교통망 관찰과 도시 특징지도를 위한 퍼지영역 온톨로지 기반 오피니언 마이닝 (Fuzzy Domain Ontology-based Opinion Mining for Transportation Network Monitoring and City Features Map)

  • 트래픽 혼잡이 도심지역에서는 급속히 증가하고 있다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위하여 유용한 핵심 정보를 사용하여 트래픽 상황을 신속하게 인지할 수 있는 실시간 그리고 지능적인 방안이 필요하다. 본 연구는 실시간 교통망을 관찰하고 여행자를 위한 도시의 극성 지도를 구축하기 위하여 퍼지기반 오피니언 마이닝 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 도시의 교통 상황에 관련한 트위터 및 리뷰를 추출하고, 특징 오피니언을 추출하여, 퍼지기반 오피니언 마이닝 시스템를 사용하여 교통 및 도시의 특징적 극성을 규명한다. $Prot{\acute{e}}g{\acute{e}}$ OWL 과 자바를 사용하여 퍼지기반 오피니언 마이닝 시스템과 그 지능형 프로토타입을 개발한다. 실험을 통하여 트위트 및 리뷰의 분석과 오피니언 마이닝 측면에서 성능이 개선됨을 확인하였다.

  • The camera cellular phone has a large portion of cellular phone market in recent year. The variety of a customer demand makes a fast model change and the spatial resolution is changed from VGA to multi-mega pixel. The 1.3 mega pixel (MP) camera cellular phone was first released into the Korean market in October 2003. The major cellular phone companies released a 2MP camera cellular phone that supports zoom function and a 2MP camera cellular phone is settled down with the Korea cellular phone market. It makes a keen competition in price and demands automation for phone camera module. There is an increasing requirement for the automatic assembly to correspond to a fast model change. The hard automation techniques that rely on dedicated manufacturing system are too inflexible to meet this requirement. Therefore in this study, this system is designed with the flexibility concept in order to cope with phone camera module change. The system has a same platform that has X-Y-Z motion or X-Z motion with ${\mu}m$order accuracy. It has a special gripper according to the type of a component to be put together. If the camera model changes, the gripper may be updated to fit for the camera module. The controller of this system acquires the data sets that have the information about the assembly part by the tray. This information is obtained ahead of an inspection step. The controller excludes an inferior part to be assembled by using this information to diminish the inferior goods. The assembly jig used in this system has a function of self adjustment that reduces the tact time and also diminish the inferior goods. Finally, the intelligent assembly system for phone camera module will be designed to get a flexibility to meet model change and a high productivity with a high reliability.

  • In shipbuilding industry, welding position are usually flat and vertical position at the erection stage. Application of SAW and EGW for these positions makes it possible to achieve enhanced productivity and high quality. But owing to their large size and weight it is difficult to apply these techniques in short and narrow regions. To overcome this problem, our company developed light weight and compact size 4-axis welding carriage which perform 3D weaving. The purpose of this study is to explain the development and application of intelligent welding carriage using 3D weaving pattern that can fill a large amount of welds and thereby making it possible to achieve high quality of welding. This study shows 3D weaving pattern, development of weaving database, and skill of adaptive control response for the variable gap. Also, it shows the results of procedure qualification test for the AH-grade steel when applied to the intelligent welding carriage.

  • 지능형 사이버 공격으로 인한 피해는 시스템 운영 중단과 정보 유출뿐만 아니라 엄청난 규모의 경제적 손실을 동반한다. 최근 사이버 공격은 공격 목표가 뚜렷하며, 고도화된 공격 도구와 기법을 활용하여 정확하게 공격 대상으로 침투한다. 이러한 지능적인 사이버 공격으로 인한 피해를 최소화하기 위해서는 사이버 공격이 공격 대상의 핵심 시스템까지 침입하지 못하도록 공격 초기 또는 과정에서 차단해야 한다. 최근에는 빅데이터나 인공지능 기술을 활용하여 사이버 공격 경로를 예측하고 위험 수준을 분석하는 보안 기술들이 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 자동화 사이버 공격 경로 예측 시스템 개발을 위한 기초 메커니즘으로 공격 트리와 RFI 기법을 활용한 사이버 공격 경로 분석 방법을 제안한다. 공격 트리를 활용하여 공격 경로를 가시화하고 각 공격 단계에서 RFI 기법을 이용하여 다음 단계로 이동할 수 있는 경로를 판단한다. 향후에 제안한 방법을 기반으로 빅데이터와 딥러닝 기술을 활용한 자동화된 사이버 공격 경로 예측 시스템의 메커니즘으로 활용할 수 있다.

중소기업 스마트 공장 확장성 사례연구 (A Case Study on Smart Factory Extensibility for Small and Medium Enterprises)

  • Smart factories can be defined as intelligent factories that produce products through IoT-based data. In order to build and operate a smart factory, various new technologies such as CPS, IoT, Big Data, and AI are to be introduced and utilized, while the implementation of a MES system that accurately and quickly collects equipment data and production performance is as important as those new technologies. First of all, it is very essential to build a smart factory appropriate to the current status of the company. In this study, what are the essential prerequisite factors for successfully implementing a smart factory was investigated. A case study has been carried out to illustrate the effect of implementing ERP and MES, and to examine the extensibilities into a smart factory. ERP and MES as an integrated manufacturing information system do not imply a smart factory, however, it has been confirmed that ERP and MES are necessary conditions among many factors for developing into a smart factory. Therefore, the stepwise implementation of intelligent MES through the expansion of MES function was suggested. An intelligent MES that is capable of making various decisions has been investigated as a prototyping system by applying data mining techniques and big data analysis. In the end, in order for small and medium enterprises to implement a low-cost, high-efficiency smart factory, the level and goal of the smart factory must be clearly defined, and the transition to ERP and MES-based intelligent factories could be a potential alternative.

