This paper aims to define country risk, review previous literature, and provide future direction for further research. Country risk is found to be analyzed in various ways in export, foreign direct investment and international finance, and thus analysis of the risk needs an integrated perspective and individual one as well. Systematic analysis, in particular, concentrating on relationship and structure within several risk is required in order to understand the country risk academically and to manage it practically.

The traditional approaches to determine the flag of convenience and second register of flagging-out in Korea international ship register and investigater and weakness of those approaches are revealed. A realistic approach to determine the paper company of shipping and sub-standard vessel of shipbuilding is suggested by introducing register factors obtained from Norwegian and Denish international ship register experiment for the new register.

본 연구는 "통상정보연구"의 1999년 창간호에서부터 제18권 4호(2016년 12월)까지 지난 18년간 게재된 논문에 대한 메타분석이다. "통상정보연구"에 2016년까지 수록된 논문은 총 1047편이다. 학문분야를 본다면 전자무역, 상품 및 서비스혁신, 지역통상정보, 통상법제도, 통상협상 순으로 논문이 많이 게재되었다. 20편 이상 논문을 게재한 저자들의 전공분야가 15가지가 넘으므로 "통상정보연구"는 다양한 전공분야의 학자들이 논문을 게재하고 있는 다학제적인 논문집이다. 저자는 대부분 대학 소속이었고 연구비 수혜 논문의 비중은 19.7%이다. "통상정보연구"에 그동안 5편 이상의 논문을 게재했던 저자는 총 46명인데 이들의 H-지수는 5.6이다. "통상정보연구"의 2016년 영향력지수(IF)는 1.02이므로 "통상정보연구"의 무역학계 영향력이 높다고 볼 수 있다. 2002년 이후 집계된 "통상정보연구" 게재 논문들의 핵심 키워드는 전자상거래, 인터넷, 서비스무역, 중국, 전자무역, 한류, FTA, 중소기업, 해외직접투자 등이다. 그 중에서도 전자무역, FTA, 중국 세 가지 키워드가 가장 자주 등장하였다.

일반적인 물품의 국제매매계약은 오랜 역사를 두고 연구의 대상이 되어 왔다. 물품의 국제매매계약서 작성시 참고할 수 있는 표준계약서 중 대표적인 것으로 ICC의 모델 국제매매계약서가 있다. 이는 무역 실무자들에게 법적 안정성과 작성의 편의성을 제공하는데 일조하고 있다. 본고에서는 ICC의 모델 국제매매계약서의 내용들을 참고하여, 예술품(조형물을 중심으로)의 국제간 거래에서 이용될 수 있는 계약서의 주요내용을 실질조항과 일반조항으로 나누어 제안하였다.

Purpose - Internet-based e-commerce is rapidly developing and applied, and e-commerce through Internet technology overcomes the time and space constraints of existing business exchanges and facilitates multinational transactions.At the same time, disputes over e-commerce are increasing.In order to solve these disputes, clear laws should be regulated and regulated. Design/methodology/approach - This paper first studies the development and trend of E-commerce, then studies the legal provisions of CISG, and then combines them to analyze and draw a conclusion. Findings - Since its enactment in 1980, the CISG has been one of the most influential international commercial laws to date, with 95 States parties. It is a very important international agreement and norm that helps maintain and facilitate the settlement of international trade disputes and coordination of international merchandise sales activities. However, CISG, which is most widely used in traditional trade, faces many challenges due to the nature of E-commerce, but after studying the development and trend of E-commerce and the legal provisions of E-commerce, we conclude that CISG can be applied to E-commerce. Research implications or Originality - All the international conventions are the fruit of the efforts of the people, CISG, as one of the most important unitary laws of international trade, can be said to be representative.The analysis of CISG's legal provisions should be combined with the current international e-commerce trade form, so that CISG can be reasonably applied to modern trade disputes.

International investment has been gaining the importance in the economic growth, employment and technological spillover for many countries at the time of unrestrained flow of the production resources, inter alia, the capital. International investment is prerequisite for Korea to overcome its resource-scarcity. This paper studied some contentious issues of international investment and attempted to suggest negotiating position for Korea on future FTAs. We have made theoretical research of the issues and derived common denominators from four previous FTAs which Korea has concluded. Based on both theories and evidences, we suggest that Korea be ready to have more open attitude for incoming international investment, that is, foreign direct investment(FDI) in future FTA negotiations although Korea should have rather flexible strategy on international investment issues, on the basis of the reciprocity.

The purposes of this study are to understand the international competitiveness of modern higher education and to search the tasks for strengthening international competitiveness of Korean higher education. I reviewed domestic and foreign trends for higher education and then analyzed the statistical status of Korea's higher education. And I proposed tasks for strengthening international competitiveness of Korean higher education. These included university specialization from an international perspective, securing excellent research resources, revitalizing international education cooperation, fair quality management of higher education institutions, learner-centered higher education reform. Subsequently it is necessary to systematically select the factors of international competitiveness of higher education and to propose concrete plans for improving international competitiveness of higher education.
