Purpose - As the importance of salesperson attitudes and behaviors enhancing customer perception and loyalty have increased, many retail companies put emphasis on internal marketing activities. The issue also has captured the interest of academics, but most of the previous research tends to be limited to investigating antecedents of salesperson job satisfaction and commitment. Based on the consumer-brand relationship concepts, this study aims to examine the effects of the salesperson-brand relationships on customers' service evaluation and store loyalty. Research design, data, and methodology - In a structural equation model, it is hypothesized that salesperson brand identification influences salespersons' brand trust and affect, which are the two dimensions of consumer-brand relationships. Salespersons' brand trust and affect are expected to increase salespersons' customer orientation, which in turn influences customers' service evaluations and store loyalty. To test this hypotheses a set of data collected from department stores in Seoul is utilized. Results - First, it was found that salesperson brand identification is a significant antecedent to salespersons' brand trust and affects, the two dimensions of salesperson brand relationships. Second, salespersons' brand trust and affect were found to enhance salespersons' customer-oriented behaviors. Third, salespersons' customer orientation showed a significant effect on customers' service evaluation. When a salesperson makes more effort to provide useful information for fulfilling customer needs, customers evaluate the salesperson's service more positively. Finally, customers' service evaluation had a positive impact on customers' store loyalty. Conclusions - This study provides significant academic and practical implications. First, based on the theory of consumer-brand relationships, the concept of salesperson-brand relationships was introduced and found to be an effective motivator of salespersons' customer oriented attitudes and behaviors. Therefore, the two dimensions of brand relationships, brand trust and affect, should be considered as the critical factors both in developing theoretical research and improving long-term company performance. Also, internal marketing activities should focus on maximizing employees' brand identification. That is, retail companies need to put emphasis on sharing their brand values and personality with internal customers to strengthen the brand relationships with salespersons and to enhance customer responses.
Among recent management innovation activities of hotel, one of the most important competitive advantage through customer satisfaction, and to which members of the organization's service orientation is essential. The hotel's service orientation is closely related to the organization's culture. In this study, the organization's service-oriented culture, the internal service quality, emotional commitment and continued commitment and ultimately affects the employee's influence on customer orientation will look at that. Results and implications of this study can be summarized as follows. the internal service quality among the factors corporeality, responsiveness and assurance, empathy, job satisfaction showed a significant influence on the type of empathy and emotional commitment castle had a significant impact on. With these results, relationships with colleagues within the organization, such as work environment and job satisfaction and emotional commitment, the atmosphere is very important to know that you can affect. Therefore, the members of the hotel to increase customer satisfaction and organizational commitment, corporate culture, business as well as collaboration with colleagues to share the emotional atmosphere of sympathy for the business environment will get improved.
The purpose of this study was to reveal association between internal marketing and customer orientation. Internal marketing was composed of empowerment, educational training, reward system, internal communication and management support. We thought these factors affect to the consumer orientation. For this study, 191 dental hygienists in Busan, Ulsan and Kyungnam are participated in this study. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, pearson's correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression analysis with SPSS 18.0 program. In conclusion, we obtained the next results. First, the mean of internal marketing behavior was 3.22 out of 5. In terms of sub-domain, educational training (3.88) is the highest, followed by empowerment (3.35), internal communication (3.10), management support (3.05) and reward system (2.79). Second, the internal marketing factors of internal communication, reward system orientation, management support, empowerment, and educational training had positive correlations with customer orientation (r=0.189~0.381). Third, the influencing factor in customer orientation were educational training (${\beta}=0.277$) and empowerment (${\beta}=0.276$), adjusted $R^2=0.202$. As dental patients' desire to medical service quality becomes diversified, the analysis result is considered to help the future dental service management.

This study is to identify the maintenance service quality of eco-friendly cars, which are rapidly increasing recently. Research is conducted by synthesizing research from the perspectives of internal employees and external customers by using the service profit chain model. Specifically, it is to study the overall structural relationship between internal customer satisfaction, physical quality, interaction quality, outcome quality, external customer satisfaction and long-term orientation. For the study, 202 questionnaires were collected from internal employees and 204 questionnaires from external customers. The results of testing the research hypotheses targeting the internal employee group are as follows. As a result of testing hypothesis 1, internal customer satisfaction has a significant positive (+) effect on physical quality and interaction quality. As a result of testing hypothesis 2, the service quality of eco-friendly car maintenance has a significant positive (+) effect on each other. As a result of testing hypothesis 3, physical quality and outcome quality have a significant positive (+) effect on external customer satisfaction. The results of testing the research hypotheses targeting an external customer group are as follows. As a result of testing hypothesis 2, in the relationship between eco-friendly car maintenance service quality, physical quality has a significant positive (+) effect on interaction quality, and interaction quality has a significant positive (+) effect on outcome quality. As a result of testing hypothesis 3, interaction quality and outcome quality have a significant positive (+) effect on external customer satisfaction. As a result of testing Hypothesis 4, external customer satisfaction has a significant positive (+) effect only on intention to reuse. Finally, as a result of examining the difference in perception between the internal employee group and the external customer group in eco-friendly car maintenance service quality and external customer satisfaction, it was verified that there was a significant difference only in outcome quality and external customer satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to obtain data to improve customer orientation by managing emotional labor in foodservice employees. This study investigated the correlation between emotional labor (surface acting, deep acting), job burnout (emotional exhaustion, cynicism), and job engagement (vigor, dedication, absorption) in high school foodservice employees, and how they affect customer orientation. Our survey was administered to 330 school foodservice employees in the Busan area from June 2 to June 27, 2015. A total of 321 questionnaires were used for final analysis. The mean values for deep acting (p<0.01), cynicism (p<0.01), and dedication (p<0.05) significantly according to the position of the emproyees. The mean customer orientation significantly according to employment status (p<0.01) and meal service time (p<0.01). There was positive correlation (p<0.01) between surface acting, and emotional exhaustion cynicism, but negative correlation (p<0.01) between surface acting and vigor, dedication, absorption, and customer orientation. Deep acting had negative correlation (p<0.01) with emotional exhaustion and cynicism, positive correlation (p<0.05) with vigor, dedication, absorption, and customer orientation. Surface acting had negative influences on emotional exhaustion and cynicism, cynicism had negative influences on vigor, dedication, absorption, and customer orientation. Deep acting had positive influences on absorption and customer orientation, absorption had positive influences on customer orientation. Thus, nutrition teacher(dietitian) should educate foodservice employees the positive effects of deep acting to change their surface acting to deep acting, while actively managing internal customers.

