인공위성 영상기의 열모델링 방법 (THERMAL MODELING TECHNIQUE FOR A SATELLITE IMAGER)

  • Conductive and radiative thermal model configurations of an imager of a geostationary satellite are presented. A two-plane method is introduced for three dimensional conductive coupling which is not able to be treated by thin shell plate thermal modeling technique. Especially the two-plane method is applied to massive matters and PIP(Payload Interface Plate) in the imager model. Some massive matters in the thermal model are modified by adequate correction factors or equivalent thickness in order to obtain the numerical results of thermal modeling to be consistent with the analytic model. More detailed nodal breakdown is specially employed to the object which has the rapid temperature gradient expected by a rule of thumb. This detailed thermal model of the imager is supposed to be used for detailed analyses and test predictions, and be correlated with the thermal vacuum test results before final in-flight predictions.

  • 인간과 컴퓨터 사이의 복잡한 상호작용을 지원하기 위해서는 사용자 인터페이스의 설계가 중요하다. 고객의 요구사항을 수집하고 설계하기 위하여 매우 포괄적인 다방면의 지식이 요구된다. 사용자 인터페이스 설계자는 그래픽 전문가, 요구사항 분석가, 시스템 설계자, 프로그래머, 기술 전문가, 사회 행동과학자, 그리고 업무분야에 따라서 그 분야의 전문가를 필요로 한다. 따라서 다방면의 전문성을 만족시킬 수 있는 사용자 인터페이스를 설계하기 위하여 더 많은 연구가 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 필드 추상화 객체, 태스크 추상화 객체, 트랜잭션 추상화 객체, 폼 추상화 객체 등의 4단계의 가시화 기법을 제안한다. 이 모델링 단계는 사용자 인터페이스에서 가시적 응집도를 향상시켜주고, 초보 설계자도 양질의 사용자 인터페이스를 개발할 수 있도록 지원한다.

광선추적법을 이용한 비파괴 내부 결함 모델 및 해석 (Modeling and Analysis of a Ray Tracing Method for Non-Destructive Testing for Internal Defects)

  • Modeling and analysis using a ray tracing method for internal defects were described. Reflection and refraction of rays on the interface of defects were modeled using the Harvey model and the Lambertian model. The diffraction on the interface of defects affected the incoming signals and it could evaluate any defects in the matter and its signal would be analyzed with the ray tracing simulation. The simulation results were compared with actual detecting signals and the ray tracing model was shown in good agreement with experimental data. This method has a possibility to be used as wave propagation modeling in non-destructive testing.

적응퍼지-뉴럴네트워크를 이용한 비선형 공정의 온-라인 모델링 (on-line Modeling of Nonlinear Process Systems using the Adaptive Fuzzy-neural Networks)

  • In this paper, an on-line process scheme is presented for implementation of a intelligent on-line modeling of nonlinear complex system. The proposed on-line process scheme is composed of FNN-based model algorithm and PLC-based simulator, Here, an adaptive fuzzy-neural networks and HCM(Hard C-Means) clustering method are used as an intelligent identification algorithm for on-line modeling. The adaptive fuzzy-neural networks consists of two distinct modifiable sturctures such as the premise and the consequence part. The parameters of two structures are adapted by a combined hybrid learning algorithm of gradient decent method and least square method. Also we design an interface S/W between PLC(Proguammable Logic Controller) and main PC computer, and construct a monitoring and control simulator for real process system. Accordingly the on-line identification algorithm and interface S/W are used to obtain the on-line FNN model structure and to accomplish the on-line modeling. And using some I/O data gathered partly in the field(plant), computer simulation is carried out to evaluate the performance of FNN model structure generated by the on-line identification algorithm. This simulation results show that the proposed technique can produce the optimal fuzzy model with higher accuracy and feasibility than other works achieved previously.

  • Super-conducting Magnetic Energy Storage(SMES) system is considered to be useful unit to power system stabilizer because of high efficiency and quick response. For effective operating of SMES, we need much studies on accurate modeling and interface characteristics of SMES. In this paper, we propose useful method to SMES, modeling using Artificial Neural Network. Interface technique of proposed model and criterion of stabilization effect is presented. In addition, to demonstrate the validity of proposed method. the simulations were carried out on 3-machine 9-bus system.

  • We have developed the exclusive CAD/CAM system for the machining of impeller blades. This study is about the mod-eling method for the effective machining of impeller blades farmed by ruled surface. As the impeller is consisted of boss part and blade part, the boss is modeled by rotational surface of hub curve on z-axis and the blade is described by ruled- surfaces between hub curve and shroud curve. This modeling process can be carried out on the software developed in this study. And, the developed software can describe the impeller as a solid model through interface with Solid-Works soul- ware. The developed software containing the interface method proposed in this study was very effective fur impeller modeling.

  • 구획배치 모델은 구획의 경계면으로 사용되는 구조 부재요소들에 의해 정의되는 공간들의 특성 및 형상정보에 의해 표현된다. 이러한 구획배치 모델링 작업을 효율적으로 수행하기 위해 Chopping 및 Merging 모델링 기법을 이용한 그래픽 지원 대화식 구획배치 모델러를 개발하였다. 일반적으로 구획배치 모델링을 위해 사용되는 프로그램 내부 기법이 아무리 우수해도, 프로그램을 이용하는 사용자 입장에서 입력방식이 불편할 경우에는 프로그램 활용가치는 반감된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 그래픽 사용자 인터페이스 기법을 이용하여 사용자가 편리하게 구획배치 모델링 작업을 수행할 수 있는 방법을 개발하고 이를 구현하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 구획배치 모델링 방법은 솔리드 모델링 개념의 모델링 기법과 모델링을 위해 사용자가 입력해야 하는 정보를 그래픽 지원 인터페이스를 이용하여 신속하고 편리하게 처리할 수 있도록 함으로써, 효율적인 구획배치 모델링을 수행할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 구획배치 모델러를 실선에 적용해 본 결과 보다 효율적이고 편리하게 구획배치 모델링을 수행할 수 있음을 확인하였으며, 실선에 적용한 예를 보였다.

  • A practical method to investigate the user interface of web based Flexible Manufacturing System(FMS) on the internet environment is established. Because the industrial FMS controller requires a lot of gadget, such as switch, dial, button, etc., for actual work-site flexible operation sufficiently, the user interface of the controller is significantly complex. The support for operational convenience of FMS controller can increase productivity and efficiency of the user, operational personnel of FMS. While most FMS provide their application programming interface(API) and graphical user interface(GUI) with adequate mechanism itself when used in stand alone, there is increasing demand for FMS that can operate with the intuitional user interface find virtual reality(V/R) environment. This thesis considers the intuitional user interface of Web-based FMS first, and from this, goes a step further, improves as virtual reality environment of FMS on the internet environments by using the feature based modeling technique approach and cartoon rendering. The feature-based modeling technique approach is applied to FMS line which is consist of facilities such as machining center, CNC lathe, autonomous guided vehicle, rail guided vehicle, and various controllers. In this study, the FMS established the intuitional user interface is able to obtain not only the operational convenience but also the enough productivity and significant efficiency.

  • Recently, complex insulation method is used in insulation system for underground power delivery devices. Considering the interfaces which affect stability of insulation system, By modeling interface between Epoxy and Rubber, AC interfacial breakdown properties with variation of many conditions to influence on electrical properties were investigated. In this paper, toughened Epoxy and Silicone rubber were used for materials to make interface .
