소비자와 제공자가 자각하는 간호서비스와 측정도구에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Nursing Service Perceived by Consumers and Providers, and the Tool that Measures Nursing Service)

  • Purpose: This study was performed to measure the nursing service perceived value by consumer and providers, and to investigate the relationship among nursing service, general satisfaction and hospital revisiting intent, and to examinate the tools that measures nursing service's reliability, construct validity and usefulness. Method: The questionnaire was developed and distributed to 300 patients and 210 nurses at three general hospitals. For data analysis, SPSS/PC program was used. Result: The nursing service perceived value by providers is higher than that by consumers. There are distinctive difference in the expectation, and importance and performance values of the nursing service perceived. In examination of the relationship among nursing service, general satisfaction and hospital revisiting intent, nursing service has a deep relationship with general satisfaction, but doesn't have relationship with hospital revisiting intent. The tool that measures nursing service has a good reliability and construct validity. In analysis on the usefulness between the tools, SERVPERF tool is more useful than SERVQUAL tool. conclusion: The nursing service perceived value by consumer is different that by providers, and the tool that measures nursing service has a good reliability and construct validity. The SERVPERF tool is more useful than SERVQUAL tool.

컨버전스제품의 상대적 매력도와 채택의 영향요인 (Factors Affecting Relative Attractiveness and Adoption of Convergence Products)

  • Purpose This study reviews technology acceptance research in the information system area and consumer behavior research in the marketing area, sets characteristics of convergence products, personality of consumers and communication channels as main concepts and demonstrates their effects on 'relative level of attraction' and 'intent to adoption. Design/methodology/approach The survey was conducted against potential consumers who have the intent to purchase electric communication media products that provides a variety of functions and service, such as a smart TV, a tablet PC and a smart watch. All items were adapted from previous literature and revised as appropriate the purpose of this study and measured on a 7-point Likert scale with answer choices ranging from "strongly disagree" (1) to (7) "strongly agree." Totally, 300 respondents participated in the survey. Out of the 276 respondents, incomplete or invalid 24 were discarded. With them, SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 20.0 for structural equation modeling were used for the analysis. Findings Main findings are as followed;- First, it is found that 'interrelationship of technology' and 'functional diversification' of convergence products has positive effects on relative level of attraction. Second, perceived behavior control has significant effects on the intent to adoption convergence products. Third, communication through mass media has positive effects on making potential consumers feel attraction about products while there is no relationship with the intent to a. On the other hands, it is demonstrated that there is no relationship influential relationship between communication through interpersonal channels and relative level of attraction while communication through interpersonal channels has significant effects on the intent to adoption.

한방병원 환자 만족도 및 재이용 의사 결정요인 (Determinants of Patients Satisfaction and Intent to Revisit Oriental Medical Hospitals)

  • 본 연구는 한방병원 이용 환자들의 의료서비스 만족도와 재이용의사 결정요인을 파악하여 향후 한방병원 경쟁력 강화전략의 기초자료를 제공하고자 시행되었다. 의사, 간호사, 직원 등의 인적 서비스 요소와 진료과정, 진료비 청구, 병원내 환경, 병원내 시설, 입원생활 만족도 등의 인적 외 서비스 요소 등 총 8개의 요인별 만족도가 전반적 만족도와 재이용 의사에 직접적인 영향을 미치며 한편으로는 각 요인들이 전반적 만족도를 통하여 재이용의사에 간접적인 영향도 미친다는 하나의 경로모형을 분석의 기본틀로 설정하였다. 충남지역 한방 병원 3개소의 외래 및 입원환자 578명을 대상으로 2014년 10월부터 12월까지 구조화된 설문지로 자료를 조사하였다. 분석결과 유의한 변수는 외래의 경우 전반적 만족도, 의사의 진료, 진료과정에 대한 만족도이었으며, 입원의 경우에는 전반적 만족도, 병원시설, 진료비, 병동생활에 대한 만족도가 중요한 변수로 분석되었다.

병원직종별 이직의도에 관련된 영향요인 (Factors affecting the turnover intention of hospital employees by job category)

  • This study attempts to analyze the relationship between various job-related factors and the intent to turnover of employees working at different types of hospitals/clinics in urban and rural areas. The data was compiled from 1,506 employees in 21 hospitals and 10 clinics located in Kyung-gi Do. Korea, using a self-administered questionnaire. Major findings are as follows: 1) The intent to turnover was higher for the employees of small hospitals located in rural areas. It was also higher when the employees were less than 30 in age, female, single, had not received college education, and had worked for 2-5 years in their hospitals. 2) An important factor affecting the intent to turnover was job satisfaction, which in turn had a strong correlation with the job itself(opportunity of utilizing abilities and skills, subjective value attached to the current job, sense of accomplishment) and had a rather weak correlation with salary, supervision, promotion and co-worker relationship. 3) In the analysis by job category, it was found that, besides job satisfaction, the intent to turnover was significantly affected by the job itself in case of administrative personnel and by the level of salary in case of nurses. 4) For a successful management of turnover, hospitals need to develop (a) programs for improving adaptive abilities of 'new' employees(who have worked for less than 2 years), and (b) for the other employees(who have worked for more than 2 years), strategies for enhancing job satisfaction by providing the environment where they can show their maximum abilities.

