The purpose of this investigation is to evaluate the effects of the Nuegra on enhancement of the masculine and physical activities in general through measuring changes of the testosterone, FSH and subjective symptoms like fatigue, insomnia, urinary stream, muscular weakness, libido and erectile dysfunction. Total 168 male subjects were enrolled from 12 urology, internal medicine clinics and general practitioner, During the 6-week investigational period, 2 capsules of Nuegra were given to the subjects right after meal for 4 weeks, and 1 capsule of Nuegra was added each time in subjects with no or minimal effect. Testoster-one and FSH levels were measured at first visit and last visit, for evaluating masculine activities. To avoid bias and standardize the test results, only one clinic was assigned as a central lab, and all blood samples were transferred. General information and subjective symptoms were evaluated at first visit and at 2 weeks interval, week 2, 4 and 6 using VAS (Visual Analogue Scale). The mean age of the subjects were 51.8${\pm}$8.2 years old (range: 36.1-82.1). Based on the subjects who were tested on testosterone and FSH levels at day l and week 6, the means were 4.4${\pm}$1.4 nmol/L (range: 2.6-7.7), 8.6${\pm}$9.6 mIU/mL (range: 0.3-40.4), respectively at day 1. At week 6, the results were 4.9 ${\pm}$1.6 (2.6-8.9 range), 9.4${\pm}$13.1 (1.0-53.9 range), respectively. Marginally significant difference between pre-dose and post-dose was present. Statistically significant differences were revealed in general assessment for subjective symptoms, fatigue, insomnia, erectile dysfunction, etc. In fatigue, response rates were 39.6, 65.4 and 76.4% at week 2, 4 and 6, respectively (P < 0.0001). Response vates for erectile dysfunction were 13.4, 41.2 and 72.7% at week 2, 4, and 6 (P < 0.0001), respectively, Response rates for libido were 13.6, 51.6 and 73.5% at week 2, 4, and 6 (P < 0.0001), respectively. For urinary stream response rates were 26.9, 44.7 and 66.8% at week 2, 4, and 6 (P < 0.0001), respectively. VAS for muscular weakness did not show significant results that response rates were 40, 60 and 80% at week 2, 4, and 6 from 8.2 (P ＝ 0.24), respectively. Response rates for insomnia were 50, 60, 100% at week 2, 4, and 6 (P < 0.0001), respectively. The results shows that Nuegra tends to enhance masculine activities including libido, erectile dysfunction and urinary stream and also effective for improving general conditions especially insomnia, muscular weakness and fatigue. In conclusion, this investigation has demonstrated that Nuegra does not only have tendency to increase masculine activities through increased secretion of the testosterone and FSH but also improve general conditions such as erectile dysfunction, libido, fatigue and muscular power.

최근에 전 세계적으로 동물, 식물뿐만 아니라 균류, 해조류 등에서 활발하게 이용하는 DNA 바코드는 게놈 DNA의 단편을 이용해 종들 간의 DNA 변이를 발견하여 형태적 지식 없이 정확하게 종을 동정하고 분류하는 방법이다. 고등식물에서는 단일마커로 바코드 조건을 충족할 수 없어 엽록체 DNA의 rbcL과 matK 유전자를 표준마커로 이용하고 있다. 본 연구는 식물 표준 바코드마커와 핵 DNA의 ITS 부위를 이용하여 국내 벼과 식물 252 분류군 중 주로 농경지에서 발생하는 잡초 총 84분류군 403생태형을 바코드하여 데이터베이스를 구축하기 위하여 수행하였다. 바코드 결과 PCR 증폭과 염기서열 분석 성공률은 rbcL에서 가장 높았으며 matK에서 가장 낮았다. 그러나 바코드 갭과 종식별 해상력은 matK에서 가장 높았다. 80.9%의 염기서열 분석 성공률을 보인 ITS는 matK와의 조합에서 92.9% 까지 종 식별 해상력을 높일 수 있어 벼과 바코드에 매우 유용한 조합이었다. 벼과의 바코드데이터는 미국의 국립생물공학정보센터에 기탁하여 genbank 번호를 부여받아 공개하였다. 그러므로 형태적으로 동정이 어려운 벼과 잡초를 matK와 ITS 부위의 염기서열을 분석하여 미국의 국립생물공학정보센터에 기탁한 데이터와 비교함으로써 쉽고 간편하게 동정할 수 있게 되었다.

