  • Video learning through YouTube has emerged as one of the most widely used instructional methods, yet relatively little research has been conducted on YouTube video users' willingness to use or behavior, so it is important to examine how to make and keep users' willingness to continue learning and to improve their retention rate for effective online learning. With reference to perceived value theory and utilizing an ECM perspective, the authors construct a model of YouTube video continuous learning intention and investigate the influence of perceived value and satisfaction on users' willingness to use YouTube videos for continuous learning.

메타버스 관련 자기결정성이 내적 동기를 통해 지속적 이용 의도에 미치는 영향: 구성원 신뢰의 조절 효과 (The Effects of Metaverse Related Self-determination on Intention to Continuous Use Through Intrinsic Motivation: Moderating Effect of Member Trust)

  • 코로나19는 사회 구성원 간의 대면 네트워킹 활동을 최소화하는 것을 강요하고 있으며, 구성원들은 온라인 플랫폼 사용을 높이고 있다. 특히, 현실감을 강화한 가상 커뮤니티인 메타버스에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 사용자 관점에서 메타버스의 지속적 활용 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이에, 연구는 자기결정성 이론을 활용하여 메타버스 사용자의 지속적 이용 의도 향상에 미치는 매커니즘을 제시하고, 메타버스 구성원 간의 신뢰가 자기결정성과 동기 간의 관계를 조절하는 것을 확인한다. 연구는 메타버스를 사용한 경험이 있는 사람들을 대상으로 설문을 통해 353개의 표본을 확보하였으며, 구조방정식모델링을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 메타버스에 대한 개인의 자기결정성이 동일시, 즐거움과 같은 내적 동기를 형성하여 지속적 이용 의도에 영향을 주었으며, 메타버스 구성원 신뢰가 부분적으로 자기결정성과 동기간의 관계를 조절하였다. 연구의 결과는 메타버스 지속적 이용 의도 향상을 위한 사용자 및 환경 차원의 접근 방향을 제시함으로써, 메타버스 플랫폼의 지속성을 위한 전략 수립에 기여 한다.

디지털콘텐츠 OTT서비스의 지속사용의도에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors Affecting the Continuous Intention to Use Digital Content Over-the-Top Service)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that influence the pre-use expectation and the continuous usage intention of the OTT services. Methods: For empirical analysis, the survey for this study was administered with many anonymous people who had previously used any of the OTT services and valid 192 data were analyzed by SPSS and PLS-SEM. Results: The results of this study are as follows. Personalization and understandability in the information quality didn't significantly affect confirmation. Ease of use and search of the system quality significantly affected confirmation. Also, it was found that content diversity, content recency, and content playfulness as the characteristics of the content quality significantly affected the expectation confirmation. OTT service fees also significantly affected the expectation confirmation. It also significantly affected perceived usefulness and satisfaction. Finally, satisfaction positively influenced the continuouse intention to use. Conclusion: The findings of this empirical analysis shows that the specific characteristics related to the relationship of expectation confirmation, perceived usefulness, satisfaction, and continuous usage intention with respect to OTT services through the Post Acceptance Model (PAM). Because system quality, content quality, and service fees meeted users' expectations, OTT services need a strategy that can boost the users' positive perceptions or experiences by reinforcing these three factors.

자기결정성이론과 학습몰입이론을 적용한 MOOC 지속사용의도에 관한 연구 : 한·중 문화차이 분석 (A Study on the Intention of Continuous use of MOOC Applying Self-Determination Theory and Learning Flow Theory : Focused on Differences between Korean and Chinese Culture)

  • Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) is online education that anyone can register for free and has internet access. MOOC is also called Education Revolution and is spreading rapidly all over the world. Although recent MOOC high-quality classes may enhance the value of MOOC, MOOC learning still needs much research. Since MOOC has low learning completion rate and continuous use rate, various studies on the reasons that learners give up at the beginning of learning have not been tried yet This research is studied for the continuous intention of use of MOOC applying self-determination theory and learning flow theory based on technology acceptance model. In particular, the research are conducted for cultural difference in continuous usage of MOOC between Korean and Chinese. The research results show that self-determination theory applying perceived autonomy, perceived competence, and perceived relatedness and learning flow is useful to explain continuous use of MOOC. The research also shows that Hofstede theory works well in explaining the cultural difference between Korea and China in continuous usage of MOOC. The result shows that korean is more influenced by perceived external motivation like perceived usefulness and chinese is more influenced by internal motivation like learning flow in continuous use of MOOC.

