H-264 동영상 압축의 문법적 제한요소를 이용한 MAP기반의 Channel Decoder 성능 향상에 대한 연구 (A Study on Channel Decoder MAP Estimation Based on H.264 Syntax Rule)

  • In this paper, a novel maximum a posterion (MAP) estimation for the channel decoding of H.264 codes in the presence of transmission error is presented. Arithmetic codes with a forbidden symbol and trellis search techniques are employed in order to estimate the best transmitted. And, there has been growing interest of communication, the research about transmission of exact data is increasing. Unlike the case of voice transmission, noise has a fatal effect on the image transmission. The reason is that video coding standards have used the variable length coding. So, only one bit error affects the all video data compressed before resynchronization. For reasons of that, channel needs the channel codec, which is robust to channel error. But, usual channel decoder corrects the error only by channel error probability. So, designing source codec and channel codec, Instead of separating them, it is tried to combine them jointly. And many researches used the information of source redundancy In received data. But, these methods do not match to the video coding standards, because video ceding standards use not only one symbol but also many symbols in same data sequence. In this thesis, We try to design combined source-channel codec that is compatible with video coding standards. This MAP decoder is proposed by adding semantic structure and semantic constraint of video coding standards to the method using redundancy of the MAP decoders proposed previously. Then, We get the better performance than usual channel coder's.

증강현실 광고의 사용자경험에 대한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on User Experience of Augmented Reality Advertising)

  • 증강현실은 인공지능과 더불어 빅데이터, 사물인터넷(IoT)과의 초연결성을 통해 더욱 발전되고 있고 광고의 영역에서도 증강현실광고에 대한 관심이 나날이 확대되고 있어, 기술적인 측면에 대한 연구와 더불어 사용자 경험에 기반 한 증강현실광고의 활용에 대해 살펴볼 필요가 있겠다. 본 연구에서는 증강현실을 활용한 분야 중, 특히 증강 현실 광고를 통해 사용자경험을 살펴보고, 앞으로의 광고 활용에 있어 가이드라인을 제공하기 위한 탐색적 연구라는 점에 의의가 있다. 특히 증강현실 광고를 통해 사용자가 어떤 생각을 가지고 접근하는지, 실제 증강현실 광고를 직접 경험한 후, 평가와 개선할 점에 대해 정성조사를 실시하였다. 또한, 정량조사를 통해 사용자가 평가하는 증강현실의 실용적, 경험적 가치가 소비자태도 중 하나인 브랜드 태도에 미치는 영향에 대해 검증함으로서 탐색적 연구의 타당성을 높였다. 본 연구를 통해 사용자경험에 기반 한 증강현실 광고의 장점과 단점, 개선방안을 살펴봄으로써 증강 현실 광고 활용에 가이드라인을 제공할 것이며, 더 나아가 교육, 전시와 같은 다양한 분야에 증강현실 기술을 활용한 융합콘텐츠를 개발 및 적용하는 데 있어 실질적 가치를 제공하고자 한다.

우유생산비 조사 및 계산상의 문제점과 합리화방안 연구 (Problems in methodology for estimating cost of milk production and its improvement)

  • Accurate estimation of milk production cost is very important for dairy farmers in establishing strategies for business management (e.g. planning a program for milk production, deciding the size of business and investment, determining the milk price for sale). Since the estimated cost of milk production is used as an important index to determine the basal price of milk in Korea, there has been much interest and debate on the method used to estimate milk production cost among the stakeholder. This study was thus carried out to identify problems in the current methodology for estimating cost of milk production, and to find a better way to improve it. We propose several alternatives and better ways to improve the current method for estimating cost of milk production. Estimation of the income and cost per head should be based on the number of cattle converted to grown cows. Cost estimation per liter of milk should be made for both whole milk and 3.4% milk fat corrected milk. The value of purchased cows and raised replacement heifers should be the same as their market value. The productive life span of cows should be less 4 years, and the terminal or salvage value of cows needs to be 30 to 40% less than her initial value. When calculating depreciation of cows over the productive life span, however, the salvage value should be 0 or 1 Korean won. On calculating labor costs, the farm labor wage corresponding to the average wage of nonfarm industrial workers should be assumed. Beside of these, better estimation procedures for other items are also given. The proposed methods from this study should improve the accuracy of estimation of milk production cost and help to achieve consensus among the stakeholder.

