Effects of Perceived Value of International Airport Visitors on their Satisfaction, Revisit and Recommendation Intention

  • This study aims to examine how international airport visitors perceived value effects on their satisfaction, revisit and recommendation intention. To archive the research goal 288 questionnaires were collected from Incheon international airport and was analyzed a frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis and correlation coefficient analysis from SPSS 21, a hypothesis through out confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling from AMOS 7.0. As a result of the analyses, it was found that the models was appropriate in proving the hypotheses on interrelationships among perceived value, satisfaction and revisit & recommendation intention. First, perceived value is factorized as acquisition value, emotion value, monetary value and social value. Second, all factor of perceived value turned out to have affirmative effects on international airport visitors' satisfaction. Third, international airport visitors satisfaction turned out to have affirmative effects on revisit and recommendation intention. Overall, finding of this study enhance the theoretical progress on the experiential concept in international airport and offer important implication for international airport industry.

  • Understanding the antecedents of high public usage of national R&D facilities is a critical issue for both academics and facility managers. Previous researchrelated to general service management has identified service quality and user satisfaction as important antecedents of reuse and recommendation intention. The current paper reports findings from a survey which looked into the impact of service quality dimensions and user satisfaction on reuse and recommendation intention in the field of R&D facility public usage. Findings indicate that service quality appears to be linked to user satisfaction, and user satisfaction to be linked to reuse and recommendation intention. Findings also indicate that user satisfaction played as a mediator on the relationship between service quality and reuse/recommendation intentions in R&D facility public usage domain.

온·오프라인 지인의 추천메시지가 제품태도와 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of On/off-line Acquaintance's Recommendation Message on Product Attitude and Purchase Intention)

  • This study identifies the influence of on/off-line acquaintances' recommendation messages on fashion product attitude and purchase intention on the online purchase of fashion products in two-sided word of mouth situations as well as compares the difference in influence according to bond-base with equidistance. This study was conducted for one month on university students in their 20s who were believed to be active in smartphone use. Out of the collected 174 copies of the questionnaire, 162 copies were used for analysis. The questionnaire was classified into online and offline recommendation messages of an acquaintance. We present two-sided fashion product reviews made similar to the type found in an actual shopping mall web-site. As for analysis, confirmatory factory analysis, structural equation modeling, and multi-group analysis were conducted using AMOS 19.0. The analysis results are as follows. First, on/off-line acquaintances' recommendation messages had significant influences on product attitude in the situation where two-sided reviews on fashion products were presented; however, those messages did not influence purchase intention. Recommendation messages positively increased product attitude and enhanced purchase intention if acquaintances' recommendation messages were mediated between on/off-line acquaintances' recommendation messages and purchase intention. Consequently, a mediating effect on product attitude was revealed. Second, there was no difference between online acquaintances and offline acquaintances in terms of the influence of acquaintances' recommendation messages on product attitude and purchase intention, in the situation where two-sided reviews were presented on online fashion products. Therefore, no control effect according to the type of acquaintance was confirmed.

키오스크 서비스의 추천의도에 영향을 미치는 신념변수에 관한 실증적 분석 (An Empirical Effect of the Belief Variables on Recommendation Intention for Using Kiosk Service)

  • 본 연구는 수직적으로 확장된 기술수용모델(TAM)을 토대로 사용자반응에 영향을 미치는 주요한 신념변수인 지각된 유용성과 지각된 사용용이성에 지각된 유희성을 추가하고, 키오스크 서비스의 만족과 추천의도에 영향을 미치는 신념변수의 영향력을 실증적으로 검증해보고자 하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 키오스크의 유용성과 사용편리성을 지각하면 만족하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 키오스크의 지각된 유용성과 지각된 유희성은 키오스크 서비스의 추천의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 키오스크 서비스에 만족한 사용자는 강한 추천의도를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 기존 기술수용모델에서 규명한 새로운 정보기술의 유용성과 사용편리성이 사용자반응(만족과 추천의도)에 영향을 미치는 주요한 변수임을 재입증 해주고 있으며, 새롭게 추가한 지각된 유희성이 키오스크 서비스의 만족을 매개하지 않고도 추천의도를 활성화시킬 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. 본 연구의 결과는 키오스크 서비스의 지각된 유희성이 추가된 확장된 신념변수와 추천의도 간의 관계를 연구모형에 도입하고 실증적으로 검증했다는 점에서 의의가 있다고 판단된다.

