  • By the developing of Internet. the environments of the company have rapidly been changed. Especially. managers in the Internet shoppingmall have been try to provide excellent e-Services to their customers. e-Service i~ defined comprised of all interactive services that are delivered on the Internet uSing advanced telecommunications. information, and multimedia technologies. but according to study of e-Satisfy. com[2000]. customer service through internet is still neither effective nor efficient and poor service will impact on company's profit but excellent service can improve their value and quality of the service or product. In order to customer-oriented e-Services. this study suggested the QFD linked with e-Service quality model for the Internet shoppingmall service system. which can help determine design characteristics being relevant to customer's e-Service quality requirements. this hybrid model have two stages. In the first stage. we do measure service quality and find priorities of service quality attribute by purchase process. and in the second stage. on the basis of priority of e-Service quality attributes, we find design characteristics to maximize customer satisfaction. From this study, we provide internet shoppingmall managers with the implications for improvement of service quality, measuring quality of e-service, providing design characteristics for customer-oriented service quality.

A Comparative Study of Influencing Factors on Shopping Satisfaction and Repeat Purchase Intention Between Internet Shopping Mall Types (인터넷 종합쇼핑몰과 전문쇼핑몰의 쇼핑만족 및 재구매의도에 미치는 영향요인 비교연구)

  • This study attempts to investigate the difference between the internet shoppingmall types. The main purpose of this study is to verify the relationships among shoppingmall evaluation criteria, shopping satisfaction, revisit frequency, and repurchase intention across the shoppingmall type. The following results were shown by testing eleven hypotheses using LISREL. First, shoppingmall evaluation criteria such as entertainment, product authentification, economical prices and on-time delivery were significantly related to shopping satisfaction in general merchandise shoppingmall. Second, in specialty shoppingmall, evaluation criteria like informativeness, economical prices and on-time delivery significantly affected shopping satisfaction. Third, as contrasted with the expectation, site design and product assortment did not have significant impact on satisfaction in both internet shoppingmall types. Fourth, shopping satisfaction was significantly related to revist frequency and repeat purchase intention. Finally, some theoretical and managerial implications were discussed.

  • The Electronic Commerce is expected as one of the most prospective industries in the 21th century, This research performed a survey and analysis is based on the results of the service quality model and previous research of the service quality in MIS. Service quality, one instrument developed by the marketing area, is provided as a possible measure of internet shopping mall, Service quality measures five service dimensions of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The main purposes of this study are to develop an exploratory model based on service quality that can explain the factors of customer's perceived service quality and investigate how these factors are related to consumer satisfaction. The results of this survey are summarized as follows: (1) Reliability and responsiveness of internet shopping mall are evaluated as very important factors, (2) Service quality is an antecedent of consumer satisfaction, (3) Consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on purchase intentions.

  • The purpose of this study was to fed out the effects of sensibility elements and screen composition elements on purchase intention on the internet fashion shopping mall. A total of 200 responses were collected from a Questionnaire survey. The sensibility words were used for sensibility elements analysis. Screen composition elements were divided into 5 factors by factor analysis; product property, convenience of shopping, service, design, and promotion. The study showed that the satisfaction of sensibility elements and screen composition elements led to a positive purchase intention.

  • The purpose of this study is to prove asymmetric Consumer Information on Electronic Commerce. For this purpose, 93 internet shopping-malls was analyzed into three contents of consumer information. Major findings are as follows : First, the overall level of consumer information contents through purchase process was very low. The reason is that most electronic consumers were dissatisfied with consumer information provided by internet shoppingmall. Second, consumer information of purchase-stage was insufficient for electronic consumer. Especially most shoppingmalls did not provide Use-information and comparing information. This implies electronic consumer can't meet their consumer information needs, so they cannot make rational decision. Third, consumers were faced with asymmetric Consumer Information problem on electronic commerce. So consumer education for electronic commerce is needed.