여대생의 일가정 다중역할계획의도 예측모형 연구: 사회인지진로이론과 계획행동이론의 통합 (Predictive Model of the Intent of Work-Family Multiple-Role Planning among Female University Students: Integration of Social Cognitive Career Theory and Theory of Planned Behavior)

  • This study presents work-family multiple-role planning by female university students as a new approach to worklife balance. Accordingly, this study examines university years as a key time frame during which students establish their career paths. This study integrates the social cognitive career theory and the planned behavior theory to design and evaluate a model that explains the work-family multiple-role planning process; in addition, it develops an optimal model to predict the intentions of female university students in work-family multiple-role planning. This study has conducted a structural survey with 500 female university students. After inspecting the data, the responses of 435 participants were used in the data analysis (SEM) with SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. The findings include the following. First, suitability of predictive model presents a satisfying fit. The major factors in this study's model (parental support, subjective norms, attitudes toward multiple-role planning, career decision self-efficacy, and outcome expectations) are verified as direct and indirect predictors of the work-family multiple-role planning intent of female university students. Second, the strongest predictive factor for the work-family multiple-role planning intent is the social environment factor (subjective norms), indicating that the influence of social pressure on intent is relatively large. The predictive model formulated under this study's integrated theoretical framework supplements existing research that focused on attitudes toward multiple-role planning as well as provides a more profound theoretical foundation on which work-family multiple-role planning behaviors can be better understood.

사회복지 전공대학생의 정보보안 태도와 정보보안 행위와의 관계에서 개인의 낙관적 편견과 정보보안 의도의 이중 매개효과 (A Study on the Dual Mediating Effects of Individual Optimistic Bias and Information Security Intent in the Relationship between Information Security Attitude and Information Security Behavior of Social Welfare College Students)

  • 본 연구는 사회복지 전공대학생의 정보보안 태도와 정보보안 행위와의 관계에서 개인의 낙관적 편견과 정보보안 의도의 이중 매개효과가 있는지 실증 검증하는 데 있다. 사회복지 전공대학생 295명을 대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Process macro를 활용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계 분석, 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석, 부트스트랩을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 변인 간에는 모두 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 둘째, 정보보안 태도와 정보보안 행위의 관계에서 개인의 낙관적 편견과 정보보안 의도는 각각 단순 매개효과가 있었다. 셋째, 정보보안 태도와 정보보안 행위의 관계에서 개인의 낙관적 편견과 정보보안 의도를 동시 투입하였을 때 각각 단순 매개효과가 있었다. 넷째, 개인의 낙관적 편견과 정보보안 의도는 이중 매개효과가 있었다. 본 연구는 사회복지 전공대학생들의 정보보안에 대한 정보보안 태도, 개인의 낙관적 편견, 정보보안 의도, 정보보안 행위를 활용한 모델의 확장성과 사회복지 정보보안 교육을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하였다.

바르샤바협약상(協約上) Wilful Misconduct의 개념(槪念) (The Role of the ICAO in Implementing the FANS and its Applications in Air and space Law)

  • The concept of 'wilful misconduct" was initally used in article 25 of the Warsaw Convention of 1929. The concept was defined in the Hague Protocol, 1955, as having the following two differing concepts: i) "with the intent to cause damage" and ii) "recklessly and with the knowledge that damage would probably result." The concepts contained in the Hague Protocol were used in various international Conventions on carriage by sea, such as Article 2(e) and Article 3(4) of the Protocol adopted at Brussels on Feb. 23, 1968 to amend the International Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules of Law relating to Bills of Lading, signed at Brussels, Aug. 25, 1929(Hague-Visby Rules), Article 13 of the Athens Convention relating to the Carriage of Passengers and their Luggage by Sea, Dec. 13. 1974, Article 4 of the Convention on Limitation of Liability for Maritime Claims, 1976, Article 8(1) of the U.N. Convention on the Carriage of Goods by Sea, 1978(Hamburg Rules) and Article 21 (1) of the U.N. Convention on International Multimodal Transport of Goods, Geneva, 1980. The same concepts were also adopted in Article 746, 789-2(1), 789-3(2) of the Korean Maritime Commercial Law, revised in 1991. As of yet, the legal system of Korean Private Law recognizes only the concepts of "Vorsatz" and "grobe Nachlassigkeit", as is the case with German Private Law. The problem is that the concepts in the Convention do not coincide precisely with the concepts of "Vorsatz" and "grobe Nachlassigkeit". The author has conducted a comparative analysis of the treatment of the concepts of wilful misconduct and its varied interpretations, that is, "with the intent to cause damage" and "recklessly and with the knowledge that damage would probably result" in the Anglo-American law and in the continental European law in the following manner: 1. Background in which the concept of wilful misconduct was introduced in the Warsaw Convention. 2. The concept of "dol" in French private law. 3. The concepts of "Vorsatz" and "grobe Nachlassigkeit" in Korean private law. 4. Analysis of the concept of wilful misconduct in Anglo-American case law. 5. Analysis of the cases interpreting the concepts of "with intent to cause damage" and "recklessly and with knowledge that damage would probably result" in various jurisdictions. 6. The need to incorporate the concepts of "with the intent to cause damage" and "recklessly and with the knowledge that damage would probably result." 7. Faute inexcusable in French private law. Based upon the comparative analysis, the author points out the difference between the concepts of "wilful misconduct" or "with the intent to cause damage" and "Vorsatz", and between the concepts of "recklessly and with the knowledge that damage would probably result" and "grobe Nachlassigkeit" in the Convention and that of the Korean Private Law system. Additionally, the author emphasizes the importance of the unification in the interpretation of the provisions of the Conventions world wide.

