패션관광특구 방문객의 패션 쇼핑 특성 및 만족도 비교 - 동대문과 명동 패션타운을 중심으로 - (A Comparison on the Satisfaction and the Characteristic of Fashion Shopping Behavior of the Shoppers Visited in Special Tourist Zone, Dongdaemun and Myeongdong Fashion Town)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare with shopping behavior and satisfaction of who have visited Dongdaemun and Myeongdong and to provide the fundamental data for differentiation strategy of two fashion trading area. The survey was carried out targeting shoppers who were in Dongdaemun and Myeoongdong and then a total of 778 questionnaires were used for the data analysis; frequency, t-test, chi-squre independence test using SPSS. 20. The results of this study were as follows. Main shoppers in Dongdaemun were the teenagers and twenties, and in Myeongdong were twenties and thirtys. The shoppers who have visited Dongdaemun significantly considered 'store factor' such as store size and comfortability, store interior, store location and accessibility, and 'product factor' including material and quality, design, formfitting, and various sizes, while Myeongdong visitors thought 'promotion factor'such as business hours, one stop shopping, sale and event etc. as important factor. The degree of satisfaction for marketing mix of Myeongdong trade area was higher than Dongdaemun's one. The case of impulse buying in two trade area was not high, while intention to revisit Dongdaemun and Myenongdong was all higher than average. Consumers were more intended to recommend Myeongdong over Dongdaemun to others.

노인인구의 구강건강 및 치석제거 인식도 조사 (Recognition towards oral health care and plaque removal in the elderly people)

  • Objectives: The purpose of the study is to investigate the awareness toward oral health and plaque removal in the elderly people in Korea. Methods: An interview method was carried out to 308 elderly people from a senior welfare facility in Mokpo, Jeonnam from May 1 to December 30, 2011 after receiving informed consents. Except 4 incomplete answers, data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 program. The questionnaire consisted of demographical characteristics of the subjects, experience of plaque removal, recognition towards plaque removal, and correlation to systemic diseases. Results: Most of the elderly people experiences plaque removal(63.4%) and 55.9% had revisit intention. Those having plaque removal accounted for 47.8% and they had good subjective oral health recognition. Those not having plaque removal accounted for 61.8% and 61.8% having average systemic health condition and 53.3% having poor oral health recognition. The plaque removal was closely related to subjective oral health recognition. Conclusions: It is necessary to develop the preventive oral health program for the elderly people. The plaque removal in the elderly people is the most important services to prevent the systemic diseases including hypertension, arthritis, diabetes, nervous disease, and gastrointestinal diseases.

지역축제 평가속성이 방문객 만족도 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향 -서울특별시 지구촌 나눔 한마당 축제를 중심으로- (The Affects of Assessing Local Festivals on Visitor Satisfaction and Behavioral Intentionteristics of Local Festivals on Visitors' Intention to Revisit -Study Case on the Seoul Friendship Fair hosted by Seoul Metropolitan Government-)

  • 본 연구는 서울시에서 1996년부터 매년 5월 개최되는 지구촌 나눔 한마당축제 사례를 들어, 지역축제 평가속성인 축제내용, 편리성, 축제이미지가 축제에 참여한 방문객을 대상으로 만족도와 행동의도에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석 하고자 하였다. 이 축제는 서울에 소재하고 있는 64개 대사관과 서울시 자매우호도시 14개가 직접 참여하고 방문객 35만 명 중 10만 명이 외국인이 참여하는 축제로 구성되어 있다. 본 연구는 참가 방문객 277명에게 설문지를 받아 축제내용과 인구 통계적 빈도분석을 하였고, 요인은 주성분을 이용한 회전방법인 베리멕스 직각회전으로 얻어진 결과, 다섯 개로 묶여진 요인을 기술통계와 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석을 하였다. 가설검증은 회귀분석으로 지역축제 평가속성이 방문객 만족도와 행동의도에 영향을 미치고 있음을 살펴보았다. 본 연구에서 나타난 결과를 이론적 시사점과 실무적 시사점을 제시하여 지구촌 나눔 한마당축제만이 가진 차별화성을 발전시켜 수준 높은 축제가 되도록 제언하였다.

충남 덕산도립공원 탐방객 만족도와 재방문 의사 (Visitors' Satisfaction level and Intention to Revisit for Chungcheongnam-do Deoksan Provincial Park)

  • The purpose of this research is to provide characteristics and satisfaction of visitors for Deoksan Provincial Park in Chungcheongnam-do. This study conducted face-to-face interview during Oct. to Nov. in 2022. Total sample size of this study was 521. This study used to implement frequency analysis, cross analysis and logit analysis via SPSS 21.0 version. The results showed most of visitors were one day visitors and visited with family and relatives. Many visitors visited the Deoksan Provincial Park to climb the mountain and relaxing/healing with the nature. The satisfaction level of factors such as nature, facility, access to information of the park was high with about more than 4-point on Likert scale. This study would be useful to develop site-specific policies to the management of provincial parks as this study identified the characteristics and satisfaction level of the visitors.