기존에 차량용 안개등으로 사용되었던 할로겐 광원은 전력소모가 증가하고 수명이 짧기 때문에 이러한 단점을 극복하기 위해 자동차 광원은 LED로 점차 바뀌고 있다. 그러나 차량용 LED 안개등을 점등하였을 경우에는 LED에서 발생하는 고열로 인해 안개등 수명을 단축시키는 단점이 있다. 안개등 내부에서 LED에 의해 발생된 열은 주로 히트싱크에 의해 배출되지만, 나머지 열은 거의 대부분 대류를 통해 외부로 배출된다. 이러한 대류에 의한 냉각효율이 저하되면 열에너지는 램프의 주요부품인 렌즈, 리플렉터, 베젤 등에 열을 발생시키거나 LED 광원에 고온을 발생시켜 LED 안개등의 수명을 단축시킨다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 히트싱크에 의한 방열방식 이외에도 냉각효율에 중요한 영향이 미치는 대류에 의한 방열성능을 개선하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 차량용 LED 안개등 내부공기를 외부로 흡·배출시킬수 있는 통풍구 설치 위치를 결정하기 위한 열유동해석을 수행하여 최적의 설계가 되도록 하였다. 공기의 평균속도는 기존 프로토타입인 Case1에 비해 Case3, Case2의 순으로 증가되었고 Case3의 증가폭이 다른 Case에 비해 상대적으로 큰 것을 알 수 있었다. 이는 안개등 상·하에 설치된 통풍구가 온도차이에 따라 생성되는 대류현상을 적절하게 유도하기 때문에 공기의 속도 증가와 함께 열을 효율적으로 배출시켰기 때문인 것으로 판단하였다.

2013년 12월 말, 에볼라 바이러스는 서아프리카에서 발발했다. 기니를 시작으로 라이베리아, 시에라리온으로 빠르게 퍼지게 되었다. 에볼라 바이러스(자이르형 에볼라 바이러스)는 외피, 비분절, 음성단일가닥 RNA바이러스이다. 에볼라 바이러스는 인수공통 전염병이다. 바이러스는 처음 감염된 야생동물과 접촉 한 후, 혈액, 땀, 소변, 정액, 모유 등의 체액과의 직접적인 접촉을 통해 사람 대 사람으로 전염된다. 그러나 공기로 전염되지는 않는다. 잠복기는 2~21일이다. 에볼라 바이러스는 내피세포, 단핵 식세포, 간세포를 감염시킨다. 감염 후 바이러스가 숙주의 면역 시스템을 회피하기 위해 여러 메커니즘을 사용한다. 이것은 혈관, 간 등의 내부 조직 및 기관에 막대한 피해를 주어 죽음에 이르게 한다. RNA 바이러스에 대한 대부분의 실험은 역전사 중합효소 연쇄반응(RT-PCR)라 기술에 의존한다. 이 방법은 매우 민감하지만 숙련된 과학자, 전원 공급 장치 요구하며 비싸다. 스트립 분석기법(효소면역분석법, ELISA)은 에볼라 바이러스 항원 또는 항체를 검출한다. 이 기법은 저렴하며, 전기, 냉장 장치가 필요하지 않다. 실험적인 치료 및 백신 개발에 관한 지속적인 노력에도 불구하고, 에볼라 바이러스 질환은 현재 치료법에 제한이 있다. 그러므로 신속하고 정확한 진단이 환자관리, 감염예방, 관리대책에 있어서 매우 중요하다.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to establish literatural evidence about traditional Korean medical physiotherapy through literatural review. Methods : Applicable paragraphs which were related to the traditional Korean medical physiotherapy were phrased from in "Hwang-je-nae-gyung(黃帝內經)", "Yumun-sa-chin(儒門事親)", "Geum-guei-yo-ryack(金匱要略)", "Eui-hack-ip-mun(醫學入門)", "Gyung-ack-jeon-seo(景岳全書)", "Eui-hack-gang-mock(醫學綱目)", "Dong-eui-bo-gam(東醫寶鑑)" where were archiving of Oriental or Korean medicine literatures. Searched paragraphs were analysed for establishing historical and theoretical bases of Korean medical physiotherapy. Results : 1. Theromtherapy is originated from yu(熨), hot hand, warm, water bath, warm earth, fumigation, lamp, torchlight and brazier. Matching indications are various musculoskeletal pain and diseases, skin diseases such as chronic inflammation, frostbite, gynecological and urogenital diseases such as uterine myoma, lower abdominal pain, metrorrhagia, breast diseases, digestive tract diseases such as vomiting, diarrhea, stomachache and also it treats cardiovascular disease. Other matching indications are sunstroke, rhinorrhea, psycosis and anal pain. And it used helping acupuncture therapy. 