정보보안 종사자의 감정노동과 업무성과 간의 구조적 관계에 대한 융합연구 (A Convergence Study on the Structural Relationships among Emotional Labor and Work Performance of Information Security Professionals)

  • 본 연구는 정보보안 종사자의 감정노동과 업무성과 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여, 정보보안 종사자 176명을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하여 구조방정식모형 (SEM)을 이용해 수집된 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, 감정표현 규칙에서 빈도, 강도와 다양성은 심층행동에 긍정적인 영향을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 표면행동도 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 감정노동이 업무성과에 미치는 영향에 있어서 심층행동은 긍정적인 관계를, 표면행동도 유의적인 정적 관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 보안 종사자의 감정적 측면이 업무성과에 미치는 영향력을 파악하는데 의미를 두고 있으며, 심층행동의 감정노동 역량 제고를 위한 훈련과 교육이 지속적으로 요구됨을 시사하고 있다.

중증장애인 활동보조인의 근골격계 통증과 삶의 질에 미치는 영향요인 (Factors Associated with Musculoskeletal Pain and Quality of Life among Personal Assistants for People with Severe Disabilities)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to identify factors related with demographic and work characteristics that affect musculoskeletal pain and quality of life among personal assistants for people with severe disabilities. Methods: The subjects were recruited among personal assistant for people with severe disabilities who participated in refresher training held in K-si, Gyeonggi-do Province through convenience sampling. Using a survey instrument developed by the authors, subjects responded to questionnaires concerning muscluloskeletal pain and quality of life. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS 21.0. Basically, collected data was analyzed in terms of frequency, t-test or ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. Results: Total years of work experience and subjective physical workload were associated with the number of pain sites and intensity. Additionally, for quality of life, subjective physical workload was related in the regression model. Conclusions: Based on this study, we identified that characteristics of work affected the musculoskeletal pain and quality of life of personal assistants for the severely disabled, and suggested improvement of the working environment, including musculoskeletal pain prevention education programs during the refresher education for assistants to the severely disabled.

수정된 오스웨스트리 허리기능 장애 설문지의 라쉬분석: 산업장에서의 업무관련 요통환자를 대상으로 (Application of Rasch Analysis to the Modified Oswestry Low Back Pain Disability Questionnaire for Work-Related Low Back Pain Patients)

  • The purposes of this study were to assess and modify the original classification categories of the modified Oswestry Low Back Pain Disability Questionnaire (ODQ) and to determine the unidimensionality of the modified ODQ applying Rasch Analysis. The data were obtained from 108 work-related low back pain patients by physical therapists. Construct validity of the scale using the Rasch model required the structure of the rating scale to be modified from 6 response levels to 4 response levels. Eight items from the modified ODQ fit the Rasch model. The items, "pain intensity" and "social life" showed misfit statistics. In general, the order of item difficulty of the remaining 8 items showed a logical item difficulty hierarchy with the "changing degree of pain" item being the most difficult and the "walk" item being the easiest. The results showed that further study is needed to expand the construct of ODQ including additional higher-level items related to work activities. This study may be useful for establishing a standard method to assess the functionality of low back pain patients.

의료조직의 고성과업무체계가 의료진의 서비스인식에 미치는 영향 (Effects of high-performance work system in healthcare facilities on service perception of staffs)

  • In this study, we examined the effects of high-performance work system(HPWS) on healthcare staffs' patient orientation and perceived service quality. To investigate the causalities of the factors such as HPWS, patient orientation, and perceived service quality, we collected national wide samples of 721 healthcare staffs from 144 hospitals. We deployed reliability analysis(Cronbach ${\alpha}$) and confirmatory factor analysis(CFA) for the factors. With 4 proposed hypotheses, we fabricated a structural equation model with AMOS 7.0 and examined the validity of the hypotheses. Followed were findings of this study. First, the healthcare staffs' perceptions of HPWS in hospital settings were positively linked to the perceived service quality. Second, the intensity of HPWS also influenced the healthcare staffs' patient orientation. Third, the perceptions of patient orientation were positively linked to the perceptions of service quality. Fourth, HPWS were linked to healthcare staffs` perceptions of service quality both directly and indirectly through their perceptions of patient orientation. These findings implied that HPWS would be a way of survival in drastically changing hospital environments.

Exploring the Working Mechanisms of Digital Shadow Work in Chinese Music Streaming Application Use: A Longitudinal Approach Using the Grounded Theory Method

  • Through Information and Communication Technology (ICT), the growth of music streaming platforms has revolutionized music consumption. "Digital Shadow Work" (DSW) refers to unpaid labor in digital spaces, with some prior research on its aspects. However, a comprehensive understanding is hindered by limitations in existing studies such as a lack of universality and dynamic exploration. To address these gaps and enable a comprehensive investigation into the role of DSW within highly versatile digital applications such as digital streaming platforms, this study employs a grounded theory methodology, a qualitative approach well-suited for exploring the intricacies of DSW among users of Chinese music streaming applications over a two-month period, involving longitudinal interviews with nine participants. The study findings elucidate the dynamic nature of DSW perceptions, which fluctuate across different stages of use and change in intensity over time. This study uncovers mixed attitudes towards DSW tasks, and observes a waning enthusiasm for social features over time, prompting some users to consider switching platforms. This study highlights the importance of thoughtful and user-centric feature development to enhance user satisfaction and the understanding of DSW, providing practical design and enhancement implications for music streaming applications.

