이 연구의 목적은 충남지역 경제 발전에서 중요한 역할을 수행하는 민간 중간지원조직의 현황을 조사 분석하고 이들의 역량을 강화시키는 정책적 방안을 도출하는 것이다. 이 연구에서는 중간지원조직을 민간단체와 정부 사이에서 다양한 주체들 간에 원활한 관계를 형성, 유지하도록 하는 모든 기관과 프로그램이라고 정의하였다. 지금까지 대부분의 연구들은 공공기관 중간지원조직의 기능과 역할에 대한 분석이 중심이었지만, 이 연구에서는 충남지역을 활동 범위로 하는 민간분야 경제관련 단체 9곳을 선정하여 중간지원조직으로서의 역할과 기능에 대해 설문지와 면담조사를 통해서 조사하였다. 그 결과 아직까지 과거 산업화시대 이익단체로서의 역할에 국한된 활동에 초점을 두고 있으며, 자신들이 중간지원조직으로서의 역할을 수행해야 한다는 인식이 매우 미흡한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 재정적으로 열악한 상황에 직면해 있기 때문에 중앙부처에서 예산을 지원하는 사업 이외에 자체사업을 추진할 수 있는 능력이 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 이들이 충남지역에서 지역산업체의 요구를 수용해서 새로운 협력적 활동을 주도하는 중간지원조직으로서의 활동을 수행하기 위해서는 우선적으로 각종 지역개발사업의 운영과정에 참여하도록 함으로써 다양한 지역산업의 문제를 다룰 수 있는 역량을 향상시키도록 하는 정책적 지원이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is to identify differences based on demographic characteristics and travel-related characteristics: first, whether travelers used a domestic travel agency and second whether travelers purchased a full-package travel program. A sample selection probit model was used to provide simultaneous evaluation of the different characteristics of outbound travelers. The present study investigates how tourists make decisions based on two travel-pattern choices. It then goes on to explore the characteristics of outbound travelers from South Korea. The data is drawn from a nationwide survey in South Korea, and a total of 859 surveys were used for analysis. Due to the interdependent nature of the choices, a sample selection probit model was used to estimate outbound tourists' use of domestic travel agency and purchase of full travel package. Significant determinants of domestic travel agency use are identified as age, gender, marital status, party size, children, length of travel, and travel distance, while those of full travel package purchase are age, marital status, and travel purpose. Estimated results provide manifestations of differing travel needs of outbound travelers. the results of this study demonstrate differences between travel-agency users and full-package travel-program consumers and provide determinants that affect the purchase of full-package travel.

온라인 커뮤니티 사이트는 최근 크게 발전하고 있다. 그 이유는 인터넷이 개인생활 속에 깊숙이 침투하면서 사회 연결망, 즉 social networking 현상이 활성화되고 그에 따라 많은 사용자들이 특정 온라인 커뮤니티 사이트에서 다양한 정보활동을 하고 있기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 온라인 커뮤니티 사이트에 대한 중개자 신뢰와 시스템 신뢰가 해당 커뮤니티 내에서의 포럼활동에 대한 신뢰 및 정보품질 만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증분석을 하고자 한다. 실증분석을 위한 자료수집은 삼성경제연구소의 온라인 커뮤니티 사이트인 SERI (www.seri.erg)를 대상으로 하였으며 해당 SERI 사이트 내에서 SERI 포럼활동을 하고 있는 사용자들을 대상으로 하여 591명의 유의한 설문자료를 수집하였다. 실증분석 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, SERI의 중개자 신뢰와 시스템 신뢰는 해당 SERI 포럼의 정보품질과 시스템품질, 그리고 인지효과성에 긍정적인 영향을준다. 둘째, SERI의 중개자 신뢰는 해당 SERI 포럼의 인지위험을 줄이는데 기여를 한다. 반면, SERI의 시스템 신뢰는 해당 SERI 포럼의 인지위험에는 유의한 영향을 주지 못한다. 이는 아무리 온라인 커뮤니티 사이트의 지명도가 높다고 하더라도 이는 해당 온라인 커뮤니티 내의 포럼 사용자가 느끼는 인지위험에는 유의한 영향을 주지 못하다는 것을 의미한다. 셋째 그러나 SERI의 중개자 신뢰와 시스템 신뢰가 높을수록 해당 SERI 포럼의 신뢰와 정보품질만족에는 긍정적인 영향을 준다.

In the contemporary era of smart tourism, travelers face more accommodation options than ever before. The rapid expansions of alternative accommodation sector are partially owing to the growth of electronic commerce and the rise of online intermediary platforms. Online travel agencies serve as a critical distribution channel for tourism sectors, and the significance is further increased for small and micro entrepreneurs whose direct communication channels are scarce. Considering the holistic process of customer experience started with a third-party online intermediary, this study explores basic and extended attributes of small and medium-sized alternative accommodation where the comparative value is created. In order to achieve the objective, a research design was developed to synthesize the qualitative evidence. The synthesis encompasses both theoretical and practical perspectives, from a systematic review and opinions of academic professionals to an in-depth interview with an industry expert and the current practices of online travel agencies. This study suggests that the sources of value creation for alternative accommodation are not always consistent with those of the traditional. Accounting for the temporal and spatial dynamics in customer experience, the findings of this study provide insights on the comparative value of alternative accommodation, to both academic and industry audiences.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 디지털 리터러시와 전공만족도 간의 LMS 학습효과의 매개역할를 파악하고자 J시의간호대학에 재학중인 241명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 23.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 간호대학생의 디지털 리터러시는 LMS 학습효과(B=.65, p<.001)와 전공만족도(B=.62, p<.001)에 정적인 영향을 주며, LMS 학습효과는 전공만족도에 정적인(B=.19, p<.001) 상관관계가 있어 간호대학생의 디지털 리터러시와 전공만족도의 사이의 관계에서 LMS 학습효과가 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생의 전공만족도를 향상 시키기 위해서는 디지털 리터러시뿐만 아니라 LMS 학습효과을 향상 시킬 수 있는 프로그램의 개발과 적용이 필요하다.

