설계변수의 통계적.기술적.실질적 측면을 고려한 자동차 내장재질의 만족도 모형 개발 (Development of Satisfaction Models for Passenger Car Interior Materials Considering Statistical, Technical, and Practical Aspects of Design Variables)

  • As the functional characteristics of passenger cars have reached to a satisfactory level, customers place more concerns with the aesthetic aspects of interior designs. The present study developed satisfaction models of passenger car interior materials for six parts including crash pad, steering wheel, transmission gearshift knob, audio panel, metal grain, and wooden grain. Eight to fifteen material design variables such as color, embossing, and smoothness were defined for the six interior parts based on literature survey, customer reviews, and expert opinions. A satisfaction survey was conducted for 30 vehicles with 30 participants ($mean{\pm}SD$ of age = $28.7{\pm}6.6$) by using a modified magnitude estimation scale. Based on the survey results, the material design variables were screened from statistical, technical, and practical aspects. With the screened variables, satisfaction models were developed by using the quantification I method for the six interior parts, indicating the importance of material design variables and preferred material properties.

  • 최근, 철도차량 분야에서는 경량화 및 운송 효율화를 위해 복합재 활용에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이에 따라 다양한 차량 부품에 복합재를 적용하고자 하는 연구 및 상용화 개발이 활발히 이루어지고 있으며, 복합재 적용에 대한 품질 검증을 위해 완성품의 기계적 성능 평가와 같은 사후 측정을 중심으로 평가가 이루어지고 있다. 하지만, 제작 품질에 큰 영향을 미치는 요소인 복합재 성형 과정에서 발생하는 열과 응력에 대한 분석은 미비한 상황이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 철도차량용 복합재 부품의 성형 품질을 검증하기 위하여 가장 활발히 사용되는 복합재 내장재 패널 2종(라미네이트 패널, 샌드위치 패널)에 대한 성형 품질 분석을 진행하였다. 이를 위해 복합재 내부 적용에 용이한 FBG 광섬유 센서를 이용하여 성형 과정 동안 온도 및 변형률 변화를 모니터링 하고, 성형 완료 후 발생하는 잔류 변형률 값을 측정하였다. 결과적으로, 과열 현상과 과도 잔류응력이 발생하지 않은 것을 확인함으로써 철도차량용 복합재 내장재 패널의 우수한 성형 품질을 검증하였다.

  • In the case of free-form buildings, it is difficult to reuse the form for panel production because the shape and size of the interior and exterior panels of the building are different. In general, it is a free-form concrete panel (FCP) production technology using the existing plywood formwork, and the form is produced in a different shape each time and is discarded after only one use. The production of these disposable forms requires enormous resources, including materials, labor and time. Hence, it is necessary to develop innovative forms that can be reused for sustainable FCP construction. In this study, a technology has been developed that combines 3D Plastering Technique (3DPT) to produce FCP. By applying this technology to free-form building projects, the time and cost required for FCP production can be reduced. However, specific studies on the production process for this technology have not been done yet. Therefore, the objective of this study is a basic study of free-form concrete panel production process using 3D plastering technique.

자동차 인테리어의 인스트루먼트 패널 디자인 경향 연구 (A Study on the Instrument Panel Design Trend for Automobile Interior)

  • 1990년대 초까지 자동차 제조사는 인테리어 디자인을 중요하게 생각하지 않았다. 주로 설계, 구동방식, 크기 등 기술적 구조를 체계화하기 위한 시도를 중점으로 발전을 거듭하였고 단순히 의장디자인과 비교하면서 인테리어를 개발하였다. 그러나 1990년대에 이러한 상황은 바뀌기 시작하는데 이유는 소비자가 차안에서 보내는 시간이 많아지면서 고객에게 편안함을 주고 기능적으로도 만족할 수 있는 기술을 개발하려는 의지를 보이기 시작했기 때문이다. 인간이 자동차 안에서 어떻게 하루를 보내며 사용하는지 관찰하고, 그 결과 인테리어를 새롭게 하는 트렌드가 무엇인지를 고려하는 즉, 전략적으로 브랜드 아이덴티티를 갖도록 인테리어의 개성을 강화하고 소비자의 감성적인 부분을 고려하는 사용자 중심의 가치관 전환을 가져온 중요 요인이 되었다. 오늘날 자동차 인테리어 디자인 은 다양한 요소 변화를 반영하는 컨셉트카를 매 해 선보이고 있는데, 향후에는 감지기능과 네비게이션 적용의 무인주행을 실현시킬 수 있는 첨단 기술을 반영한 디자인 적용이 미래 디자인의 핵심적 트렌드로 제기되고 있다. 또한 제품디자인, 패션, 가구 등 타 분야에서의 직접적인 영향으로 인테리어 디자인인의 다각적 컨셉트 적용을 시도하고 있는 현 시점에서 객관적인 관점으로 시대적 배경에 따라 자동차 인테리어 디자인 변화와 조형적 특징을 조사, 분석해야 함을 강조하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 시대적 배경과 자동차 인테리어의 흐름을 크래쉬패드 중심으로 비교하여 다변화(多變化)하는 기술적 중요 요인과 함께 향후 자동차 인테리어 디자인 방향을 연구하고자한다.

