Based on total 342 university students from the empirical research, this study confirmed the reliability and fitness of research model and verified total 4 hypotheses with structural equation modeling(SEM) by Amos program. SEM results showed that the corporate social responsibility of family restaurants had positively significant influence on corporate image(legal and economic aspect 0.203-p<0.05; philanthropy aspect 0.318-p<0.001; ethical aspect 0.203-p<0.05), and corporate image had positively significant influence on corporate preference(0.979-p<0.001) and revisit intention(0.258-p<0.05) as well. Also, corporate preference had positively significant influence on revisit intention(0.844-p<0.001). The findings of this study verified a hypothetical ground that the corporate social responsibility of family restaurants has positive effects upon revisit intention. Additionally, regarding the activity of social responsibility in the foodservice industry, it is proved that the practices in the activities of philanthropy and contribution to society rather than the practices in the legal and economic aspect had significant relations with the customer's favorable behaviors.

The purpose of the project is to propose a research model by testing the mediated effects of customer satisfaction and loyalty using mainly factor analysis, regression analysis, and mediation analysis. First the results showed that the marketing mix 7P factors influence customer satisfaction were identified as service delivery process, product, physical basis, and promotion. The factors that influence marketing mix 7P customer loyalty were tested in the order of service delivery, physical basis, product, and distribution. Third, the factors affecting customer revisit intention were newly derived as treatment satisfaction, professionalism, and treatment products. Fourth, the relationship between marketing mix and customer revisit intention suggested that customer satisfaction and customer loyalty has a partial sale effect. It can be suggested on the basis of these findings that the effect of makeup service with marketing mix on customer revisit intention was analyzed and a new model was derived by analyzing the mediated effect of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate consumer behavior based on the experience from visiting Jeonju Hanok Village. This study tested the relationship between the experience and intention to revisit for consumers who visited the village mediated by emotion and place attachment as a structural equation model. The results of this study were as follows. First, the perceived emotion was found to be significantly influenced by experience. Consumers were likely to feel positive emotions if their experiences of entertainment, escapism, and esthetics were positive. Second, the place attachment was found to be significantly influenced by experience. If consumers perceived positive experience of education and escapism, then they would like to be attached to the place where they experienced such positive experience. Finally, the intention to revisit was found to be significantly influenced by the emotion and the place attachment. If positive emotion and place attachment were well-established through consumer experience, then consumers would like to increase the intention to revisit the place.

  • The main objective of this study is to define the nature of the patient service quality of Health Centers, and based on that, to examine the causal relationship of Health Center visitor's perceived service quality with overall satisfaction, intention to revisit and intention to recommend. Data are collected on the basis of the second field survey of '3rd Regional Health Care Planning' operated by the Ministry of Health and Welfare(MOHW). In this study, the 24 patient satisfaction questions are used as outcome indicators. The samples are 3,091 patients who visited 68 Health Centers. The reliability and validity of patient service quality items was evaluated. Finally, the Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) analysis was conducted to find a causal relationship of service quality, patient satisfaction, intention to revisit and intention to recommend. This study shows firstly, the dimension of patient service quality was categorized into 3 dimensions, that is, facilities and environment, staff kindness, and convenience of utilization process. Secondly, the reliability and validity of patient service quality items was satisfied. Lastly, the total effect of convenience of utilization process factor on satisfaction(path coefficients=1.721), intention to revisit(0.843) and intention to recommend(0.696) is more higher than other variables. These findings imply that the quality of various services concerning convenience of utilization process at Health Centers should be improved to satisfy the health need of community people and improve the service quality of Health Centers.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of patient perception of the switching cost and negative word of mouth on revisit intention of patients in out-patient departments (OPDs) of general hospitals. Method: The participants were 306 patients in general hospital, selected through convenience sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics, Spearman correlation coefficient, and logistic regression with SPSS Win. Results: Relational switching cost was positively correlated with revisit intention (r=.58, p=<.001), but not financial switching cost or procedural switching cost. Negative word of mouth was negatively correlated with revisit intention (r=-.22, p=<.001). The significant predictors influencing revisit intention in patients was relational switching cost. Conclusion: The findings of this study suggest that hospital and nursing managers should seek to bolster perceptions of switching costs and negative word of mouth, which subsequently increases revisit intentions in small hospitals located in the country as well as urban large hospitals.
