동계훈련이 폐기능에 미치는 영향(야구선수를 중심으로) (Effect of Pulmonary Function by Winter Intensive Training (baseball players))

  • To evaluate the effect of winter intensive training on pulmonary function in high school baseball players, comparisons of various ventilatory parameters were made before and 3-3.5 months of winter intensive tranining. The subjects were 18 members of a high school baseball players with mean age and career of 6.3 and 7.3 years, respectively. The following were mainly observed by spirometry for the study ; respiratory rate, vital capacity(VC), maximum voluntary ventilation(MVV), forced vital capacity (FEV1%) and forced mid-expiratory flow (FEF25-75%). The result obtained are summarized as follow. 1) Resipratory rate, tidal volume, forced vital capacity, 1FEV%, FEF50% and FEF75% showed no significant difference between before and after. 2) MVV in after was significantly(p<0.001) increased to 166 L/min comparing with 136L/min in before. 3) 1FEV in after was significantly(p<0.05) increased to 4.46L comparing with 3.76L in before. 4) PEF in after was significantly(p<0.05) increased to 10.40 L/sec comparing with 9.18 L/sec in before.

남자 대학 태권도 겨루기 선수의 8주간 고강도 동계 훈련 시 L-아르기닌 섭취가 경기수행능력, 젖산, 젖산탈수소효소 및 암모니아에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Intake L-Arginine on Athletic Performance, Lactate, Lactate Dehydrogenase and Ammonia in Male College Taekwondo Kyorugi Players during an 8-Week Intensive Winter Training)

  • 본 연구는 8주간의 고강도 동계 훈련 시 L-아르기닌 섭취가 남자 대학 태권도 겨루기 선수의 경기수행능력, 젖산, 젖산탈수소효소 및 암모니아에 미치는 영향을 구명하기 위해 L-아르기닌 섭취군(n=14), 위약군(n=14)으로 구분하여 실시하였다. L-아르기닌 섭취군은 일일 아침 1 g, 점심 1 g, 저녁 1 g으로 총 3 g 섭취하였고 위약군은 말토덱스트린을 동일한 방법으로 섭취하였다. 8주간의 동계 훈련 프로그램은 70-90%HRR로 실시하였다. 측정된 자료의 L-아르기닌 섭취군과 위약군 간의 그룹 및 시기 간 상호작용 효과는 two-way repeated measures ANOVA, 그룹 내 시기 간 차이는 paired t-test를 사용하였으며, 그룹 간 차이는 independent t-test를 사용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 TAAA (Taekwondo-specific aerobic anaerobic agility) test를 통한 경기수행능력 중 평균 발차기 수에서 그룹×시기 간 상호작용 효과가 나타났으며 그룹 간 주효과가 나타났다(p<.05). 또한, 발차기 피로지수에서 그룹×시기 간 상호작용 효과가 나타났다(p<.05). 한편, 젖산에서는 시기 간 주효과가 나타났으며(p<.05) 젖산탈수소효소에서 상호작용 효과 및 시기 간 주효과 나타났다(p<.05). 암모니아의 경우 그룹×시기 간 상호작용 효과가 나타났다(p<.05). 이러한 결과는 남자 대학 태권도 겨루기 선수의 고강도 훈련 후 피로에 쉽게 노출되는 선수들에게 L-아르기닌 섭취로 인해 체내 피로 유발 물질들을 신속하게 제거하는 데 긍정적인 역할을 할 수 있다고 사료된다. 따라서 고강도 엘리트 태권도 겨루기 운동선수의 경기수행능력 향상과 피로 회복 방법으로 L-아르기닌 섭취를 권장한다.

조정 종목 상비군 선수의 훈련기 신체구성 및 영양섭취에 관한 연구 (A Study of Body Composition and Energy Intake for Intensive Training Period on Junior Rowing Team Players)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide the basic information on nutritional condition for improving performance of the national junior rowing team players(male n=17, female n=14). To attain this purpose, their body composition and energy intake situations were investigated during their three-week winter training camp. Measurement of body composition measured by the interval, and two days, and dietary intake in this study to investigate the type and amount of food, the researchers measured directly, and then refer to the record subjects to investigate the dietary intake and the adoption of a Weighing Method. The result is as follows. During training, body composition due to the high intensity training to maintain a properly balanced diet is the consumption of energy, weight and body composition has a positive influence. The male players' average energy intake is 5,951.6 kcal(72.6 kcal/kgBW, 150%), the rate of the three main nutrients, carbohydrate, fat, protein, is 72.6 : 8.7 : 18.7 respectively. For the female, the average energy intake is 3,685.6 kcal(51.8 kcal/kgBW, 121%), and the rate of the three main nutrients is 76.3 : 8.5 : 15.2. Both of male and female were taken sufficient Vitamin, mineral and other nutrient according to %RI(recommended intake). Based on the results of a survey of elite athletes and nutrition management and the systematic introduction and review of the program in conjunction with a professional nutritionist would need, and can also be applied to expand the school to the scene, the reality of the program review and development of qualified need.