저속 주행시 자기부상열차의 실내소음저감에 관한 연구 (A Study Interior Noise Reduction of a Maglev Train at Low Speed)

  • A Study of interior noise reduction in the magelv train is presented. Tarin speed of interest is low such that aero-dynamic noise is negligible and power supply system is a dominant noise source. Based on the measurements of interior noise and acceleration levels during running and zero speed conditions, dominant noise sources are identified. After spectra characteristics of noise sources are investigated several noise reducing methods are studied such as STL increasement of floor panels. sealing. and absorption treatment It is found that the most important noise sources are VVVF inverter and SLM in running condition, whereas air conditioner and DC/DC converter are dominant in zero speed. Sine the major noise sources are under the floor complete sealing and high STL of the floor panel are shown to be the most crucial factors in noise reduction After sound absorbing material, which is polyurethan foam of 50 mm thickness, is thickness, is attached to the downward side of the floor in addition to sealing treatment, the interior noise is reduced by 3~4 dB.

  • Recent trends in the construction of building frame feature the use of composite steel concrete members. One of such system, RCS(Reinforced Concrete column and Steel beam) system, is known as a type of system to maximize the structural and economic benefits in the most efficient manner. This paper is focusing on an study of ultimate shear strength estimation of the interior beam-column joints of RCS system, with reinforced concrete column and steel beam. Current design methods as well as the majority of the previous researches for ultimate shear strength of the interior beam-column joint of RCS system are not easy to apply actual manner. There is a need to propose the rational macro models based on analytical approach. In this study, design method variables for interior beam-column joints of RCS system is studied assuming shear resistance of steel web panel, diagonal concrete strut mechanism and truss mechanism. Finally, calculated results based on the proposed design model are compared with test data.

광음향기법을 이용한 한국형 고속전철의 실내소음 예측 (Interior noise prediction of the high speed train using ray method)

  • This study is about predicting the interior pressure level of the korean high speed train using ray acoustic method. The motor car and the motor and passenger cabin are investigated under the environment of passing open countryside and inside tunnel of 350 km/hr. Calculated sound levels are compared with the proposed sound levels and suggestions about the transmission Joss values of isolating panels inside motor car and the guide lines of allowed sound power limit of motor equipments are provided. Results of TPI car show calculated interior sound level is below the proposed values for both cases of open countryside running and inside tunnel. Since ray acoustic method calculated only air borne noise component, real sound level of the motor car may be higher than prediction. Passenger cabins of TMI, TM5 show higher sound level than the proposed values, so window method was carried out to find the contribution of each panel components and point out the remedy of transmission path. Reduction of sound power of motor equipments should be condisered at the same time.

통근형 지하철의 실내소음저감 (Interior Noise Reduction for Subway Railroad Vehicles)

  • In this paper, the intoner noise reduction for subway railroad vehicles was studied by improving transmission loss of carbody panels and side doors, and on-line tests were conducted to examine the exterior noise levels at various running conditions. Also the transmission loss for design candidates of the carbody specimen was measured in two reverberation rooms. From the results of the tests, side door gap is the most dominant factor affecting the Interior noise level of subway railroad cars with a sliding typed side door. The next one is revealed to transmission loss of a floor panel. To improve the transmission loss of the carbody, many activities were conducted such as, treatment of resilient and sound-absorbing materials and reducing the gap of the side door by adopting a brush and rubber, etc. The estimated interior noise level for modified car which is designed with improved carbody panels is lower than original car by about 5㏈.

  • The contamination(stain phenomenon) of natural marble(sipeol, bianko) of art wall of on-site interior finishing system and wall of elevator hall has occurred. The bottom of the art wall of stone junction tile has defects as cracks. To solve these problems, our research team developed eco-friendly complex stone panel(stone 4T + cement board 6T) and high-frequency hot-melt construction method that can construct in winter.
