 창달하기 위해 인터넷 윤리교육의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 대학 신입생들을 대상으로 인터넷 윤리의식에 대한 실태를 조사하여 분석한 결과를 바탕으로 바람직한 인터넷 윤리교육 방안을 제안하였다. 인터넷 윤리의식 실태를 개인정보 침해, 지적 재산권 침해, 유해정보, 인터넷 대화문화, 사이버 폭력, 인터넷 중독, 인터넷 사기 등으로 분류하고 설문조사를 실시하여 분석하였다. 그리고 인터넷 윤리의식의 분석 결과를 기초로 대학생들에게 바람직한 인터넷 윤리교육 방안을 제안하였다. 제안한 인터넷 윤리교육 방안을 적용하여 인터넷 윤리 교육을 실시하고, 교육의 효과를 측정하였다. 측정한 교육의 효과를 통계적으로 검증한 결과, 제안한 인터넷 윤리교육 방안이 대학생들의 인터넷 윤리의식을 개선시키는데 효과가 있음이 확인되었다.

오늘날 인터넷 기술과 문화의 발전에 비해 대학생들의 인터넷 윤리의식 수준이 미흡한 문제를 해결하기 위해 체계적인 인터넷 윤리교육의 중요성이 부각되었다. 본 연구는 인터넷 사용의 주요 세대인 대학생들의 인터넷 윤리의식 수준을 중점적으로 조사하여 혁신적인 플립 러닝(Flip Learning) 교수법과 휠러 모델 (Wheeler Model)의 도입, 빈도수 측정 이론을 활용하여 교육의 효과를 극대화하는 방안을 모색할 수 있었다. 이를 근거로 인터넷 윤리교육을 받은 학생들이 윤리의식 수준에서 향상을 위한 방안으로 모색할 수 있게 되었다. 본 연구는 인터넷 윤리교육의 체계화와 효과적인 활성화 방안에 대해 중요한 성과를 얻었음을 결론짓고 앞으로 인터넷 윤리교육 개선과 관련한 방향성을 제시하여 체계적인 윤리교육이 필요하다는 것을 제안하였다.

As the Internet is widely used worldwide, Cyber world has become a part of daily life. On the other hand, the adverse effects of Internet, such as abusive comments, illegal harmful contents, rumor diffusion, infringement on a right have emerged with the increase. Researchers recognized the important of cyber ethics as an effective means of coping with the adverse effects on Internet. But, Little empirical research has been related to cyber ethics in management information systems. Thus, the purpose of this research is to identify multidimensional motivation factors that cyber ethics awareness and compliance behavior Intention. For this, this study investigated the factors that might influence Internet users to compliance cyber ethics. Using university students as a sample, one hundred and ninety six are collected for further analysis. The results of this study are as follows; First, self-esteem, Moral Obligation, self-control, cyber ethics education and Social Influence are significantly related to cyber ethics awareness, while punishment is not significantly related. Second, cyber ethics awareness have a positive effect on cyber ethics compliance behavior Intention. Third, the moderating effect of ego strength is also significant. This study is significant in that it established a behavior model to understand the compliance of cyber ethics with internet user in Korea.

본 연구는 대학 인터넷윤리 교육 전후의 저작권 침해에 대한 학습자의 인지 정의 행동 영역별 변화를 비교하고 분석하기 위해 실시되었다. 연구대상은 본 연구자가 소속된 대학의 인터넷윤리 강좌를 수강한 학생 150명으로 2010학년도 1학기부터 2011년도 2학기까지 총 4학기 강좌의 수강생들을 대상으로 하였다. 인터넷윤리 교육의 저작권 침해에 대한 학습자의 지식과 정의적인 영역에서는 교육 후 유의한 증가를 나타냈으나, 행동적 영역에서는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 저작권 교육 등 인터넷윤리 교육이 인지 정의 행동이 하나로 조화를 이루는 통합적 도덕성에 바탕을 둔 교육이 되어야 하나, 행동적인 변화까지 가져오는데 다소 어려움이 있음을 제시한다. 인터넷윤리 교육이 실천적 교육으로 인터넷 역기능 예방에 효과적인 대응방안이 되기 위해서는 인터넷윤리 교육의 조기화, 효과적인 교수 학습 방법의 개발 및 활용 그리고 교육 환경의 개선 등의 과제가 해결되어져야 할 것이다.

Recently, negative sides of internet, internet and/or game addiction and unethical behavior over internet, have been largely publicized in our society. There have been numerous studies to explore the problems and solutions, but these lack considering broader set of research variables. Therefore, this research investigated how i) internet users' self characteristics and ii) cognitive characteristics toward internet influence iii) internet addiction and iv) information ethics respectively. Especially, this study focused on college students, more mature beings than elementary, middle and high school students with whom most other researches have dealt so far. Major findings of this study are as follows: (1) Willingness to develop relationships over internet, usefulness of internet use, a degree to perceive the cyber space as real, and a degree to express self over internet have significant effects on disabled life style. Self respect willingness to develop relationships over internet, usefulness of internet use, a degree to perceive the cyber space as real, and capability of using internet have significant effects on the lack of control over internet. Willingness to develop relationships over internet, self control, and a degree to express self over internet have significant effects on the lack of control over internet. 2) Regarding the effects of independent variables(self characteristics and cognitive characteristics) on information ethics through internet addiction factors, self respect self control, a degree to perceive the cyber space as real, and capability of using internet have directly and indirectly significant effects on information ethics through internet addiction. Then we suggested four approaches to reduce the internet addiction and improve the information ethics based on the findings.

청소년들이 올바르게 인터넷을 이용하고 정보통신기술을 활용할 수 있게 하기 위해서는 학교에서의 인터넷윤리 교육이 필요하다. 그러나 학교 현장에 나갈 예비교사들에 대한 인터넷윤리 교육은 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있다. 따라서 교사를 양성하는 교원양성기관에서 인터넷윤리 교과과정을 운영하고 예비교사들에 대한 교육을 담당하는 것이 매우 중요해진다. 본 논문에서 컴퓨터교육 관련 전공을 설치한 교원양성기관에서의 인터넷윤리 교과과정에 대한 운영 실태를 분석한 결과 전체 교원양성기관의 30%도 채안되는 기관에서만이 해당 교육과정을 운영하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 이를 해결하기 위해서는 교원양성기관에서 인터넷윤리 교과과정 운영을 강화해야 함은 물론 이를 다른 교과 교육에 대해서도 적용시키는 노력이 필요하다. 또한 현직 교사들에 대한 인터넷윤리 교육에 대한 연수 및 재교육 또한 강화해야 할 필요가 있다.

본 논문에서는 문제중심학습(Problem-based Learning)에 기반한 새로운 인터넷 윤리 학습 모델을 수업에 적용하고 윤리의식의 변화를 조사하였다. 이 모델은 토론과 글쓰기를 통한 학습자 참여중심의 수업으로 이루어진다. 새로운 모델의 효과를 검증하기 위해 이를 적용한 실험집단과 강의식 수업을 적용한 통제집단을 구성하고 수업을 진행하였다. 수업 후에 두 집단 간의 인터넷 윤리의식의 변화를 통계적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, PBL 모델을 적용한 실험집단의 윤리의식 향상이 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 확인되었다. 특히 인터넷 윤리의식의 4개 영역 중에서 가장 크게 향상된 것은 책임인 것으로 확인되었다.
