복합 유도무기체계의 신뢰성 확보를 위한 체계 통합 시험 설계 (System Integration Test Design to Ensure Reliability of Complex Guided Missile System)

  • In this paper, we have proposed a methodology which can make effective test for system integration of complex guided missile system. System integration test play a significant role in the development of weapon system, providing the means to detect and isolate faults on first linkage between sub-systems. Integration tests for domestic weapon system has executed not a technology-intensive method based on tool but labor-intensive method based on experience. Higher cost, longer period, and more resource are required to execute system integration test for complex guided missile system comparing with past weapon systems, because recently weapon systems have more complex and more networked functions. Because the proposed design method for system integration test decreases number of test case, it lead to a decrease of cost, period, and resource for integration test of weapon system. The proposed configuration for system integration test will ensure reliability through detection and isolation of fault on linkage between sub-systems.

  • 기업이 시장 환경 변화에 빠르게 대응하기 위해서는 기업 업무 프로세스의 자동화가 필요하고 이러한 자동화를 위해서는 기업 응용 체계를 통합해야 한다. 기업 응용 체계를 통합하는 방법으로는 동기적 통합(Synchronous Integration) 방식과 비동기적 통합(Asynchronous Integration) 방식이 있으며 비동기적 통합 방식으로써 EAT(Enterprise Application Integration)와 Web Service는 기업 업무 프로세스를 통합할 수 있는 방법으로써 최근 대두되고 있는 방식 중에 하나이다. 비동기적 통합(Asynchronous Integration)방식을 이용하여 기업의 응용 프로그램들을 통합한 후에는 업무 프로세스의 처리 과정인 비즈니스 트랜잭션을 자동으로 처리하기 위한 트랜잭션 관리가 필요하게 된다. 이를 위해서2PC 프로토콜(2-Phase Commit Protocol)을 근간으로 한 비즈니스 트랜잭션 처리 모델들이 제안되고 있으나 기업 자원을 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 데는 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기업의 응용 프로그램들을 통합할 수 있는 환경으로써 EAI와 Web Service와 같은 유연한 결합(Loosely Coupled)의 분산 환경에서 기업 자원을 효율적으로 관리하면서 트랜잭션을 처리하기 위한 모델을 제안한다 이 방식은 2PC 프로토콜 방식을 보완하기 위하여 Classify Phase를 추가한 3PC 프로토콜(3-Phase Commit Protocol)방식으로서 유연한 결합 환경에서 트랜잭션을 효율적으로 관리하고 트랜잭션 처리 자원을 절약할 수 있도록 한 방식이다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 분산 트랜잭션 처리방식인 2PC 프로토콜 기반의 트랜잭션 처리 모델의 문제점을 제시하고 이를 해결하기 위한 방법을 제시함으로써 제안한 모델의 성능을 확인하였다.

  • In this work, a new time integration method is proposed using the generalized derivative concept to simulate the dynamic phenomena having sudden constraint occurring in dynamic contact/impact problems. By the adoption of the generalized derivative concept and jump assumption, discontinuity can be incorporated in time integration and as a result, the algorithm does not need any other special consideration of jumps in dynamic field variables due to sudden constraint like dynamic contact-release conditions. To observe the characteristics of the proposed time integration method, the stability and convergence analyses are carried out. In numerical tests, several dynamic contact/impact problems are analyzed by straightforward application of the proposed time integration method with the exterior penalty method.

  • Numerical analysis is sometimes used to solve the problems in the engineering and natural science fields. On this reason, the faster, more practical system in computing the numerical solution is required. This paper deals with the numerical evaluation of various numerical integration methods which is frequently used in the engineering fields. This paper choices four integration methods such as Euler method, Heun's method, Runge-Kutta method and Gill's method for evaluating the each integration method. In numerical examples, the free vibration problem on an elastic foundation is chosen. As the numerical results, the natural frequencies and the running time are obtained, and these results are compared to examine the practicality of integration methods.