2. Cryotherapy is originated from lengfu(冷敷), lengtie(冷貼), cold stone and cold water. Matching indications are various fever disease, skin diseases such as acute inflammation, wound, fever skin disease, otorhinolaryngological diseases such as acute sore throat, otitis, stomatitis, nasal bleeding and contusions, abrasions, burn and dysuria. In addition, it treats extremity coldness, chillness, stomachache caused to accumulate fever. 3. Physiotherapy by circulating meridian system is originated from manipulation such as pushing, massage and beating to therapy point. Matching indications are musculoskeletal diseases such as various muscular pain, heavy sensation, convulsion, urogenital diseases such as dysuria, lower abdomen pain, digestive tract diseases such as stomachache, and paralysis due to blocked meridian system. And other matching indications are psycosis, leprosy, hypoesthesia, acute stroke. In addition it helps other therapy methods. In addition, the power of manipulation classify to strengthen and reduce. 4. Physiotherapy by balancing meridian system is originated from sunshine, magnet, horn, bamboo and tube. Sunshine helps improving self's care and cure inflammatory skin disease. Magnet's matching indications are paralysis, various injuries, abscess, fever and eye disease. Cupping therapy treats to skin diseases and internal diseases such as tuberculosis. Conclusions : Traditional Korean medical physiotherapy was widely used in traditional Korean medicine since ancient time based on the traditional Korean medical principle and anatomical knowledge. With modern physiotherapy and traditional Korean medicine together, effects of treatment are enhanced. And traditional Korean medical physiotherapy is appropriated to world physiotherapy's expectation.

SMART 연구로의 노외계측기 설계를 위하여 고온 전출력 조건과 중성자 계수율이 최소가 되는 조건에 대해서 중성자속 분포 평가를 수행하였다. 고온 전출력 조건에서 IST 영역의 에너지 구간별 중성자속 분포 계산은 DORT와 MCNP코드를 이용하였으며, 계산 결과 IST 내의 첫 번째 물 영역에서 최대의 열중성자속을 보였고 두 코드 결과는 대략 10% 이내에서 일치하는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 중성자 계수율이 최소가 되는 조건에서 노외계측기 설치 영역에서의 중성자속을 계산한 결과, 선원의 세기가 $1.0{\times}10^8(n/sec)$이라고 가정한 경우 최대 열중성자속의 크기는 $6.99{\times}10^{-2}(n/cm^2-sec)$로 전체 중성자속의 80% 이상을 차지하는 것으로 나타났는데 이는 IST 철 구조물을 통과한 속중성자가 감속능이 큰 물 영역에서 에너지를 잃고 열중성자로 변하였기 때문이다. 그러므로 노외계측기 설계시 계측기를 둘러싸는 계측기 안내관 충전물질, 설치위치 그리고 각 계측기 Segment들의 길이 등을 최적화하여 중성자 계수율을 증가시키는 방안을 모색할 필요가 있겠으며, 이러한 중성자속 평가 결과는 노외계측기가 IST 영역에 설치될 경우 노외계측기 선속 요건으로 이용될 수 있다.