잉크젯 프린팅된 은(Ag) 박막의 등온 열처리에 따른 미세조직과 전기 비저항 특성 평가 (Microstructure and Electrical Resistivity of Ink-Jet Printed Nanoparticle Silver Films under Isothermal Annealing)

  • Interest in use of ink-jet printing for pattern-on-demand fabrication of metal interconnects without complicated and wasteful etching process has been on rapid increase. However, ink-jet printing is a wet process and needs an additional thermal treatment such as an annealing process. Since a metal ink is a suspension containing metal nanoparticles and organic capping molecules to prevent aggregation of them, the microstructure of an ink-jet printed metal interconnect 'as dried' can be characterized as a stack of loosely packed nanoparticles. Therefore, during being treated thermally, an inkjet-printed interconnect is likely to evolve a characteristic microstructure, different from that of the conventionally vacuum-deposited metal films. Microstructure characteristics can significantly affect the corresponding electrical and mechanical properties. The characteristics of change in microstructure and electrical resistivity of inkjet-printed silver (Ag) films when annealed isothermally at a temperature between 170 and $240^{\circ}C$ were analyzed. The change in electrical resistivity was described using the first-order exponential decay kinetics. The corresponding activation energy of 0.44 eV was explained in terms of a thermally-activated mechanism, i.e., migration of point defects such as vacancy-oxygen pairs, rather than microstructure evolution such as grain growth or change in porosity.

자극감응성 유도용질로서 정삼투막에 부착된 온도감응성 고분자 (Temperature-Sensitive Polymers Adhered on FO Membrane as Drawing Agents)

  • 물을 정수하기 위해서는 그에 상응하는 막대한 양의 에너지가 소모되고, 이 때 소모되는 에너지는 환경오염을 야기할 수 있다. 이러한 문제 때문에 정수 공정 중에 상대적으로 낮은 에너지를 요구하는 정삼투 방법이 많은 관심을 받아왔다. 그러나 정삼투 방법은 오염수로부터 물을 끌어오기 위해서 높은 삼투압을 발생시킬 수 있는 유도용질이 필요하다는 점 때문에 어려움이 있었고 본 연구에서는 poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)(PNIPAM)이라는 온도 감응성 고분자 하이드로젤을 기본으로 하는 양쪽성 이온 물질과의 공중합체와 interpenetrating polymer network(IPN) 구조를 가지는 하이드로젤을 제작하고 이를 정삼투막에 부착시켜 성공적으로 유도용질 역할을 수행함을 확인하였다. 공중합체의 경우 팽윤비가 급격히 증가한 것을 확인할 수 있었으나, 그 만큼의 온도감응성이 떨어지는 모습을 보였고 IPN 구조의 경우는 온도감응성과 팽윤비 값이 PNIPAM 젤에 약간 못 미쳤다. 여기에 팽윤비 값과 삼투압의 관계를 확인하였다.

  • Since the Industrial Revolution has caused global change by using of a fossil fuel, a reckless and growth-oriented development. A global mean temperature since 19th century has climbed up 0.4~$0.8^{\circ}C$. Our country, afterwards, global warming has increased the temperature every season. After The Kyoto Protocol regarding a greenhouse gas reduction goal took effect, be situations that decrease of greenhouse gas was acutely required. Therefore, interest of utilization of the new & renewable energy is increasing everyday. In advanced research, we shows that at first divided a country to nine range by natural geography, and second executed Meteorological data analysis of recent 30 years considering level of significance by nine range. The results of advanced research are that the similarities are low because there are the regions that temperature deviation of the similar climate regions is large in winter season, and there are not characteristics of clear discrimination of temperature. This study shows that at first divided a country to six range by temperature range, and second executed Meteorological data analysis of recent 30 years considering level of significance by six range. The results of this study are that in heating load calculation of building, periodic temperature data management is required because facility capacity and cost are affected greatly by outdoor temperature, and temperature by climate range needs consideration of pertinent area. Ground temperature was assumed of the weather in region, the ground and soil. Lastly, we were able to know that establishment of climate region by temperature range can be useful policy making and plans of design of the horticultural facilities and architectures.

피부관리 애플리케이션 수용에 대한 설문조사 연구 (An Empirical Research on Skin Care Application Adoption)

  • Consumers who use mobile applications for their skin care are increasing due to increasing interest in skin care and smart phone use. A survey was conducted to select popular skin care mobile applications to be installed in the smart phone targeting 1,000 men and women in South Korea who are interested in their skin care. Questioned items included skin care awareness and recognition, skin care type, and the intention of using skin health care mobile services. The respondents thought the best skin as 'Flawless skin (52.3%)'. Also, 'Skin trouble' and 'Skin aging' were their major concerns. 47.1% of the respondents used mobile skin care applications, and 56.6% intended to try new mobile skin care services. The results on interesting field of skin care showed significant difference depending on gender, marital status, and annual average household income. Moreover, the results on effort made for skin care showed significant difference depending on age, gender, and marital status. They wanted the functions such as 'Review on cosmetic products by brand (23.8%)', 'Self skincare method (16.8%)', 'Continuous monitoring service (16.2%)', 'Information on cosmetic products (13.4%)'. The result of this study would be reliable as basic material for skincare mobile service area. Further studies could be focused on developing application in accordance with needs and how it should be applied.

