This study is intended for international cooperation in the field of LED were analyzed. The results, LED wide coverage areas, and a promising future is expected to grow fast enough to occupancy for a major national technology is a competitive situation. Chip Scale Package, including our country, such as LED manufacturing technology that might be competitive in parts, but new technologies such as renal substrate R&D and technology development still active preemption is not the situation. Renal substrate, particularly, large-diameter sapphire, large size/large LED manufacturers, such as a promising area for future research and development support will be needed. To do this, previous research in this area and the U.S., Japan cooperation in such studies also will need to expand. Bibliometrics way through this study, analytical techniques and analytical tools used in the integrated analysis of the usefulness and necessity of the system development were found.

This article analyzes issues regarding the economic development of the arctic area with the aim of finding ways to help solve the problems and to support sustainable economic development of the arctic area. Some proposals are introduced for establishing a sound legal infrastructure of the Korea-Russia economic development of the arctic area. As Russia develops the Arctic area and the route through the Arctic area, Korea will gain the possibility of transportation efficiency, vitalization of international transaction, and finding new markets. Resource development in the North Pole is ongoing, with matching international transaction and economic benefits. To reflect the Korea-Russia interests and to sustain the effect, the legal infrastructure is inevitable. For example, it would be reinforced by pushing forward the Korea-Russia FTA. The legal infrastructure for economic cooperation of Korea and Russia has to reflect that 'the development of the Arctic area and making the route through the Arctic area' should increase the sustainability and vitality of international transaction. The legal infrastructure for economic benefits can also help mitigating non-economic arguments of international community such as the security risk in the Korean-peninsula and around the world.

오늘날 세계경제를 견인하는 국제무역의 약 98%는 해양을 통해 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 사실은 해양의 안보가 세계경제뿐만 아니라 세계의 안보에도 핵심적 요소가 되고 있음을 시사한다. 따라서 이제는 국제사회가 국제해양안보협력의 문제를 근본에서부터 평가하고 보다 발전시킬 때가 되었다. 그러나 해양안보협력의 문제는 각 국가들이 상이한 해양안보문제에 직면하고 있고 이러한 안보문제를 해결하기 위한 안보협력을 위해서는 많은 인력과 예산이 투입되어야 하기 때문에 그렇게 쉬운 일이 아니다. 따라서 본 논문은 소말리아와 말라카 해협 등 국제적 핵심해상교통로 상에서의 해적대응을 위한 해양안보협력현황을 평가하고 이 평가에 기초하여 보다 발전적인 해양안보협력방안을 제시하기 위한 목적으로 작성하였다.

본 연구는 한국국제협력단(Korea International Cooperation Agency, KOICA)에서 주관하는 대학교 국제개발협력 이해증진사업이 대학생의 세계시민의식과 진로정체성, 진로준비행동 및 협력적 효능감에 미치는 효과를 확인하고자 수행되었다. 본 연구는 유사실험연구 설계를 적용하였으며, C시 소재 일개 대학교에서 국제개발협력의 이해 수업에 참여한 32명의 수강생 및 수업에 수강하지 않은 32명의 대조군을 대상으로 학기 초와 학기 말에 세계시민의식, 진로정체감, 진로준비행동, 그리고 협력적 효능감을 수집하였다. 연구 결과 국제개발협력의 이해 수업을 수강한 실험군의 세계시민의식(p=.003)과 진로준비행동(p=.013) 수준은 대조군에 비해 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 그러나 진로정체성(p=.385)과 협력적 효능감(p=.488)은 두 집단 간 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 본 연구는 국제개발협력의 이해수업의 효과를 확인하여 국제개발협력 이해증진사업의 방향을 제시하였다는 점에서 중요한 의의가 있다.

The recent decades have seen a growing rate of international cooperation in science, technology, and innovation (STI) including in the field of green technologies. However, current approaches to national systems of innovation (NSI) have not kept up with this development. International aspects are rather treated as external conditions within which policymakers operate and respond but not influence. This paper tackles this problem by applying a refined NSI concept that includes an international dimension and complements past frameworks by focusing on those Korean government policies, actors, and activities relevant for the internationalization of STI. Austria and Korea have both formulated differing strategies to acquire international leading positions in the field of innovation and the development of green technologies. In the first step, the paper assesses Korea's international activities within the field of green technologies that transcend national boundaries and establish international connections. The government has still a strong influence on selecting technology areas for strategic funding but our findings show that international STI actors have difficulties in identifying the appropriate point of contact to initiate cooperation or apply for related funding. Second, an external perspective on Korea's international collaborations in the field of green technologies is offered. Austria has tentatively identified the East Asian country as a second-priority cooperation partner for its future STI internationalization activities. Interviews with Austrian stakeholders in the field of green technologies indicate a high interest in cooperation with Korea that is facilitated by a similar business culture based on personal networks. Moreover, researchers and policymakers referred to a shared need of small countries for intelligent decision-making processes regarding potential cooperation partners abroad. However, in order to enhance awareness, visibility and demand for Korean STI cooperation in European countries, more long-term funding programs featuring a more permanent point of contact should be introduced.

