The foodservice industry is changing more and more from on-site foodservice management to contract foodservice management. However there are differences according to the level of management and operation of contract foodservice management company (CFMC). The necessity of certification on CFMC is increasing to enable fair discrimination of CFMC among most clients that want to contract with CFMC. This study was performed to identify the foodservice operation evaluation model's criteria items for certifying CFMC. The analysis research methods included literature review, content analysis, individual interview, Delphi technique, and brain storming. First, the following infrastructure items were prepared in the contractor's viewpoint: procurement, transparency of operation, menu development and operation system, nutrition service system, professional employee education, sanitation andsafety management system, customer satisfaction system, facility system, management information system (MIS), business and economics. Second, the evaluation criteria required by the contractor on the client's view point was similar to school foodservice, hospitalfoodservice, and business andindustry foodservice except extraordinary items of field. Third, evaluation criteria and detail categories and items were identified such as financial focus, customer focus, process focus, human focus, and renewal and development by grafting on intellectual capital evaluation methodology for CFMC.

The emergence of the metaverse, a complex three-dimensional virtual environment, has led to significant changes in the intellectual property (IP) landscape. This paper examines the challenges and legal intricacies of IP within the virtual realm, focusing on the unprecedented nature of these disputes and on the inadequacies of traditional jurisdiction methods. Drawing from international frameworks, including the International Law Association's Guidelines and WIPO's guides, the study critically explores arbitration as an alternate approach to metaverse IP disputes, analyzing its complexities and applicability. The paper further delves into challenges arising from diverse protection laws that pertain to the global nature of the metaverse, including the nuances of various digital assets like NFTs. By assessing jurisdictional difficulties, the paper addresses the adoption of decentralized justice platforms, and examines the role of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) methods, this paper presents a comprehensive view of the evolving virtual legal field. It suggests that while innovative methods are emerging, traditional arbitration will likely remain the preferred choice for complex disputes, offering a balance of speed, cost-effectiveness, and legal robustness within the virtual world.

New knowledge is created through the dynamic interaction of knowledge that depends largely on a social context within the organization. Social processes influence the nature of knowledge and learning. This paper is rooted in the concept of social capital. Social capital theory emphasizes the importance of social relationship. Using social capital theory, this paper suggests three factors that must be satisfied for the development of knowledge combinative capability. The first factor is that the opportunity exists to make the exchange or combination of knowledge. The second factor is that people is motivated for the creation of new knowledge. The third factor is that people must share the common knowledge. This paper examines the change case of KIPO (Korean Intellectual Property Office). This case provides evidence that the three factors can develop social relationship, and build knowledge combinative capability. The man finding from this research is that social factors play an important part in the creation of knowledge, and processes of knowledge exchange and combination heavily rely upon social patterns, practices and processes in ways which emphasize the value and importance of collective action and knowledge sharing. This research may have several implications for the development of the knowledge creation mechanisms.

본 논문은 21세기 지식기반 경제의 가치 창출 원천이 새로운 아이디어와 창의성의 주체인 인적자본에 있음을 근거로 국내 온라인게임 기업 인적자본 운영의 효율성을 연구해보았다. 온라인게임 산업은 최근 국가 신성장 동력으로 주목 받고 있는 문화콘텐츠 서비스업의 하나로, 세계 최고의 기술과 콘텐츠를 기반으로 하여 높은 연평균 성장률과 수출 공헌도를 보이고 있는 산업이다. 이런 맥락에서 본 논문은 인적자본이론, 지식경제이론, 경제성장이론에 기초하여 온라인게임 산업에서 인적자본이 지속적인 성장을 견인할 수 있음을 이론적으로 규명하였다. 또한 대표적인 비모수적 분석모형인 자료 포락 분석(DEA)을 통하여 국내 온라인게임 기업의 인적자원 운영 규모, 투자, 교육, 보상의 투입 효율성을 기업의 산출이라고 할 수 있는 매출을 기준으로 실증 분석 하였다. 이 연구를 통해 국내 온라인게임 기업들에게 미래의 지속 가능한 성장 동력인 인적자본을 운영함에 있어 최적의 효율성을 달성할 수 있도록 전략적 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다

본 연구는 디지털 미디어 콘텐츠 산업에서 기업의 지적재산권(IP) 포트폴리오가 벤처캐피털(VC) 조달 성공에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 스타트업체와 VC 펀딩 정보를 제공하는 Crunchbase에 등록된 685개 국내 디지털미디어 콘텐츠 기업들을 대상으로 분석한 결과, IP 포트폴리오가 우수한 기업일수록 VC 펀딩에 더 유리하다는 점을 발견하였으며, 이는 특히 신생 기업에게서 더 강하게 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 아직 평판과 실적이 충분하게 형성되지 않은 기업일수록 IP 포트폴리오를 더 철저하게 관리하는 것이 중요하다는 시사점을 준다.