초등과학 영재학급 담당 교사의 영재 교육에 대한 인식 조사 (A Survey on Teachers' Perceptions of Gasses for the Science Gifted in Elementary School)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the status and science teachers' perceptions of classes for those gifted in science in elementary school. For this purpose, a number of questions were posed to teachers : 27-item-questionnaires were given to 38 teachers of students gifted in science in elementary schools located in Incheon province. The results of this study were as follows : 1. most elementary teachers were in charge of classes containing students gifted in science, but this was the case with only a few secondary teachers. Therefore, it appears to be more necessary to educate elementary teachers who majored in science content and gifted education. 2. In addition, most teachers had positive perceptions of the needs, attitudes and environments needed for gifted education. Most of them attended 60-hour training programs on gifted education. They thought that it was helpful in understanding the characteristics of gifted students, but they wanted to learn more about actual pedagogical methods through such programs. 3. The teaching methods used in classes for those gifted in science were mainly experimental activities, but there were few opportunities for creative problem solving and project learning. This may be due to limited class time of about one hour every two weeks in this class. 4. When the materials used in class were first developed, they mainly used materials made by the city board of education and selected the theme of interest by themselves. Therefore, there may be problems of duplication of materials or systems regarding the science contents for one year. 5. Furthermore, the themes of the materials used were mostly related in terms of the contents of textbooks than more generally. When planning and managing the classes for those gifted in science, the above points should be considered in order to improve the education of those students gifted in science.

공모전을 통한 집단지성 기반의 협업적 디지털 스토리텔링 (Collaborative Digital Storytelling based on Collective Intelligence through Contest)

  • 웹의 발전과 디지털 기술의 등장으로 정보 소비자에 머물렀던 대중들이 미디어 이용을 통해 콘텐츠를 생산하고 공유하면서 정보 제공자로 거듭나고 있다. 이처럼 개인 욕구 기반의 콘텐츠가 증가함에 따라 디지털 스토리텔링을 제작하기 위한 환경과 기술에 큰 관심이 모아지고 있다. 하지만 콘텐츠를 제작하기 위한 기존의 저작도구와 환경은 개인 창작에 초점이 맞추어져 있어 다른 사용자들의 참여와 협업이 어렵고 콘텐츠의 공유와 재활용에도 한계가 있다. 따라서 공모전을 통해 집단지성을 활용한 새로운 형태의 협업적 디지털 스토리텔링 제작 절차를 참가자들에게 제안하였다. 이를 위해 협업 기반의 저작도구를 개발하여 웹 사이트를 통해 참가자들에게 제공함으로써 온라인에서 콘텐츠가 제작될 수 있도록 물질적 환경을 마련하였다. 또한 콘텐츠 결과물뿐만 아니라 콘텐츠를 제작하기 위한 참가자들의 협업 과정도 고려함으로써 기존의 공모전과도 차별성을 두었다.

주택담보대출 금융시장에서 Mortgage Broker 역할과 제도화방안 연구 (Mortgage Broker System and Policy Recommendations in Housing Finance Markets)

  • 우리나라 금융시장에서 주택담보대출이 차지하는 비중이 매우 크기 때문에 부동산가격정책의 중요한 수단으로 주택담보대출을 활용하여 왔다. 그러나 소비자의 편익을 증진시키기 위한 미시적 금융제도의 발전에는 다소 소홀한 측면이 있으며, 상품정보의 비교분석, 안정적인 대출상품거래 등의 측면에서 소비자의 입장을 반영하고 주택금융상담서비스 품질의 제고를 위해서 모기지 브로커의 역할이 중요해지고 있다. 역할의 중요성에도 불구하고 외국의 경우 모기지브로커 활성화에 따른 대리인 문제가 늘 존재하고 있기 때문에 안정적인 제도적 기반 구축이 모기지 브로커의 활성화에 앞서 중요한 과제라고 할 수 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 모기지 브로커의 기능과 경제적 존립근거, 외국의 모기지 브로커 제도, 우리나라 주택담보대출금융의 특성과 대출모집인 제도 등을 검토하고, 이를 토대로 소비자의 편익증진 수단으로서 모기지 브로커 제도 도입방안을 제시한다. 제도 도입을 위한 주요 구성내용으로는 자격형태는 국가공인민간자격의 형태로 도입하고, 업무실무 및 윤리규정, 수수료 규정, 공인중개사 역할 부여, 교육요건을 기본적으로 둘 것을 제시한다.