2010년 말의 종편 승인 결정에서 현재 시점에 이르기까지 한국 방송산업은 상당 수준의 구조적 변동을 겪고 있다. 그 가운데 가장 특징적인 모습 하나는 단단한 수직결합 체계를 통해 국내 방송영상산업에서 강력한 콘텐츠 지배력을 유지해오던 지상파 제작 단위로부터 핵심 인력이 대규모로 유출되고 있는 현상일 것이다. 이 연구는 이와 같은 제작자 엑서더스 현상의 배후로서, 상업적 거대 미디어기업을 통해 방송부문에서 시장논리를 확대하려는 목적의식적 제도설계의 존재를 지목하고, 이와 같은 외부 요인이 방송산업 내부의 다양한 요인들과 맞물려 어떠한 양상을 빚어내고 있는지를 분석한다. 그 결과, 지상파 잔류보다는 이탈이 개인적 사회적 보상 차원에서 더 다양하고 더 큰 긍정유인을 제공한다고 본 제작자들 나름의 합리적 선택을 매개로 현재와 같은 대규모 이탈이 발생되었음을 확인하게 된다. 그러나 일부 복합 미디어 기업을 통해 진행되고 있는 이러한 창의성 재배치 과정이, 장기적으로 제작자들에게 더 많은 기회와 가능성을 보장하는 방향으로 귀결될지에 대해서는 다양한 의문이 제기된다. 이에 이 연구는 현재의 제도적 설계에 내재한 문제점을 지적하고, 이를 개선하기 위한 노력을 촉구한다.

The burn is acute skin injury caused by fire, hot water. steam. hot oil, sour and salty. It is occurred frequently in the daily life as well as oriental therapy like moxibustion therapy, physical therapy. Nevertheless, medical treatment of the burn is almost dependent on western cure. So we chose the oriental medicine textbooks and the oriental medicine journals that were dealing with the drugs, processing the drugs. peculiar treatment put first external cure. The results were as follows; 1. The burn is acute skin injury caused by fire, hot water, steam, hot oil, sour and salty. 2. The burn cause blisters, irritability and restlessness, nausea, dryness of mouth, constipation, in case of serious, coma, dyspnea and death. The early stage of the burn, blisters form by skin damage and they burst into skin ulceration from which pus issues, the latter term, the wound form scab and healed up. 3. In a light case, medical treatment of the burn was used external treatment by medicine for externalism use, in a serious case, it was used both as an internal remedy and medicine for outward application. Also in the early stage, it was careful of using the cold and cool medicine, as the process of healing, it was used alleviating pain, detoxicating, moistening the skin, growing muscle and skin, convergence, evacuating pus, regeneration of the tissue, strengthen the spleen and nourishing the stomach. 4. The external treatment medication is Herba Ephedrae Oil(麻油), Radix ET Rhizoma Rhei(大黃), Glauberitum(寒水石), Water(水), Pig OiI(猪油), Pig Fat(猪脂), Radix Angelicae Gigantis(當歸), Rhizoma Coptidis(黃連), Cortex Phellodindri(黃栢). The White of an Egg(鷄子淸), Raw Honey(生蜜), Honey(蜜), Wine(酒), Etc. It is mostly the cold and cool medications. 5. Soft extracted and powered dosage form in external treatment is much used. The soft extracted form(32times used) are mostly Chung Ryang paste(淸凉膏) and Fructus Papaveris paste(罌粟膏). The powered form(30times used) are mostly Bingsang Powder(氷霜散), Bosaenggugo Powder(保生救苦散), Sahwang Powder(四黃散). The others is much a various powder adding solvent. 6. If varicella stage, erosion after varicella stage, oozing stage and extreme pain stage, the powder adding solvent is much used. If little oozing stage. ulcering stage, scabing stage and a chronic stage, Soft extracted dosage form is much used. 7. The most many(26.65%) used method is that apply each medication power mixed water(水), wine(酒), honey(蜜) in a wounded part.

