  • 고압 전선 등에 장착된 시스템에 전원을 공급하기 위해서는 절연 이격 거리 이상의 거리에 무선으로 수십 Watt 급의 전력을 보낼 수 있는 시스템이 필요하다. 이러한 무선 전력 전송 시스템은 대개 코일의 크기가 10cm 이상의 대형이다. 본 연구에서는 이처럼 대형 코일을 Printed circuit board를 이용해 제작할 경우 발생하는 손실 발생원 들을 분석하고 그 중 가장 주요한 손실원인이 Dielectric loss 라는 것을 밝혔다. 또한 이 dielectric loss를 최소화 하기 위해서 PCB의 재질 선정 방법 및 Distributed tuning capacitor method를 제시해 $40cm{\times}40cm$ 크기의 4턴 및 5턴 코일의 설계 방법을 제시했고, 실험을 통해 Quality factor를 300 이상으로 만들 수 있음을 보였다.

철도수요예측을 위한 직접수요모형 개발에 관한 연구 (Development of A Direct Demand Estimation Model for Forecasting of Railroad Traffic Demand)

  • 현재 철도계획에 이용되고 있는 교통수요예측 지역간기종점(OD)자료는 국가교통데이타베이스(KTDB)를 이용하고 있다. KTDB의 자료는 우리나라 지역간 총통행량을 조사한 후 도로, 철도, 항공등으로 배분하는 방법을 이용하고 하고 있다. 그러나 철도의 경우는 철도역이 기존의 존과 일치하지 않거나 1개존에 다수의 철도역이 존재하여 Connector가 연결되지 않아 적용 방법상에 문제점이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이로 인해 KTDB를 이용한 철도부분의 교통예측은 다른 교통수단에 비해 신뢰성이 크게 떨어지고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제점을 검토 분석하고, 신뢰성을 높이기 위해 집계모형(Aggregate Model) 기법을 활용한 철도의 교통수요예측 방법(직접수요추정 : Direct Demand Estimation)을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서는 집계모형에 지역간의 인구, 거리, 산업체종사자수, 자동차대수, 도로연장등 사회경제지표의 연관성을 분석하여 철도분야 수요예측의 오차를 최소화할 수 있는 방법을 연구하였다.

북한 방송통신 현황에 따른 통일방송의 역할제고 방안 (Improving the Role of Unification Media according to the status of broadcasting in North Korea)

  • 지난 2017년 7월 6일 문재인 대통령이 독일 함부르크 G20 정상회의에 참석하여 한반도 평화구상을 통한 대북정책의 기본방향을 제시하였다. 본 논문에서는 북한주민들의 정보욕구가 매우 강하며, 당 간부들 역시도 대북방송을 청취하고, 남한의 드라마를 즐겨 시청하고 있다는 사실에 착안하였다. 방송통신부문은 남북의 불신이 존재하는 상황에서도 물리적인 접촉을 배제할 수 있다는 점을 감안하여 통일의 도구로서 방송의 역할을 제고할 필요가 있다. 이에 통일대비 방송을 통한 협력방안을 기술하였다.

  • This study of bimodal integration management system in conjunction with the tram and the tram cars bimodal integrated management system that occupies a part of the system to perform its role as a bimodal tram vehicle configuration, a device for the vehicle's infrastructure ryureul development and it is aimed to build on the vehicle. Bimodal tram vehicle infrastructure systems, internal and external information of the larger vehicles, and vehicles used to collect information for its own part and the integrated operations management center, or providing partial information from the station and collect/provide for the transfer of information to the communication part consists In this study, the core of these devices, the configuration of the vehicle infrastructure systems for the overall management and control of vehicles operating a computer's central processing device, vehicle infrastructure systems that make it manages and stores all jangchiryu Integrated Operations Management Center is reporting. In addition, seamless integration with operational management center for interactive communication in a vehicle mounted communications devices to maintain the best condition to manage. Current general traffic management system in a similar terminal device being used, but bimodal tram vehicles operating the computer of the vehicle operates the infrastructure to configure the devices around the one to configure the system in terms of step enhanced the active type, the operating terminal unit of inter active type. In this study, considering the future alignment of the accounting fee system, the expansion of the system reliability and stability around the activities that are underway.

