The youth with developmental disorders have substantial limitations in intellectual capacities and adaptive behaviors. For them to live independently as members of the local society after they graduate from high school, a continuous education in consideration of individual and environmental differences should be accompanied. The computer education can be a useful tool in their integration into the local society by 'Expansion of universality and the equality of education'. Particularly, the computer education as a transitional educational process can be of practical help for them to sustain independent and daily lives in the adult world. In this regard, this writing reviews 1) the integration into the local society of the youth with developmental disorders and the transitional education, 2) the significance and meaning of computer education for the youth with developmental disorders, and 3) the status of computer education for the youth with developmental disorders to present improvements for the computer education of the youth with development disorders.

In order to overcome the small scale of Korea waterworks and to achieve comprehensive improvement and innovation transformation, the waterworks integration was reviewed. The effect of consolidation was confirmed by the integration of the water supply business in the southern Gangwon region and the western Gyeongnam region in Korea, such as an increase in the flow rate and a decrease in the production unit cost. After facing management and service limitations overseas, more than 1,000 small-scale waterworks projects in the UK were integrated into 27 waterworks providers, and Japan also revised the Waterworks Act in December 2019 and is in the process of integrating waterworks. It is considered appropriate to promote the integration of waterworks projects in Korea by respecting the autonomy of local governments, but using a participatory method, a win-win method, and a linkage method. For the integration of waterworks projects, three strategies are proposed: First creating a national foundation for integration (revision of the Waterworks Act), Second establishing a waterworks integration strategy led by local governments, Third forming an external consensus and providing incentives for participation.

Amongst society's transitional presuppositions towards the future, population aging is the most critical issue in Korea. Immediate attention to devise a countermove is required. One of the major trends appeared in retirement communities of advanced countries is social integration which has been considered as a promising future direction of elderly housing development. This study aims to find out social integration characteristics and to categorize local engagement types of recent retirement communities through the characteristics of sharing common facilities and programs. Data were collected through mainly web site and literature reviews. Contentent analysis technique was used. Ten CCRC cases were selected through web search using the major key words such as 'intergenerational'. As a result, community engagement types were classified into six categories by the degree of sharing both physical and program resources between the retirement community and local area. This type can be utilized to develop alternative housing and retirement community for the older adults as a new model which activates the resident and vitalizes the retirement community through local engagement by physical and social resources.

The purposes of this study is to identify a proper spot to create a symbolic place for the International Jazz Festival and to improve the connections among the place assets of Gapyeong as a place marketing strategies. To this end, the analysis and interpretation of spatial structure was conducted using space syntax. The results of the study showed that the entire structure of the space formed in the axis of a total of 200. The value of total integration was 0.833, which is relatively low, and the local integration degree was 1.588 degrees. Gahwa Street has the highest value of full integration (1.264) among the major points related with the Festival, followed by the former Gapeyong Station area (1.189). As a result, the former Gapeyong station area was identified as a recommendable place for symbolic place because it is highly accessible to the surrounding areas and spacious enough to function as a plaza. Developing a cultural street occupied by jazz cafes, concerts, shops and restaurants, and transforming the old railroad into a linear park will enhance the image of jazz city and help place marketing.

A distributed DBMS integrates local schemas that are independently designed, maintained, and managed by different users at each site providing a global virtual schema. This global schema supports users at a specific site to transparently utilize local database at different sites. The security features of the local schema should also not be changed in the global schema integrating security features of each local schema. Researches on the integration of security features into local schema in distributed DBMS environment, however, are very rate. This pater using the multilevel secure object-oriented database model(as the model for the definition of a local schema in distributed environment) which is an extension of the object-oriented models. It also suggests eight integration methods that can maintain the security features of local schemas. The eight methods are classified by the object classes and by relationships among them.