  • In order to decrease remarkably the computation time and storage used in the direct integration method without the loss of accuracy, authors suggest a new transient analysis algorithm. This algorithm is derived from the combination of three techniques, that is, the transfer technique of the transfer stiffness coefficient method, the modeling technique of the finite element method, and the numerical integration technique of the Newmark method. In this paper, the transient analysis algorithm of a frame structure is formulated by the proposed method. The accuracy and computation efficiency of the proposed method are demonstrated through the comparing with the computation results by the direct integration method for three computation models under various excitations.

  • It is important to integrate an enterprise application for automating of the business profess, which is responded by a flow of market environment. There are two categories of method that integrate enterprise applications. One is Synchronous Integration, and the other is Asynchronous Integration. EAI(Enterprise Application Integration) and Web service which of the asynchronous integration is focused in the automating method of the business process. After we construct the application integration for automating of the business process, we have to concern about managing of the business transaction. Many Organizations have proposed the process method of business transaction based on 2-phase commit protocol. But this method can′t supply the phase that classify the transaction by transaction weight. In this paper, we propose an efficient method of transaction process for business transactions, which is composed by ′Classify Phase′ that classify transactions. We called this model "3-Phase Commit Method Applied by Classify Phase", we design this model to manage an resource of enterprise efficiently. The proposed method is compared by the method based on 2-Phase commit that could be a problem of management the resource of enterprise, and the advantage of this method is certified to propose the solution of that problem.

Real-time Fault Detection Method for an AGPS/INS Integration System

  • The GPS/INS integration system navigation can provide improved navigation performance and has been widely used as a main navigation system for military and commercial vehicles. When two navigation systems are tightly coupled and the structure is complicated, a fault in either the GPS or the INS can lead to a disastrous failure of the whole integration system. This paper proposes a real-time fault detection method for an AGPS/INS integration system. The proposed fault detection method comprises a BIT and a fault detection algorithm based on chi-square test. It is implemented by real-time software modules to apply the AGPS/INS integration system and van test is carried out to evaluate its performance.

  • During decades, there has been much progress in understanding of the inelastic behavior of the materials and numerous inelastic constitutive equations have been developed. The complexity of these constitutive equations generally requires a stable and accurate numerical method. To obtain the increment of state variable, its evolution laws are linearized by several approximation methods, such as general midpoint rule(GMR) or general trapezoidal rule(GTR). In this investigation, semi-implicit integration schemes using GTR and GMR were developed and implemented into ABAQUS by means of UMAT subroutine. The comparison of integration schemes was conducted on the simple tension case, and simple shear case and nonproportional loading case. The fully implicit integration(FI) was the most stable but amplified the truncation error when the nonlinearity of state variable is strong. The semi-implicit integration using GTR gave the most accurate results at tension and shear problem. The numerical solutions with refined time increment were always placed between results of GTR and those of FI. GTR integration with adjusting midpoint parameter can be recommended as the best integration method for viscoplastic equation considering nonlinear kinematic hardening.

  • In this paper, the performance of INS/GPS integration is analyzed. Generally the integration method is classified into two method. One is loosely coupled integration, Another is tightly coupled integration. For the simulation, the error model of Kalman fitter is defined and the result of simulation is analyzed. When the number of visible satellites is less than four, the error of tightly coupled integration is smaller than that of loosely coupled integration. To very the result of simulation, van test that use LP-81 IMU and Millen3151R GPS receiver is carried out.

An Enhanced Chebyshev Collocation Method Based on the Integration of Chebyshev Interpolation

  • In this paper, we develop an enhanced Chebyshev collocation method based on an integration scheme of the generalized Chebyshev interpolations for solving stiff initial value problems. Unlike the former error embedded Chebyshev collocation method (CCM), the enhanced scheme calculates the solution and its truncation error based on the interpolation of the derivative of the true solution and its integration. In terms of concrete convergence and stability analysis, the constructed algorithm turns out to have the $7^{th}$ convergence order and the A-stability without any loss of advantages for CCM. Throughout a numerical result, we assess the proposed method is numerically more efficient compared to existing methods.