패션 인플루언서의 체형이 자기표현 및 자기제시의도, 인플루언서 추천의도에 미치는 영향 - 친근감의 매개 역할을 중심으로 - (The Effects of Fashion Influencers' Body Types on Self-Expression, Self-Representation Intentions, and Recommendation Intentions - Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Familiarity -)

  • This study examines the effects of fashion influencers' body types (realistic versus ideal body types) on self-expression, self-representation, and recommendation intentions, as mediated by familiarity toward influencers. Although fashion influencers lead to a positive consumer response compared to traditional advertisements, previous research on the effects of fashion influencers on consumers is limited. Thus, this study tests the role of consumers' socio-psychological aspects in understanding how and why fashion influencers affect consumers' behavioral intentions associated with self-expression, self-representation, and influencer recommendation. A total of 180 women in their 20s and 30s participated in the survey. The responses were collected after showing them stimuli featuring fashion influencers with either ideal or realistic body shapes. The data were analyzed using SPSS18.0 for descriptive statistics, and AMOS 18.0 for confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The results showed that participants who were shown realistic body types perceived familiarity, which generated positive effects on self-expression, self-representation, and recommendation intentions. Hence, the effects of influencers' body types on recommendation intention are mediated by familiarity. Self-expression and self-representation intentions also increase influencer recommendation intention. Comparatively, participants who were shown ideal body types only induced higher self-representation intention, which increased their recommendation intention. The current findings can help fashion marketers select the appropriate influencers who fit their target customers as promotional models, as well as to induce changes in consumers' behavioral intention.

막걸리의 선택 속성이 만족도와 추천 의도, 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Selection Attributes for Makgeolli on the Customer Satisfaction, Repurchase Intention and Recommendation Intention)

  • This research was focused on observing the effect of Makgeolli's selection attributes on customer satisfaction, recommendation intention, and repurchase intention. The purpose of this study was to examine to present a marketing-related suggestion by finding the components that needs to be discussed in order to satisfy the customer and lead to positive word of mouth and repurchasing in the perspective of a corporation. The evidence to achieve the research purpose can be summarized as below. To begin with, the causes of Makgeolli's selection attributes were classified into 9 types, which are design and ad image, expertise and tradition, drinking experience and in harmony with food, taste and freshness, materials and origin, brand image, flavor and color, alcoholic and nutrition, and finally price and recommendation. And it showed up that the average importance of the taste and freshness is the highest. Moreover, the study on the Makgeolli's state of being potable showed up that the drinking number was no more than once a month, and one drink was almost all less than a bottle. The drinking place was usually tavern, and word of mouth was the most often used information medium that contacted Makgeolli. The potential of the Makgeolli's globalization is 80.6% which added positive and very positive, that enables us to infer that the Makgeolli's global dependency is very high. Third, from the 9 types of classification mentioned before, taste and freshness, and price and recommendation were proved to be influential in satisfaction, and recommendation is affecting the repurchase intention and the recommendation intention.