This study aims to determine the response of regional economic growth to the financial performance of regional economies in regard to the liquidity conditions, saving-investment gaps, trade openness, inflation, as well as the national economic growth. The basic logic theory of research uses the principles of open economics and financial intermediary systems. The data used in this study are secondary data, and the form of data is a quarterly time series for the period from 2008 to 2019. The data were obtained from various publications, such as the Central Statistics Agency (CSA), Regional Financial Economics Statistics (RFES), Indonesian Banking Statistics (IBS), and the Financial Services Authority (FSA). Data processing was done through VAR/VECM analysis; short-term and long-term equilibrium analyses were carried out. The results of the analysis illustrate that regional economic growth and the conditions of liquidity, saving-investment gaps, trade openness, inflation, and national economic growth are related and lead to significant impact variations in the provinces of Papua and West Papua. In conclusion, the findings of this research support the leading supply hypothesis and reformulate the strategy and policy of economic development, bearing in mind that there are still many underdeveloped districts in these two provinces.

This study explores the role of the think tank as an intermediary organization in the open innovation system. Think tank has contributed to the policy process as a mediator between government and public and as a symbolic entity of intellectual innovation to produce knowledge to the public. As the innovation system matures, one of the major challenges in research and practice is the openness and collaboration in the science, technology, and innovation system. While previous literature highlighted the think tank as the knowledge arbitrager transforming ideas into policy issues, few studies address the research questions: Is the conventional role of the think tank still persistent in the open innovation system? What are the demanding roles? This paper tackles these questions by reviewing the current role of the South Korean think tank in the science & technology sector. Based on the open innovation framework, we suggest that think tanks need to play a bigger role as policy entrepreneurs, crossing policy borders and interacting with other partners.

Avian influenza A viruses (IAVs) present significant threats to both animal and human health through their potential for cross-species transmission and global spread. Clade 2.3.4.4 H5Nx highly pathogenic avian IAVs initially emerged in East Asia between 2013 and 2014. Since then, they have spread to Europe, Africa, and America via migratory bird flyways. However, beyond viral transmission primarily facilitated by migratory birds, the potential involvement of other intermediate factors for virus transmission remains poorly investigated. This study aimed to investigate the role of wild rodents as intermediary hosts in the ecology of avian IAVs in Gyeonggi province, South Korea. By capturing and analyzing 189 wild rodents near poultry farms and migratory bird habitats in 2013 and 2014 and employing serological assays and virus isolation techniques, we found no evidence of IAV infection among these populations. Our results suggest that wild rodents may not significantly contribute to the transmission dynamics of IAVs within these regions.

모바일 전자고지서비스는 지류를 사용하여 우편으로 송달하던 고지서 대신 공인전자문서중계자를 통해 모바일 전자고지서를 본인명의 스마트폰으로 송달하는 서비스이다. 전자고지서비스 제공을 위해서는 발송기관과 공인전자문서중계자가 간의 동일한 이용자를 식별하기 위해 정보가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 전자고지서비스를 위해 이용자 식별정보로 사용하는 연계정보 (Connecting Information: CI)의 안전한 변환과 활용을 위한 기준을 제안한다. 제안한 방안에서는 전자고지문 발송요청기관인 민간기관이 이용자의 주민등록번호를 본인확인기관에게 제공하여 연계정보로 변환할 시 그 적정성에 대해 검증하기 위한 기술적 관리적 심의기준과 처리 및 활용방안을 제안함으로써 안전하고 효율적인 모바일 전자고지서비스가 가능할 것이다. 주민등록번호를 연계정보로 변환 요청 시 적정성 심의기준을 제시함으로써 관련 기관들이 보다 효과적으로 전자고지서비스를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 제안한 방안을 모바일 전자고지서비스에 적용함으로써 서비스 활성화와 이용자 개인정보 보호 강화에 기여할 수 있다.

현재 우리나라에서는 지역의 산업경쟁력을 제고하기 위한 지역혁신체제를 구축함에 있어 핵심적 매개주체의 육성이 핵심적 과제가 되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 선진 사례로서 이탈리아 에밀리아 로마냐 지역의 지역개발기구인 ERVET 시스템을 고찰함으로써 우리나라 지역혁신체제 구축에 있어서의 정책적 함의를 도출함을 목적으로 한다. ERVET 시스템은 지역경제발전을 위한 정책을 입안하고 시행할 뿐 아니라 해당 지역의 기업들이 필요로 하는 리얼 서비스를 직접 제공하는 수요자 중심적 활동을 하고 있다. 또한 대학$.$연구기관과 기업들을 네트워크 관계로 묶어냄으로써 이들 간에 필요로 하는 지식과 정보가 원활히 이전될 수 있도록 하는 소프트웨어 중심의 지역혁신체제를 구축해 왔다. ERVET 시스템에 대한 사례 연구를 토대로 하여, 필자들은 현재 우리나라의 지방정부는 타율적이고 위계적 관료주의 성향이 지배적인 실정에서 지역혁신정책을 효과적으로 수행하기 어렵다는 사실을 인식하고, 각 광역자치단체 별로 ERVET 시스템을 비롯한 선진 지역개발기구의 운영 사례를 벤치마킹하여 우리의 실정에 맞는 지역개발기구를 설립할 것을 제안한다.
