WebDAV is a protocol to support collaboration among one or more groups in geographically distant locations through the internet. WebDAV extends the web communication protocol HTTP/1.1 to provide a standard infrastructure for .supporting asynchronous collaboration for various contents across the internet. A WebDAV client uses HTTP requests to perform a renewal and update action to the resources in WebDAY servers. So, it is desirable that the client supports the ability of authoring and version management with a good concurrency control and property management. In this paper, to enhance usability, we developed a .NET-based WebDAV client with a user interface similar to the Windows Explorer. The developed WebDAV client supports easy launching of the authoring application and appropriate lock control for the server resources. In addition, through the functionality of process monitoring, it supports automatic update of the server resources when the modification of the resources are completed by the user. The WebDAY client is a .NET-based application written in the C# language, running on any platform supporting a .NET framework.

CNG which was released as a substitute of the previous CAPI (Cryptography API) library from Microsoft is constructed with individual modules based on the plug-in architecture, this means CNG is exceedingly helpful in the cost of development as well as the facility of extension. On the opposite side of these advantages, considerations on security issues are quite insufficient. Therefore, a research on security assurance is strongly required in the environment of distributing and utilizing the CNG library, hence, we analyze possible security vulnerabilities on the CNG library. Based on analyzed vulnerabilities, proof-of-concept tools are implemented and vulnerabilities are verified using them. Verified results are that contents of mail, account information of mail server, and authentication information of web-sites such as Amazon, E-bay, Google, and Facebook are exposed in Outlook program and Internet Explorer program using CNG library. We consider that the analyzed result in this paper can improve the security for various applications using CNG library.

EPC companies to continue operating overseas, it is increasingly becoming apparent that risk is no longer something to be avoided but a subject to be managed. During the bidding stage, the requirements, specifications and project line items within the bid package must be studied in details to analyze the various risk factors in order to avoid cost overruns. However, reviewing vast quantities of bidding documents is time consuming and labor intensive and is not an easy task and this is where automated information technology can help. For this study, I have constructed an ITB analysis model based on Watson AI that can analyze and apply vast amount of documents more effectively in a short time. Configuration of the Watson Explorer AI architecture for AI-based ITB risk management model research, the selection of learning procedures and analysis subjects, and the performance evaluation criteria were defined, and a test bed was constructed to conduct a pilot research. Consequently, I verified the effectiveness of the analytical time reduction and the quality of its results and VOC operations by professionals.
With the rapid advance of internet service and the corresponding migration of service environment from the text-based one to WWW (World Wide Web) environment, the number of internet users is growing rapidly due to its easy usage. Accordingly, usage of internet as services for sending electronic mails to the other party over the network is becoming increasingly prevalent. Web-based electronic mailing system is comprised of a server and a client. The former provides the users with e-mail accounts and services, while the latter serves as a user interface. In other words, it enables those public users who dos not own e-mail accounts on the existing mail server to have an access to the mailing service through the web. In this paper, we designed a effective web-based electronic mailing system which is based on the internet explorer and linux operating system, which overcomes limitations of the existing e-mail systems and meets the need of a cost-efficient alternative. Our electronic mailing system also supports the convenience of users through appropriate handling of preregistered spam e-mails and multiple e-mails, and this facilitates the development of a stable e-mail system by being able to avoiding the low system performance due to the bursty characteristics of e-mail messages and the increasing number of users
In Korea Basic Science Institute(KBSI) the remote data analysis system is developed for the joint use of advanced equipments. This system enables the researchers to access the datas which are produced at KBSI and analyse them by Java program on the Web,. Except Web browser such as Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator no additional softwares are required for analysing data. We have developed remote data analysis systems for five major equipments which KBSI supports for the researchers, The systems which are developed are those for NMR spectrometer High Reso-lution Tandem mass Spectrometer Microscopic Imaging System DNA Sequencer and Natural Ra-dioactivity Measruement System, These programs work on any computer platform and any operat-ing system only if the internet is available. This remote data analysis system will be served as a part of Collaboratory the remote collaborative system.
In this paper development of on-line data visualization program is described and some examples of data postprocessing are shown. The program is written in JAVA language and runs as a JAVA applet on the web browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox. Remote users can use the program to visualize and analyze their own flow data by accessing the program server through the internet and loading data files in proper formats from their local computers. This paper describes briefly about algorithms for data visualization, structure and available functions of the program, and web sever system. The mechanism of how the JAVA applet can access and process local data files and relevant coding techniques are explained as well. Also explained is what is required for the remote users and client computers to access the program on-line. Some visualization examples performed on a local computer are illustrated by accessing the server remotely.

In this paper, we propose a new anti-forensic method for hiding data in the timestamp of a file in the Windows NTFS filesystem. The main idea of the proposed method is to utilize the 16 least significant bits of the 64 bits in the timestamps. The 64-bit timestamp format represents a number of 100-nanosecond intervals, which are small enough to appear in less than a second, and are not commonly displayed with full precision in the Windows Explorer window or the file browsers of forensic tools. This allows them to be manipulated for other purposes. Every file has $STANDARD_INFORMATION and $FILE_NAME attributes, and each attribute has four timestamps respectively, so we can use 16 bytes to hide data. Without any changes in an original timestamp of "year-month-day hour:min:sec" format, we intentionally put manipulated data into the 16 least significant bits, making the existence of the hidden data in the timestamps difficult to uncover or detect. We demonstrated the applicability and feasibility of the proposed method with a test case.

A Web-based dynamic simulation system, called O-DYN, for multibody dynamic systems is developed. All the interfaces of the system are accessible via Web browsers, such as Netscape or Explorer. The system uses a block-diagram type O-DYN/Modeler developed in JAVA Applet as a preprocessor. The O-DYN postprocessor composed of O-DYN/Plotter and O-DYN/Animator is developed in JAVA Applet. The O-DYN/Solver for predicting the dynamic behavior is run on the server. Anyone who wants to simulate the dynamics of multibody systems or share results data can access the analysis system over the Internet regardless of their OS, platform, or location.