중국 산동성내 한식당 이용 중국인의 서비스품질속성에 대한 인식이 고객 만족도, 재방문 의도 및 추천 의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Chinese Perceptions of Quality Attributes on Customer Satisfaction, Revisit Intention and Recommendation Intention for Korean Restaurants in Shandong, China)

  • This study was conducted to survey the perception and preferences of customers that have dined at Korean restaurants in China and investigate the importance and performance level of quality attributes, customer satisfaction, revisit intention and recommendation intention. The survey was conducted January 31~March 1, 2016 in China. The 293 questionnaires (97.7%) were analyzed using SPSS(Ver. 23.0) and AMOS(Ver. 21.0). Results of this study are as follow: Customers that dined at a Korean restaurant in China were composed of 157 women and 136 men. Regarding the reason for preferring Korean cuisine, taste, hygiene and nutritional value of Korean food were the most significant quality factors. Regarding complaints about Korean food, Chinese people placed much emphasis on freshness of ingredients when dining out, based on the majority of complaints about ingredients that were not fresh. The main reason for leftover food were personal eating habits and that of customers revisiting food taste and nutrition. Path model among customer satisfaction, revisit intention and recommendation intention revealed the factor of menus and attributes of menu items regarding customer's age that had an impact on customers' satisfaction, and association with customers' satisfaction, revisit intention and recommendation intention as well.

자유 위협과 개인화에 대한 사용자의 지각이 상품 추천 서비스 수용에 미치는 영향 (Effects of the User's Perceived Threat to Freedom and Personalization on Intention to Use Recommendation Services)

  • There are flourishing studies in the acceptance or usage of information systems literature. Most of them have taken the pro - acceptance view. Undesirably, information technologies often provoke users' reactance or resistance. This paper explores one of the negative reactions -psychological reactance. The present paper studies the effects of the users' perception of threatened freedom and personalization degree on intention to use recommendation services. High personalization can be a major motivation for users to accept recommendation systems. However recommendation services are a two-edged sword, which not only provides users the efficiency of decision making but also poses threats to free choice. When people consider that their freedom is reduced or threatened by others, they experience the motivational state to restore the freedom. This motivational state must be considered in understanding usage of information systems, especially personalized services which are designed for persuasion or compliance. This paper empirically investigates the effect of personalization and the psychological reactance on the intention to use information systems in the personalized recommendation context. Users' perception of personalization increases the usefulness of recommendation service while their perception of threat to freedom reduces the intention to use personalized recommendation service. Findings and implications are discussed.

온라인 여행사의 추천정보가 구매의사결정과 재사용의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Online Travel Agency's Recommendation Information on Purchase Decision Making and Reuse Intention)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to investigate how OTA recommendation influences users' purchase decision making and reuse intention based on the users' destination type. And we compare the results of domestic destination and overseas destination. Design/methodology/approach This research model was designed with the recommendation elements of OTA. And this study conducted an empirical analysis using self-administered questionnaires. The target of the analysis is an individual who has purchased hotel rooms through the OTA for the past one year. A total of 374 usable data were collected (177 domestic respondents and 197 overseas respondents) and analyzed using partial least squares analysis using Smart-PLS 3.0. Findings Two OTA recommendation characteristics - recommendation accuracy and recommendation objectivity were significant in overall model. And easy of decision making was significantly affect to OTA reuse intention. Also, only recommendation accuracy variable was revealed to significant moderating variable between domestic model and overseas model.

Distribution of Air Tickets through Online Platform Recommendation Algorithms

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to collect and analyze a large amount of data from online ticket distribution platforms that offer multiple airlines and different routes so that they can improve their ticket distribution marketing strategies and provide services that are more suitable for consumer's needs. The results of this study will help airlines improve the quality of their online platform services to provide more benefits and convenience by providing access to multiple airlines and routes around the world on one platform. Research design, data and methodology: For the study, 200 people completed the survey between May 1 and June 15, 2024, of which 191 copies were used in the study. Results: The hypothesis testing results of this study showed that among the components of the recommendation algorithm, decision comport, novelty, and evoked interest recurrence had a positive effect on perceived recommendation quality, but curiosity did not have a positive effect on recommendation quality. The perceived recommendation quality of the online platform positively influenced recommendation satisfaction, and the higher the perceived recommendation quality, the higher the intention to continue the relationship. Finally, higher recommendation satisfaction was associated with higher relationship continuation intention. Conclusion: it's important to continue researching online ticketing platforms. Online platforms will also need to be systems that use technology and data analytics to provide a better user experience and more benefits.