As The development and commercialization of advanced technologies will depend increasingly on efficient technology transfer and technology trading systems and the knowledge economics grows rapidly, the value of intangible assets is more emphasized in business nowadays. Intangible assets include intellectual capital and intellectual property. This requires the development of technology markets or exchanges and hence a reliable technology valuation methodology. Our focus is on the business aspects of technology' contribution and we propose an objective scoring system, which is implemented by ANP, for Technology valuation of enterprise. As a result, This study intends to evaluate the contribution of an individual technology in intangible assets by the Analytic Network Process(ANP).

The purpose of the research is to explore the development of Beijing fashion industry in the wave of the world-wide creative industries. Two methods are used in this study: discourse analysis and case study. As a form of modern economy, creative industries are the core of originality and intellectual property. It works to develop and use knowledge resource to produce endless new products and new markets, thereby promoting economic and social development. Beijing local garment enterprises should base on the Government's policies and support, creative talent and high technology to cultivate the local fashion brands with the international competition to achieve the clothing industrial upgrading and the building of Beijing as the world-wide fashion capital.

본 연구는 코스닥시장에 상장한 기업을 대상으로 상장 전·후 벤처캐피탈 지원여부, 벤처캐피탈 유형 및 지분율에 따라 벤처기업(피투자 기업)의 혁신역량에 차이가 존재하는지 살펴보고자 한다. 벤처캐피탈 유형은 기업벤처캐피탈(CVC)과 독립벤처캐피탈(IVC)로 세분화하고, 혁신을 측정하는 방법으로는 특허청이 보유한 벤처기업의 특허자료를 활용한다. 특허건수(출원, 등록)와 더불어 특허의 피인용횟수를 고려하여 벤처기업의 혁신성과를 엄밀히 측정한다. 분석 결과 벤처캐피탈 지원여부는 벤처기업 상장 이전에만 특허건수에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 기업벤처캐피탈 지원을 받은 벤처기업이 독립벤처캐피탈 지원을 받은 경우보다 상장 전·후 특허수에서 정(+)의 관계를 보였다. 반면 피인용횟수에서는 벤처캐피탈 지원에 따른 성과를 찾을 수 없었다. 한편 벤처캐피탈의 지분율과 벤처기업의 혁신성과 간에는 역U자형 관계를 보였다. 즉, 벤처캐피탈 지분율이 높을수록 벤처기업의 혁신역량은 증가하지만, 일정 지분율이상에서는 오히려 벤처기업의 혁신에 저해가 되는 결과를 보여주었다. 이를 통해 벤처캐피탈의 지원여부 및 유형보다는 피투자기업에 대한 지분율이 벤처기업의 혁신성과에 더 중요한 요인임을 확인하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 해외 지식재산권 분쟁현황을 분석하고 그 대응방안을 제시하는데 있다. 특허 분쟁(국내/국외)은 2006년 7월말 현재 청구건수 기준으로 2,044건이 보고되고 있다. 이 중 외국 기업과의 특허분쟁(2000-2006)은 전기전자 분야 47건, 화학약품분야 9건, 기계분야 2건 등 58건으로 나타나고 있다. 본 연구는 주요 국제 특허분쟁 사례, 즉 우리나라의 기업체가 외국기업체를 상대로 특허침해 소송을 제기하였거나 소송을 제기 당한 사례를 전기.전자 분야 47건 중 27건, 화학약품분야 9건 중 5건, 기계분야 2건 등 34건을 기술 분야별로 정리하였다. 이들 사례의 공통점은 대개 거액을 지불하고 분쟁을 타결한 경우로서 지식재산권 관리의 중요성과 분쟁 시 정부나 기업이 적절한 대응을 하여야 함을 시사하고 있다. 우리나라가 해외 지식재산권 분쟁에 대응할 수 있는 방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정부의 대응방향이다. 특허권 침해물품의 국경조치 강화, 해외지식재산권보호센터 기능의 강화 등을 수행하여야 한다. 둘째, 기업의 대응방향이다. 지식재산중시 경영(no patent no future), 강한 특허권 창출 및 전략적 분쟁 대응, 특허 풀(patent pool) 형성 및 표준화에 적극 참여, 기술이전 및 라이센스 계약 관리의 전문화 등을 기하여야 한다.