철도하중을 고려한 기초구조물과 강관말뚝 연결부 거동에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study on the Connection between RC Footing and Steel Pile according to Rail loads)

  • As the connection between spread footing and pile is very important structural connection, it acts as the inter-loading medium to transfer the rail loads applied by superstructure to ground through the body pile of foundation. The experimental study is the method how to reinforce the pile cap between steel pile and footing utilizing perfobond plate with protruding keys. It were experimented on the compression punching tests and bending moment tests against the vertical loading and horizontal loadings acting on head of steel tube pipe. As a result, the tension capacity of the perfobond plate exhibited the superior performance due to the interlocking or dowel effects by the sheared keys of perfobond plate, and there were showing the sufficient strength and ductile capacity against the bending moment of horizontal loading tests. Therefore, it is judged that "the embedded method of perfobond plate in pile cap and footing" which is utilizing the shear connection of perfobond plate with protruding keys has a sufficient structural stability enough to be replaced with the current specification of reinforced method of pile cap with vertically deformed rebar against the vertical compression loads and bending moments that are able to occur in the combination structure of steel pile and the footing foundation.

  • The Train Networks has a goal which requires the fast and correct data communication for distributable equipment systems. For this, in 1999, some train makers had established the standard TCN(IEC61375-1) for the inter-operating between equipment systems. Recently, TCN is being used in EU, China and the requirement to use it is growing up by many other countries more and more. The TCN was adopted at Korea High-speed Train with first in Korea, and Rotem Company finished the design of TCMS with TCN network for Istanbul EMU and KTX-2 Train and tests them. TCN(Train Communication Networks) defines the set of communication vehicle buses and train buses. The MVB(Multifunction Vehicle Bus) defines the data communication interface of equipment located in a vehicle and the WTB(Wire Train Bus) defines the data communication interface between vehicles. This paper examines whether the result of on-board test is satisfied with the IEC61375-1(International Electrotechnical Commission 61375-1) which is the international standard of TCN and introduce the results.

  • Promotion of the line no.2 in Seoul Metro was changing from the existing signaling facilities for ATS(Automatic Train Stop) vehicles to the up-to-date signaling facilities for ATO(Automatic Train Operation). But, in consequence of conducting a trial run after being equipped with the ATO signaling facilities, the matter related to mix-operation with the existing ATS signaling facilities appeared. The operation of the existing ATS signaling system in combination with the ATO signaling system has made improper working related to frequency recognition of the ATS On-board Computerized Equipment. This obstructs operation of a working ATS vehicle. That is, as barring operation of an ATS vehicle that should proceed, it may make the proceeding ATS vehicle stop suddenly and after all, it will cause safety concerns. In this paper, we designed a wayside track occupancy detector that previously prevents improper working related to frequency recognition of the ATS On-board Computerized Equipment by gripping classification and working processes of operating trains throughout transmission of local signaling information from the existing facilities, which does not need to change or replace the existing signaling facilities. Furthermore, we described general characteristics of the wayside track occupancy detector and modeled the IFC(InterFace Contrivance) device and the logical circuit recognizing signal information. Then, we made an application program of PLC(programmable Logic Computer) based on the stated model. We, in relation to data transfer method, used the frame in TCP/IP transfer mode as the standard, and we demonstrated that ATO transmission frequency is intercepted.