E-Commerce in China is being expanded by way of policy for improving e-Commerce such as e-Government though China introduced e-Commerce later than other countries. There is going to be an e-Commerce boom in China owing to IT development and increasing use of Internet. It is estimated that China will be among the world's largest e-Commerce market in the future. E-Commerce Cooperation between Korea and China has been undergone as a part of Korea-Japan-China e-Commerce. The outcome of e-Commerce Cooperation between Korea and China is less than that of e-Commerce Cooperation between Korea and Japan. Therefore, there must be the development of Vision and roadmap and organizational reform in Government, sufficient budget, consideration of digital divide and improvement of Korea-Japan-China e-Commerce Cooperation for e-Commerce Cooperation between Korea and China, The purpose of this paper contributes to improve the e-Commerce cooperation between Korean and China and to improve e-Commerce infrastructures in China by estimating current e-Commerce Cooperation between Korea and China and suggesting development strategies of Korea and China e-Commerce cooperation.

Science and technology is the power of impelling the economic and social development. Promoting the international sci-tech communication and cooperation is one of the important ways of pulling the economic development of Northeast Asia area. Sci-tech communication and cooperation between the government and the folk are two wings of international sci-tech communication and cooperation. Both are supplemented mutually and indispensable. In order to promote the economic and social development of Northeast Asia area and further strength, some suggestions are put forward, i.e. fully exerting university the main roles in the sci-tech communication and cooperation of Northeast Asia area and fully exerting Liaoning province the important roles in the sci-tech communication and cooperation of Northeast Asia area.

세계화 시대 대학의 국제화는 인적 교류 그리고 다양한 국제이해, 다문화 교육 등의 교과 개설로 나타나고 있다. 사범대학의 국제화는 대내적으로 다문화 가정, 외국인, 외국 생활 경험 학생의 증가, 대외적으로 개발도상국에서 한국의 교육분야 개발협력에 대한 높은 수요에 비해 교육전문가의 참여가 저조한 상황이어서 글로벌 전문성을 갖춘 교사를 양성하는 방안을 강구할 필요가 있다. 그러나 사범대학은 국제화 노력이 타 대학에 비해 상대적으로 부족하고, 한국의 교육분야 국제개발협력이 직업교육에 치중하여 기초 교육 강화의 국제사회 목표와는 거리가 있고 교육전문가의 활용이 미미하다는 지적을 받고 있다. 따라서 사범대학 교육 과정에 글로벌 교육을 포함시키고 예비교사 교육실습을 개발도상국 현지에서 실시해 교육 개발협력의 전문성을 향상시킨다면 사범대학의 글로벌 역량을 강화하고 교육 국제개발협력의 효과를 높이는 호혜적 결과를 가져올 것으로 세계화 시대 교육분야 국제화 방안으로 고려해 볼 수 있다.

한국과 베트남은 1992년 국교를 정상화한 이후 통상관계가 괄목할만 성장을 하여 한국은 베트남에서 외국인투자 1위 국가가 되었다. 베트남은 WTO 가입 등을 통해 통상관련 제도 등을 선진화하면서 국제통상에서 가장 각광받는 나라중에 하나이다. 베트남은 한국의 대아세안 통상정책에서 중요한 통상파트너이다. 또한 베트남의 미국, 중국, 일본과의 통상관계는 한국의 통상정책에 지대한 영향을 미치고 있다. 본연구는 베트남의 통상정책을 경제적인 접근뿐만 아니라 정치적, 국제관계적인 접근을 통하여 분석하여 한국과 베트남의 통상증진의 방안을 미시적인 양국의 통상관계 뿐만 아니라 다자간 통상협의체의 관점과 미중일의 삼국간의 관점에서 거시적으로도 분석하고자 한다.
