목판화 기법을 활용한 carbon board용 pattern design과 interior 장식재로서의 적용 가능성 분석 (The analysis on the possibility of applying carbon board pattern design using the woodcut technique to Interior decorating materials)

  • Carbon Board는 전자파 차폐 신소재로서 Design을 접목하여 Art Wall로 개발될 수 있으며, 친환경 건축 소재를 벽체 시공재로 이용할 경우, 마감재로도 사용될 수 있음이 파악되었다. Carbon Board의 필요성이 증가하고 있는 경향에 따라서, Module 구조를 가진 Tile, Panel 형태의 목판에 요구되는 그림, (성형)조각, 및 Graphic Design, Motif의 재구성 또는 결합으로 전체를 접착하거나, Point 부분만 장식하여 다양한 Style과 새로운 표현을 만들어 낼 수 있다. 본 논문은 인테리어산업에서 기대되는 목판화 기법의 Pattern Design을 MDF(Medium Density Fiber) Board와 Carbon Board에 적용하여, 내구력의 유용성에 관련하는 구조적, 물리적 특성을 비교하였다. (1) 정형(조립) (2) 표면(개량) (3) 세공(&조형)의 Detail Pattern과 Trimming Technique은 주로, 재질의 경도와 관련 밀도에 따라 Design의 변화를 나타내는 분석에서, Carbon Board도 MDF Board와 접합, 연결하여 Living system의 가치를 창조하고, 휴머니즘을 나타낼 수 있는 고급 내장재로서의 적용 가능성을 확인하였다.

폐타이어를 이용한 목질계 복합판넬의 연구 - 열압조건에 의한 재질특성 - (Studies on Wood-based Composite Panel with Waste Tire - Properties of Composite Boards in Relation to Hot Pressing Conditions -)

  • The effect and control of wood property of reconstituted composite panels for improved board properties by wood-waste materials and development of combination method for heterogeneous materials have been of interest to the wood science researchers. The purpose of this study is to consider the properties in relation to hot pressing conditions and to develope the optimum hot pressing condition with waste wood and waste tire for the manufacturing of composite boards. The study of composite boards for recycling of wood and waste tire is nothing up to the present. Physical and mechanical properties such as specific gravity, moisture content, swelling coefficient, modulus of rupture and modulus of elasticity in bending test were studied. The condition of 3-stage press time for the lowest moisture content of composite board was $4{\rightarrow}3{\rightarrow}3$ minutes. Specific gravity of composite panels was affected mainly by the amount of rubber chip. Because of the low rigidity and high elasticity in rubber chip, it is considered the composite panel was adequate material in the place of compression load, but not bending load. Therefore, it was concluded that a use of rubber-based wood composite panel is proper to the interior materials such as floor a room than exterior materials. From the test results, the most optimum hot pressing conditions were $4{\rightarrow}3{\rightarrow}3$ minutes for 3-stage press time and $45{\rightarrow}20{\rightarrow}5kg/cm^2$ for 3-stage press pressure. The rubber-based wood composite panel was very excellent in elasticity by combination of rubber chip in comparison with existing other wood-based materials. Therefore, it was considered that rubber-based wood composites can be applicable to every interior materials such as floor a room and will be expected to effective reuse and recycle of waste tires and wood-waste materials, and will be contribute to protection of environment pollution in earth.

승용차 인스트루먼트 패널 디자인 유형의 연구 (A Research for the pattern of the Instrument Panel Design of passenger cars)

  • 승용차의 실내공간은 다수의 부품들로 구성되어 있으며, 그들 중 인스트루먼트 패널은 그 디자인에 따라 실내공간의 활용과 이 , 그리고 운전자의 조작성과 실내공간의 안전도까지도 좌우하는 중요한 부품이다. 초기 자동차에서의 인스트루먼트 패널은 엔진실과 실내공간을 구분 짓는 벽체에 운전에 필요한 엔진의 상태를 알리기 위한 계기를 부탁하는 개념에 출발하였다. 그러므로 운전석의 좌우 위치에 관게없이 패널 중앙부에 계기류를 장착하는 개념이 주류를 이루었다. 차량의 기능 향상과 장착품의 증가로 운전석 중심의 독립된 계기판과 충격 흡수제를 부탁한 구조가 등장하였으며, 이것은 오늘날의 다양한 형태의 계기판의 출발점이 되었다. 최근의 승용차의 계기판은 차량 안전 법구의 강화와 신공법의 개발, 그리고 운전 편의성 향상 등을 위하여 중앙부에 클러스터를 장착한 유형이 몇몇 차종에서 다시 등장하고 있다. 이러한 승용차 인스트루먼트 패널의 디자인 특징과 기능성 특성들을 분석하면 다음과 같은 결과를 얻을수 있다. -전방 시인성의 향상을 위한 I/P 전체의 부피 감소 -강화된 충돌 규제를 위한 보조 장치와 완충 구조의 설정 -운전 편의성과 초점 거리 차이 감소를 통한 안전성 향상을 위한 중앙부 클러스터 장착 유형의 재등장유형의 재등장