시장지향성과 학습지향성이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -철도산업을 중심으로- (The Effects of Market Orientation and Learning Orientation on Business Performance in the Railroad Industry)

  • Examining the market orientation and learning orientaiton and these relationship with business performance has received considerable interest in the last decade. Despite these interest, our understanding of the structure of both market orientation and learning orientaion and the mechanism of those effect on business performance is apparently limited in figuring out the railroad industry in Korea. The purpose of this research was to conceptualize and measure the organizational culture dimension from the integrative framework of market orientation and learning orientation, and to analyze its relationship with business performance in the railroad industry. The findings from this research are such as follows; market orientation is a set of three interrelated components, i.e., customer orientation, competitor orientation, and inter-functional coordination. This finding is similar to that of Narver and Slater(1990; 1994) who conceptualized market-oriented culture as a combined set of those 3 components. Learning-oriented culture also has a significant positive effect on business performance. The research findings suggest that both market orientation and learning orientation do exist as different organizational culture dimensions to acquire the sustainable competitive advantage in the railroad industry.

Economic Ripple Effect of the TKR on the Logistics Industry

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the economic ripple effect(ERE) of logistics industry by construction of Trans-Korea Railway (TKR) and present policy measures to minimize the economic loss of South Korea (SK). Research design, data and methodology: As the analysis method, exponential smoothing was used for demand forecasting, Input-Output analysis was used to estimate the economic ripple effect coefficient, and scenario analysis was used to an efficient way to invest in TKR to minimize SK's economic losses. Results: 1) the production(logistics fares) of TKR for 10 years after its completion is about 11.42 trillion won in positive relations, and 26.89 billion won in negative relations. 2) the ERE of SK in positive relations is 24.32 trillion won in production inducement effect, 8.1 trillion won in value-added inducement effect, 3.54 trillion won in import inducement effect, and 70,930 persons in employment inducement effect. But the ERE was insufficient in the negative relations. 3) SK's efficient investment method is providing materials and equipment by SK and building the TKR by North Korea in positive inter-Korea relations. Conclusions: For the successful operation of TKR, international cooperation, legalization and stable peace settlement on the Korean Peninsula are required.

금강산(내금강) 관광을 위한 남북연결 교통망에 관한 연구 (Restoration of The Transportation Network between North and South Korea for Mt. Geumgang Tourism)

  • 금강산은 조선 시대 이전부터 한반도를 대표하는 명승지였으며, 남북 분단 이후에는 개성공단과 함께 남북교류의 상징이 되었다. 금강산 관광코스는 크게 내금강과 외금강으로 구분되는데, 조선시대와 일제 강점기의 금강산 관광 경로는 서울에서 가까운 내금강으로 진입하여 외금강을 거쳐 동해로 빠져나가는 것이 일반적이었다. 그러나 현대아산에서 운영한 금강산 관광코스는, 북한이 외금강 위주로 개방함으로 인하여, 고성에서 외금강으로 접근하는 관광 경로가 활용되었다. 북한은 금강산 관광코스 중 일부만 현대아산에 개방하였지만, 향후 금강산 관광이 재개된다면 2007년 내금강 일부 구간 개방과 같이 금강산 관광 지역을 추가로 개방할 가능성이 크다. 이 경우 남한에서 내금강으로 접근할 수 있는 추가적인 교통망 연결이 필요하다. 최적의 대안은 금강산철도 구간의 복원이었지만, 임남댐의 건설로 인하여 금강산철도 구간의 복원이 불가능하게 된 현실을 고려할 때, 양구와 금강읍을 연결하던 국도31호선을 복원하는 것이 가장 현실적인 대안이다. GIS를 이용한 내금강 연결도로 분석 결과, 기존 국도31호선, 국도31호선과 인접하여 양구 두타연에서 문등리를 통과하는 노선, 인제에서 출발하여 국도31호선으로 합류하는 노선 등 모두 3개의 노선이 확인되었다. 이들 노선 중 도로 길이, 지형특성, 군사시설배치 등을 고려할 때 두타연-문등리-금강읍 구간이 남한에서 내금강으로 연결할 수 있는 현실적인 대안이 될 수 있다.
