Today the system of higher education needs significant reforms. Intellectualization of the educational process in HEIs aims to improve the quality of educational services. Intellectual information technologies are information technologies that help a person to accelerate the analysis of the political, economic, social, and technical situation, as well as the synthesis of management decisions. The basis for their mastery is information and communication technologies. The purpose of the research work is to identify the relationship between the introduction of information and communication technologies and the increase in the level of intellectualization of higher education. The article substantiates the expediency of introducing information and communication technologies in order to improve the intellectualization of the educational process in higher education. An empirical study of the variables that characterize the level of intellectualization of higher education through the proposed techniques has been conducted. The tendencies characteristic of pedagogical conditions of implementation of information and communication model in the educational process were revealed. It is proved that the level of intellectualization of higher education depends on the implemented pedagogical conditions. The effectiveness of the proposed information and communication model is also confirmed. Given the data obtained during the study and the low constraints that may affect the results of further research on this issue should focus on the study of other variables that characterize the state of intellectualization of the educational process.

The article reviews the means of stimulating and motivating to labor intellectualization in diplomatic service employees. The means considered encourage them to raise the effectiveness in achieving goals. Leveling up of intellectual labor of diplomatic services employees, as well as means of motivation of employees are covered in the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service". The law defines and regulates the conditions for the performance of intellectual labor entrusted to the staff of diplomatic services, namely: defines the direct rights and responsibilities of employees of diplomatic services, protects the interests and assists citizens of Ukraine abroad, meets the needs of all pressing issues and problems for their benefit.

This study considered the transition of changes in social status of the film through the discourse analysis of printed media, having been published since 6th revised film policy in 1987. For the purpose, Pierre Bourdieu's cultural sociology, or 'Field theory approach' was engaged as a theoretical background. On the basis of that theory, changes in social status was divided into expert and popular field. From 1988 to 2007, doctor's and master's theses on filmologie and the representative academic journal, "Film Studies" were examined with regard to area of expertise, and movie-related books with regard to popular one. This study demonstrated that the symbolic capital had inhered in the cinematic field along with specialization and diversification of analytic aspects, and the relation between the academic approach and political consideration had performed an important role in intellectualization of film.

Through a series of precise text handling processes, including automatic extraction of information from documents with knowledge from various fields, recognition of entity names, detection of core topics, analysis of the relations between the extracted information and topics, and automatic inference of new knowledge, the most efficient knowledge base of the relevant field is created, and plans to apply these to the information knowledge management and service are the core requirements necessary for intellectualization of information. In this paper, the knowledge base, which is a necessary core resource and comprehensive technology for intellectualization of science and technology information, is described and the usability of academic information services using it is evaluated. The knowledge base proposed in this article is an amalgamation of information expression and knowledge storage, composed of identifying code systems from terms to documents, by integrating terminologies, word intelligent networks, topic networks, classification systems, and authority data.

Based on the analysis of the functions of ship management company, this paper aims to explore how to build the platform to transmit anti process the information about ships by means of modern information management so as to solve a series of problems caused by blockages in information transmitting in present ship’s management. The paper also talks about the necessity of establishing various resource bases and using different information communicating methods to realize the resource sharing and intellectualization of ship’s business.

With the development of information and communications technology(ICT), the concept of ubiquitous that we can communicate regardless of time and place appears. Due to the development of the technology delivering information, current society is called intellectualization society developed from informatization society. The intellectualization society is based on knowledge accumulated by processing information. The education methods are also developed into a concept of u-Learning applying the concept of ubiquitous from the concept of e-Learning using a computer. The military also points out education as a key policy. The aspect of war is changing to NCW(Network Centric Warfare) from platform centric warfare. Therefore, collecting and managing the war situations in real time is a key to controlling command. To this end, it needs to maximize individuals and groups' ability to cultivate the military with cutting-edge knowledge. Therefore, this study aims to look into methods to apply u-learning system in training and military actions according to changes in war environments and ICT.

Purpose: When a serious disaster occurred in East Japan on March 11, 2011, some evacuees in shock failed to avoid danger to the best of their ability. Why did they hesitate and waste their time? And why didn't they choose correct escaping routes? This study attempts to classify human behavior through psychological point of view and cognitive science and to interpret behavioral patterns based on animal behaviors from the field of biology. Method: This study first conceptually categorized walking behavior into intellectualization, automaticity and instinct based on the existing literature and matched these with empirical data. Result: The actual walking patterns observed failed to be compatible with these categories and consequently, this study suggests the following five categories: normal, busy, fast & straight, freezing and tizzy. This new classification of walking behavior is based on speed, variation of speed and change of direction. Conclusion: The method used in this study and the results can be applied to simulations of walking behavior and analysis of behavior in emergency situations.

Plato's Laws, Bk. 10 is made up of cryptically concise expressions and complex arguments, so that it is not simple to understand it. In this essay I would like to make use of Stoic perspective as an interpretative instrument, which would enable me, I hope, to reconstruct the main arguments of the Laws, Bk. 10 into an intelligible form. Through this approach we would have an opportunity to meet with some important philosophical ideas of Plato which did not reveal themselves clearly in other, especially early and middle dialogues. These ideas comprise the inseparability of the soul from the body, the intellectualization of nature, the human being as a part of the cosmos and the extensional overlapping of the moral law and the natural law. And at the same time my study would result in making a suggestion for history of reception. That is, in this paper I will find some grounds in the tenth book of the Laws that would show how great the influence of Plato upon the Stoics was. For we have but little knowledge about the possibility of the power of Plato's influence upon the Stoics, even though the scholarship on the Stoics until now shed some light on the features and range of Aristotle's influence upon them.

With the development of AI (artificial intelligence), animation digital publishing has been integrated with intellectualization. This paper adopts the theory of the global value chain, and analyzes the basic structure of the animation publishing value chain. Then focuses on the analysis of digital technology and artificial intelligence technology to play an active role in the topic selection and content customization of animation digital publishing products, optimization of publishing platforms, and user experience of publishing products. Finally, it proposes the use of artificial intelligence data analysis and deep learning technology. The purpose of this paper is to realize the upgrading of animation digital publishing, product upgrading, industrial chain upgrading, and identify some promotion methods for the value chain, such as copyright protection.