개인정보의 질적 수준이 기업성과에 미치는 영향 (The effect of private information quality on firm performances)

  • 본 연구는 소비자들이 제공하는 개인정보의 질적 수준을 유발하는 요인들이 무엇인지, 개인정보의 질적 수준에 따른 소비행동의 방향성은 어떻게 나타나는지를 검증해 보고자 하였다. 이를 통해 개인정보 수집활동이라는 기업의 웹 활동이 어떠한 방향으로 수집하는 것이 소비자의 편익은 물론 기업의 성과까지 높일 수 있는 방안인지에 대하여 논의해 보고자 하였다. 웹상에서 개인정보 제공경험이 있는 소비자 331명을 대상으로 실증분석한 결과, 기업의 정보수집활동의 신뢰성과 의구심에 주요한 영향을 미치는 환경적 요인들은 각각 웹사이트 평판과 정보수집의 광범위성으로 나타났다. 정보수집활동에 대한 신뢰성과 의구심은 소비자들이 제공하는 정보의 질적 수준을 결정하고, 정보의 질적 수준은 향후 소비행동인 웹사이트 재방문의도와 웹사이트 전환의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 특히 제공되는 정보의 허위성은 향후 소비행동에 강력한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 정보의 질적 수준이 기업의 성과에 직결될 수 있음을 본 연구를 통해 검증할 수 있었다.

중국 백화점의 물리적 환경에 따른 소비자의 내적반응이 점포충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Physical Environment Influence of Chinese Department Stores and Consumer's Internal Responses on Store Loyalty)

  • Outstanding service quality is a crucial factor to increase customer revisits, to increase customer revisits, to create new customers through positive word-of-mouth marketing and increase profits; in conjunction, the physical environment of department stores have a firsthand impact on customer purchasing behavior. This study examines the physical environment dimensions of department stores in China and the causal relationship with the physical environment, service environment, internal responses and store loyalty. The subjects in this study were male and female adults who finished the shopping the Lotte and Wangfujing Department Store located in Beijing. All participants were over the age of 20 and a one-on-one survey was conducted to gather data from October to November 2011. Data from 424 respondents were analyzed: in addition, AMOS factor analysis and path analysis were used. The results were as follows. First, physical environment factors consist of exterior aesthetic attraction, convenience, cleanliness and an interior aesthetic attraction. Second, exterior aesthetic attraction, convenience and cleanliness affect the overall service environment perception. Third, the service environment exercised an influence on internal responses, and internal responses impacted store loyalty. Fourth, a comparative analysis was made over Korean and Chinese department stores in China to check the research model. In Wangfujing Department Store, exterior aesthetic attraction, cleanliness and convenience had a statistically significant impact on service environment perceptions. In Lotte Department Store, the perception of service environment was under the statistically significant influence of all physical factors (exterior aesthetic attraction, interior aesthetic attraction, convenience and cleanliness). The findings of this study are helpful for Korean Department stores that plan to make inroads into China to formulate efficient service environment strategies tailored to local consumer characteristics.

커피 전문점 선택요인과 만족도에 관한 비교 연구 (A Comparative Analysis of Customer Choice and Satisfaction Factors among Three Types of Coffee Shops)

  • Purpose - Theorists and researchers in the area of customer satisfaction generally agree that product satisfaction intervenes between expectancy disconfirmation and various post-purchase cognitive states including attitude and behavioral intention. Studies in a variety of settings have supported the effect of expectation and its disconfirmation on satisfaction, but only a small number of studies address the cognitive consequences of satisfaction decisions and none report data on choice processes such as brand selection. This study examines the influence of satisfaction and its determinants on behavioral intention and product preference in eight coffee shops across the country. Generally it was found in both overall and summed attribute analyses that satisfaction was a function of expectation and disconfirmation, that intention was a function of satisfaction, and that preference was influenced by satisfaction and disconfirmation, the latter having the greater effect. Research design, data, and methodology - The main objective of this study was to assess the dimensions of consumer selection and satisfaction in choosing a coffee shop. In order to achieve this objective, a study of coffee shops across the country was conducted. This study comprised in-depth questionnaires distributed to coffee shop customers. A survey was conducted from September 1, 2011 to September 30, 2011, involving franchise coffee shop, independently owned coffee shop, and roastery coffee shop customers. Results - Hypothesis 1-1, which states that coffee shop choice attributes differ based on the type of coffee shop, is accepted. It has a significance level of 0.05, according to choosing properties of coffee shop by convenience of transportation, varieties of beans, residence of the owner (manager), information, and relationships. Hypothesis 1-2, which states that satisfaction with the choice factor differs depending on the type of coffee shops, is accepted. The P-values for cleanliness and varieties of beans were 0.04 and 0.00, respectively, and have a significance level of 0.05, according to the satisfaction with the chosen coffee shop. Hypothesis 2-1, which states that the importance of the choice attributes in coffee shop selections differs based on the demographic characteristics of the customers, is accepted. According to the t-test result, convenience of parking and residence of the owner (manager) are significant. Hypothesis 2-2, which states that satisfaction with the choice factor will differ depending of the type of coffee shop, is accepted. Conclusions - This study has shown that intention to revisit a certain shop is most likely correlated to satisfaction in all cases. In order to offer subsequent developments for coffee shops, this study also identifies relations between customer satisfaction and selection by finding significant factors. In order to maximize customers' satisfaction, coffee shops should analyze and satisfy customers' needs and wants in terms of coffee service. While the findings do not generalize beyond the mall sampling procedure used here, we have hopefully identified a close approximation of the process of satisfaction decisions used by consumers generally.

