빅데이터 시대에 다양한 분야의 정부 조직은 정보연계를 통한 새로운 부가가치를 창출하고자 시도하고 있다. 이에 정부 기관 간 정보공유, 시스템 연계 및 통합과 관련된 프로젝트가 늘어나고 있다. 하지만 정보연계 시스템이 늘어남에 따라 시스템 운영에 대한 위험 요소가 더욱 증가하고 있다. 프로젝트 종료 이후 시스템 운영단계에서 인프라, 소프트웨어, 데이터 품질 및 보안 등으로 인한 다양한 시스템 장애로 이어져 정보연계가 이루어지지 않는다면, 조직의 직간접적인 손실과 사회에 미치는 영향은 커진다. 정보시스템의 유지보수와 관련된 다양한 연구가 이루어져 왔지만, 정부 기관간 운영 중인 시스템의 정보연계에 관한 평가 체계가 부재하다. 이에 본 논문은 정보시스템의 구성요소인 Data, IT, People, Process로 구분하고 계획-실행-점검(Plan-Do-See)으로 체계화하여, 이를 적용한 정보연계 시스템의 성숙도 모델을 제시한다. 도출된 9개의 프로세스는 현재 정보연계 시스템 담당자들을 대상으로 인터뷰 및 설문조사를 통해 분석한다. 그리고 CMMI를 적용한 성숙 단계를 제시한다. 이를 통해 정보연계 시스템의 성숙 수준을 진단할 수 있으며, 프로세스 개선 작업을 수행할 수 있는 정보로 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

W polymetal gate technology for giga bit DRAM are presented. Key module processes for polymetal gate are studied in detail. $W/WN_x/poly-silicon$ adopted for a word line of 256Mbit DRAM has good gate oxide integrity and junction leakage characteristics through full integration, which is comparable to those of conventional $WSi_x$/Poly-silicon gate process. These results undoubtedly show that $W/WN_x/poly-silicon$ is the strongest candidate as a word line for Giga bit DRAM.

In this article we show that the tests of Robinson (1994) may have serious problems in distinguishing between fractionally integrated processes in the context of deterministic trends. The results are obtained via Monte Carlo experiments. A simple procedure, based on the t-values of the coefficients from the differenced regression, is presented to correctly specify the time series of interest and, an empirical application, using data of the US GNP is also carried out at the end of the article.

This paper will describe design process and its results that are minimized unaddressed feature of product development processes. This process provides integrated system design process by context analysis of EIA 632 standard process, interface definition from activity decomposition, integration of related activities, and definition of concurrency & sequential activities flow. This process and method application will contribute to minimize time loss that is emerged from activities iteration by not definitely definition of activities interface.

이 연구에서는 중등 예비 화학교사가 해결자 청취자 활동을 통하여 지필평가 문항을 제작하는 과정에서 나타난 해결자와 청취자의 언어적 행동 및 상호작용을 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 2명의 예비교사로 구성된 4개 조의 해결자 청취자 활동을 통한 지필평가 문항 제작 활동을 녹화 후 전사하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 10가지 해결자의 언어적 행동 항목 중에서는 PCK 구성 요소 사이의 '통합' 여부와 관계없이 '제작'이 가장 많이 나타났다. 그 다음으로는 '제공', '수정', '동의요청', '질문', '동의', '정당화' 등도 비교적 많았는데, 특히 '질문'의 경우 '비통합'에서 더 많았던 반면, '정당화'의 경우에는 '통합'에서 더 많았다. 8가지 청취자의 언어적 행동 항목 중에서는 '통합' 여부와 관계없이 '지적', '질문', '동의'가 비교적 많았는데, 특히 '비통합'에서는 '질문'과 '동의'가 더 많았고 '통합'에서는 '지적'이 더 많았다. 언어적 상호작용 유형 중에서는 '대칭형'이 '청취자 주도형'이나 '해결자 주도형'보다 더 많았다. 또한 '대칭형'의 경우 '통합'에서 더 많았던 반면, '해결자 주도형'의 경우에는 '비통합'에서 더 많았다. '청취자 주도형'에서는 '통합' 여부에 관계없이 유사하게 나타났다. '대칭형'은 23가지 항목 중에서 '질문-제공'과 '지적-정당화'가 비교적 많았는데, 그 중에서도 '지적-정당화'는 '통합'에서 더 많았고, '질문-제공'은 '비통합'에서 더 많았다. '통합' 여부와 관계없이 '청취자 주도형'의 경우에는 4가지 항목 중에서 '지적-수정'이 가장 많았고, '해결자 주도형'에서는 3가지 항목 중에서 '제작-동의'가 가장 많았다. 3가지 상호작용 유형에 대하여 다른 항목의 경우에는 매우 적게 나타났다.