  • In this paper, the relationships between volumetric mixing ratio of rubber chip and physical and mechanical properties of wood/rubber composite panel was examined in order to investigate the mixture characteristics of wood and rubber chip. Because of the specific gravity of rubber differed from wood chip, physical properties of wood/rubber composite panel was shown very different values by mixing rate of chip element. Specific gravity in air-dry of composite panel was increased rapidly as volumetric percent of rubber chip was increased. Moisture content of composite panel was decreased as volumetric percent of rubber chip element was increased. This results was considered that wood weight is light and porosity material for moisture absorption. Compressive strength and modulus of rupture in bending test were decreased as volumetric percent of rubber chip increased. By mixing ratio control of chip elements, various wood/rubber composite panel can be applicable to every interior materials such as subfloor, playground, and exterior materials such as road blocks for recreational facilities in garden and forest and city parks.

콘칼로리미터를 이용한 내장판용 복합재료의 화재특성 (Fire Characteristics of Composites for Interior Panels Using Cone calorimeter)

  • Composite materials were used widely due to merit of light weight, low maintenance cost and easy installation. But it is the cause of enormous casualties to men and properties because of weak about the fire. Particularly, it is more serious in case of subway train installed composite materials. For this reason, experimental comparison has been done fur measuring heat release rate(H.R.R) and smoke production rate(S.P.R) of interior panels of electric motor car using cone calorimeter. A high radiative heat flux of 50kW/㎡ was used to bum out all materials and to simulate the condition of fully developed fire case in the tests. It was observed that Heat Release Rate and Smoke Production Rate curves were dependent on the kinds of the interior materials. From the heat release rate curves, the sustained ignition time, peak heat release rate and total heat release rate were deduced, These data are useful in classifying the materials by calculating two parameters describing the possibility to flashover.

  • A dash panel plays an important role to protect noise as well as heat. Meanwhile, it is also the most important path that transfers energy to the interior cavity, so that some of noises are transferred via air and its structural vibration becomes a major issue. From the viewpoint of NVH performance, simplified structures analogues to the dash wall are dealt with. Stiffeners, damping sheets and sound packages attached to a flat panel are taken into account as design variables. Structural radiation characteristics(thus, structure borne) such as radiation efficiency and radiation power are mainly discussed. For the case when an excitation is applied on a frame that surrounds the panel, it is shown that the radiation efficiency increases by attaching a stiffener to the panel, which is similarly found from the case when a panel is directly excited. It seems more effective to attach damping sheets along the boundary area of the panel rather than its middle area. The radiation efficiency of sound packages may make a dominant contribution to transmission loss as well as sound radiation. Experimental work was carried out to verify the results based on the simulation study.

저가보급형 습도조절용 세라믹패널 조습성능 평가 (Evaluation of Humidity Control Performance of Low-Priced Ceramic Panels)

  • In this study, the performance of low-priced ceramic panels developed to improve the poor interior residential environment of the underprivileged was evaluated by comparing them with the performance of I Company (Japan)'s Eco karat, a representative humidity control panel. Experimental results showed that the humidity control performance of the Ceramic panel was 53.33g/㎡, which was about 54% less effective than 98.88g/m2 of the Ecokarat. As a result, it is believed that the need to improve the quality of the Ceramic panels.

무광부식 패턴을 갖는 자동차 내장부품인 HD Switch Panel의 제조 및 전사성 평가 (Development and transcription estimation of an automotive interior plastic part(HD Switch Panel) with no glossy etching pattern)

  • 본 연구에서는 미세 무광부식 패턴을 갖는 HD Switch Panel 부품을 설계하고 금형을 제작하였다. 이를 위하여 사출성형 Simulation(CAE)을 이용하여 사출성형 공정의 문제점과 부품의 변형량을 예측 하였다. 또한 금형표면의 가열온도와 실제 금형온도의 비교함으로써 공정변수 조절을 통한 사출성형 조건의 최적화를 달성할 수 있었다. 한편, 순간금형표면가열을 이용한 성형기술인 E-MOLD를 적용하여 자동차 내장부품용 HD Switch Panel을 제작하였고, 전자현미경과 원자현미경을 이용한 표면 평가를 통하여 무광부식 패턴의 전사율 향상으로 인한 무광 특성이 향상됨(2.5이상$\rightarrow$1.5~1.7)을 확인하였다.
