RTAI 기반의 웨이퍼처리 로봇 제어기 구현 (Implementation of Wafer Handling Robot Controller Based on RTAI)

  • As multiple functions arc required in a robot controller, RTOS(Real Time Operating System) should be adopted to manage complex situations, such as choosing most urgent task among competing ones. In this paper, we implemented RTAI(Real Time Application Interface) based robot controller for wafer handling robots including graphic simulator. We showed how multiple tasks are organized and also explained in detail about task priorities and execution periods. Finally, we presented simulation results.

  • In this paper, intelligent control method using neural network as a nonlinear controller is presented, Neural network controller is implemented on DSP board in PC to make real time computing possible, On-line training algorithm for neural network control is proposed, As a test-bed, a large a-x table was build and interface with PC has been implemented, Experimental results under different PD controller gains show excellent position tracking for circular trajectory compared with those for PD controller only.

군용Single Board Computer에서의 고속메모리모듈 I/F구현 (The Implementation of High speed Memory module Interface in the Military Single Board Computer)

  • 군용 Single Board Computer(이하 SBC)에 주로 사용되는 중앙 처리 장치(Central Processing Unit)는 주로 Power PC의 계열이며 Freescale 사의 G4 계열인 74xx 프로세서가 주로 사용된다. 이러한 CPU인 7447A는 System Controller를 통하여 SBC 내의 주 기억 장치와 고속으로 데이터를 주고받는다. 본 논문에서는 위와 같은 SBC의 구조에서 System Controller와 DDR 메모리 소자 간 I/F를 구현함에 있어 PCB 적층 구조, 소자들의 Layout, 임피던스매칭과 Rugged 환경에서 적용 되는 동작 가능한 DDR 메모리를 모듈로 설계하여 구현하였다. 또한, 군용환경에 적용하기위한 SBC의 형상은 주로 6U, 3U의 표준 형태로 설계되어져야 한다. 메모리의 단종을 대비하여 메모리를 모듈화하고 System Controller와 모듈간의 최적의 전기적인 I/F매칭과 신호의 cross over를 고려한 Artwork반영, 존재하는 PCB의 제한조건을 고려해서 시뮬레이션과 설계 및 구현하는 방안을 제안한다.

소프트웨어 기반의 개방형 제어기에 대한 이해와 개발 (Understanding and Development of Software-based Open Architecture Controller)

  • Open architecture controller (OAC) is well known technology in factory automation. To better understand the requirements of OAC, authors have discussed the OAC related topics with a number of control experts who represents different segments of the machining industry. There is no common concept that is accepted or used, however, the common ideas for OAC is the control system that is hardware independent, interchangeable, and easily scalable. This paper presents summary of the understaning and requirements of OAC. Based on the requirements of OAC, authors developed the software based PC-CNC. The main focus of the PC-CNC was on the user customization capability and open interface between control networks in manufacturing system. This paper introduces the developed PC-CNC briefly. In addition to introduction of the PC-CNC, to fill the gap between end users and vendors of OAC, this paper presents two applications using OAC. One is a remote monitoring system. The OPC (Ole for Process Control) standard interface was used to monitor the status of open architecture CNC across network. The other is the remote production management module for machine tools using standard database interface.

  • 전관방송 시스템은 위급상황 및 비상상황에서도 누구나 손쉬운 조작과 운영, 그리고 장비의 안정적 동작이 우선시되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 전력선 통신 기반 전관방송 시스템 사용자에게 편리성과 효율성을 제공하기 위해, 전관방송 시스템의 PLC(Power Line Communication) 제어기와 UI(User Interface) 그리고 PLC 제어기와 PLC 스피커 간의 통신을 제어하기 위한 펌웨어를 구현하였고, 사용자가 컴퓨터 화면에서 손쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 UI 소프트웨어를 개발하였다.

  • A recent development in the Flat Panel Display(FPD) industry requires an auto-alignment system which is operated in high speed and high precision. In the FPD production process, aligning photo-mask with respect to guide mark printed in the glass should be accomplished in the accuracy of sub-micron order. So the system has high bandwidth and needs a dedicated control system which is fast and robust enough to control linear motors in precise manner. Proposed auto-alignment system structure in this presentation which consists of the master controller board, the DSP position controller board which controls 3 axis precision linear motors, the servo system and the man machine interface software. Designed and tuned under repeated experiments, the proposed system showed a reasonable performance in the aspect of rise time and steady state error.

시간영역 수동제어기의 미세떨림현상 제거 (Removing the Noisy Behavior of the Time Domain Passivity Controller)

  • A noisy behavior of the time domain passivity controller during the period of low velocity is analyzed. Main reasons of the noisy behavior are investigated through a simulation with a one-DOF (Degree of Freedom) haptic interface model. It is shown that the PO/PC is ineffective in dissipating the produced energy when the sign of the velocity, which is numerically calculated from the measured position, is suddenly changed, and when this velocity is zero. These cases happen during the period of low velocity due to the limited resolution of the position sensor. New methods, ignoring the produced energy from the velocity sign change, and holding the control force while the velocity is zero, are proposed for removing the noisy behavior. The feasibility of the developed methods is proved with both a simulation and a real experiment.

  • A Programmable Automation Controller (PAC) has been developed by Turbotek Co., Ltd. The developed system has multi-domain functionality-including sequence control, motion control and HMI- on a single platform. The PAC also has a common development platform for the design and integration of multi-domain automated systems. Since hardware of the developed system has modular architectures, performance and specification of the controller are determined by combination of specific modules. The developed system employs de facto standards such as OPC interface that allow users to easily exchange data as part of networked multi-vendor systems.

  • 웹 서비스는 WSDL 서비스 인터페이스와 서비스 구현 문서를 이용하여 정적으로 호출되거나 서비스타입 정의와 UDDI를 통한 서비스 구현을 검색함으로서 동적으로 호출될 수 있다. 지금까지는 동시에 두 가지를 수행 할 수 없었다. 본 논문에서는 Model View Controller(MVC) 프레임워크를 사용한 정적/동적 웹 서비스를 지원하는 효율적인 멀티미디어 CMS(Contents Management Systems)를 설계하고 구현하였다.

  • In this paper, we propose a new graphic deformation algorithm for haptic interface system. Our deformable model is based on non-linear elasticity, anisotropy behavior and the finite element method. Also we developed controller for high-speed communication. The proposed controller is based on the PCI/FPGA technology, which could progress the capability of the position calculating and the force data transmitting. The haptic system is composed of the 6DOF force display device, the high-speed controller, HIR library for 3D graphic deformation algorithm and the haptic rendering algorithm. The developed system will be used on constructing the dynamical virtual environment. We demonstrate the relevance of this approach for the real-time simulating deformations of elastic objects. To show the efficiency of our system, we programmed the simulation of force reflecting. As the result of experiment, we found that it has high stability and easy to control for deformable object than some other systems.