Customers' Satisfaction and Loyalty with Motivations to Dine Out and Selected Attributes in Korean Traditional Restaurant

  • Purpose - This research analyzes the impact of motivations to dine out and selected attributes of customers on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Based on collected data, this study aims to suggest effective marketing strategies to help manage traditional Korean food restaurants. Research design, data, and methodology - The data were collected from the customers who visited traditional Korean food restaurants in Jeon-Ju for two months from December, 2015. The available data were 402 from collected 450 customers' data and they were analyzed by using SPSS 19.0. Result - These are the results of data analysis. First, environmental, personal and perceived factors influence on the motivations to dine out at Korean food restaurants which affect customer satisfaction. Next, selected attributes from Korean food restaurants have impacts on customer satisfaction. Third, motivations to dine out Korean food restaurants affect customer loyalty. Moreover, physical environments, curiosity and need satisfactions, which are the selected attributes, have impacts on customer loyalty. Lastly, it has been identified that customer satisfaction in Korean food restaurants influences customer loyalty. Conclusions - Satisfaction and good brand image of Jeon-Ju will increase customers' intention to revisit. This study has found that high customer satisfaction leads to re-visitation.

체험형 전시 콘텐츠의 프레즌스 경험과 효과에 관한 연구 (Presence Experience & Effect of the Experiential Exhibition Content)

  • 본 연구는 체험형 전시 콘텐츠 관람객의 프레즌스 경험과 이에 따른 효과, 재관람 의도에 대해 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 혜초의 여행기 왕오천축국전, 실크로드 문화유산을 소재로 한 체험형 전시 콘텐츠 관람객 246명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사결과, 콘텐츠 소재에 대한 이해 및 관심도는 프레즌스 경험에 영향을 미치지 않았으나 유사한 체험형 전시 관람 경험은 프레즌스 경험에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 아울러 전시 콘텐츠의 프레즌스 경험이 높을수록 프레즌스의 효과인 각성과 감동도 컸다. 그리고 프레즌스의 효과 중에서 감동은 재관람 의도에도 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 따라서 향후 체험형의 전시콘텐츠는 이용자들이 프레즌스를 체험하게 하는 기획, 제작, 전시가 필요하다는 사실을 확인하였다.

한식당 선택 시 인지된 위험 지각이 고객 행동 의도에 미치는 영향 - 중국인 유학생을 대상으로 - (A Study on the Effect of Perceived Risk in Choosing a Korean Restaurant on Customer Behavior - Based on Chinese Students Studying in Korea -)

  • 본 연구는 외국인이 한식당을 선택 시에 인지하는 위험 지각이 외국인 고객의 구매 의도에 있어서 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 외국인의 한식에 대한 관심도는 비교적 높은 편이며, 한식당 이용 시 인지하는 위험 지각은 부정적 측면 보다 긍정적 측면이 더 높게 나타나고 있다. 둘째, 외식 동기적인 측면에서는 신체적 위험과 심리적 위험 양자가 유의적인 차이를 보여주고 있다. 셋째, 외식 동기별로 고객 행동 의도에 대한 차이분석을 한 결과, 재방문 의도와 추천 의도에서 외식 동기와 선호하는 한식에 대해 유의한 차이를 보였다. 넷째, 위험 지각 요인들이 고객 행동 의도에 미치는 영향을 분석결과, 경제적 위험과 심리적 위험을 높게 지각할수록 고객 만족은 감소하는 것으로 보인다. 다섯째, 위험 지각 요인과 고객 행동 의도 간의 정준 상관분석을 실시한 결과, 위험 지각 요인과 고객행동 의도는 상관성을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 경제적, 기능적 위험 지각 요인과 추천 의도, 재방문 의도는 비교적 높은 상관관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 외국인들이 우리나라 한식당을 선택 시에 인지하는 경제적, 기능적, 심리적, 신체적, 사회적, 그리고 시간 손실 위험요소를 최소화하여 한국의 한식당 뿐 만 아니라 외국 현지의 한식당의 선택에 있어서 고객 만족이 이루어져 재방문으로 이어지도록 하는 전략 설정이 필요하다고 하겠다.