바우처 제도의 이용자 선택권 강화가 돌봄노동자에게 미친 영향과 그 의미 (Enhanced User Choice of Voucher Program and its Impact and Implications on Care Worker)

  • 본 연구는 이용자 선택권 강화 맥락에 초점을 두고 바우처 도입 이후 돌봄노동자에게 나타난 변화를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 바우처 도입 이후 돌봄노동자들의 고용, 해고, 노동강도 등에 서비스 이용자들이 미치는 영향력이 강화됨에 따라 돌봄노동자들은 노동지위의 취약화와 노동 의미와 상실, 돌봄노동자로서의 정체성 혼란 등 '노동소외'를 경험하는 것으로 나타났다. 돌봄노동자의 노동소외는 사회서비스 질 향상에 부정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인으로 양질의 사회서비스 공급을 위해서는 서비스 이용자의 권리 향상과 더불어 돌봄노동자의 인권 및 노동권 보호 논의가 함께 이루어져야 함을 제안하였다.

  • 뿌리산업의 유해한 작업 환경과 높은 작업 강도는 작업자의 건강에 영향을 미칠 수 있기 때문에 기존에는 유해한 물질로부터 현장 작업자를 보호하기 위해 반년 단위로 작성한 환경을 측정하여 규제하고 있다. 그러나 작업환경 외에 작업자 건강 상태 등에 대해서는 정량화된 관련 기준이 부재하여 상시로 피해를 주는 임계치 이하 유해 물질의 지속적인 노출에 따른 직업병을 예방하는데 어려움이 상존하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기계학습을 이용한 뿌리산업 작업 환경의 위험도 피크레벨 결정방법을 제안하고 이를 토대로 작업장의 실시간 안전 평가를 가능하게 하였다.

항공교통관제사의 안전문화와 업무복잡성 완화전략의 관계성 연구: 안전문화의 내재적 및 외재적 수준 측정도구를 활용하여 (A Study on the Relationship between Air Traffic Controllers' Safety Culture and Their Complex Mitigation Strategies: Using a Safety Culture Measurement Tool with Intrinsic and Extrinsic Levels)

  • Due to recent increased air traffic,, air traffic controllers in charge of en-route and approach control have faced huge increase in both workload and its intensity. The purpose of this paper is to analyze how much safety culture of air traffic controllers has effect on their complexity mitigation strategies during their duties. It could be expected complexity mitigation improve air traffic flow resulting in enhancing safety eventually. According to empirical analysis against air traffic controllers in civil aviation and air force in South Korea, it was proven safety culture had a statistically positive effect on complex mitigation strategies through safety behavior. In safety culture among air traffic controllers, intrinsic culture had a positive effect on extrinsic value of safety culture. Intrinsic value of safety culture led to air traffic controllers' safety behavior which created work complexity mitigation strategies. Among work complexity mitigation strategies, communication and cooperation was proven to be the most important factor effected by safety culture and behavior. It was implied that enhancing the intrinsic values of safety culture would cause to improve extrinsic safety culture and air traffic controller's work efficiency.

  • 파괴역학에서 최근의 연구들은 균열체의 강도를 해석함에 있어서 균열선단 주위의 탄성 에너지 해방용, 균열확장력 그리고 응력장의 특성 등에 대한 지식을 요구하고 있다. 이런 연구들의 주안점은 에너지율, 응력장 그리고 탄성이방성체의 여러가지 경우들을 설명하는 데 있다. 철근콘크리트, 목재, 박층구조 그리고 각각의 방향으로 성질을 가지는 탄성체들은 대부분 직교이방성이다. 본 연구에서는 균열선단에 특이요소를 사용하고 균열선단 부근에서 아주 세밀한 요소를 사용하여 직교이방성 탄성체의 응력확대계수를 결정 하였다. 본 연구에서 응력확대계수를 구하기 위해 변위상관법을 사용하였으며 타 논문의 결과와 잘 일치함을 알 수 있었다.

Damage detection in steel structures using expanded rotational component of mode shapes via linking MATLAB and OpenSees

  • When a building suffers damages under moderate to severe loading condition, its physical properties such as damping and stiffness parameters will change. There are different practical methods besides various numerical procedures that have successfully detected a range of these changes. Almost all the previous proposed methods used to work with translational components of mode shapes, probably because extracting these components is more common in vibrational tests. This study set out to investigate the influence of using both rotational and translational components of mode shapes, in detecting damages in 3-D steel structures elements. Three different sets of measured components of mode shapes are examined: translational, rotational, and also rotational/translational components in all joints. In order to validate our assumptions two different steel frames with three damage scenarios are considered. An iterative model updating program is developed in the MATLAB software that uses the OpenSees as its finite element analysis engine. Extensive analysis shows that employing rotational components results in more precise prediction of damage location and its intensity. Since measuring rotational components of mode shapes still is not very convenient, modal dynamic expansion technique is applied to generate rotational components from measured translational ones. The findings indicated that the developed model updating program is really efficient in damage detection even with generated data and considering noise effects. Moreover, methods which use rotational components of mode shapes can predict damage's location and its intensity more precisely than the ones which only work with translational data.