According to the development of information technology, the paradigm of the archives is shifting from preservation management of past records to use-oriented services. In this regard, this study is conducted an empirical study on the effect of internal marketing factors of university archives on the customer orientation of employees in order to improve organizational satisfaction for users of records information service. Based on the previous research, the delegation of authority, internal communication, management support, and training are established as factors of internal marketing, and the parameters for this are job satisfaction, organizational commitment, customer orientation as dependent variables, and We set up hypothesis between research variables and attempted an analysis through statistical system. In summary, each element of internal marketing showed significant results on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and management support was most closely related to job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and customer orientation of university archive staff.

In this study, we analyzed the factors influencing internal marketing at hospitals on job satisfaction and customer orientation among nurses in order to provide basic data necessary for management of nursing personnel. From December 26, 2018 to January 4, 2019, the study surveyed 255 nurses at a general hospital in Gyeonggi Province. For data analysis, frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation, and linear regression analysis were performed using the SPSS 21.0 program. First, the results of this study show that the effect of marketing inside the hospital on job satisfaction was statistically significant. Second, marketing inside hospitals was found to have a statistically significant effect on customer orientation. Thirdly, it was found that the effect of job satisfaction on customer orientation was statistically significant. Fourth, the effect of job satisfaction parameters on the relationship between marketing and customer orientation within the hospital 1st and 2nd stages appeared to have a statistically significant positive (+) impact, and three steps were found to be independent variables. The regression coefficients for organizational vision and future image, organizational attributes and systems, communication, and education/training system by sub-factors of internal marketing at hospitals significantly appeared.
The purpose of this study is to analyze impact of internal marketing on job satisfaction, job commitment, organizational commitment, and customer orientation in rapidly changing health care environment. The data were collected from 635 employee of 3 hospitals using a standardized questionnaires in Busan and Gyeongnam province. The results were as follows. All internal marketing factors had a direct impact on job satisfaction, job commitment, management support, empowerment, reward systems but affected the indirect through the job satisfaction all factors of internal marketing. Based on the results of this study members of the hospital in order to improve customer orientation, job satisfaction, job commitment create a pleasant working environment, give an appropriate decision-making and compensation for work performance. Compensation for work performance and organizational development suggestions should be considered by executive support.
Purpose - Recently, as the franchise market has grown rapidly and competition has intensified, the creation of competitive advantage by companies has become important as a corporate survival strategy. Based on previous studies, this study proposed a theoretical framework for the structural relationship between psychological ownership (organization and job), job performance, and customer orientation. Research design, data, and methodology - This research examines the structural relationship between psychological ownership, job performance, and customer orientation in terms of employees. More specifically, in this model, psychological ownership consists of two sub-dimensions of organization and function. Research models and hypotheses have been developed for this purpose. A total of 409 respondents responded via surveys. 2 out of 409 respondents have been removed and a total of 407 were used for this study. The data were analyzed using frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling with SPSS 21.0 and Amos 21.0 statistical program. Result - The results of the study are as follows. First, psychological ownership (organization and job) has a statistically significant positive effect on job performance. Second, psychological ownership of the job has a statistically significant positive effect on customer orientation. On the other hand, psychological ownership did not have a significant effect on customer orientation. Conclusions - The implications of this study are following as: From the theoretical point of view, this study distinguishes the psychological ownership of employees of a franchise corporate into two dimensions, organization and job, rather than a single dimension. Based on this, we examined the effect of psychological proprieties on job performance and customer orientation. This study also provides several implications. In a fiercely competitive franchise market, it is very important to analyze your employees to gain a competitive advantage over other competitors. It is meaningful to study the employees who work in the franchise. In addition, psychological ownership is an important variable that enhances job performance and leads to customer orientation, so the company needs to pay attention. Therefore, it needs to develop an internal marketing strategy that promotes psychological ownership.
