Corporate level decision making with multiple decision makers in a consistent way is essential in Decision Support System. However, since the decision makers have different interests and knowledge, the models used by them are also different in their level of abstraction. This makes decision makers waste a lot of efforts for an integrated decision making. The purpose of this paper is to propose an integration mechanism so that collaborative decision making models may be used synthetically in multi-abstraction level. Models are classified as multimedia model, mathematical model, qualitative model, causal ＆ directional model, causal model, directional model and relationship model according to the level of abstraction. The proposed integration mechanism consists of model interpretation phase. model transformation phase, and model integration phase. Specifically, the model transformation Phase is divided into (1) model tightening mode which gather information to make a model transformed into upper level model, and (2) model relaxing mode which makes lower level model. In the model integration phase, models of same level are to be integrated schematically. An illustrative M＆A-decision example is given to show the possibility of the methodology.

본 연구는 제품개발과 품질경영의 통합이 무기체계 국산화의 성공에 어떤 관계를 갖고 있는지 110개 체계방산 대기업 및 체계방산 대기업의 협력업체 그리고 일반 방산협력업체를 대상으로 실증적으로 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 품질경영역량요소인 인적자원개발역량, 조직역량 그리고 프로세스역량과 연구개발역량 요소인 인적자원역량, 기술축적역량, 내외부와의 협업역량은 모두 무기체계 국산화 성공의 원가는 물론 시간과 품질 등 모든 요인에 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 무기체계 핵심부품 국산화 뿐 아니라 일반기업의 신제품개발 활동에 있어서도 품질경영과 신제품개발을 통합할 때 지속가능한 경쟁우위를 확보할 수 있음을 시사하고 있다.

지속적으로 변경되는 소프트웨어 산출물들의 변경 이력과 의존 관계를 추적하는 능력은 소프트웨어 시스템 개발 프로세스에서 확인 및 검증, 시험과 같은 품질관리 활동들을 지원하는 중요한 요소로 인식되고 있다. 일반적인 소프트웨어 형상관리 시스템들은 산출물에 대한 추적 정보를 형상관리 시스템 내에서만 제공하고 있으며 개인의 작업공간에서 발생한 개별적인 변경까지 추적하는 기능은 지원하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구를 통해 형상관리 시스템과 개인의 작업공간을 통합함으로써 형상항목에 대한 변경뿐만 아니라 개인의 작업공간에 존재하는 산출물들의 변경 이력까지 추적할 수 있도록 하였다. 더 나아가 소프트웨어 산출물들이 동시에 생성되어 하나의 형상항목에 포함되는 경우 이들 산출물들의 버전 링크를 식별함으로써 산출물들 사이의 의존 관계를 추적할 수 있도록 하였다. 형상관리 시스템과 개인 작업공간의 통합을 위해 형상항목의 수정버전(revision)을 작업공간에 존재하는 산출물들의 버전에 태그로 연결시켰으며, 통합 변경 과정에서 산출물들에 대한 변경 이력 및 의존 관계의 효율적인 추적이 가능하도록 하였다.

계측되어 얻어진 유량 값이 잘 보존되고 관리되면 효율적으로 관리가 가능하나, 현행 유수율(유입량, 유출량, 무수량) 업무에서는 유량계의 용도별로 각각의 시스템에서 관리되기 때문에 일괄 자료파악이 어려운 실정이다. 현행 시스템의 문제점을 분석하고, 문제해결을 위한 유수율 통합관리 시스템을 개발, 적용하였으며 이에 따른 효과분석을 제시하였다. 유수율 통합시스템을 통하여 체계적이고 효율적인 유수율 관리와 담당자 업무경감 등을 목적으로 유수율 향상에 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구는 한국우정의 우편물류통합정보시스템(PostNet)의 구축 사례를 통하여 정보시스템 통합의 단계별 추진과정과 성공적인 실행동인을 살펴보고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. PostNet은 조직상의 통합(조직구조 개편), 전략적 통합(업무처리절차 재설계), 기술적 통합(데이터통합, 어플리케이션통합, 통합플렛폼 구축)을 상황적으로 고려하여 정보시스템 통합을 수행하였다. 또한 통합과정에서 세 가지 측면의 통합을 목적에 맞게 연계되도록 구현하였다. PostNet은 기존에 물리적 통합 및 하드웨어 통합의 단계에 머물러 있던 정보시스템 통합의 수준을 경영 목표, 운영 목표와 일치시키도록 진일보시켰다는데 큰 의의가 있다. 한국우정은 물류산업 내에서 최대의 물류망, 조직 서비스를 보유하고 있다 따라서 본 논문의 결과는 향후 정보시스템 통합의 이론적 근거의 틀을 제시할 뿐 아니라 특히 물류시스템 통합에 대한 가이드라인으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Several housing improvement programs for low-income have done by Ministry of Health & Welfare, Ministry of Trade, Industry & Energy, Ministry of Security and Public Administration, Ministry of Environment, and Ministry of Land, infrastructure and Transport up to now. Each program practiced separately based on each agency's function and territory, but there are also negative opinion on beneficiary duplication, beneficiary omission, and the inefficient execution of the government budget. This study analyzes the housing improvement programs of each agency on the aspects of coordination, and suggests the integration system with coordination and delivery system. We selected 3 indexes such as similarity, integration effect and availability for integration system and analyzed the effects of integrated programs into one based on cost, repair effect and management. We proposed that the similar housing improvement programs of each agency should be coordinated for integration. But it is not easy to integrate similar programs into one program, therefore similar programs which support the house owner are needed to integrate into housing benefit except same beneficiary who owned own house.

