The Qualitative Study for Construction of Internet Shopping Behavior Model of Apparel (의류 상품의 인터넷 쇼핑 행동 모형 구성을 위한 질적 연구)

  • This study was fulfilled in the purpose of proposing construction strategies of Internet shopping-mall through the analysis of consumer moving line in Internet shopping-mall. This study was executed in two stages: theoretical study, qualitative study. In the theoretical study, hypothetical Internet shopping behavior model were constructed. Five internet shopping behavior types of apparel : purchase, searching purchase, prepurchase deliberation, information accumulation, opinion leadership and recreation were constructed. Next, consumer decision process were extracted from previous studies and a hypothetical internet shopping behavior model was constructed on the base of consumer decision process and Internet shopping behavior types. And then, through the qualitative study, Internet shopping behavior types were identified and hypothetical model was confirmed after adjustment. For qualitative study, 30 subjects were sampled by focus sampling and investigated by in-depth interview and observation. Seven internet shopping behavior types of apparel were found by the qualitative study: cautious purchase by price comparison, searching purchase, special low price purchase, impulse purchase, prepurchase deliberation, information accumulation and recreation-oriented. On the base of these behavior types, Internet shopping behavior model was adjusted and completed. Finally, according to the results of this study, Internet shopping construction methods that made customer's loyalty high and marketing strategy of Internet shopping-mall were proposed.

Spatial Analysis of the Internet Industry in Korea (인터넷 산업의 공간 분석에 관한 연구)

  • Internet is the most important element in the emergence of the Internet economy, which derives the creation of new firms and employment, and brings about the new ways of marketing and business. The emergence of the Internet economy and the rapid growth of the Internet industry have a great deal to changes in the spatial economy. Korea has experienced a rapid growth of the Internet industries, but few geographical studies have been done to explain the impact of the development of the Internet industries on the spatial economy. This research explored how Korea has developed as a nation of the strong Internet economy in terms of driving forces by demand and supply side. This research tried to build a data set for the Internet industries with the introduction of a new classification scheme and a measurement. The most important finding from this research was the spatial concentration of the Internet industries toward Seoul at the national level and toward the Gangnam area within Seoul. The rise of Internet industries has added attractiveness to Seoul which enjoys a kind of cumulative and circular advantages.

A Study on a Model of Economic Value of Transmission Speed of Internet Commerce (인터넷 상거래 처리속도의 경제적 가치분석 모형에 관한 탐색적 연구)

  • This paper is a study on a model of economic value of transmission speed of Internet Commerce. For this research, this paper searches the factors that influence the transmission speed of Internet and suggests the model for measurement of economic value. The model adopted in this research is CVM(contingent valuation method) using in environment economics and the research area in this paper is concentrated on Internet-based Electronic Commerce. For this purpose, this paper suggests econometrics model that measures customer's payment intention for transmission speed of Internet. This model can be used as the basic tool of feasibility of investment analysis and reasonable pricing on Internet service. For the more, it will be followed empirical study and more careful comprehension for objective validity of this study.

  • 고대역폭을 요구하는 새로운 서비스의 등장이 계속 이어지고 있어 수 년내 초광대역 시대가 도래할 것으로 예상된다. 이에 대비하여 다양한 광전송대역폭확장 기술이 등장하고 있으며, 나아가 시장 선점을 위한 실상용화를 서두르고 있다. 본 고에서는 초광대역 서비스 전달을 위해 요구되는 광전송망과 핵심 요소기술들을 살펴보고, 최근 경쟁적으로 기술 확보에 관심을 기울이고 있는 100Gbps 변복조, 100Gbps OTN, 100Gbps 이더넷 기술에 대한 기술 동향과 모듈 개발 동향, 또한 100G 이후 등장이 예상되는 새로운 광전송 분야와 이를 위해 극복해야 할 한계 기술에 대해 기술한다.

