This study aims to reveal the various differences within the factors that influence use satisfaction, continuous use intention, and media substitution intention, specifically in regard to the use motives and use behaviors of Netflix viewers. This study's results demonstrate that the following various factors affected use satisfaction, continuous use intention, and media substitution intention in differential ways. Firstly, the diversity of content influenced use satisfaction to a greater degree than social relations; and the diversity of content, social relations, and active participation all positively influenced continuous use intention. In other words, the more positively users appreciated the diversity of content, and the more strongly they had social relations, and the more actively they participated within communities, the greater degree to which they increased their continuous use intention for Netflix. However, the diversity of content and the convenience of use also had a negative effect on the media substitution intention for Netflix, which means that the more diverse the content and the more convenient the use of Netflix, the fewer the number of users who intended to cancel Netflix and subscribe to another OTT service or resubscribe to traditional media sources.
The purpose of this study was to examine the potential predictors of leisure behavior intention using the theory of planned behavior(TPB). A convenience sample of 369 participants was obtained from university students in Korea and America. For the purposes of this study, potential predictors of leisure behavior intention were selected from the following categories: attitude, subject norm, perceived behavior control, group conformity and face saving. In order to better understand the dynamics of the TPB process that influenced leisure behavior intention, this study used structural equation modeling(SEM) to test the TPB model. According to the results, attitude, subject norm, and perceived behavior control influenced to leisure behavior intention of both Korean and American university students and face saving influenced to leisure behavior intention of Korean university students. However, group conformity did not influence to leisure behavior intention of either Korean and American university students. For future study, more specific and decomposed factors are recommended to understand leisure behavior intention in theoretical way.

The emotional reaction of hotel buffet restaurant's customer was classified by the positive and negative emotion. The all factors of hotel buffet restaurant's service quality had a positive impact on positive emotion, while it had a negative impact on negative emotion. The positive emotion reaction of hotel buffet restaurant's customer had a positive impact on the recommendation intention, while the negative emotion had a negative impact on the recommendation intention. And the negative emotion had a positive impact on the defection intention in hotel buffet restaurants. In addition, there were partially differences in the service quality and emotional reaction by general characteristics. There were significant differences in the recommendation intention by marriage status and monthly income. Therefore, the hotel buffet restaurants have to design a strategy of service for increasing customer's positive emotion and recommendation intention.
Purpose - This study analyzes effects of word of mouth intention of restaurant product via SNS on trust of products, purchase intention, and word of mouth intention targeting restaurant customers. Research design, data, and methodology - Targeting restaurant customers, 500 surveys were distributed in restaurants located in Seoul (where restaurants are clustered, such as Myeongdong, Dongdaemoon Station Shopping Center, and Sadangdong) between July 1st, 2016 and July 30th, 2016. Among those, 490 were collected, and 478 were used for analysis excluding those with no answer or insincere answers. Results - SNS word of mouth information characteristics had significant effects on trust of restaurant product in the order of vividness, neutrality, and timing. Trust on restaurant product has significant effect on perceived risks (-) and perceived benefits (+) by SNS. While perceived benefits of restaurant product on SNS has effect on purchase intention, perceived risks of restaurant product on SNS does not affect purchase intention. Perceived benefits of restaurant product on SNS has significant effect on word of mouth intention, whereas perceived risks of restaurant product on SNS does not have significant effect on word of mouth intention. Conclusions - As marketing through SNS can bring about a huge reduction effect in terms of marking cost, it can be utilized as an effective promotion by not only large restaurant corporations, but also small restaurants.
This study investigated the effect of consumers' shopping value in social commerce on consumers' fashion shopping satisfaction and future behavioral intention. Respondents were limited to consumers aged 20 to 39 who had recently purchased fashion products through social commerce over the last month. The final analysis used 318 samples. Descriptive statistics, Cronbach's alpha, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation model were conducted. The results are as follows. First, hedonic and utilitarian shopping value significantly influenced consumers' fashion shopping satisfaction in social commerce. Hedonic shopping value was more strongly related to fashion shopping satisfaction. Second, fashion shopping satisfaction in social commerce had an effect on behavioral intention and SNS word-of-mouth. Behavioral intention consisted of repurchase intention and recommend intention. SNS word-of-mouth intention represented word-of-mouth intention using SNS such as Facebook and Twitter. When consumers were satisfied with their shopping experience, they were willing to have re-patronage intentions and SNS word-of-mouth intention. The results suggested that social commerce should try to raise consumers' fashion shopping satisfaction in social commerce and offer a pleasant experience. Also, social commerce should try to be connected to SNS such as Facebook and Twitter to increase word-of-mouth intention.

This study examines the effects of SNS fashion influencer's authenticity on the followers' relationship maintenance intention and product purchase intention through the mediating role of fanship. In addition, influencer's attractiveness is proposed as a moderator affecting the authenticity on fanship; in addition, authenticity is operationalized as honesty and expertise. A written survey is developed for 181 female Instagram users. The analyses of the data yields the following findings. First, honesty has a positive effect on fanship, relationship maintenance intention and purchase intention, while expertise affects fanship and relationship maintenance intention, but does not have a significant effect on purchase intention. Second, honesty and expertise have a positive effect on follower behavior intention through the partial mediation of fanship. Third, social attractiveness and physical attractiveness have a significant effect on fanship. However, all interaction effects between authenticity and attractiveness are not significant. Unlike authenticity, attractiveness has no direct effect on follower behavior intention. This study verifies the critical role of authenticity for an influencer in the context of SNS marketing and commerce, as this factor leads to followers behavioral intention as well as fanship in both direct and mediated paths.

This study investigates customers' perceptions of untack services in the hospitality and foodservice industries based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The study first identifies Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Image as antecedents of customers' Behavioral Intention and Recommendation Intention. Second, the structural relationships among them are established and tested. The study adopts a self-administered survey method, uses SmartPLS 4.0, and applies a two-stage approach. After testing the reliability and validity of customers' 429 data on hospitality and foodservice, hypotheses were tested. The results showed that Perceived Ease of Use significantly affects Perceived Usefulness and Image. Perceived Usefulness significantly also affects Image and Behavioral Intention. The Image of untact services also significantly affects Behavioral Intention and Recommendation Intention. And Behavioral Intention significantly affects Recommendation Intention. Finally, the mediation effects are also all significant. The study's findings suggest that researchers and practitioners should consider the management of Image and Recommendation Intention in the untact service environment.