  • 일반적으로 사람들은 다양한 정보기술에 대한 그들의 사용 경험을 전제로 정보기술을 수용하는 행위를 한다. 다시 말해, 사용자는 그들의 사용 경험을 통해 정보기술을 새롭게 지각하고 이러한 사용 경험은 정보기술에 대한 지속적 이용 의도에 영향을 준다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 이러한 배경을 근간으로 OTT 서비스에 대한 사용자 경험과 지속적 이용 의도의 관계에서 이용 만족의 매개효과를 알아보고자 하는 목적에서 진행되었다. 이를 위해 남·여 대학생 195명의 설문조사 데이터가 분석에 이용되었으며, SPSS Process macro를 통해 검증하였다. 분석결과 OTT 서비스에 대한 사용자 경험인 신뢰성, 사용성, 편리성, 유희성이 지속적 이용 의도와의 관계에서 이용 만족이 완전매개하고 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과는 OTT 서비스의 지속적 이용을 통한 고객 유지에 있어 사용자 경험과 이용 만족의 중요성에 대해 주목할 필요가 있음을 시사한다. 총체적으로 본 연구는 OTT 서비스에 대한 소비자의 효용을 높이고 기업의 경쟁력을 높이는 차원에서 사용자 경험과 이용 만족의 중요성을 확인하였으며 또한 본 연구를 발전시킬 심도 있는 향후 연구 방향에 대해 제언하였다.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to propose useful suggestions by analyzing causal effect relationship between sharing bicycle service quality, customer satisfaction, CSV, and continuos use intention in China. Methods: The collected data through the survey were analyzed using structure equation model analysis. The measurement tools used for this study were divided into four dimensions such as service quality, customer satisfaction, creating shared value, and continuous use intention. Results: The results of this study are as follows; regarding the influence of sharing bicycle service quality dimension on customer satisfaction(reliability and response), it was found that customer satisfaction was not significant on economic value. but it was significant on social value. It was found that social value made statistically significant influence on use intention. Conclusion: Sharing bicycle industry needs to activity of response to customer, and paying attention to view of social value for the sharing economy in the future.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze correlation of perceived cosmetics brand apps attributes and use intentions, mediating role of customer satisfaction, and relationship between customer satisfaction and continuous usage intention. Then provide basic data for development management strategy of beauty industry and enhancement of competitiveness corresponding to smart era. Methods: The questionnaires were surveyed by an online company(EMBRAIN). After data collection, frequency analysis was performed on the general attributes of questionnaire survey using SPSS 22.0, and data conclusions were derived by verifying reliability and validity of data and hypotheses. Results: First, perceived cosmetic brand app attributes have a positive effect on customer satisfaction, Second, perceived cosmetic brand app attributes have a positive effect on continuous usage intention. Third, customer satisfaction was found to have a mediating role in the effect of perceived cosmetic brand app attributes on continuous usage intention. Fourth, involvement proved to control the relationship between perceived cosmetic brand app attributes perceived interactivity and customer satisfaction. Finally, Involvement has proven to control the relationship between cosmetic brand app attributes perceived interactivity and continuous usage intention. Conclusion: Consumers buying products from cosmetics brand apps will be more likely to use cosmetics brand apps if they feel comfortable with calculation process, search, booking confirmation and payment methods.

스마트폰 뱅킹서비스의 지각된 위험과 지각된 즐거움이 지속적 사용의도에 미치는 영향 (Understanding Perceived Enjoyment, Perceived Risk and Intention to Use Smart phone Banking Services)

  • Recently, due to the proliferation of smartphones, users of mobile banking services which are based in wireless Internet without constraint of the time and places are significantly increased. In the study, considering the characteristics of mobile banking services based on the smartphone and the user behavior. we analyse the factors which have an effect on the behavioral intention to use mobile banking services based on the smartphone. For this purpose, we use the model which is based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and add two constructs:the perceived enjoyment and the perceived risk. A survey data for 194 students at the K cyber university is used for statistical analysis. As a result, the perceived ease of use affects the perceived usefulness and the perceived enjoyment, and the perceived ease of use. And the perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment affect continuous intention to use. On the other hand, the hypothesis which the perceived risk would affect adversely the continuous intention to use is rejected. Through this study, we expect to provide the useful implications for the smartphone banking services and contribute to the development of strategy for them.

  • 소셜 커머스에서 정보품질의 중요성에도 불구하고 소셜 커머스가 최근에 등장한 사회적 현상인 관계로 정보품질의 관점에서 심층적인 실증 연구나 학문적 접근이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 소셜 커머스 소비자의 만족과 지속적 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 정보품질에 초점을 맞추어 살펴보고자 한다. 구체적으로 소셜 커머스가 제공하는 상품, 가격, 서비스, 판매자와 관련된 정보품질이 소비자의 만족도와 지속적 이용의도에 미치는 구조적 관계에 대해 확인해 보고자 하는 것이 본 연구의 주요한 목적이다. 연구 결과에 따르면 가격 정보품질을 제외한 상품, 고객서비스, 판매자 정보품질은 소비자의 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 소셜 커머스에 대한 소비자의 만족은 지속적 이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 지속적으로 발전하는 소셜 커머스 시장에서 소비자 만족을 높이기 위한 전략적 시사점을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다.
