Market integration and prices in pulse crops like black gram play an important role in determining the production decisions of the farmers and diversification towards high value nutritious crops. In this context, the present study explores extent of market integration and price transmission in selected major black gram markets in Andhra Pradesh using Johansen co-integration, Vector Error Correction Model and Granger causality test. The study used monthly prices data of black gram (Rs/quintal) sourced from selected markets of Srikakulam, Krishna and Kurnool spanning January, 1990 to December, 2019. The results of the study strongly buttressed the existence of co-integration and interdependence of selected black gram markets in Andhra Pradesh. However, the speed of adjustment of the prices found to be moderate in Krishna market and quite weaker in Srikakulam market and thereby prices correct a small percentage of the disequilibrium in these markets with the greatest percentage by the external and internal forces. So, it necessitates the need for future research, to investigate the influence of external and internal factors such as market infrastructure, Government policy and self-sufficient production, product characteristics and utilization towards market integration. As there exists only unidirectional causality from Krishna to Kurnool and from Krishna to Srikakulam markets, it calls for strengthening the information technology for flow of market information regularly to help the farmers for increasing their income.
The purpose of this study is to explore a weekly life of Korean high school students, especially focused on their activities, locations, and flow. The data were collected from 116 high school students by the Experiential Sampling Method, employing a cellular-phone as a signaling device. Students reported, in response to the 6964 random signals, that 43.4% of their time was spent for social/leisure activities. An additional 31% percent of time was used for productive activities and the rest of times belonged to maintenance activities. When engaged in productive activities, they usually reported anxiety, while they felt bored for social/leisure activities and flow for maintenance activities. The most pervasive context of their lives was school (42.8%), followed by home (33.3%), public space (24.6%), and educational institutes (9.2%). In general, they experienced flow for the most of the locations, except educational settings in which they felt anxiety. The flow for productive activities varied by gender, pending on where they had productive activities, while others did not show any significant differences in the activity flow by locations.

The IRR(internal rate of return) is often used by investors for the evaluation of engineering projects. Unfortunately, it has serial flaws: (1) multiple real-valued IRRs may arise; (2) complex-valued IRRs may arise; (3) the IRR is, in special cases, incompatible with the net present value (NPV) in accept/reject decisions. The efforts of management scientists and economists in providing a reliable project rate of return have generated over the decades an immense amount of contributions aiming to solve these shortcomings. Especially, multiple internal rate of returns (IRRs) have a fatal flaw when we decide to accep it or not. To solve it, some researchers came up with external rate of returns (ERRs) such as ARR (Average Rate of Return) or MIRR (MIRR, Modified Internal Rate of Return). ARR or MIRR. will also always yield the same decision for a engineering project consistent with the NPV criterion. The ERRs are to modify the procedure for computing the rate of return by making explicit and consistent assumptions about the interest rate at which intermediate receipts from projects may be invested. This reinvestment could be either in other projects or in the outside market. However, when we use traditional ERRs, a volume of capital investment is still unclear. Alternatively, the productive rate of return (PRR) can settle these problems. Generally, a rate of return is a profit on an investment over a period of time, expressed as a proportion of the original investment. The time period is typically the life of a project. The PRR is based on the full life of the engineering project. but has been annualised to project one year. And the PRR uses the effective investment instead of the original investment. This method requires that the cash flow of an engineering project must be separated into 'investment' and 'loss' to calculate the PRR value. In this paper, we proposed a tabulated form for easy calculation of the PRR by modifing the profit and loss statement, and the cash flow statement.

This paper investigates how economic freedom affected firm investment in Vietnam. In the globalization decade, economic freedom has been an important policy to support economic development in Vietnam. Improvements in economic freedom, such as capital freedom and domestic credit freedom, allow firms to access external finance more easily, so that the firm's investment depends less on internal cash flow. In a developing country, on the drawbacks, many small and medium firms likely have more challenges if the government would not give any subsidies. The higher level of freedom may exacerbate the financing constraints of less competitive firms. We analyze unique firm-level data from 2006 to 2016, which includes listed firms on two major stock exchanges and unlisted firms in the Unlisted Public Company Market. The article also considers how economic freedom affects small firms and large firms differently. Our results show that capital freedom and domestic credit freedom played an important role in investments for Vietnamese firms. However, we cannot find evidence that overall economic freedom relaxed the financial constraints on firms. Additionally, we suggest that small firms likely gain more advantage in access to external finance than do larger firms when the government removes restrictions from capital movement and the domestic credit market.