This study aims to examine the integration process of educational system and school structure of the former East Germany into the Federal Republic of Germany following German unification. More specifically, the study focuses on drawing some policy suggestions and implications for achieving integration of South and North Korean educational system in a unified Korea. In fact, the school structure in the former East Germany had been integrated into West German educational system and school structure before and after official German unification by way of so called transitional process. The results of the study indicate that the integration process of school structure in the former East Germany into West German educational system was quite successful with stable management by means of various transitional measures and reaching an agreement between East and West Germany. Additionally, the study presents that local characteristics regarding school structure in the former East Germany were recognized and introduced in the integration process and they managed to handle the social change situation after German unification flexibly. However, it shows some shortcomings because it had been carried out in too short a period of time and the positive factors of school structure in the former East Germany had not been enough taken account into the integration process, along with the lack of inner comprehensive relevant infrastructure. Furthermore, the study points out that German case of school structure and its integration process after German unification has implications for specific ways Korea should pursue to achieve integration of South and North Korean educational system in a unified Korea. To be more specific, it suggests how we come up with plans and measures to establish integration of South and North Korean school structure in a stable way especially in terms of dealing with North Korean school structure and building an inner infrastructure.

In order to adapt today's short product life cycle and rapid technology changes., integrated systems should be extended to support PDM (Product Data Management) or CE(Concurrent Engineering). A PDM/CE environment has been developed and a prototype is Presented in this paper. Features of the PDM/CE environment are 1) integrated product information model (IPIM) includes both data model and integrity constraints, 2) database systems are organized hierarchically so that working data C8Mot be referenced by other application systems until they are released into the global database, and 3) integrity constraints written in EXPRESS are validated both in the local databases and the global database. By keeping the integrity of the product data, undesirable propagation of illegal data to other application system can be prevented. For efficient validation, the constraints are distributed into the local and the global schemata. Separate triggering mechanisms are devised using the dependency of constraints to three different data operations, i.e., insertion, deletion, and update.

We propose an enhanced version of the local binary pattern (LBP) operator for texture extraction in images in the context of image retrieval. The novelty of our proposal is based on the observation that the LBP exploits only the lowest kind of local information through the global histogram. However, such global Histograms reflect only the statistical distribution of the various LBP codes in the image. The block based LBP, which uses local histograms of the LBP, was one of few tentative to catch higher level textural information. We believe that important local and useful information in between the two levels is just ignored by the two schemas. The newly developed method: gradual locality integration of binary patterns (GLIBP) is a novel attempt to catch as much local information as possible, in a gradual fashion. Indeed, GLIBP aggregates the texture features present in grayscale images extracted by LBP through a complex structure. The used framework is comprised of a multitude of ellipse-shaped regions that are arranged in circular-concentric forms of increasing size. The framework of ellipses is in fact derived from a simple parameterized generator. In addition, the elliptic forms allow targeting texture directionality, which is a very useful property in texture characterization. In addition, the general framework of ellipses allows for taking into account the spatial information (specifically rotation). The effectiveness of GLIBP was investigated on the Corel-1K (Wang) dataset. It was also compared to published works including the very effective DLEP. Results show significant higher or comparable performance of GLIBP with regard to the other methods, which qualifies it as a good tool for scene images retrieval.

자율주행에서의 경로 계획을 위해서는 costmap을 활용할 수 있다. Costmap은 map 정보와 센서 데이터를 토대로 해당 지역을 통과할 때의 위험도를 cost로 할당한다. 그러나 local costmap에는 센서로 인식한 장애물만이 고려되며, 차선 정보를 경로 계획에 포함하기 위해서는 별도의 정보 처리가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 카메라로 인식한 차선 정보를 costmap에 포함함으로써 통합적인 판단 방법론을 탐색하고, 위치 추정 및 경로 계획에서의 활용 가능성을 제시한다.

This paper proposes a form-based distributed database design methodology ($FD^3$). The methodology consists of five design phases such as (i) form requirement analysis (ii) schema integration (iii) distribution analysis (iv) distribution design, and (v) local logical/physical design. In the $FD^3$, all the important design information for each phase is obtained by using an organizations forms, Users requirements are analyzed by using forms that contain logical and quantitative information for distribution design. $FD^3$ resolves naming conflicts by employing SQLs based on the form field data in the schema integration phase. Furthermore, $FD^3$ enhances the quality of distributed database design by incorporating communication costs into the design model. A real-life case is illustrated to demonstrate the usefulness of the $FD^3$.
