This study aims at expressing the correlation of 'creativity' and 'emotional intelligence' in cartoon expression learning through literary research and correlation analysis. Analyses were made on each sub-factor for the self emotional intelligence evaluation and the creativity evaluation made by experts through cartoon expressions by elementary school students, who are the learners. Studies on preceding research showed that creativity and emotional intelligence had a correlation and that it is common preception that higher creativity is equivalent to higher emotional intelligence. However, results of correlation analysis in this study showed that while there is a relation between creativity evaluation and emotional intelligence in cartoon expression learning, not all factors were correlated. Furthermore, the results of emotional evaluation of the upper and lower group learners did not show similar results in the creativity evaluation. Through this study, it can be said that for emotional intelligence and creativity factors, finding the appropriate emotional intelligence development method would be the way to enhance creativity. Therefore, in order to develop creativity through cartoon expression learning, systematic research should be performed for extracting the relative emotional intelligence factors.
The age of the $4^{th}$ Industrial revolution characterized with artificial intelligence leads to increased interest in emotional aspects representing humanity as counterpart competence to the digital literacy, As the educational model to foster emotional intelligence, noticed is 'maker education based on design thinking process,' since it cultivates the spirits of empathy, intuitive thinking, collaboration, communication, sharing, and openness. In this context, this study aimed to examine relationship between the educational model and emotional intelligence. For this purpose, a case study has been conducted with 37 undergraduate students in an University general education class, and the results of data collection and analysis confirmed positive influences of the program in enhancing most components of the emotional intelligence.

Efforts are being made to prevent traffic accidents within the child protection zone. Efforts are being made to prevent accidents by enacting safety facilities and laws to prevent traffic accidents in the school zone. However, traffic accidents in school zones continue to occur. If the driver can know the situation in the child protection zone in advance, accidents can be reduced. In this paper, we design a camera that eliminates blind spots in school zones and a number recognition camera system that can collect pre-traffic information. Design a LIDAR system that recognizes vehicle speed and pedestrians. Design an LED guidance system that delivers information to drivers without smart devices. We study time series analysis and artificial intelligence algorithms that collect and process pedestrian and vehicle information recognized by cameras and LIDAR. In the artificial intelligence traffic accident prevention system learned by deep learning, before entering the school zone, the school zone information is sent to the driver through the Force Push Service and the school zone information is delivered to the driver on the LED sign. try to reduce accidents.
This paper presents a new hybrid serial-parallel robot(HSPR), which has six degrees of freedom driven by ball screw linear actuators and motored joints. This hybrid robot design presents a compromise between high rigidity of fully parallel manipulators and extended workspace of serial manipulators. The hybrid robot has a large, singularity-free workspace and high stiffness. Therefore, the presented kinematic structure of the hybrid robot is particularly suitable for multi-tasking machining processes such as milling, drilling, deburring and grinding. In addition to the machining processes, the hybrid robot can be used for welding, fixturing, material handling and so on. The study on design of the hybrid robot is performed. A kinematic analysis and mechanism description of the hybrid robot with six-controlled degree of freedom is presented. In the virtual design works by DADS, workspace and force analysis are discussed. A numerical model is treated to demonstrate our analysis and to determine the range of permissible extension of the struts. Also, we determine some important design parameters for the hybrid robot.

Media utilization in colleges of education in Nigeria is compulsory to train pre-service teachers. Psychological variables (emotional intelligence, and self-efficacy) and media improvisation were investigated on media resources utilization among lecturers in colleges of education in the South-West, Nigeria. The descriptive design was adopted and multi-staged procedure was used to select 812 (493 males; 319 females). Emotional intelligence (r = 0.79), media improvisation (r = 0.71), self-efficacy (r = 0.85 and media resources utilization r = 0.96) scales were used for data collection. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson product moment at 0.05 level of significance. The level of emotional intelligence, self-efficacy and media improvisation were high. Significant relationship existed among: emotional intelligence (r = 0.42), Media improvisation (r = 0.46) and Teaching self-efficacy (r = 0.31) to media resources utilization. It recommended that lecturers' emotional intelligence, self-efficacy and media improvisation are to be promoted in colleges of education.

Artificial intelligence has been used in the configuration design stage of high-speed train. The traction system of a high-speed train is composed of transformers, motor blocks, and traction motors of which locations and number in the trainset should be determined in the early stage of the train conceptual design. Components of the traction system are heavy parts in the train, so it gives strong influence to the top speeds and overall train configuration of high-speed trains. Top speeds have been predicted using the neural network with the associated data of the traction system. The neural networks have been learned with data sets of many commercially operated high-speed trains, and the predicted results have been compared with the actual values. The configuration design of the train set of a high-speed train determines the basic specification of the train and layout of the traction system. The neural networks is a useful design tool when there is not sufficient data for the configuration design and we need to use the existing data of other train for the prediction of trainset in development.