  • In this paper, a USB module with fingerprint recognition was designed as a distributed node of blockchain on distributed ID (DID, distributed ID) for user identification. This biometric-linked fingerprint recognition device was verified for the real-time authentication process of authentication transaction with FIDO(Fast IDentity Online) server. Blockchain DID-based services were proposed like as a method of individual TV rating survey, and recommending service for customized shopping channels, and crypto-currency, too. This DID based remote service can be improved by recognizing of channel-changing information through personal identification. The proposed information of production purchase can be shared by blockchain. And customized service can be provided for the utilization of purchase history in shoppingmall using distributed ID. As a result, this blockchain node-device and Samsung S10 Key-srore with FIDO service can be certified for additional transactions through various biometric authentication like fingerprint, and face recognition.

  • The rapid diffusion of using internet and technical development becomes a driving force creating and developing the industries based on internet and made up an electronic commerce market which is a new form of business market. The object of this study is the business form between the consumer and the enterprise having a rapid growth nowadays. We classified enterprises' characteristic factors in internet shopping mall into product's characteristic factors on shopping mall, characteristic factors of the system on shopping mall and characteristic factors of the interaction between customers and shopping mall in the internet shopping mall. And then we investigated how these classified characteristic factors on shopping mall could influence on customer loyalty.

The Application of Internet 3D Technologies using Java3D and GL4Java (Java3D 및 GL4Java로 구현한 인터넷 3D기술 응용)

  • Various virtual reality methods are examined on the internet. In this paper, 3D implementations on the internet are discussed using Java3D and GL4Java which are based on the Java. 3D shoppingmall, real time 3D renderings, and various objects are implemented using Java3D and GL4Java, respectively. Especially with Java3D, the file formats of VRML97, OBJ, and 3DS are implemented using Java3D loader, which shows that object implementation in Java3D is better than other methods. Also, the comparisons between Java3D and GL4Java are discussed.

  • The main goal of this research is at the development of a bundle product suggestion sub-system of an internet shopping mall for fishery products, which can reduce the search cost of user. To achieve the goal, we first study tie key factors of successful direct commerce for fishery products, and second, we design a bundle product suggestion module and its sub-module. For this, we identify the objectives of system, and write out the necessary functions of the system and models(process model, data model, dynamic model) through the analysis of user requirements. Based on the functions and models, we design user interfaces, database, processes, and knowledge base. In designing knowledge base and inferencing strategy, we consider two intelligent agent approach(optimal algorithms, heuristic rules) and suggest one more approach(case-based reasoning). The intelligent agent can be used in enhancing the suggestion of multiple fishery product simultaneously. The system analysis and design documents presented as the research results can be used to provide good guidelines to the companies who consider developing an production suggestion agents.

  • 대부분의 현존하는 인터넷쇼핑몰은 평면적인 2차원으로 운영되고 있으나 최근 가상현실(Virtual Reality)을 이용하여 웹에 적용시키는 기법들이 속속 선보이게 되었다. 현재의 3D기술은 크게 사진 이미지를 기반으로 방식과 폴리곤(Polygon)을 기반으로 하는 3차원 모델링 기술의 두 가지로 구분할 수 있다. 이들 기법은 각각 장단점이 있으며 이들을 이용하는 사이트들 역시 이용하는 기법에 따라 다소간의 문제점들을 노출하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사진 이미지 기법을 이용하는 부분은 현재 브라우저에서 기본적으로 지원하는 자바를 이용하여 구현했으며, 네비게이션이나 물체의 3차원 렌더링 구현 등은 java3d를 이용하여 상호간의 상반되는 단점들을 최소화하였다. 사용자는 Java3d로 구현된 3차원 쇼핑몰 내에서 원하는 물체를 클릭하여 위에서 언급한 2가지 방식으로 살펴볼 수 있다. 사진 이미지 형식으로 구현된 제품은 이미 실세계의 전자상거래 쇼핑몰에서 구현되었으며, 3차원 모델링으로 구현된 제품은 VRML97, OBJ, 3DS 등의 화일 포맷을 Java3d 로더를 이용하여 다양한 방식으로 구현하여 기존 방식과의 차별화 및 성능 향상을 꾀하였다.