An entrained flow gasifier simulating the cold mode was tested to estimate its performance for coal gasification and flow characteristics with a developed high speed impinging jet nozzle. The burner was designed for high temperature and high pressure(HTHP) conditions, especially for IGCC(Integrated Coal Gasification Combined Cycle). In order to get proper size of droplets for high viscous liquid such as coal slurry, atomization was achieved by impacting slurry with high speed (over 150m/sec) secondary gas (oxygen/or air)/ Formed water droplets were ranged between 100.mu.m to 20.mu.m in their sizes. The flow characteristics in the gasifier was well understood in mixing between fuel and oxidizer. Both external and internal recirculation zones were closely investigated through experimentation with visualization and numerical solutions from FLUENT CODE.
Objectives : The practices of Wei-qi and Nutritive-qi are generally divided into external Mai and internal Mai. However, they are closely interrelated and practiced together. While taking these aspects into consideration, this paper attempts to make interpretations in relation with Nutritive-qi the disease pathogens that appear in Shanghanlun's disease symptoms. Methods : Using the practice and function of Nutritive-qi described in Huangdineijing, the paper shall make interpretations for the patterns of Mawhangtang, patterns of Gaejitang, and the pathologies of pain, oedema, and nosebleed as described in Shanghanlun. Results & Conclusions : The pain from the patterns of Gaejitang differ from that of the patterns of Mawhangtang. First, the pain from the the patterns of Gaejitang cannot be the main symptom. Even if there is a symptom of pain, it's severity is not serious. Second, the pain from the patterns of Gaejiang takes the form of stiffness, and not general bodily pain. The reason for this stiffness is because of the emptiness of Wei-qi that leads to the congestion of Nutritive-qi which in turn causes the lack of qi and blood flow in muscula area such as abdomins. The symptom of oedema where one's body becomes swollen comes from a number of pathogens. First, the flow of meridian becomes hindered due to external dampness, a character which tends to be adhesive when added with humidty, and this results in the blockage of water qi which then causes the coagulation of nutritive blood. Second, when toxic heat is repressed and blocked within the lesser-yang channel, lesser-yang meridian stops working, which causes nutritive blood to clog at the front and back of ears since lesser-yang channel flows through that portion of body. Third, although oedema is not specifically mentioned in the sentences, but there exists the patterns of Daechungyongtang where water lumps are formed due to the accumulation and blockage of watery dampness. The patterns of Daechungyongtang is cuased when meridian is hindered from externally discharging body fluid due to a problem with meridian that blocks the fumigated internal heat which turns into bodily fluid from being discharged externally.

Developments of numerical methods are very important to design and analysis for a high subsonic turbine blade. In general, Analysis by experimental investigation has needed a lot of human resources and required time, indispensably, and equipments still have a limit to measure in conditions of high temperature. Rapid technological developments of CPU and integration level of memory make it possible to advance computation with almost exactly simulation so, recent developments of numerical methods are in spotlight. In the present study, the panel method, which is well-known as relatively simplified numerical method, and 2-dimensional ordinary differential Falkner-Skan equation were computed in order to analyze the outer flow, and FVM-based solid heat transfer equation, was also computed to forecast the temperature distribution of the airfoil and the turbine blade. Unstructured grid was constructed in the turbine blade, which has double cooling holes, in order to analyze the internal heat transfer. Cooling fluid was assumed as fully-developed turbulent flow and that circulated in cooling holes.
Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) is online education that anyone can register for free and has internet access. MOOC is also called Education Revolution and is spreading rapidly all over the world. Although recent MOOC high-quality classes may enhance the value of MOOC, MOOC learning still needs much research. Since MOOC has low learning completion rate and continuous use rate, various studies on the reasons that learners give up at the beginning of learning have not been tried yet This research is studied for the continuous intention of use of MOOC applying self-determination theory and learning flow theory based on technology acceptance model. In particular, the research are conducted for cultural difference in continuous usage of MOOC between Korean and Chinese. The research results show that self-determination theory applying perceived autonomy, perceived competence, and perceived relatedness and learning flow is useful to explain continuous use of MOOC. The research also shows that Hofstede theory works well in explaining the cultural difference between Korea and China in continuous usage of MOOC. The result shows that korean is more influenced by perceived external motivation like perceived usefulness and chinese is more influenced by internal motivation like learning flow in continuous use of MOOC.
In order to provide a better understanding about the phenomenon of KM assimilation, this study attempts to conceptually develop and empirically compare two different models: (1) the first model, which considers the KM process as the flow of knowledge that plays an intervening role between knowledge stocks (i.e., knowledge worker, technical knowledge infrastructure, external knowledge linkage, knowledge strategy, and internal knowledge climate) and the level of KM assimilation; and (2) the second model is a simple direct effect formulation without any distinction between knowledge stock and flow. These two models were then tested and compared using the responses of 187 Korean organizations that had already implemented enterprise-wide KM systems. The findings indicate that the two models are useful in explaining successful KM assimilation. However, the first causal model with the distinction between knowledge stock and flow assesses the effectiveness of KM more accurately than the second model without the distinction. Interestingly, the KM process was shown to be the most critical factor for the proliferation of KM activities across an organization. The findings of this study are expected to serve not only as early groundwork for researchers hoping to understand KM and its effective assimilation in organizations, but should also provide practitioners with guidelines as to how they can enhance their KM assimilation level so as to improve their organizational performance.

In knowledge based society, lifelong learning is increasing in order to meet educational needs of adult learners. Credit Bank system which is credited by individual experience, learning and qualifications are also emphasized for continuing learning participation. However, in spite of the importance of concern in the Credit Bank System, adult learners expectation and value are not high. The purpose of this study is to analyze participation valence and learning flow of adult learner in the Credit Bank System. The result of this study is summarized as follows: first, adult learners participated in the Credit Bank System to get new knowledge and skill based on internal and external motivation and requirement not involved with individual degree. Second, adult learners participating in the Credit Bank System are experiencing learning flow realizing that behavior of participation is compensated, adult learners are concentrating and feeling with satisfaction and pleasure to study. Third, participation in the Credit Bank System based on adult learner's own right learning requirement have been analyzed as it has a positive effect to the learning flow and have indicated that adult learners having high level of valence experience, recognition immersion, behavioral devotion, and egoistic immersion. Based on the conclusion, further studies are suggested.