A Study of Customer Attitude on Internet Shopping Malls : a Comparison with Singapore Customer (인터넷 쇼핑몰에서의 소비자 태도에 관한 연구 : 싱가포르 소비자와의 비교를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this research is to identify what factors influence a customer's purchasing intention and to identify if customer's attitudes are different between an Internet shopping mall in Singapore and Korea. To perform a cross-nation analysis between Singapore and Korea, this research reapplied the finding of Liao and Cheung(2001) in a Singapore Internet shopping mall, including transactions security, Internet usage, price, shopping experience, vendor quality, network speed. The empirical results of this research indicate that all hypotheses in our model are significant; therefore, Internet usage, price, vendor quality and network speed influence customer's purchasing intention positively and transactions security and shopping experience negatively. The results of a cross-nation analysis indicate that customer's attitudes in both Singapore and Korea are the same. Therefore, Asia's with similar cultures are the same factors In Internet shopping mall. In Conclusion, with the rapid growth of the Internet market in Asia, many cross-nations researches based on Asia culture must be published. Therefore, this research will be the foundation of these researches.

  • Current address-based Internet has started to expose the number of limitations, with the growth of the Internet. Most of the problems have been solved by adding new features to the Internet or some modification of existing features but some problems can not be solved because it is believed that the structural limitations of the Internet. Overcoming to fundamentally the limitations of the Internet, ID-based Future Internet research is under active research going on in the competitive atmosphere of the United States and Europe. However, most studies have been promoted in a specific field is concentrated in a limited area. For the future Internet, there is a need to derive the requirements to overcome the limitation and accommodate the features and advantages of the existing studies. This paper compares and analyzes the characteristics and advantages and disadvantages for the ID-based Future Internet Research, and describes the requirements to have the ID-based Future Internet.

Analysis of Design for Domestic Internet Shopping Malls Party Wear Design Development (국내 인터넷 전문 쇼핑몰의 파티웨어 디자인 개발을 위한 디자인 현황 분석)

  • Internet shopping malls have rapidly developed within the economic recession due to changed lifestyle according to digitalization. Furthermore, customers in the 20~30s, the main consumer base of internet shopping malls in Korea, have begun to enjoy the new cultural trend of party culture, thus creating a new fashion market combining party and fashion. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze design characteristics of internet party-wear shopping malls to provide guidelines and to present basic data for design development of party-wear in internet shopping malls. Research method was used by combining literary research with empirical research of analyzing design by capturing pictures of internet party-wear shopping malls. The following conclusion was drawn from research results. First, Party-wear consumption of internet shopping malls is increasing along with the increased sales of clothing fashion products of internet shopping malls. Second, design analysis results regarding 11 internet shopping malls selling party-wear was presented that consumer emotion and trend were combined according to distinct characteristics to display romantic style, romantic style mixed with modern or casual characteristics, sexy, and etc. Third, dress was presented as the most common item with 52.3% in item analysis executed on 588 pictures captured in 11 shopping malls. Ribbon was shown as the most common detail and trimming item, with 28.7%, and corsage and frills were each presented as 13%.

  • This paper studied the impact of Internet addiction on school life adaptation of high school students. We searched the literature on Internet addiction for such research and analyzed the impact that Internet addiction has on school life fitness. The SPSS statistics program was used for Internet addiction factor analysis and the analysis was carried out through the structure equation model. The family relation, individual relation, school relation and friend relation factor were deduced to Internet addiction as a result. It was revealed that the individual relation factor among Internet addiction factors had an influence on school life fitness. It is expected that this research will prove helpful in providing preventative education for Internet addiction

  • Recently, Internet Telephony has become increasingly popular in telecommunication industry. However, previous research on Internet Telephony has focused on analyzing specific Internet Telephony solutions, identifying the Internet Telephony movement itself. The research on prediction models about Internet Telephony adoption has been minimal. The main propose of this study is to develop models for predicting transition intention from using traditional telephones to using Internet Telephony. To do so, this study uses data mining methods to analyze demands in the IT communications market and to provide management strategies for Internet telephony providers. Especially this study uses discriminant analysis, logistic regression, classification tree, and neural nets to develop the prediction models for the Internet Telephony adoption. The models are compared with each other and a superior model is chosen.