As enterprises use ATM networks for their private networks and as these private networks use public ATM networks for wide area communication, the need for the customers to be able to manage both private and public networks. Currently, some standardization work is being done towards providing this capability to customers. In this paper, we propose a new customer network management (CNM) system architecture for the management of both ATM a private network and a public network in a uniform way. The particular features of the proposed architecture lies in the efficient support of the complex hierarchial TMN manager-agent relationships at M3 and M4 interfaces, and the support of SNMP and CMIP integration which is necessary for the implementation of a CNM system. The TMN hierarchical many-to-many manager-agent relationships are realized by the utilization of CORBA-Based SMK (Shared Management Knowledge) implementation. We have also implemented the prototype of a ATM CNM system, and measures the performance for the demonstration of the suitability of the proposed architecture.

As the multimedia application services have been getting various in Internet, need of multimedia database management system which can manage various multimedia information effectively has been increased. The multimedia application generally needs the features to store, manage, retrieve the multimedia data. We need a database management system framework that may be easily integrated with these features. This paper proposes th database management system framework providing the easy integration with various multimedia information retrieval. The framework uses OQL as the retrieval interface, so that user can use it easily. It can be integrated dynamically and easily with various multimedia retrieval method as a loosely coupled system. In addition there is no performance degradation caused in a loosely coupled system.

최근 건설 정보 통합 모델에 설계 요소를 반영하는 개념이 발표되고, 4D CAD 시스템을 이용한 정보 통합에 대한 연구들이 수행되었으며, 현재까지 그 활용분야를 넓히고 있다. 하지만, 이러한 형태의 정보통합은 특정 응용 프로그램을 중심으로 이루어지기 때문에 각 조직만의 독특한 내용적 특성을 반영할 수 없으며, 기존의 프로그램과 다른 새로운 프로그램의 도입 및 개발에 따른 유지, 보수 비용을 요구하는 등의 단점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위하여 정보통합을 위한 새로운 접근 방법으로써 '프로덕트 모델 중심의 설계, 시공 정보 통합 방법론'을 제시하고 이에 대한 비교 평가를 위하여 기존의 방법론에 대한 선행 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위하여 현재 설계, 공정 정보의 통합을 위하여 널리 사용되고 있는 4D CAD 개념을 조사, 분석하였다. 연구 분석 결과 기존의 통합 방법론은 여러가지 장점이 있었지만, 전체 건설사업의 생애주기 중 후반부에 통합이 이루어지기 때문에 정보 활용의 기회가 적으며, 후속단계에서 원시정보의 활용이 미흡하고, 통합 정보의 활용 범위가 상용프로그램이 제공하는 기능으로 제한되고, 3차원 프로덕트 모델에 대한 관리가 곤란하였다. 이러한 단점을 해결하기 위한 설계, 시공 정보의 통합을 위한 새로운 방법론을 제시하였다. 제안된 방법론은 '일관된 객체 기반의 그래픽 모델링', '이질적인 프로덕트 정보들의 저장', '프로덕트 모델을 활용한 정보의 생성, 통합', '확장된 프로덕트 모델의 관리' 등의 4 부분으로 나누어서 제안하였으며, 마지막으로 이들에 대한 활용 개념을 기존의 업무에서의 활용과 새롭게 보충되는 업무에서의 활용으로 나누어서 제안하였다. 6장에서는 본 논문의 전체적인 요약과 후속 연구 주제들과 이를 위한 제안을 하였다. 본 연구를 통해서 특정 응용프로그램 중심의 통합이 아닌 프로덕트 모델 중심의 설계, 시공정보 통합을 위한 새로운 통합 방법론을 제시하였으며, 본 방법론을 통해서 실제로 사용하고 있는 프로그램들을 활용하면서, 각 조직의 환경에 적합한 정보 통합을 통해 건설 생산성 향상을 기대할 수 있게 되었다.

컨텐츠 통합 관리 시스템에서 지역 스키마를 통합하기 위해서는 스키마 구조 파악이 쉽고 충돌 및 해결 방법에 대한 표현이 자유로워야 된다. 기존 연구들은 통합 방법이나, 충돌 유형, 충돌 해결책이 일관되지 않고 시스템 의존적이었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여, 구조적인 문서 표현이 가능하고 검색 및 상호간 교환이 용이한 XML을 이용하여 스키마를 통합 시 발생하는 충돌을 해결하는 방안을 제시 한다.