  • The scopes of the supply chain management in construction projects has expanded from the field management focusing on field storage, transportation, and lifting to the whole supply chain from the materials to field. The expansion of the supply chain management can raise the possibilities of leaner production, which enables shortened lead time of the difficult-to-operate materials, and prevents the work interference or delay. However, the expanded management range requires more information and management than an existing management style currently used for factory production of iron frame, curtain wall, PC, etc. In addition, there are limitations that expand the existing management style into the new supply chain management in construction projects and therefore it is required to automate the existing management style in order to extend the management range. The objective of this study is to propose the process and equipment that can manage the supply chain of the materials which range from the factory production to the field storage based on RFID/USN techniques, introducing small-sized transportation equipment(intelligent pallet), the vehicle tool kit(intelligent trailer), and in-and-out management equipment(Gate Sensor) as a prototype to effectively develop the appliances for operating the proposed process, and present the application possibility of the appliances. The full paper will present then the test results that the proposed appliances for the supply chain management automatically transmit and receive the generated information between the appliances or the appliance and sever under various wireless network circumstances such as zigbee, wibro, Wi-Fi, and CDMA.

스태킹 앙상블 기법을 활용한 고속도로 교통정보 예측모델 개발 및 교차검증에 따른 성능 비교 (Development of Highway Traffic Information Prediction Models Using the Stacking Ensemble Technique Based on Cross-validation)

  • 정확도가 높은 교통정보 예측은 지능형교통체계(intelligent transport systems, ITS)를 통한 교통 시설 이용자들의 혼잡 경로 회피 안내 등에서 활용되는 중요한 기능이다. 정확한 교통정보예측을 위해 다양한 딥러닝 모델들이 발전되어 왔다. 최근에는 앙상블 기법을 활용하여 다양한 모델들의 장단점을 결합하여 예측 정확도와 안정성을 높이고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 다양한 딥러닝 모델들을 활용하여 교통정보 예측 모델을 개발하였으며, 개발된 딥러닝 모델들을 스태킹 앙상블(stacking ensemble)하여 성능을 개선하였다. 개별 모델들은 교통량 예측에서 10% 이내의 오차율을, 속도 예측에서 3% 이내의 오차율을 보였다. 앙상블 모델은 교차검증을 수행하지 않았을 때, 타 모델과 비교하여 더욱 높은 정확도를 보였다. 교차검증을 수행한 앙상블 모델은 장기예측에서 타 모델보다 균일한 오차율을 보이는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 전자 기술과 반도체 기술의 발달로 인해서 제품은 다양한 지적인 기능을 갖게 되었다. 그러나 이러한 다양한 기능 때문에 사용자는 제품의 형태만으로 그 제품의 사용에 관한 정보를 얻기가 불가능해졌다. 이런 상황에서 사용자 인터페이스 디자인은 점점 더 중요하게 되었다. 그러나 이 분야의 연구방법은 주로 컴퓨터 프로그램의 사용자 인터페이스 디자인 개발을 위한 것이고, 여러 대안을 개발한 후 이를 평가하는 단계에서 사용될 수 있는 방법이다. 따라서 본 연구는 제품에 적합한 사용자 인터페이스 디자인을 개발하는데 적용될 수 있는 모델 링 기법을 개발하는 것으로 목표로 한다. 먼저 모델 링 기법의 본질을 이해한 후, 여러 가지 모델 링 기법을 고찰하고 각 기법의 장단점을 파악한다. 그리고 이런 장단점을 바탕으로 개발될 모델 링 기법의 목표를 설정한다. 그 목표를 기반으로 제품의 사용자 인터페이스 디자인에 적합한 모델 링 기법을 제안하고, 이를 실제 제품에 적용하여 제안된 모델 링 기법의 적용 방법을 예시하고 그 기법의 효용성과 장단점을 파악한다.

Techniques for dental implant nanosurface modifications

  • PURPOSE. Dental implant has gained clinical success over last decade with the major drawback related to osseointegration as properties of metal (Titanium) are different from human bone. Currently implant procedures include endosseous type of dental implants with nanoscale surface characteristics. The objective of this review article is to summarize the role of nanotopography on titanium dental implant surfaces in order to improve osseointegration and various techniques that can generate nanoscale topographic features to titanium implants. MATERIALS AND METHODS. A systematic electronic search of English language peer reviewed dental literature was performed for articles published between December 1987 to January 2012. Search was conducted in Medline, PubMed and Google scholar supplemented by hand searching of selected journals. 101 articles were assigned to full text analysis. Articles were selected according to inclusion and exclusion criterion. All articles were screened according to inclusion standard. 39 articles were included in the analysis. RESULTS. Out of 39 studies, seven studies demonstrated that bone implant contact increases with increase in surface roughness. Five studies showed comparative evaluation of techniques producing microtopography and nanotopography. Eight studies concluded that osteoblasts preferably adhere to nano structure as compared to smooth surface. Six studies illustrated that nanotopography modify implant surface and their properties. Thirteen studies described techniques to produce nano roughness. CONCLUSION. Modification of dental osseous implants at nanoscale level produced by various techniques can alter biological responses that may improve osseointegration and dental implant procedures.