근래에 과학교육과정의 개혁에서 쟁점화 된 내용이 무엇인지 알아보기 위해 ERIC 자료에 수록된 논문을 중심으로 조사하였다. 과학교육과정 개혁에 관련된 논문수는 70년대부터 시작하여 90년대 말에는 최고에 이르고 있기 때문에 분석 대상 논문을 최근 10년간의 132편으로 하였다. 두 편이상의 논문이 수록된 18종의 잡지에 전체의 약 66% 의 논문들이 보고되었다. 개혁의 쟁점들을 '개혁 주제', '개혁 소개', '개혁 비판과 전망' 으로 분류하였고, 개혁 주제는 구체적으로 '교사', '과학적 소양', '통합과 교수', '개혁 과정' 으로 구별되었다. '교사'관련 내용은 주로 교사들의 믿음과 신념에 대한 것이고, '과학적 소양'은 소양개념 정의의 불확실성, '통합과 교수'는 통합의 어려움과 관련된 교수 문제, '개혁 과정'은 개혁 참여 인사들의 개인적이거나 집단적 힘의 조정 문제, '비판'은 과학교육 기준의 현장 구현과 과학의 본질에 관련되어 있음이 밝혀졌다.

In the real world, business processes are very complex and composed or heterogeneous business activities. As the advent or the Web services enables business processes to be Integrated and to be automated. It makes enterprises integrate heterogeneous business processes from different business partners as well as their internal business processes. To support recent trends in integration of business processes, BPEL, WS-E and WS-T specipications have been established since 2002 WS-C and WS-T describe the reliable business environment including compensation (undo) or completed business processes. The compensation of business processes is a basic requirement for automation or business processes among business partners. Systems implementing these specifications, however, very rarely exist. It's not only because those specifications are developed recently. but also because they are not perfect yet. In this paper, a new business process transaction management, which complements the deficiency of WS-E and WS-T, is suggested. Furthermore, the new approach proposes the business logics for supervisory coordinators which manage serial and parallel business gates The modification or traditional WS-T specification and the simplification or WS-E specification make business processes managed effectively.

Technological substitution is the process by which a radical technology replaces the dominant technology in an industry. The processes of diffusion and substitution have been modeled extensively (Technology & innovation, 2010). However, the formulation of classical quantitative models encompasses only part of the theoretical space. These models impose many simplified constraints to the achievement of analytical resolution. The interior design organization needs to establish a set of technical system requirements by describing the scope of the accessibility needs of the organization against current technology use. Because of complicated design resources and ongoing advances in design technologies, design systems face the challenge of prioritizing new technologies for supporting. The problem is small design organization administration often displays a lack of concern toward the evaluation of technology integration. In this paper, I will identify the influence of a design organization's technology, and predict how future technology will inform, support, and potentially hinder productivity, culture, and work satisfaction within a design organization in the industry. In addition, I will use current design organizational behavior and leadership models to support my predictions. Finally, I will examine a proven approach to assist designers with evaluating technology integration in interior design organization. The goal is to develop a high quality, professional development scorecards for the evaluation. I will conduct both the evaluation of technology integration and CRM performance evaluation is recommended to assess the effectiveness of technology integration. Therefore, the evaluation of integration technologies oriented design hold the promise of solving the organization application integration challenge. The evaluation of integration technology is a significant pattern for processing such a vision. The careful selection of an integration technology for this purpose is crucial in contributing toward the success of such an interior design organization endeavor.

기업간 협업을 실현하기 위해서는 기업간 프로세스 상호연계 (B2Bi)와 기업 애플리케이션 통합(EAI)이 함께 고려되어야 한다. 이미 많은 영역에서 이에 대한 연구와 개발이 이루어지고 있지만, 두 시스템이 각기 개별적인 플랫폼과 환경하에서 설계되고 운영됨으로써 이 둘을 다시 통합해야 하는 문제가 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기업간 협업을 위해, B2Bi 환경의 변화에 유연하게 대응하면서도 B2Bi와 EAI 시스템을 단일의 통합 구조로 구현한 비즈니스 통합 플랫폼을 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 통합 플랫폼에서는 협업 프로세스가 비즈니스 통합의 주요 기술로 인식되고 있는 웹서비스(Web Services)를 이용하여 진행될 수 있도록 하였다. 특히, 다양한 비즈니스 통합 표준들이 수용될 수 있도록 이들 표준들을 비교 분석하여 기본적 인 실행 요소들을 정의하였으며, 이를 처리할 수 있으면서도 향후 확장성을 가지는 프로세스 엔진을 개발하였다. 또한 이러한 비즈니스 통합 플랫폼의 검증을 위하여 웹수주 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 기업간 협업을 위한 비즈니스 통합의 수준을 높이는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

[ $0.75delta\%$ ]의 평판광회로(PLC;Planar Lightwave Circuit)소자의 설계 및 제작기술을 가지고 저손실과 높은 누화율을 가진 파장 다중화 및 역다중화 소자를 개발하였다. C-band AWG(Arrayed Waveguide Grating)에서의 삽입손실은 2.503이하, 누화율은 35dB이상, 균일도는 1dB이하이며 L-band에서는 Vernier 디자인을 적용하여 ITU-T의 파장 정확도가 0.04nm이하가 되도록 제작하였다.
