Evolutionary Computation is not only widely used in optimization and machine learning, but also being applied in creating novel structures and entities. This paper proposes evolutionary topic maps that can suggest new and creative knowledge not easily producible by humans. Interactive evolutionary computation method is applied into topic maps in order to accept human evaluation on feasibility of intermediate topic maps. Evolutionary topic maps are creativity support tools, helping users to encounter new and creative knowledge. Further work can greatly improve the system by providing more operations, preventing over-convergence, and overcoming user fatigue problem by providing more intuitive user interface, better visualization, and interpolation mechanisms.

This study attempts to analyze the characteristics of the space composition of the apartments and the general principles of apartments unit plans in Gyeongnam. Literature review and content analysis method were used in his research. The data of 108 unit plans were collected from e-catalogue and model houses of housing construction firms. The results of this study were as follows; 1) The general principle of Gyeongnam apartment unit plans, the tendency of 4LDk+2BATH type, 4bay, central type living room were showed. 2) In the point LDK and couple's bed room, LDK area become large and open type and couple's bed room were showed bed room+dress+powder+bath type as Maser's zone. 3) The entrance has a intermediate space as a balcony or a former space and the privacy of LDK space was protected from the entrance. 4) In the case of support space, generally support kitchen and laundry space were offered and several balconies were utilized. In fact, he differences of apartment plan composition between central cities and Gyeongnam were no showed. Therefore, these tendencies on plan composition of apartment in Gyeongnam were followed the general principles of Korean unit plans.

The utilization of electric vehicles has been suggested to support the frequency regulation of power system. Assuming that an intermediate aggregator exists, this study suggests a decentralized vehicle-to-grid operation scheme in which each vehicle-to-grid aggregator can behave independently of the power system operator. To implement this type of decentralized operation, this study adopts a price-based operation that has been proposed by many researches as an alternative operation scheme for the power system. In this environment, each vehicle-to-grid aggregator can determine its participation in vehicle-to-grid service in consideration of its residual energy of aggregated system and real-time market price. Consequently, the main purpose of this study is to verify whether or not the vehicle-to-grid power can effectively support the current frequency regulation function within the price-based operation scheme. Specifically, a frequency regulation method is proposed based on the real-time price signal, and a feedback controller for battery management is designed for decentralized vehicle-to-grid operation.

This descriptive study about a community center for elderly users identifies factors influencing economic dependency. The objective of this study is to find factors that contribute to increased economic dependency and to provide basic data for preventing conflict between caregivers and elderly dependents. The subjects are 204 elderly persons who are community-center users in SongPa-Gu. Thirteen dongs (administrative areas) were chosen randomly in a cluster sample from among 26 dongs in Soungpagu containing a total of 158 community centers for the elderly. I obtained informed consents for my research from all subjects, and collected data by conducting interviews from June 28th, 2011 to August 7th, 2011. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Duncan test and multi regression analysis. The mean economic dependency score was 3.23, meaning that subjects with this score are dependent at a level that is "over intermediate". The level of formal education, homeownership, financial assistance from family and the number of families, financial assistance to the family and the number of families, economic life satisfaction, self efficacy and social support.

This letter describes an improved side-channel attack on DES with the first four rounds masked. Our improvement is based on truncated differentials and power traces which provide knowledge of Hamming weights for the intermediate data computed during the enciphering of plaintexts. Our results support the claim that masking several outer rounds rather than all rounds is not sufficient for the ciphers to be resistant to side-channel attacks.

The problem of deteriorated highway concrete slab is very serious all over the world. Before making any decision on repair work, reliable non-destructive evaluation is necessary. One of the dependable methods is to evaluate the in-situ stiffness of the slab by means of obtaining the natural frequency. By comparing the in-situ stiffness with the one obtained at the design stage, the degree of damage can be estimated rather accurately. In this paper, the numerical modeling of vibration analysis to three span continuous reinforced concrete bridge with elastic intermediate support is presented.

Duty refund taken exports of raw materials in the manufacture of goods for import duties paid, and refunds, as a system, enhance the price competitiveness of domestic exporters to promote exports is established for them. Korea-EU FTA negotiations is a drawback in the ongoing maintenance of claims, while the EU claims that the duty drawback system can not be negotiated until the end of the field of focus is discussed. Intermediate goods imports to Korea is a higher percentage was pointed out the importance of duty drawback, EU FTA, the duty drawback is not a party to remain exporters of raw materials, such as 3rd party can not go back because the benefits were opposed to. The final one-EU Concessions for the current duty drawback system was to maintain continuous.

This paper investigates and selects the areas that need to be improved in R&D and production management of small and medium size companies. The study on the capability of R&D and production management shows that the areas for evaluating of the R&D and production management levels are composed of 8 elements : R&D resource, R&D support and experience, long-term operations strategy, intermediate range planning, short-term planning, subcontractor management, logistics and inventory management, and quality management. The investigation of the gap between the importance of the areas and the capability of SMEs shows that the most important things are to consolidate supply chain, to improve product and process competitiveness using quality improvement, and to enhance production management through sophisticated short-term planning. The detailed analysis also shows that the areas that need to be improved depend on the size and sales of the company.

Being rapidly increased in population of the Elderly supporting of the Elderly is no longer family's and personal problems. It is social issue that demand measures by the government. Though many kinds of welfare policies for the Elderly have been established, it is not sufficient both in quality and quantity. In order to support residents of region, welfare facilities which based on community welfare have been supplied. This study is targeted on health facility for the elderly of Japan. First purpose, it is to acheive basic information about health facility. Second purpose of this study is to basic data for planning of facility.

The results of recent work on the dye-sensitized photooxygenation of sulfides is discussed. In the case of dialkyl sulfides, the weakly bonded adduct initially formed with singlet oxygen (the persulfoxide) decays unproductively unless protonation by an acid (an alcohol or a carboxylic acid) facilitates its conversion to the sulfoxide. The effect is proportional to the strength of the acid (eg., less than 0.1 % chloroacetic acid in benzene is sufficient for maximal efficiency) and corresponds to general acid catalysis, suggesting that protonation of the persulfoxide occurs. On the other hand, with sulfides possessing an activated hydrogen in ${\alpha}$ position (eg., benzyl and allyl sulfides), hydrogen transfer becomes an efficient process in aprotic media and yields a S-hydroperoxysulfoniumm ylide, possibly arising from a conformation of the persulfoxide that is different from the one protonated in the presence of acids. Calculations on some substituted sulfides support this hypothesis. This process, which leads to C-S bond fragmentation with formation of an aldehyde, may be viewed as a general method for the preparation of aryl and heteroaryl aldehydes. In this effort, mechanistic studies offered new hints on the structure of the intermediate persulfoxide.
