This study intended to investigate to what extent country image of America and previous visit experience affect the cross-border shopping intention. In particular, the present study used a country image measurement brought from another research study the factors of which are economy-technology image, social-cultural image, and citizen image. A total of 155 respondents participated in the survey targeting Korean citizen for the present study. Single regression, multiple regression, and independent t-test were conducted for data analysis. The result of the single regression indicated that country image is a critical predictor of cross-border shopping intention. The Multiple regression revealed that among three factors composing country image, social-cultural image plays the most significant and economy-technology image plays the second-most significant role in influencing cross-border shopping intention. However, it was found that citizen image does not play a substantial role for some reason. Moreover, the result of t-test showed that those who have a prior visit experience to America are more likely to buy products online from America than those who don't have prior visit experience. More detailed findings and implications will be discussed in the manuscript.

It surveyed the age of 19 years old. Analysis of the factors of selection attributes importance and satisfaction, and the group was separated through cluster analysis. It analyzed a significant difference in the degree of revisit intention and intention of recommendation by cluster groups. They were divided into four groups, according to the selection attributes importance and satisfaction. Groups showed significant differences in the degree of revisit intention and intention of recommendation. The environment elements importance and satisfaction have affected revisit intention and intention of recommendation. It has found out that environment elements have an important factor in selecting the destination and these selection attributes satisfactions have a positive influence on future behavior intention.
The café has become an important representative "third place" where people study and rest. Hence, it is worthwhile for researchers to understand the needs of individual users as well as the requirements of people who visit such venues in groups. The identification of strategies that can help achieve larger, wider, higher, or deeper interior spaces in small and compact locations can generate benefits for both users and designers. In this study, where 56 interior design students participated, we used an eye-tracker and images of cafes to explore the relationships between spatial depth and the intention to visit a cafe space. The researchers digitally developed fifteen different conditions of space and measured the eye movements of the participants using an eye-tracker when they examined images that appeared to convey the most depth. Participants were also asked to imagine the proposed space images as cafes and to select one of the 15 images as the location that they would be most likely to visit individually and one that they would frequent in the company of other people. The research results revealed that certain ways of using interior design elements altered the participants' perceptions of spatial depth without any change being effected to the actual volume or the size of the space. The participants tended to perceive a space with a small decorative artwork on a dark toned wall with unconnected furniture as deeper than a space with no or large artwork on a light toned wall with contiguous furniture. Spatial depth was a more important consideration for an individual visit than for a group visit. The results of this exploratory study will help scholarly understanding of the role played by spatial depth in customer intentions to visit a cafe.
Purpose: The study purposes were to construct and test structural equation modeling on the causal relationship of community residents' perceived quality of care, image, and role performance with satisfaction, intention to (re)visit and intention to recommend hospital. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted with 3,900 community residents from 39 district public hospitals. The questionnaire was designed to collected information on personal characteristics and community awareness of public hospitals. Community awareness consisted of 6 factors and 18 items. The data were collected utilizing call-interview by a survey company. Research data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 20.0 and AMOS version 20.0. Results: Model fit indices for the hypothetical model were suitable for the recommended level: ${\chi}^2=796.40$ (df=79, p<.001), GFI=.93, AGFI=.90, RMSR=.08, NFI=.94. Quality of care, image, and role performance explained 68.1% of variance in community awareness. Total effect of quality of care process factors on satisfaction (path coefficients=3.67), intention to (re)visit (path coefficients=2.67) and intention to recommend hospital (coefficients=2.45) were higher than other factors. Conclusion: Findings show that public hospitals have to make an effort to improve community image through the provision of quality care, and excellent role performance. Support for these activities is available from both Central and Local Governments.
Drawing on mere exposure effect, we proposed that more exposure to a city, as measured by the number of channels of exposure, would increase familiarity, city image, and intention to visit that city. We conducted a survey of university students in seven Asian countries, asking them about a total of 14 cities, at least one from each of the surveyed countries. Exposure was found to be a significant antecedent and was most powerful when mediated by familiarity. Some types of exposure were stronger than others. Personal exposure, in the form of having visited a city or knowing someone who has, was the strongest type of exposure, with more than double the effect of media exposure. Social media, which is difficult to classify as either personal or media, was assessed separately and had a much smaller effect. The mere exposure effect exists whether the intention to visit a city is related to pleasure (tourism) or business.
This study aims at analyzing influential relations among satisfaction, revisit intention, and recommendation intention regarding local food restaurants, based on the motivation to visit the Gimje local festival, a representative festival in Korea. It also offers useful basic materials for related organizations. From October 2 to October 6, 2013, a survey was conducted and a statistic processing was performed with 283 copies of questionnaire for credibility analysis, factor analysis, and regression analysis. The results are as follows. First, three motives for visit were drawn as cultural experience factor, deviation factor, and friendliness factor. Second, for hypothesis 1, the motivation for visiting the festival had a positive (+) significant influence on satisfaction with the local food restaurants. Third, for hypothesis 2, satisfaction with the local food restaurants had a positive (+) significant influence on revisit intention to the local food restaurants. Fourth, for hypothesis 3, satisfaction with the local food restaurants had a positive (+) significant influence on recommendation intention to the local food restaurants. Consequently, for the purpose of activating festivals, it is necessary to offer a variety of food, to manage the programs satisfying visitors' needs, and to give services continuously.
The purpose of the study is to know that the medical skin care improves the quality of middle-aged women's life and happiness improves their confidence by analyzing the medical skin care visit intention, experience satisfaction, and happiness according to their beauty interest. This study analyzed 242 copies of the data through the SPSS v.22 Statistical Package Program. According to the analysis, middle-aged women's interest in beauty is important to experience satisfaction(F=201.821, p<.001). Experience satisfaction is statistically significant to happiness factors(F=384.625, p<.001). Based on this study, differentiated marketing that identifies the intention to visit is needed. Also, the higher the satisfaction of medical skin care experience, the more helpful it is to lead a positive life by improving their confidence.

Purpose: This study aims to examine such relationships as the experiential value that customers respond to with regard to maintenance service by empirically revealing how the quality of auto maintenance and repair service affects both customer satisfaction and intention to reuse the same service through the Perceived-experiential Value of customers. Research design, data and methodology: The research model was designed with service qualities such as human quality, material quality, interaction quality, and system quality as independent variables, perceived-experiential value as a parameter, and service satisfaction and return visit intention as dependent variables. Through a questionnaire composed of 24 items, a total of 319 survey data from customers with the experience of using car maintenance service centers in Korea were collected and analyzed using a structural equation. Results: The material quality did not affect the customers' perceived-experiential value, whereas the interaction quality had the greatest influence. It is confirmed that human quality, interaction quality, and system quality can generate customer satisfaction and repurchase intention through the perceived-experiential value. Conclusions: The experiential value of customers can play an important medium role in improving satisfaction, with customers considering interaction quality important. Therefore, the auto maintenance and repair service should consider relationship-focused service strategies.