Advertising Attributes of One-Person Media Distribution in Purchase Intent

  • Purpose: Mobile media is gaining ground as an independent and core platform, and corporate interest and the expectations forstrategic use are rising in one-person media. Therefore, this study aims to establish interactivity, entertainment, information, professionalism, and up-to-date as the sub-factors of one-person media advertising properties, and to study the effect of one-personmedia advertising attributes on purchasing intention. Research design, data, and method: After collecting data from a total of 202 people, including 106 men and 96 women with the online survey method, frequency analysis and regression analysis were conducted using SPSS 25.0. Results: Research has shown that information, professionalism, entertainment, and up-to-date have a significant influence on purchasing intent. In addition, although information and expertise are found to have a significant influence on trust which shows a direct impact on the purchasing intention, the results of verification for the effect of purchasing intent through the medium of trust found to be significant in entertainment, information and up-to-date. Conclusions: There is a difference in Professionalism and Entertainment between men and women. This study provided the suggestions for establishing the most effective measures and marketing strategies in producing one-person media advertisements.

치과의원에 근무하는 치과위생사의 이직의도 결정요인 (The Determinants of Intent to Leave of Dental Hygienists at Dental Clinics)

  • 본 연구는 치과의원에 근무하는 치과위생사의 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 유의한 변수들을 향후 치과의원의 이직으로 인한 치과의원의 경제적 손실과 구강진료의 생산성 저하요인의 발생을 예방하고 효율적인 인력활용 방안의 기초 자료로 활용하고자 시도 되었다. 자료 분석에 있어서는 SPSS Ver. 11.0을 이용하였으며, 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 독립변수와 이직의도간의 상관관계를 살펴 본 결과, 매개변수인 조직몰입도(-0.711)가 가장 유의성이 높았고, 보상의 공정성(-0.544), 외부취업기회(0.402), 의원장의 지원(-0.400), 자기 성장성(-0.399), 직무갈등(0.313), 직업 안정성(-0.305) 등의 변수가 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 유의한 상관관계를 보인 모든 변수들은 연구모형에서 예측한 정(+)과 부(-)의 인과관계가 모두 일치하였다. 2. 경로분석의결과, 조직몰입도(-0.711), 의원장의지원(-0.306), 직무만족도(-0.257), 외부취업기회(0.229), 긍정적 심성(-0.196), 직무 갈등(0.142), 직무 자율성(-0.106) 등이 유의한 총 효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다.

국가안보의식과 조직몰입도, 직업만족도가 특수경비원들의 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The multidimensional influence of commitment on national security, job satisfaction, and job commitment on intent to leave)

  • 특수경비원들의 이직의도는 국가안보와 관련된 산업과 시설들의 안전에 직 간접적인 문제를 일으킬 수 있다. 이는 이들의 높은 이직의도가 관련 산업에 새로운 고용 및 훈련 등을 통한 비용의 손실을 가져오는 측면뿐만 아니라 국가기간시설들에 대한 경비를 담당하고 있는 경우, 국가의 안보와 국민의 안전을 위협할 수 있는 요인이 될 수 있기 때문이다. 따라서 이 연구는 공항의 보안 및 안전과 치안을 담당하는 198여명의 신입특수경비원들을 대상으로 그들의 이직의도와 이에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 연구하였다. 이 연구의 목적은 이들의 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하는 데 있다. 보다 구체적으로 국가안보의식, 직업만족도, 그리고 직업몰입도가 이들의 이직의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는지를 분석하고자 하였다. 연구분석 결과, 특수경비요원들의 국가안보의식과 직업만족도 그리고 직업몰입도는 이들의 이직의도에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 직업만족도와 국가안보의식은 직업몰입도에 의해서 중재되어 간접적인 영향을 또한 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 이 연구에서는 일반적으로 이직의도와 관련된 것으로 알려졌던 성별, 나이, 그리고 교육의 정도는 유의미한 관련요인이 아닌 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이 연구의 결과를 통한 정책적 함의와 이 연구의 공헌점이 결론과 논의 부분에서 논의되었다.