This study is intended to understand an implication system and significance in the current community which a body image symbolizes by correlating it with fashion that is on the rise as a principal issue in various fields. For this study, the symbolism of the body image was contemplated in terms of philosophy and art, and then on the basis of it, the symbolism of the body image shown in modern fashion design was analyzed through fashion works. The research results are as follows, 1. The manifestation of sex can be taken as the symbolism of the body image which is expressed in modern fashion design. Recently sexual chaos and vagueness such as homosexuality and bisexuality are expressed through a dress and its ornaments. Though displaying sexual characteristics of male and female as they are exposing a sign or a diagram, decorating a part of body or representing sex in garments, uncertain sex identity in modern society is manifested in dress and its ornaments. It is to deny absoluteness regarding sex and emphasize diversity indwelt in human beings, and after all it shows to pursue the human essence. 2. Another symbolism of the body image is body expression as the human race and an ethnic group. The discriminating situations and the restoration of their status appeared in modern fashion too. Moreover, their cultures and issues came to alter the aesthetic standard of body made from a view of the Western white supremacist. Hereupon, fashion trends like ethnic fashion, Orientalism and African look etc. appear according to this tendency, which represents race and national identity and in addition, which signifies to present transcendental human conception embracing alienated human conception. 3. The symbolism of the body image expressed in a body, and a dress and its ornaments as nature can be considered in terms of the concern on environmental contamination and the respect of echo system. Getting away from reigning over, developing and stamping down nature at their will, the human beings pursue unity with nature, which is described in fashion. They are stressing that natural materials and objects such as animal, plant and soil etc. should activily be introduced into fashion and humans are a communal fate group and should reframe their status in nature at last. 4. The body image shown in a body, a dress and its ornaments as technology is transformed and recreated by modern scientific techniques and medical science to show post human conception namely, forthcoming future human conception as a cyborg which loses individual identity. This presents a perfect future human conception with high level of preternatural power but after all, leaves us a task to seek the meaning of human existence in alienation caused by the loss of human identity and existence. In this manner, the moderns crave for perceiving the identity of a natural human being in the current thoughts tendency of the modern times such as postmodernism, post structuralism, deconstructionism, feminism and so on, which build discussions affecting the art and fashion worlds. The categories, like sexual characteristics indwelt in a human body, racial classifications, the natural environment surrounding human beings and development of science, bring out the importance of the internal and external meaning in today's fashion which a human body contains, and present sew human conception in the coming future society.

우리술의 주질개선 및 현장 실용화기술을 개발하기 위해 술 담금의 기본재료인 누룩의 규격화 및 품질향상 연구가 필요하다. 이와 같은 요구에 부응하기 위해, 누룩에 생육하는 우수 양조미생물의 분리 발굴, 균주개량 및 보존관리 등 우리 고유의 양조미생물 자원을 확보하고 활용함으로써 다양한 종류의 누룩 제조가 가능할 것으로 여겨진다. 따라서, 본 연구는 충청지역에서 시판되고 있는 누룩을 수집하여 희석평판 배양법으로 174개 균주를 분리하여 효소활성 검정을 통하여 효소 활성이 높은 균주를 다수 분리하였다. 분리된 곰팡이를 대상으로 액화력 및 당화력 등의 효소학적 특성을 조사하였고, 선발된 활성균주의 동정을 위해 genomic DNA상의 ITS(Internal Transcribed Spacer) 부위의 염기서열을 분석한 결과 Aspergillus sp.(4균주), Rhizopus sp.(4균주), Rhizomucor sp.(2균주), Mycocladus sp.(2균주)으로 동정되었다. 밀기울을 사용한 고체배양에서 액화력, 당화력 및 산 생성능을 검토한 결과, Rhizopus sp. CN084, CN174, Aspergillus sp. CN161와 Mycocladus sp. CN042 균주가 효소활성이 높은 것으로 나타났으며 Aspergillus sp. CN010, CN161, Rhizopus sp. CN105, CN168 균주와 Rhizomucor sp. CN088 균주는 산 생성능이 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 이들 균주가 양조를 위한 누룩의 원료 균주로서 사용될 경우 단일 누룩제조가 가능할 것으로 판단되었다.
